Claims (31)
- 一种牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a)将阻射材料粘接在牙齿上、将阻射材料粘接在牙龈粘膜上或/和将阻射材料粘接在其他解剖特点上;b)进行CBCT拍摄,获取带有阻射材料信息的CBCT数据;c)获取带有阻射材料信息的口腔表面STL数据;d)将CBCT数据与STL数据进行匹配;e)确定种植体和固位钉位置:根据CBCT数据与STL数据匹配信息,得出预排牙位置和颌骨位置,然后根据预排牙位置和颌骨位置,确定种植体和固位钉位置;f)生成基底导板:根据种植体和固位钉位置,确定固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,将固位钉套筒和就位平面组合为一个整体,得到带有固位钉套筒的基底导板;g)生成就位导板:i.根据STL数据生成就位导板主体部分;ii.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定就位导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使就位导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使就位导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;iii.将就位导板主体部分与固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面连成一个整体,生成就位导板;h)生成种植导板:i.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定种植导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使种植导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使种植导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;ii.设计种植导板的种植体套筒和连接杆;iii.将固位钉套筒扣、舌侧就位平面、种植体套筒和连接杆连成一个整体,生成种植导板;i)生成修复导板:i.根据CBCT数据与STL数据匹配信息,进行虚拟排牙,得到修复体;ii.根据所选种植体选择临时基台,临时基台贯穿于修复体;iii.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定修复导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使修复导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使修复导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;iv.设计修复导板的连接杆,将修复导板的修复体、固位钉套筒扣、舌侧就位平面和连接杆连接为一个整体,生成修复导板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤j):将步骤f)、g)、h)和i)中生成的基底导板、就位导板、种植导板和修复导板输出并进行3D打印。
- 根据权利要求1所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:其他解剖特点包括鼻嵴、粘膜转折、骨突、舌隆突。
- 根据权利要求1所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:在牙齿上、在牙龈粘膜上或/和在其他解剖特点上至少4个点粘接阻射材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述获取带有阻射材料信息的口腔表面STL数据的方法包括:a)取口腔印模,阻射材料会在印模材料对应位置留下印记,待印模硬固后,将阻射材料复位到印模上,利用口腔表面扫描设备进行口腔印模扫描,即可获得带有阻射材料信息的STL数据;b)或用口腔表面扫描设备直接在口腔内扫描,获取带有阻射材料信息的STL数据;c)或在口腔粘膜最厚和最薄处粘接阻射材料,然后照CBCT,此时CBCT数据中显示出骨、牙信息以及悬浮的阻射材料信息,由于悬浮的阻射材料贴在软组织上,通过分析阻射材料和骨关系,即可分析出骨与粘膜的关系及厚度,从而得到软组织信息,最终获得STL数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:将CBCT数据与STL数据进行匹配包括:将CBCT数据和STL数据进行整合,以阻射材料的信息作为匹配依据,通过调整CBCT数据和STL数据中的牙体组织信息,最终使颌骨信息、牙体组织信息、软组织信息相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述修复体为修复牙列。
- 一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的牙支持式导板的制备方法制备而成的牙支持式导板,其特征在于:包括基底导板、种植导板、修复导板和就位导板;在所述基底导板上设有固位钉套筒和就位平面;在所述种植导板上设有种植体套筒、固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面;所述固位钉套筒扣扣在固位钉套筒上使种植导板与基底导板连接;所述种植导板的舌侧就位平面与基底导板的就位平面相配合;在所述修复导板上设有固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面;所述固位钉套筒扣扣在固位钉套筒上使修复导板与基底导板连接;所述修复导板的舌侧就位平面与基底导板的就位平面相配合;所述就位导板上设有固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面;所述舌侧就位平面与基底导板的就位平面相配合;所述固位钉套筒扣扣在固位钉套筒上使就位导板与基底导板连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的牙支持式导板,其特征在于:在所述种植导板、修复导板和就位导板上分别设有连接杆,通过连接杆连接固位钉套筒扣。
- 根据权利要求9所述的牙支持式导板,其特征在于:在所述修复导板上设有修复体,所述修复体与舌侧就位平面和固位钉套筒扣连接;在所述修复体最终种植时,要磨除舌侧就位平面、固位钉套筒扣和连接杆。
- 根据权利要求10所述的牙支持式导板,其特征在于:还包括种植体,通过种植体套筒植入种植体,在所述种植体上连接有临时基台;所述临时基台与修复导板上的修复体粘接。
- 一种权利要求8-11任一项所述的牙支持式导板的使用方法,其特征在于:a)将就位导板和基底导板连接在一起,戴入病人口内,确认就位后根据固位钉套筒打上固位钉,取下就位导板;b)拔去多余的牙齿;c)随后根据基底导板的固位钉套筒外表面和就位平面戴上种植导板,使基底导板的就位平面与种植导板的舌侧就位平面相配合;戴上种植导板后,通过种植体套筒植入种植体;d)植入种植体后,取下种植导板;随后在种植体上安装临时基台,并根据 基底导板的固位钉套筒外表面和就位平面戴上修复导板,使基底导板的就位平面与修复导板的舌侧就位平面相配合;戴上修复导板后在临时基台周围放入粘接材料将临时基台与修复导板粘接在一起;e)粘接完成后,取下临时基台和修复导板,磨除修复导板上的连接杆、舌侧就位平面和固位钉套筒扣,留下修复体,并磨除突出于修复导板上端的临时基台;f)取下基底导板,戴上e)步骤中的修复体,将临时基台与种植体进行固定。
- 一种粘膜支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a)将阻射材料粘接在口腔粘膜上、将阻射材料粘接在牙弓粘膜上或/和将阻射材料粘接在牙合堤上;b)进行CBCT拍摄,获取带有阻射材料信息的CBCT数据;c)获取带有阻射材料信息的口腔表面STL数据;d)将CBCT数据与STL数据进行匹配;e)确定种植体和固位钉位置:根据CBCT数据与STL数据匹配信息,得出预排牙位置和颌骨位置,然后根据预排牙位置和颌骨位置,确定种植体和固位钉位置;f)生成基底导板:根据种植体和固位钉位置,确定固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,将固位钉套筒和就位平面组合为一个整体,得到带有固位钉套筒的基底导板;g)生成种植导板:i.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定种植导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使种植导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使种植导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;ii.设计种植导板的种植体套筒和连接杆;iii.将固位钉套筒扣、舌侧就位平面、种植体套筒和连接杆连成一个整体,生成种植导板;h)生成修复导板:i.根据CBCT数据与STL数据匹配信息,进行虚拟排牙,得到修复体;ii.根据所选种植体选择临时基台,临时基台贯穿于修复体;iii.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定修复导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使修复导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使修复导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;iv.设计修复导板的连接杆,将修复导板的修复体、固位钉套筒扣、舌侧就位平面和连接杆连接为一个整体,生成修复导板。
- 根据权利要求13所述的粘膜支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤i):将步骤f)、g)和h)中生成的基底导板、种植导板和修复导板输出并进行3D打印
- 根据权利要求13所述的粘膜支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:在口腔粘膜上、在牙弓粘膜上或/和在牙合堤上至少4个点粘接阻射材料。
- 根据权利要求13所述的粘膜支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述获取带有阻射材料信息的口腔表面STL数据的方法包括:a)取口腔印模,阻射材料会在印模材料对应位置留下印记,待印模硬固后,将阻射材料复制到印模上,利用口腔表面扫描设备进行口腔印模扫描,即可获得带有阻射材料信息的STL数据;b)或用口腔表面扫描设备直接在口腔内扫描,获取带有阻射材料信息的STL数据;c)或在口腔粘膜最厚和最薄处粘接阻射材料,然后照CBCT,此时CBCT数据中显示出骨以及悬浮的阻射材料信息,由于悬浮的阻射材料贴在软组织上,通过分析阻射材料和骨关系,即可分析出骨与粘膜的关系及厚度,从而得到软组织信息,最终获得STL数据。
- 根据权利要求13所述的粘膜支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:将CBCT数据与STL数据进行匹配包括:将CBCT数据和STL数据进行整合,以阻射材料的信息作为匹配依据,通过调整CBCT数据和STL数据中的组织信息,最终使颌骨信息、软组织信息相匹配。
- 根据权利要求13所述的粘膜支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述修复体为修复牙列。
- 一种根据权利要求13-18任一项所述的粘膜支持式导板的制备方法制 备而成的粘膜支持式导板,其特征在于:包括基底导板、种植导板和修复导板;在所述基底导板上设有固位钉套筒和就位平面;在所述种植导板上设有种植体套筒、固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面;所述固位钉套筒扣扣在固位钉套筒上使种植导板与基底导板连接;所述种植导板的舌侧就位平面与基底导板的就位平面相配合;在所述修复导板上设有固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面;所述固位钉套筒扣扣在固位钉套筒上使修复导板与基底导板连接;所述修复导板的舌侧就位平面与基底导板的就位平面相配合。
- 根据权利要求19所述的粘膜支持式导板,其特征在于:在所述种植导板和修复导板上分别设有连接杆,通过连接杆连接固位钉套筒扣。
- 根据权利要求20所述的粘膜支持式导板,其特征在于:在所述修复导板上设有修复体,所述修复体与舌侧就位平面和固位钉套筒扣连接;在所述修复体最终种植时,要磨除舌侧就位平面、固位钉套筒扣和连接杆。
- 根据权利要求21所述的粘膜支持式导板,其特征在于:还包括种植体,通过种植体套筒植入种植体,在所述种植体上连接有临时基台;所述临时基台与修复导板上的修复体粘接。
- 一种权利要求18-22任一项所述的粘膜支持式导板的使用方法,其特征在于:a)将基底导板戴入病人口内,确认就位后根据固位钉套筒打上固位钉;b)随后根据基底导板的固位钉套筒外表面和就位平面戴上种植导板,使基底导板的就位平面与种植导板的舌侧就位平面相配合;戴上种植导板后,通过种植体套筒植入种植体;c)植入种植体后,取下种植导板;随后在种植体上安装临时基台,并根据基底导板的固位钉套筒外表面和就位平面戴上修复导板,使基底导板的就位平面与修复导板的舌侧就位平面相配合;戴上修复导板后在临时基台周围放入粘接材料将临时基台与修复导板粘接在一起;d)粘接完成后,取下临时基台和修复导板,磨除修复导板上的连接杆、舌侧就位平面和固位钉套筒扣,留下修复体,并磨除突出于修复导板上端的临时基台;e)取下基底导板,戴上d)步骤中的修复体,将临时基台与种植体进行固定。
- 一种骨支持式导板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a)对颌骨拍摄CBCT,获得CBCT数据;b)确定种植体和固位钉位置:根据拍摄获得的CBCT数据,得出预排牙位置和颌骨位置,然后根据预排牙位置和颌骨位置,确定种植体和固位钉位置;c)生成基底导板:根据种植体和固位钉位置,确定固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,将固位钉套筒和就位平面组合为一个整体,得到带有固位钉套筒的基底导板;d)生成种植导板:i.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定种植导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使种植导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使种植导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;ii.设计种植导板的种植体套筒和连接杆;iii.将固位钉套筒扣、舌侧就位平面、种植体套筒和连接杆连成一个整体,生成种植导板;e)生成修复导板:i.根据CBCT数据与STL数据匹配信息,进行虚拟排牙,得到修复体;ii.根据所选种植体选择临时基台,临时基台贯穿于修复体;iii.根据基底导板的固位钉套筒和就位平面的位置,确定修复导板的固位钉套筒扣和舌侧就位平面的位置;使修复导板的固位钉套筒扣与基底导板的固位钉套筒相配合,使修复导板的舌侧就位平面和基底导板的就位平面相配合;设计修复导板的连接杆,将修复导板的修复体、固位钉套筒扣、舌侧就位平面和连接杆连接为一个整体,生成修复导板。

- 一种权利要求27-30任一项所述的骨支持式导板的使用方法,其特征在于:a)在病人口内进行翻瓣,随后戴上基底导板,确认就位后根据固位钉套筒打上固位钉,然后参照就位平面对颌骨进行截骨操作;b)随后根据基底导板的固位钉套筒外表面和就位平面戴上种植导板,使基底导板的就位平面与种植导板的舌侧就位平面相配合;戴上种植导板后,通过种植体套筒植入种植体;c)植入种植体后,取下种植导板;随后在种植体上安装临时基台,并根据基底导板的固位钉套筒外表面和就位平面戴上修复导板,使基底导板的就位平面与修复导板的舌侧就位平面相配合;戴上修复导板后在临时基台周围放入粘接材料将临时基台与修复导板粘接在一起;d)粘接完成后,取下临时基台和修复导板,磨除修复导板上的连接杆、舌 侧就位平面和固位钉套筒扣,留下修复体,并磨除突出于修复导板上端的临时基台;e)取下基底导板,缝合病人粘膜,戴上d)步骤中的修复体,将临时基台与种植体进行固定。
