技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域，尤其涉及一种互动信息通知方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着网络的发展，在线表格逐渐走进用户的生活，在线表格是将电子表格的数据存储在云端服务器，与云端服务器通过网络通信进行数据交互，并通过显示界面将表格内容进行显示。
一般情况下，在线表格支持多个用户同时对表格进行编辑操作以及互动操作。当互动操作产生互动信息时，为了使相关人员能够及时对在线表格中的互动信息进行处理，可以在当前编辑的在线表格中预设区域提供通知入口，或者可以通过通知中心向相关人员发送提醒信息。
但是，采用上述方法向用户发送提醒信息之后，用户若想要根据该提醒信息对在线表格进行处理，则需要自行对在线表格中的互动信息进行查找，因此，较为耗时耗力，用户对电子表格的处理效率较低。
发明内容
本公开提供一种互动信息通知方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质，用于解决现有的互动信息通知方法需要用户自行查找互动信息在表格中的位 置，较为耗时耗力的技术问题。
本公开的第一个方面是提供一种互动信息通知方法，包括：
接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，所述查看指令中包括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息；
根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息；
在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，以使所述互动信息区别于所述在线表格中的其他信息。
本公开的另一个方面是提供一种互动信息通知装置，包括：
查看指令接收模块，用于接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，所述查看指令中包括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息；
互动信息获取模块，用于根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息；
显示模块，用于在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，以使所述互动信息区别于所述在线表格中的其他信息。
本公开的又一个方面是提供一种互动信息提醒设备，包括：存储器，处理器；
存储器；用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器；
其中，所述处理器被配置为由所述处理器执行如上述的互动信息提醒方法。
本公开的又一个方面是提供一种计算机可读存储介质，所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令，所述计算机执行指令被处理器执行时用于实现如上述的互动信息提醒方法。
本公开提供的互动信息通知方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质，通过接收第一用户发送的包括互动信息位于在线表格中位置信息的查看指令之后，根据该位置信息获取在线表格中的互动信息，并对该互动信息进行突出显示，使互动信息能够区别于在线表格中的其他信息，从而能够使用户快速直观地确定互动信息的位置，进而对互动信息进行相应处理，提高用户对在线表格的编辑效率。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图，对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本公开保护的范围。
为了解决现有的互动信息通知方法需要用户自行查找互动信息在表格中的位置，较为耗时耗力的技术问题，本公开提供一种互动信息通知方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
需要说明的是，本公开提供的互动信息通知方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质能够应用在任意一种对互动信息进行提醒的场景中。
图1为本公开基于的网络架构示意图，如图1所示，本公开基于的网络架构至少包括：互动信息通知装置1、服务器2以及移动终端3，其中服务器2分别于互动信息通知装置1以及移动终端3通信连接，实现信息交互。其中，互动信息通知装置1可以采用C/C++、Java、Shell或Python等语言编写；移动终端3则可例如台式电脑、平板电脑等。
图2为本公开实施例一提供的互动信息通知方法的流程示意图，如图1所示，所述方法包括：
步骤101、接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，所述查看指令中包 括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息。
本公开实施例的执行主体为互动信息提醒装置，其中，该互动信息提醒装置可以设置在第一用户的移动终端中。在线表格支持多个用户同时对表格进行编辑操作以及互动操作，互动操作可以包括在在线表格的单元格和/或单元格对应的评论以及备注中，通过预设的符号对其他用户进行提醒，其中，预设的符号可以为@。第二用户可以在在线表格中对第二用户进行提示，第一用户接收到提醒信息之后，确定当前被其他第二用户在在线表格中提示，因此，可以对在线表格中的互动信息进行查看。具体地，可以向互动信息提醒装置发送互动信息的查看指令，其中，该查看指令中包括互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息。相应地，互动信息提醒装置可以接收到该包括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息的查看指令。
步骤102、根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息。
在本实施方式中，互动信息提醒装置在接收到该查看指令之后，为了使用户能够尽快定位到在线表格中的互动信息，可以根据查看指令中的位置信息在在线表格中获取该互动信息。其中，该位置信息可以为在线表格中具体地行列信息。
步骤103、在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，以使所述互动信息区别于所述在线表格中的其他信息。
在本实施方式中，为了使第一用户能够更加直观地确定当前互动信息的位置，在根据该位置信息在在线表格中获取互动信息之后，可以对该互动信息进行突出显示，使该互动信息能够区别于在线表格中的其他信息，进而用户能够在打开在线表格的同时，确定互动信息的位置。具体地，可以采用任意一种方式对互动信息进行区别显示，例如高亮显示、滚动显示、粗体显示等，本公开在此不做限制。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过接收第一用户发送的包括互动信息位于在线表格中位置信息的查看指令之后，根据该位置信息获取在线表格中的互动信息，并对该互动信息进行突出显示，使互动信息能够区别于在线表格中的其他信息，从而能够使用户快速直观地确定互动信息的位置，进而对互动信息进行相应处理，提高用户对在线表格的编辑效率。
图3为本公开实施例二提供的互动信息通知方法的流程示意图，在上述 任一实施例的基础上，如图3所示，在接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令之前，所述方法还包括：
步骤201、接收第二用户对所述在线表格的编辑操作，所述编辑操作用于在所述在线表格中添加用于提示所述第一用户的互动信息，所述互动信息中包括至少一个第一用户标识；
步骤202、确定所述互动信息在所述在线表格中的位置信息；
步骤203、根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接。
在本公开实施例中，第二用户可以对在线表格进行编辑，在编辑过程中可能存在部分内容与其他第一用户相关，因此，需要对相关的第一用户进行提示，此时，可以通过在在线表格的单元格中或评论、备注中通过预设的符号对第一用户进行提示。相应地，互动信息提醒装置可以接收第二用户对在线表格的编辑操作，其中，该编辑操作用于在在线表格中添加用于提示第一用户的互动信息，该互动信息中包括至少一个第一用户标识。为了实现对互动信息的快速定位，接收到互动信息之后，首先需要确定互动信息在在线表格中的位置信息，其中，该位置信息可以由互动信息在表格中占据的行、列信息进行表示。确定互动信息的位置信息之后，可以根据该位置信息以及至少一个第一用户表示生成提醒链接，该提醒链接具体可以是统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator，简称URL)。生成提醒链接之后，可以将该提醒链接发送给第一用户，从而第一用户可以通过点击该提醒链接实现对互动信息的查看。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过根据第二用户的编辑操作获取互动信息中的至少一个第一用户标识以及位置信息，根据至少一个第一用户标识以及位置信息生成提醒链接，从而能够使用户能够快速直观地确定互动信息的位置。
进一步地，为了使第一用户能够尽快地定位到互动信息，在根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接之前，还包括：
获取所述在线表格的表格信息，所述表格信息包括表格标识以及表格存储路径；
所述根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接， 包括：
根据所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接。
在本公开实施例中，第一用户可以通过点击该提醒链接实现对互动信息的查看，因此，为了使用户能够尽快地定位到互动信息，在生成提醒链接之前，还需要获取第二用户当前正在编辑的在线表格的表格信息，其中，表格信息包括在线表格的表格标识以及该在线表格的存储路径。相应地，可以根据表格信息、至少一个第一用户标识以及位置信息生成提醒连接。由于提醒链接中包括表格的存储路径，因此，第一用户在点击该提醒链接之后，即可以获取并打开该在线表格，由于提醒链接中包括互动信息的位置信息，可以直接在在线表格中根据该位置信息获取到该互动信息进行显示。
进一步地，为了使第一用户更加直观地了解互动信息，生成提醒链接之后，还可以通过文案对用户进行提醒，以实际应用举例来说，若张三在在线表格中通过预设的@符号对李四进行提醒，则可以根据互动信息的位置、表格信息以及李四的标识生成提醒链接发送给李四，相应地，李四在接收到提醒链接之后，可以在显示界面上看到该提醒链接以及文案：张三在[表格标识]表格中@了你。李四可以通过点击该提醒链接对互动信息进行查看。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过在获取表格信息，并在提醒链接中添加该表格信息，从而第一用户可以通过点击该提醒链接打开在线表格并快速地定位到互动信息，提高在线表格处理效率。
进一步地，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述根据所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接，包括：
将所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息发送至服务器，以使服务器根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接，并将所述提醒链接发送至所述至少一个第一用户的移动终端。
在本公开实施例中，互动信息提醒装置可以与服务器通信连接，实现信息交互，因此，互动信息提醒装置可以将至少一个第一用户标识、表格信息以及位置信息发送至服务器，从而服务器能够根据至少一个第一用户标识、表格信息以及位置信息生成该提醒链接。此外，服务器还与第一用户的移动终端建立通信连接，从而服务器可以在生成提醒链接之后，将该提醒链接发 送只第一用户的移动终端，从而第一用户可以及时在移动终端上对提醒链接进行查看以及处理。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过将所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息发送至服务器，以使服务器根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接，并将所述提醒链接发送至所述至少一个第一用户的移动终端，从而能够使用户及时对互动信息进行了解。
进一步地，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述接收第二用户对所述在线表格的编辑操作，包括：
接收第二用户对所述在线表格中任一单元格和/或与所述单元格对应的预设区域的编辑操作。
在本公开实施例中，在线表格中包括多个单元格，用户可以在单元格中进行数据的输入、删除等操作，此外，用户还可以对任一单元格中的数据进行评论或者备注操作，评论以及备注分别具有预设的区域，该预设区域与被评论和/或备注的单元格之间具有关联关系，因此，用户在预设区域内输入的互动信息可以通过定位单元格来获取。第二用户可以在单元格和/或评论和/或备注中进行编辑操作，输入互动信息，相应地，互动信息提醒装置可以接收第二用户对在线表格中任一单元格和/或与单元格对应的预设区域的编辑操作。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过接收第二用户对所述在线表格中任一单元格和/或与所述单元格对应的预设区域的编辑操作，从而能够提供大范围的互动信息输入，适用性较强。
图4为本公开实施例三提供的互动信息提醒方法的流程示意图，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述接收第二用户对所述在线表格的编辑操作，包括：
步骤301、接收第二用户在所述在线表格中输入的预设符号；
步骤302、根据所述预设符号获取并显示第一用户列表；
步骤303、接收所述第二用户在所述第一用户列表中选择的至少一个第一用户标识。
在本公开实施例中，第二用户可以对在线表格进行编辑操作，输入互动信息，具体地，互动信息提醒装置可以接收第二用户输入的预设符号，其中， 该预设符号可以为@，并根据该预设符号获取并显示第一用户列表，该第一用户列表中包括当前全部可以进行提示的第一用户标识。第二用户可以在该第一用户列表选择当前需要进行提示的第一用户。互动信息提醒装置可以接收第二用户在第一用户列表中选择的至少一个第一用户标识，实现该编辑操作。
以实际应用举例来说，张三想要在在线表格中对李四进行提醒，此时，张三可以在当前选中的单元格中输入@符号，此时，可以根据该操作获取并想张三显示第一用户列表，张三可以在该第一用户列表中选择李四的标识，实现对李四的提醒。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过根据第二用户的编辑操作，获取并显示第一用户列表以使第二用户进行选择，从而能够使第二用户快速地完成编辑操作，进一步地提高了在线表格的编辑效率。
进一步地，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，包括：
接收所述第一用户通过在移动终端触发提醒链接发送的互动信息查看指令。
在本公开实施例中，服务器分别于互动信息通知装置以及移动终端通信连接，实现信息交互。互动信息通知装置将至少一个第一用户标识、表格信息以及位置信息发送给服务器之后，服务器可以根据至少一个第一用户标识、表格信息以及位置信息生成提醒链接，服务器在生成提醒链接之后，将该提醒链接发送只第一用户的移动终端，从而第一用户可以及时在移动终端上对提醒链接进行查看以及处理，相应地，互动信息通知装置可以接收用户通过在移动终端触发提醒链接发送的互动信息查看指令。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过接收所述第一用户通过在移动终端触发提醒链接发送的互动信息查看指令，从而实现互动信息的定位与显示。
图5为本公开实施例四提供的互动信息提醒方法的流程示意图，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息，包括：
步骤401、确定所述在线表格中与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表 格对应的预设区域；
步骤402、在所述与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域中获取所述互动信息。
在本公开实施例中，接收到第一用户发送的查看指令之后，需要确定互动信息在在线表格中的位置，具体地，由于查看指令中包括位置信息，因此可以确定在线表格中与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的区域，在该与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域中获取互动信息，并将互动信息区别显示给第一用户，以使第一用户能够对该互动信息进行及时处理。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过确定在线表格中与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域，在与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域中获取互动信息，从而能够快速地获取到互动信息，进一步地提高了在线表格的处理效率。
进一步地，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息，包括：
确定所述在线表格中与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域；
将所述与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围预设范围作为查找区域；
在所述查找区域中获取所述互动信息。
在本公开实施例中，若第二用户在在线表格中提示了第一用户，但是第一用户超过预设的时间没有打开该提醒链接，则第二用户在对在线表格编辑的过程中，可能造成包括互动信息的单元格的位置变化，因此，在生成提醒链接时的互动信息的位置信息可能出现变化，根据该位置信息无法准确地找到互动信息。此时，可以确定在线表格中与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域，并将在线表格中与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围的预设范围作为查找区域，在该查找区域获取互动信息。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过确定在线表格中与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域，将与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围预设范围作为查找区域，在查找区域中获取互 动信息，从而能够避免由于单元格位置变化造成的互动信息无法定位的问题。
进一步地，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述将所述与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围预设范围作为查找区域之后，还包括：
若所述查找区域中不存在所述互动信息，则向第一用户发送查询失败提醒。
在本公开实施例中，若第二用户在在线表格中提示了第一用户，但是第一用户超过预设的时间没有打开该提醒链接，则第二用户在对在线表格编辑的过程中，可能会将该互动信息删除，此时，则无法根据提醒链接找到该互动信息。具体地，将与位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围预设范围作为查找区域之后，若在该查找区域不存在互动信息，则可以向第一用户发送查询失败的提醒，以使第一用户对互动信息状态进行及时了解。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过若所述查找区域中不存在所述互动信息，则向第一用户发送查询失败提醒，从而能够使使第一用户对互动信息状态进行及时了解，提高用户体验。
进一步地，在上述任一实施例的基础上，所述在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，包括：
在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行高亮显示。
在本公开实施例中，为了使第一用户能够更加直观地确定当前互动信息的位置，在根据该位置信息在在线表格中获取互动信息之后，可以对该互动信息进行突出显示，使该互动信息能够区别于在线表格中的其他信息，进而用户能够在打开在线表格的同时，确定互动信息的位置。具体地，可以在在线表格中对该互动信息进行高亮显示。
本公开实施例提供的互动信息提醒方法，通过在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行高亮显示，从而能够使第一用户能够更加直观地确定当前互动信息的位置。
图6为本公开实施例五提供的互动信息提醒装置的结构示意图，如图6所示，所述装置包括：
查看指令接收模块51，用于接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，所述查看指令中包括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息；
互动信息获取模块52，用于根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息；
显示模块53，用于在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，以使所述互动信息区别于所述在线表格中的其他信息。

位置信息确定模块，用于确定所述互动信息在所述在线表格中的位置信息；
提醒链接生成模块，用于根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接。

  1. 一种互动信息通知方法，其特征在于，包括：
    接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，所述查看指令中包括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息；
    根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息；

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令之前，还包括：
    接收第二用户对所述在线表格的编辑操作，所述编辑操作用于在所述在线表格中添加用于提示所述第一用户的互动信息，所述互动信息中包括至少一个第一用户标识；
    确定所述互动信息在所述在线表格中的位置信息；
    根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，所述接收第二用户对所述在线表格的编辑操作，包括：
    接收第二用户对所述在线表格中任一单元格和/或与所述单元格对应的预设区域的编辑操作。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，所述接收第二用户对所述在线表格的编辑操作，包括：
    接收第二用户在所述在线表格中输入的预设符号；
    根据所述预设符号获取并显示第一用户列表；
    接收所述第二用户在所述第一用户列表中选择的至少一个第一用户标识。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，所述根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接之前，还包括：
    获取所述在线表格的表格信息，所述表格信息包括表格标识以及表格存储路径；
    所述根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接，包括：
    根据所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息生成 提醒链接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法，其特征在于，所述根据所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接，包括：
    将所述至少一个第一用户标识、所述表格信息以及所述位置信息发送至服务器，以使服务器根据所述至少一个第一用户标识以及所述位置信息生成提醒链接，并将所述提醒链接发送至所述至少一个第一用户的移动终端。
  7. 根据权利要求2或6所述的方法，其特征在于，所述接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，包括：
    接收所述第一用户通过在移动终端触发提醒链接发送的互动信息查看指令。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息，包括：
    确定所述在线表格中与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域；
    在所述与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域中获取所述互动信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息，包括：
    确定所述在线表格中与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域；
    将所述与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围预设范围作为查找区域；
    在所述查找区域中获取所述互动信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法，其特征在于，所述将所述与所述位置信息对应的子表格和/或子表格对应的预设区域周围预设范围作为查找区域之后，还包括：
    若所述查找区域中不存在所述互动信息，则向第一用户发送查询失败提醒。
  11. 根据权利要求1-6、10任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，包括：
    在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行高亮显示。
  12. 根据权利要求1-6、10任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述提醒链接为统一资源定位符。
  13. 一种互动信息通知装置，其特征在于，包括：
    查看指令接收模块，用于接收第一用户发送的互动信息查看指令，所述查看指令中包括所述互动信息位于在线表格中的位置信息；
    互动信息获取模块，用于根据所述位置信息在所述在线表格中获取所述互动信息；
    显示模块，用于在所述在线表格中对所述互动信息进行突出显示，以使所述互动信息区别于所述在线表格中的其他信息。
  14. 一种电子设备，其特征在于，包括：存储器，处理器；
    存储器；用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器；
    其中，所述处理器被配置为由所述处理器执行如权利要求1-12任一项所述的互动信息提醒方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质，其特征在于，所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令，所述计算机执行指令被处理器执行时用于实现如权利要求1-12任一项所述的互动信息提醒方法。
