本发明公开了一种具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,包括3D网布;3D网布包括上层、中间支撑层和下层;所述上层和下层采用80%涤纶、20%锦纶的涤锦复合纱,所述中间支撑层采用300D/10F的FDY复合单丝,所述上层和下层的网孔孔径为3~10mm,所述中间支撑层的厚度为4~10mm。本发明具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其可以作为空气净化器的滤芯,相比传统的纸质滤芯,具有寿命长,不发霉发硬,易清洗,可循环使用等优点。
Description
本发明涉及具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯。
空气净化器的滤芯常采用纸质滤芯,纸质滤芯使用寿命短,易发霉发硬,不易清洗,不可循环使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其可以作为空气净化器的滤芯,相比传统的纸质滤芯,具有寿命长,不发霉发硬,易清洗,可循环使用等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,包括3D网布;3D网布包括上层、中间支撑层和下层;
所述上层和下层采用80%涤纶、20%锦纶的涤锦复合纱,
所述中间支撑层采用300D/10F的FDY复合单丝,
所述上层和下层的网孔孔径为3~10mm,
所述中间支撑层的厚度为4~10mm。
优选的,所述涤锦复合纱涂覆有抗菌涂层。
优选的,所述涤锦复合纱涂覆有阻燃涂层。
优选的,所述FDY复合单丝涂覆有抗菌涂层。

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其可以作为空气净化器的滤芯,相比传统的纸质滤芯,具有寿命长,不发霉发硬,易清洗,可循环使用等优点。
涤锦复合纱所织成的上下表面层,具有吸水的功能,同时,上下层的网孔通透结构便于空气流动,中间层300D/10F的支撑层,相比单丝增加了与空气接触的表面积,可以增加蒸发量。
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,包括3D网布;3D网布包括上层、中间支撑层和下层;
所述上层和下层采用80%涤纶、20%锦纶的涤锦复合纱,
所述中间支撑层采用300D/10F的FDY复合单丝,
所述上层和下层的网孔孔径为3~10mm,
所述中间支撑层的厚度为4~10mm。
优选的,所述涤锦复合纱涂覆有抗菌涂层。
优选的,所述涤锦复合纱涂覆有阻燃涂层。
优选的,所述FDY复合单丝涂覆有抗菌涂层。
优选的,所述FDY复合单丝涂覆有阻燃涂层。
涤锦复合纱所织成的上下表面层,具有吸水的功能,同时,上下层的网孔通透结构便于空气流动,中间层300D/10F的支撑层,相比单丝增加了与空气接触的表面积,可以增加蒸发量。
本发明具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其可以作为空气净化器的滤芯,相比传统的纸质滤芯,具有寿命长,不发霉发硬,易清洗,可循环使用等优点。

- 具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其特征在于,包括3D网布;3D网布包括上层、中间支撑层和下层;所述上层和下层采用80%涤纶、20%锦纶的涤锦复合纱,所述中间支撑层采用300D/10F的FDY复合单丝,所述上层和下层的网孔孔径为3~10mm,所述中间支撑层的厚度为4~10mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其特征在于,所述涤锦复合纱涂覆有抗菌涂层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其特征在于,所述涤锦复合纱涂覆有阻燃涂层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有吸水储水功能的透气3D网布滤芯,其特征在于,所述FDY复合单丝涂覆有抗菌涂层。
