所述杯盖组件1包括杯盖3和吸管密封件4。所述杯盖3设有杯盖外圈31、杯盖内圈32和杯盖导柱33。所述杯盖外圈31与杯盖内圈32的顶部相互连接在一起并密封。在所述杯盖内圈32的顶面设置有内凹的凹陷容腔34。所述杯盖导柱33设置在凹陷容腔34的中部。在所述杯盖导柱33的轴线方向设置有导柱穿孔35。在所述导柱穿孔35的内表面设置了内螺纹槽36。所述吸管密封件4设置在导柱穿孔35的下部,在所述吸管密封件4中设置了吸管安装孔41,在所述吸管安装孔41中设置了吸管5。在所述吸管5的外部设置了与导柱穿孔35的内螺纹槽36转动配合的外螺纹51,所述外螺纹51靠近吸管5的下端。所述吸管5的上端外部形状为非圆形。在所述凹陷容腔34内侧壁上设有旋盖卡槽37。
所述旋盖组件2包括旋盖6、滑盖7和限位盖8。所述限位盖8通过紧固螺丝82固定在旋盖6的底部,所述滑盖7设置在旋盖6内并沿旋盖6的径向滑动。在所述旋盖6、滑盖7和限位盖8上分别设置了与吸管5的非圆形外表面间隙配合的通孔61、71和81。在所述滑盖7上还设置了吸管密封件72。在所述旋盖6的底端设置了旋盖卡环66,所述旋盖卡环66与旋盖卡槽37配合,使得所述旋盖6卡接在旋盖卡槽37中,所述旋盖组件2沿旋盖卡槽37自由旋转。所述杯盖组件1还包括杯盖出水密封件38。在所述杯盖3的杯盖内圈32上设置了杯盖出水口(图中未示出)。所述杯盖出水口位于杯盖导柱33的侧部且与凹陷容腔34连通。所述杯盖出水密封件38设置在杯盖出水口处。在所述杯盖出水密封件38上设置了杯盖密封件出水孔39作为杯子的出水口。
所述旋盖组件2还包括翻盖9。所述翻盖9也设置在旋盖6上。所述翻盖9设置了转轴91。所述转轴91与设置在旋盖6上的转孔62相互转动配合,所述翻盖9绕转孔62的轴线转动。所述限位盖8上还设置限位盖出水孔83。所述限位盖出水孔83与杯盖出水密封件38的杯盖密封件出水孔39相互对应。在所述旋盖6上还设置了旋盖出水孔63。所述翻盖9遮盖在旋盖出水孔63的顶部将旋盖出水孔63密封住。在所述翻盖9上还设置了翻盖密封件92。所述翻盖密封件92封堵在旋盖出水孔63上端部。在所述旋盖出水孔63的下端部设置了旋盖密封件64。在所述旋盖密封件64中设置了旋盖密封件出水孔65,所述旋盖密封件出水孔65与杯盖出水密封件38的杯盖密封件出水孔39相互对应。杯子中的水通过杯盖出水密封件38的杯盖密封件出水孔39、旋盖密封件64的旋盖密封件出水孔65和旋盖出水孔63后,从打开的翻盖9处流出。
正常情况下,所述滑盖7位于旋盖6的第一位置,所述吸管密封件72将吸管5的上端部密封。需要吸管5饮水时,将所述滑盖7向旋盖6内部推移到其第二位置,所述滑盖7上的通孔71对准吸管5的上端部便于吸管5穿过,所述限位盖8将杯盖出水密封件21的上端面密封。旋转所述旋盖组件2后,所述旋转组件2通过限位盖8上的非圆通孔81驱动吸管5上端的非圆形段使得吸管5沿杯盖3的内螺纹转动并逐渐上升,吸管5逐渐从杯盖组件1中升起,且高出杯盖3,便于用户使用。吸管5不使用时,反向旋转杯盖3,吸管5逐渐下降被隐藏在杯盖3中的限位盖8的下面,防止弄脏吸管5。
所述吸管5包括管杆53和螺纹套52,所述管杆53过盈紧配合地套入螺纹套52中。所述吸管5的外螺纹设置在螺纹套52上,所述管杆53的外形为非圆形。在本实施例中,所述管杆53的外形为椭圆形或方形或三角形或葫芦形。
所述吸管5还包括软管54和重物55,所述软管54与管杆53或螺纹套52的尾端连接。在本实施例中,所述软管54与管杆53的尾端连接。所述重物55连接在软管54的末端,在所述软管54和重物55上分别设置与管杆53连通的进水孔(图中未示出)。增加软管54和重物55的目的是当管杆53升起的时候,软管54和重物55能够沉到杯子底面,便于把杯子底部的饮料或水通过软管54和管杆53吸掉,避免浪费。
本发明的实施方式
请同时参照图2、图3以及图4所示,本实用新型还公开一种杯子10,包括盛水的杯身101。所述杯身101一端设有开口102。所述杯子10还包括如前所述的带升降吸管的杯盖以及杯身密封件104。所述杯身密封件104设置在杯盖3的杯盖外圈31与杯盖内圈32连接处的内底面。在所述杯身开口102处的内侧壁设置了杯身卡环103。在所述杯盖3的杯盖内圈32的外侧壁设置了与杯身卡环103配合的杯盖卡槽310。所述杯身卡环103与杯盖卡槽310之间形成可松脱的卡合连接。当所述杯盖3卡合在杯身101的开口102处时,所述杯身密封件104密封在杯身101的顶部,防止杯子10中水从杯身开口102处溢出。
所述杯身101设有内杯身105和外杯身106。在所述内杯身105与外杯身106之间设有保温层107,所述卡环103设置在内杯身105上。在所述保温层107内填充有保温材料或抽成真空。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种带升降吸管的杯盖,其特征在于,包括相互扣合在一起且相互旋转的杯盖组件和旋盖组件,所述杯盖组件包括杯盖和吸管密封件,所述杯盖设有杯盖外圈、杯盖内圈和杯盖导柱,所述杯盖外圈与杯盖内圈的顶部相互连接在一起并密封,在所述杯盖内圈的顶面设置有内凹的凹陷容腔,所述杯盖导柱设置在凹陷容腔的中部,在所述杯盖导柱的轴线方向设置有导柱穿孔,在所述导柱穿孔的内表面设置了内螺纹槽,所述吸管密封件设置在导柱穿孔的下部,在所述吸管密封件中设置了吸管,在所述吸管的外部设置了与导柱穿孔的内螺纹槽转动配合的外螺纹,所述外螺纹靠近吸管的下端,所述吸管的上端外部形状为非圆形,在所述凹陷容腔内侧壁上设有旋盖卡槽,所述旋盖组件包括旋盖、滑盖和限位盖,所述限位盖固定在旋盖的底部,所述滑盖设置在旋盖内并沿旋盖的径向滑动,在所述旋盖、滑盖和限位盖上分别设置了与吸管的非圆形外表面间隙配合的通孔,在所述滑盖上还设置了吸管密封件,在所述旋盖的底端设置了旋盖卡环,所述旋盖卡环与旋盖卡槽配合,所述旋盖卡接在旋盖卡槽中,所述旋盖组件沿旋盖卡槽自由旋转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带升降吸管的杯盖,其特征在于,所述杯盖组件还包括杯盖出水密封件,在所述杯盖的杯盖内圈上设置了杯盖出水口,所述杯盖出水口位于杯盖导柱的侧部且与凹陷容腔连通,所述杯盖出水密封件设置在杯盖出水口处,在所述杯盖出水密封件设置了杯盖密封件出水孔,所述旋盖组件还包括翻盖,所述翻盖设置在旋盖上,所述翻盖设置了转轴,所述转轴与设置在旋盖上的转孔相互转动配合,所述翻盖绕转孔轴线转动,所述限位盖上还设置限位盖出水孔,所述限位盖出水孔与杯盖出水密封件的杯盖密封件出水孔相互对应,在所述旋盖上还设置了旋盖出水孔,在所述翻盖上还设置了翻盖密封件,所述翻盖密封件封堵在旋盖出水孔上端部,在所述旋盖出水孔的下端部设置了旋盖密封件,在所述旋盖密封件中设置了旋盖密封件出水孔,所述旋盖密封件出水孔与杯盖出水密封件的杯盖密封件出水孔相互对应。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的带升降吸管的杯盖,其特征在于,所述吸管包括管杆和螺纹套,所述管杆过盈配合地套入螺纹套中,所述吸管的外螺纹设置在螺纹套上,所述管杆的外形为非圆形。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的带升降吸管的杯盖,其特征在于,所述吸管还包括软管和重物,所述软管与管杆或螺纹套的尾端连接,所述重物连接在软管的末端,在所述软管和重物上分别设置与管杆连通的进水孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的带升降吸管的杯盖,其特征在于,所述管杆的外形为椭圆形或长圆形。
  6. 一种杯子,包括盛水的杯身,所述杯身一端设有开口,其特征在于,所述杯子还包括如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的带升降吸管的杯盖以及杯身密封件,所述杯身密封件设置在杯盖的杯盖外圈与杯盖内圈连接处的内底面,在所述杯身开口处的内侧壁设置了杯身卡环,在所述杯盖的杯盖内圈的外侧壁设置了与杯身卡环配合的杯盖卡槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的杯子,其特征在于,所述杯身设有内杯身和外杯身,在所述内杯身与外杯身之间设有保温层,所述卡环设置在内杯身上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的杯子,其特征在于,在所述保温层内填充有保温材料或抽成真空。
