Description
本实用新型涉及一种汽车玻璃涂胶平台,具体涉及一种可旋转抽真空的涂胶台。
随着近年来汽车行业的不断进步,汽车玻璃的生产需求量也随之增大。在生产汽车玻璃时,需要对其进行涂胶。
当前汽车工厂人工涂胶工位使用的都是固定式的工作平台。由于玻璃涂胶的位置为四周,而固定式的工作台不具有灵活的操作属性,且玻璃摆放存在跌落的安全隐患。因为工作台的限制,使得工人的作业内容需要人为的调整和适应不同的玻璃和工况,劳动强度大。
实用新型目的:提供一种可旋转抽真空的涂胶台,将原有的固定模式工作台升级为可适应多样化外形玻璃的全自动转台,从而解决了现有技术存在的上述问题。
一种可旋转抽真空的涂胶台,包括提升组件、旋转组件、真空吸盘组件、以及动力组件四部分。
其中,提升组件,包括基座,固定在所述基座上的壳体,以及固定在所述基座上、并位于所述壳体内的提升机;
旋转组件,包括固定在所述提升机一端的旋转平台,以及与所述旋转平台之间转动连接的回转盘,所述回转盘的几何中心处设有回转轴;
真空吸盘组件,安装在所述回转盘上,包括沿所述回转轴呈圆周阵列的若干个真空泵,以及安装在所述真空泵一端的真空吸盘;
动力组件,通过电机安装架固定在所述壳体的一侧,包括减速电机,安装在所述减速电机的输出轴一端的第一同步带轮,安装在所述回转轴一端的第二同步带轮,以及连接所述第一同步带轮和第二同步带轮的同步带。
在进一步的实施例中,所述旋转平台包括轴承座,以及安装在所述轴承座内的轴承,所述轴承与轴承座之间过盈配合。
在进一步的实施例中,所述回转轴插入固定在所述轴承内,所述回转轴与所述轴承的内径之间过盈配合。

本实用新型涉及一种可旋转抽真空的涂胶台,利用提升组件,具体的,提升组件可以为三出杆液压缸或卷扬提升机构,将原先单一的工作台复合成可调整高度的一个平台。利用旋转组件和动力组件配合,给予工作台可调速的旋转功能,可以让作业人员在一个固定的点实现整个外圆切线涂胶的作业内容。利用空气的真空发生原理,具体的,包括真空吸盘和真空泵,其中在进一步的实施例中,真空泵包括电磁阀、进气管和排气管,使动态的工作台载体能抓取任意品种的玻璃工件并且保证安全性。

实施例一:所述提升机12可以为三出杆液压缸1201,如图1所示,所述旋转平台4固定在所述三出杆液压缸1201的伸出杆1202一侧。
当提升机12为三出杆液压缸1201时,具体的工作过程如下:依靠液压将所述三出杆液压缸1201的两个伸出杆1202推出,从而带动固定在所述伸出杆1202一侧的旋转平台4向上移动。减速电机11输出动力至第一同步带轮9,第一同步带轮9依靠同步带将动力传至第二同步带轮10,由于第二同步带轮10安装在所述回转轴5的一端,故带动整个回转盘6转动。回转盘6上安装有真空吸盘7,当三出杆液压缸1201工作并将真空吸盘7与玻璃接触后,控制真空吸盘7的真空泵8开始工作,利用电磁阀控制抽气管与排气管工作,从而实现抽气或排气的过程。具体的,利用抽气管向外抽气,使得真空吸盘7内实现局部真空,此时外部大气压远大于真空吸盘7内的气压,从而依靠外界大气压的压力牢牢的吸起玻璃;此外,真空吸盘7为6个,并沿所述回转轴5呈圆周阵列,这样排布有助于扩大真空吸盘7与玻璃的接触面积,增大吸附力。当需要松开玻璃时,排气管向外排气,使得真空吸盘7的内部气压与外界大气压逐渐趋于平衡,玻璃自动脱落。
实施例二:所述提升机12还可以为卷扬提升机12构,如图2所示,具体的结构如图3所示。所述卷扬提升机12构包括第一传动轴1203,安装在所述第一传动轴1203一端的第一齿轮1204,与所述第一齿轮1204啮合的第二齿轮1205,与所述第二齿轮1205同轴安装的第三齿轮1206,与所述第三齿轮1206同轴的第二传动轴1208,与所述第三齿轮1206啮合的第四齿轮1210,以及与所述第四齿轮1210同轴安装的卷筒1209,所述卷筒1209上绕设有钢丝绳1211,所述钢丝绳1211的一端与旋转平台4连接;所述壳体2一侧设有手轮1207,所述手轮1207与所述第一传动轴1203同轴安装。
当提升机12为卷扬提升机12构时,具体的工作过程如下:手动转动手轮1207,手轮1207转动从而带动第一转动轴转动,第一转动轴转动从而带动第一齿轮1204转动,第一齿轮1204带动与之啮合的第二齿轮1205转动,第二齿轮1205转动带动与之同轴安装的第三齿轮1206转动,第三齿轮1206带动与之啮合的第四齿轮1210转动,由于第四齿轮1210与卷筒1209之间同轴安装,故第四齿轮1210转动后带动卷筒1209转动,从而带动绕设在卷筒1209上的钢丝绳1211沿卷筒1209绕设,钢丝绳1211的另一端与旋转平台4连接,最终带动旋转平台4向上移动。
