Abstract
一种电子节气门体用复位机构,包括阀体(19)、节气门轴(20)、复位齿轮(21)、上弹簧座(11)、下弹簧座(13)和复位弹簧(12);复位齿轮外轴向设有支脚(14);上弹簧座、复位弹簧、下弹簧座套在复位齿轮外;复位弹簧两端固定在上、下弹簧座上;上弹簧座有贴在阀体限位块第一侧面上和支脚的一个侧面上的上支脚面(16);下弹簧座有贴在阀体限位块第二侧面上支脚的另一侧面上的下支脚面(15)。该机构结构简单,制造过程简化,更易控制节气门体的默认位置的精度。
Description
本发明涉及电子节气门体,特别是一种电子节气门体用复位机构。
现有技术中的汽车电子节气门体带有复位结构,其结构请参阅图1-5。如图所示:它由节气门轴1、复位齿轮2、耦合环3、应急复位弹簧4、复位弹簧5组成。其中:应急复位弹簧4一支扭臂挂在复位齿轮2弹簧槽内,另一支扭臂挂在耦合环3弹簧槽内。耦合环3通过伸出的两个挂钩装在复位齿轮2上。复位弹簧5一支扭臂挂在耦合环3的弹簧槽里,另一支扭臂挂在阀体上。应急复位弹簧4与复位弹簧5旋绕方向相反会产生相反的扭力,复位弹簧5的作用是为了使复位齿轮2从开启的任何位置回复到默认位置。耦合环3的限位面8与复位齿轮2的限位面9接触在一起,从默认位置到节气门全闭位置,应急复位弹簧4会产生相反的扭力让复位齿轮2打开。在节气门默认位置时,耦合环的限位面10与阀体限位面7紧贴在一起,限位面8和9因为应急复位弹簧的作用下也贴在一起。
上述复位机构的设计虽然解决了复位的问题,使节气门体回到默认位置,但不能保证产品一致性,由于相互配合的零件繁多,在制造过程会出现很多配合误差,导致复位机构回到默认位置的点也各不相同。而且相互配合零件较多,摩擦力增大,也影响了产品反应速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子节气门体用复位机构,它主要解决现有 电子节气门体用复位机构中相互配合的零件繁多、制造过程重容易出现配合误差、回复到默认位置不够精确、反应速度慢等技术问题,它结构简单,制造过程简化,更易控制节气门体的默认位置的精度。
为实现上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种电子节气门体用复位机构,它包括阀体、节气门轴、复位齿轮;其特征在于:它还包括上弹簧座、下弹簧座和复位弹簧;该复位齿轮外轴向设置有支脚,该支脚具有两个侧面;该上弹簧座、复位弹簧、下弹簧座依次套设在复位齿轮外;该复位弹簧的一支扭臂固定在上弹簧座上,另一扭臂固定在下弹簧座上;该上弹簧座具有上弹簧座支脚面,该上弹簧座支脚面对应于支脚的一个侧面;该下弹簧座具有下弹簧座支脚面,该下弹簧座支脚面对应于支脚的另一个侧面;该节气门轴穿过下弹簧座、复位弹簧、上弹簧座后连接在复位齿轮上;该阀体内具有阀体限位块,该阀体限位块具有第一侧面和第二侧面;在默认状态下,上弹簧座支脚面既贴在阀体限位块第一侧面上,又贴在复位齿轮的支脚一个侧面上;下弹簧座支脚面既贴在阀体限位块第二侧面上,又贴在复位齿轮的支脚另一个侧面上。
所述的电子节气门体用复位机构,其特征在于:该复位齿轮由齿轮部和连接在齿轮部下方的转动部构成;该转动部外轴向设置有支脚,该支脚具有两个侧面;该上弹簧座、复位弹簧、下弹簧座依次套设在复位齿轮的转动部外。
所述的电子节气门体用复位机构,其特征在于:该复位弹簧的一支扭臂挂在上弹簧座的槽内进行固定,另一个扭臂挂在下弹簧座的槽内进行固定。
本发明的技术效果是:相比以往的设计应急复位机构,本发明只使用一 个弹簧,保证节气门片在断电后保持在应急点位置的机构,节气门片可以克服扭簧的力进行顺时针和逆时针两个方向的旋转,而扭簧保证在这两个方向上都会施加给复位齿轮回到应急点位置的力。此结构省去原来的耦合环及应急弹簧,减少中间连接的不确定性,也减少耦合环旋转时的摩擦力。

请参阅图6、7、8,本发明公开了一种电子节气门体用复位机构。如图所示:它包括阀体19、节气门轴20、复位齿轮21、上弹簧座11、下弹簧座13和复位弹簧12。该复位齿轮21由齿轮部211和连接在齿轮部211下方的转动部212构成;该转动部212外轴向设置有支脚14,该支脚14具有两个侧面。该上弹簧座11、复位弹簧12、下弹簧座13依次套设在复位齿轮21的转动部212外,其中:复位弹簧12的一支扭臂固定在上弹簧座11上,另一扭臂固定在下弹簧座13上。该上弹簧座11具有上弹簧座支脚面16,该上弹簧座支脚面16对应于支脚14的一个侧面;该下弹簧座13具有下弹簧座支脚面15,该 下弹簧座支脚面15对应于支脚14的另一个侧面。该节气门轴20由下往上依次穿过下弹簧座13、复位弹簧12、上弹簧座11后连接在复位齿轮21上(可以采用焊接,在焊接时可以通过转动节气门轴20来获得阀片的默认开启角度)。上述结构装入所述的阀体19,该阀体19内具有阀体限位块,该阀体限位块具有第一侧面17和第二侧面18;在默认状态下,上弹簧座支脚面16既贴在阀体限位块第一侧面17上,又贴在复位齿轮21的支脚14一个侧面上;下弹簧座支脚面15既贴在阀体限位块第二侧面18上,又贴在复位齿轮21的支脚14另一个侧面上。
使用时,若复位齿轮21随轴向关闭的方向转动时,上弹簧座支脚面16会瞬间脱离复位齿轮21的支脚14,并且同时下弹簧座支脚面15也瞬间脱离阀体限位块第二侧面18,关闭动作完成后,通过弹簧回复力复位。反之,若复位齿轮21随轴向开启的方向转动时,下弹簧座支脚面15会瞬间脱离复位齿轮21的支脚14,并且同时上弹簧座支脚面16也瞬间脱离阀体限位块第第一侧面17,开启动作完成后,再通过弹簧回复力复位。
本发明中,所述复位弹簧12的一支扭臂挂在上弹簧座11的槽21,另一个扭臂挂在下弹簧座13的槽22内。
本发明中,该转动部212外轴向可以设置有一个支脚14,该支脚14具有两个侧面。也可以是212外轴向可以设置有两个支脚,两个支脚各具有一个向外的侧面。
本发明中,该阀体19内具有一个阀体限位块,该阀体限位块具有第一侧面17和第二侧面18。也可以是两个阀体限位块各具有一个向外的侧面。

- 一种电子节气门体用复位机构,它包括阀体、节气门轴、复位齿轮;其特征在于:它还包括上弹簧座、下弹簧座和复位弹簧;该复位齿轮外轴向设置有支脚,该支脚具有两个侧面;该上弹簧座、复位弹簧、下弹簧座依次套设在复位齿轮外;该复位弹簧的一支扭臂固定在上弹簧座上,另一扭臂固定在下弹簧座上;该上弹簧座具有上弹簧座支脚面,该上弹簧座支脚面对应于支脚的一个侧面;该下弹簧座具有下弹簧座支脚面,该下弹簧座支脚面对应于支脚的另一个侧面;该节气门轴穿过下弹簧座、复位弹簧、上弹簧座后连接在复位齿轮上;该阀体内具有阀体限位块,该阀体限位块具有第一侧面和第二侧面;在默认状态下,上弹簧座支脚面既贴在阀体限位块第一侧面上,又贴在复位齿轮的支脚一个侧面上;下弹簧座支脚面既贴在阀体限位块第二侧面上,又贴在复位齿轮的支脚另一个侧面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子节气门体用复位机构,其特征在于:该复位齿轮由齿轮部和连接在齿轮部下方的转动部构成;该转动部外轴向设置有支脚,该支脚具有两个侧面;该上弹簧座、复位弹簧、下弹簧座依次套设在复位齿轮的转动部外。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子节气门体用复位机构,其特征在于:该复位弹簧的一支扭臂挂在上弹簧座的槽内进行固定,另一个扭臂挂在下弹簧座的槽内进行固定。
