此外,上汤匙20及下汤匙10可以为陶瓷上汤匙20及陶瓷下汤匙10,陶瓷是以天然粘土以及各种天然矿物为主要原料经过粉碎混炼、成型和煅烧制得的材料的各种制品。以前人们把用陶土制作成的在专门的窑炉中高温烧制的物品称作陶瓷,陶瓷是陶器和瓷器的总称。陶瓷的传统概念是指所有以粘土等无机非金属矿物为原料的人工工业产品。在另一实施例中,下汤匙10及上汤匙20还可以为金属下上汤匙20或塑料下、上汤匙等。
在本实施例中,所述上汤匙头21设有与所述下缺口13对应的上缺口23。
上述,上缺口23与下缺口13相对应,是指上缺口23的开口可以与下缺口13的位置、大小对应一致。以使上汤匙头21盖合于下汤匙头11时,下汤匙头11上的调料可以从下缺口13及上缺口23中同时倒出,增加了盖合式调味匙100的美观度,也增加了调味品从下汤匙头11中倾倒出的速率。
在本实施例中,所述下缺口13设于所述下汤匙头11外缘。
上述,下缺口13设于下汤匙头11的外缘,可以使下汤匙头11上的调料从设于外缘处的下缺口13中倾倒出。在另一实施例中,上汤匙头21上的上缺口23也可以设于上汤匙头21的外缘,当上汤匙头21盖合于下汤匙头11上时,下汤匙头11的外缘与上汤匙头21的外缘对应盖合。上缺口23的位置也可以与下缺口13的位置对应。
在本实施例中,所述下缺口13及所述上缺口23均为波浪形。
上述,下缺口13为波浪形是指下缺口13为连续的多个波浪形缺口,在一具体的实施例中,波浪形的下缺口13可以设于整个下汤匙头11的外缘,因此,盛放于下汤匙头11上的调料可以从下汤匙头11的四周洒出或倾倒出,使得调料的分布更加均匀。
同样地,上缺口23为波浪形是指上缺口23为连续的多个波浪形缺口,可以理解的是,波浪形的下缺口13的上凹处与波浪形的上缺口23的上凹处对应。波浪形的下缺口13的上凸处与波浪形的上缺口23的上凸处对应。在一具体的实施例中,波浪形的上缺口23可以设于整个上汤匙头21的外缘,因此,盛放于下汤匙头11上的调料可以从下汤匙头11及上汤匙头21的四周洒出或倾倒出,使得调料的分布更加均匀。
此外,下缺口13及上缺口23还可以为连续的锯齿形等。
在本实施例中,所述下汤匙柄12设有用于吸附所述上汤匙柄22的磁吸装置14,所述上汤匙柄22设有与所述磁吸装置14对应的磁吸部24。
上述,为了增加上汤匙盖合于下汤匙时的稳定性,下汤匙柄12上设有磁吸上汤匙柄22的磁吸装置14。可以理解的是,上汤匙柄22为可以被磁吸的材料,例如金属铁等。具体地,在本实施例中,磁吸装置14可以为磁铁块或磁铁条,磁铁的成分是铁、钴、镍等原子,其原子的内部结构比较特殊,本身就具有磁矩。磁铁能够产生磁场,具有吸引铁磁性物质如铁、镍、钴等金属的特性。
磁铁可分为“永久磁铁”与“非永久磁铁”。永久磁铁可以是天然产物,又称天然磁石,也可以由人工制造。非永久性磁铁,例如电磁铁,只有在某些条件下才会出现磁性。
此外,在本实施例中,磁铁可以为方块磁铁、瓦形磁铁、异形磁铁、圆柱形磁铁、圆环磁铁、圆片磁铁、磁棒磁铁等。按照磁铁的属性,可以 为钐钴磁体、钕铁硼磁铁(强力磁铁)、铁氧体磁铁、铝镍钴磁铁、铁铬钴磁铁灯环。
磁铁分永久磁铁与软磁,永久磁铁是加上强磁,使磁性物质的自旋与电子角动量成固定方向排列,软磁则是加上电。(也是一种加上磁力的方法)等电流去掉软铁会慢慢失去磁性。
上述,是指上汤匙柄22的磁吸装置14部可以与磁吸装置14对应磁吸。例如,磁吸部24可以为铁片、铁条、铁块等,磁吸部24还可以为接触面与磁吸装置14的接触面互为相反极磁铁。
在本实施例中,磁吸部24为铁片,具体地,磁吸部24在上汤匙柄22中的安装位置可以在上汤匙柄22的中部或靠近上汤匙头21的端部或背离上汤匙头21的端部。同样地,磁吸装置14在下汤匙柄12中的安装位置可以在下汤匙柄12的中部或靠近下汤匙头11的端部或背离下汤匙头11的端部。
在本实施例中,所述下汤匙设有供所述上汤匙盖合于所述下汤匙时沿上汤匙柄22轴向移动的限位部15。
上述,下汤匙设有的限位部15,可以在上汤匙盖合于下汤匙上时,使上汤匙不发生左右位移而只能沿上汤匙柄22的轴向位移。从而,可以在下汤匙上的固体调料(例如食盐)过多、体积过高时,上汤匙可以将下汤匙头11上高出的调料推出下汤匙头11。达到精确控制调料的目的。也即是,本实施例的盖合式调味匙100,可以只保留下汤匙头11容积内的调料,不在下汤匙头11容积内的调料被上汤匙头21推平,从而下汤匙头11内的调料被控制的更加精确,利于使用者掌握添加调料的量。
在本实施例中,所述限位部15为阻挡侧板,所述阻挡侧板为两个,两个阻挡侧板分别设于所述下汤匙柄12的两侧。
上述,下汤匙柄12上的限位部15为阻挡侧板,且该两个阻挡侧板设于下汤匙柄12的两侧,两个阻挡侧板的围成用于容置上汤匙柄22的凹槽。上汤匙柄22放置于该凹槽上时,上汤匙可以沿上汤匙柄22的轴向移动,以将高于下汤匙头11上的调料推开。
此外,值得进一步说明的是,阻挡侧板可以为塑料板、金属板等。阻挡侧板可以为长条形或柱体形。
在一实施例中,所述上汤匙柄22设有“T”形柱26,如图4,所述下汤匙柄12设有用于卡接所述“T”形柱的安装槽(图中未示出)。
上述,是指上汤匙柄22通过“T”形柱26连接下汤匙柄12,下汤匙设有安装该“T”形柱26的安装槽。在本实施例中,“T”形柱26是截面为“T”字形,其具体为长条形“T”形柱26。安装槽的长度大于“T”形柱26的长度,上汤匙柄22通过“T”形柱26卡接于安装槽时,上汤匙20可以沿安装槽的轴向移动,可以理解的是,当需要舀取调料时,上汤匙20往上汤匙柄22的方向沿安装槽移动,使下汤匙头11露出并通过下汤匙头11舀取调料,随后再将上汤匙20往上汤匙头21的方向沿安装槽的移动,使上汤匙头21与下汤匙头11对应盖合。
在另一实施例中,所述下汤匙柄12设有用于安装上汤匙柄22的“口”形安装环16。如图5图6。
上述,是指下汤匙柄12的竖截面设有“口”形安装环16,因此上汤匙柄22可以穿过“口”形安装环16而连接安转于下汤匙柄12上。因此,上汤匙20可以沿“口”形安装环16移动,可以理解的是,当需要舀取调料时,上汤匙20往上汤匙柄22的方向沿“口”形安装环16移动,使下汤匙头11露出并通过下汤匙头11舀取调料,随后再将上汤匙20往上汤匙头21的方向沿“口”形安装环16移动,使上汤匙头21与下汤匙头11对应盖合。
在本实施例中,所述下汤匙及所述上汤匙均有连接孔25,所述盖合式调味匙100还包括连接两个所述连接孔25的连接线30。
上述,为了增加下汤匙及上汤匙的连接,以防止其中一个汤匙遗失,在下汤匙及上汤匙上各开设一个连接孔25,并通过连接线30连接该两个连接孔25。此外,在本实施例中,连接线30可以为尼龙绳、金属链等。
尽管以上较多使用了表示结构的术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本实用新型的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本实用新型精神相违背的。

Claims (10)
- 盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,包括下汤匙及上汤匙,所述下汤匙包括用于盛放调料的下汤匙头及下汤匙柄,所述上汤匙包括上汤匙头及上汤匙柄,所述上汤匙对应盖合于所述下汤匙上,所述下汤匙头设有用于供调料倒出的下缺口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述上汤匙头设有与所述下缺口对应的上缺口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述下缺口设于所述下汤匙头外缘。
- 根据权利要求2所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述下缺口及所述上缺口均为波浪形。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述下汤匙柄设有用于吸附所述上汤匙柄的磁吸装置,所述上汤匙柄设有与所述磁吸装置对应的磁吸部。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述下汤匙设有供所述上汤匙盖合于所述下汤匙时沿所述上汤匙柄轴向移动的限位部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述限位部为阻挡侧板,所述阻挡侧板为两个,两个阻挡侧板分别设于所述下汤匙柄的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述上汤匙柄设有“T”形柱,所述下汤匙柄设有用于卡接所述“T”形柱的安装槽。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述下 汤匙柄设有用于安装上汤匙柄的“口”形安装环。
- 根据权利要求1所述的盖合式调味匙,其特征在于,所述下汤匙及所述上汤匙均有连接孔,所述盖合式调味匙还包括连接两个所述连接孔的连接线。
