Description

一种扬声器 技术领域
本发明属于电声转换器技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,扬声器的普及率越来越高,人们对扬声器的要求不仅仅限于视频音频的播放,更对扬声器播放声音的音质和可靠性有着更高的要求。而扬声器的扬声器直接关系到播放声音音质好坏和产品的稳定。
在现有技术中,扬声器的下振膜与柔性电路板胶合后,在下振膜振动时,由于下振膜的折环部内侧为曲面过渡,对于部分产品而言,会出现下振膜折环部内侧与柔性电路板之间的空间不足,下振膜在振动过程中容易导致下振膜的折环部内侧与柔性电路板撞击,导致扬声器纯音不良以及产品性能等出现异常。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器,旨在解决现有技术中扬声器中的下振膜在振动过程中容易导致下振膜的折环部与柔性电路板撞击而导致产品纯音不良的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案如下:提供一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架以及收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统、磁路系统和柔性电路板,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架上端的上振膜、驱动所述上振膜振动发声的音圈以及与所述音圈连接且固定于所述盆架下端的下振膜,所述下振膜包括与所述音圈连接的第一夹持部、与所述盆架固定连接的第二夹持部以及连接所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部之间的折环部,所述柔性电路板夹设于所述音圈与所述第一夹持部之间,所述折环部包括与所述第一夹持部连接的第一连接部、与所述第二夹持部连接的第二连接部以及连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的中间部,所述第一连接部包括与所述第一夹持部连接的第一端点和与所述中间部连接的第二端点,所述第二连接部包括与所述第二夹持部连接的第三端点和与所述中间部连接的第四端点,所述第一端点沿振动方向的切线与所述第二端点沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距为第一间距,所述第三端点沿振动方向的切线与所述第四端点沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距为第二间距,所述第一间距小于所述第二间距。

有益效果
本发明通过将下振膜上的第一端点沿振动方向的切线与第二端点沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距设置成小于第三端点沿振动方向的切线与第四端点沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距,有利于改善下振膜的振动空间,使得下振膜在振动过程中,第一连接部能够与柔性电路板之间保持一定距离,有效避免下振膜的折环部与柔性电路板发生碰撞,从而能够改善扬声器纯音度,保证了扬声器的稳定性,提高产品性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示,是本发明实施例提供的一种扬声器。该扬声器包括具有收纳空间的固定系统1以及收容于收容空间内的振动系统2和柔性电路板21。固定系统1包括具有收容空间的盆架11、与盆架11固定连接的固定件15以及收容于盆架11的收容空间内的磁路系统10。磁路系统10包括固定于盆架11的导磁轭12、设于导磁轭12中部的主磁钢13及设置在导磁轭12两侧并与主磁钢13之间形成磁间隙18的副磁钢14。振动系统2包括固定于盆架11上端的上振膜22、驱动上振膜22振动发声的音圈24、固定于音圈24下端的柔性电路板21、固定于音圈24上端的上振膜22以及固定于柔性电路板21下端的下振膜23,音圈24置于磁间隙18中,柔性电路板21的内侧上端固定在音圈24的下端,柔性电路板21的外侧上端固定在盆架11上。
下振膜23包括与音圈24连接的第一夹持部233、与盆架11固定连接的第二夹持部232以及连接第一夹持部233与第二夹持部232之间的折环部231, 柔性电路板21夹设于音圈24与第一夹持部233之间,折环部231包括与第一夹持部233连接的第一连接部2311、与第二夹持部232连接的第二连接部2313以及连接第一连接部2311和第二连接部2313之间的中间部2312,第一连接部2311包括与第一夹持部233连接的第一端点2314和与中间部2312连接的第二端点2315,第二连接部2313包括与第二夹持部232连接的第三端点2316和与中间部2312连接的第四端点2317,第一端点2314沿振动方向的切线与第二端点2315沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距为第一间距,第三端点2316沿振动方向的切线与第四端点2317沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距为第二间距,第一间距小于第二间距。音圈24驱动上振膜22振动发声,并且带动下振膜23和柔性电路板21振动。通过上述的下振膜23结构,改善下振膜23的振动空间,使下振膜23的折环部与柔性电路板21之间具有更大的空间,使得下振膜23在振动过程中,第一连接部2311能够与柔性电路板21之间保持一定距离,有效避免下振膜23的折环部231与柔性电路板21发生碰撞,从而能够改善扬声器纯音度,保证了扬声器的稳定性。
在本实施例中,为了使下振膜23获得不被柔性电路板21干涉的更大的振动空间,第一间距为0,即第一连接部2311与中间部2312形成90度夹角。第一连接部2311为平板结构,第二连接部2313为弧形结构。在其他实施方式中,第一连接部2311与第二连接部2313也可为其他形状的结构,中间部2312与第一连接部2311之间的夹角可为钝角,具体角度根据实际需求对下振膜23的结构做出调整。
上述实施例中,柔性电路板21包括第一固定部211、第二固定部212以及弹性连接部213,第一固定部211的上端与盆架11固定连接,第一固定部211的下端与下振膜23的第二夹持部232固定连接,第二固定部212的上端与音圈24连接,第二固定部212的下端与下振膜23的第一夹持部233固定连接,弹性连接部213连接在第一固定部211和第二固定部212之间,并且弹性连接部213沿振动方向的正投影与第一连接部2311相互间隔。
上述实施例中,固定系统1还包括极芯17,极芯17固定于主磁钢13远离导磁轭12的一侧。其中,导磁轭12、固定件15以及极芯17均由导磁材料制成,上振膜22和下振膜23的材料为高分子材料,该高分子材料为硅胶、橡胶、PEEK(polyetheretherketone 聚醚醚酮)或TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes 热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)等。
在上述实施例中,音圈24的形状为跑道形,也可以为其他环状结构,音圈24驱动上振膜22,上振膜22固定在盆架11上,上振膜22上还固定有加强板16,加强板16可以设置在上振膜22朝向主磁钢13的一侧,也可以设置在上振膜22背离主磁钢13的一侧,加强板16可以提高上振膜22的稳定性。
综上所述,本发明的扬声器通过对下振膜23的形状结构进行改善,以将下振膜23上的第一端点2314沿振动方向的切线与第二端点1315沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距设置成小于第三端点2316沿振动方向的切线与第四端点2317沿振动方向的切线之间的垂直间距,有利于改善下振膜23的振动空间,使得下振膜23在振动过程中,第一连接部2311能够与柔性电路板21之间保持一定距离,有效避免下振膜23的折环部231与柔性电路板21发生碰撞,从而能够改善扬声器纯音度,保证了扬声器的稳定性,提高产品性能。
