本公开的一些实施例涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端能力、能力标识的指示方法、获取方法和通信网元。
背景技术
为了让核心网(Core Network,CN)网元或者无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)网元获取终端能力,终端需要将终端能力上报给CN网元或者RAN网元,或者,在通信网元之间传送终端能力。但是,随着通信系统的演进,终端需要支持的能力越来越多,终端能力的传送带来的开销也越来越大,因而如何减少终端能力传送带来的开销是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本公开的一些实施例提供一种终端能力、能力标识的指示方法、获取方法和通信设备,用于减少终端能力传送带来的开销。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开是这样实现的:
第一方面,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种终端能力的指示方法,应用于第一通信网元,包括:

通过本公开的一些实施例,第一通信网元发送与终端能力相关的第一信息,使得接收到第一信息的通信网元能够根据第一信息,选择是从第一通信网元还是从终端获取终端能力,避免向第一通信网元获取终端能力的失败尝试导致的信令开销或避免总是从终端获取终端能力,减少空口终端能力获取频度,从而减少终端能力传送的信令开销。

具体实施方式
为减少空口终端能力获取频度,减少终端能力传送的信令开销,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种终端能力的指示方法、获取方法和通信设备。具体地,当无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN))不知道第一能力标识信息指示映射的无线能力时,会向终端获取终端能力。但是如果CN网元已经获取了终端能力,向终端获取终端能力无疑是增加了UU口(终端与基站之间的接口)的信令开销。但CN网元不一定具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;如果RAN网元盲目地向CN网元请求终端能力,当CN没有终端能力时,会造成不必要的信令开销。当CN网元有终端能力时,CN网元总是将终 端能力发送给RAN网元,可能会造成不必要的NG接口(核心网与基站之间的接口)的信令开销。因为RAN网元可能已经具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力。
此外,终端每次接入网络时发送终端能力标识,特别是网络已经保存了终端能力标识的情况下,也会造成一定的空口开销。一种部署方式下,并不是所有的RAN网元都一致地支持终端能力标识信息的功能。当终端从支持的RAN网元移动到了不支持的RAN网元后,又移动到了支持的RAN网元。终端不知道网络可能已经失去了终端的终端能力标识信息。所以终端仅发送一次终端能力标识信息也是不适用。支持为了进一步优化终端能力信令,减少终端能力标识信息传送的信令开销,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种终端能力标识的指示方法、获取方法和通信设备,具体地,终端会向通信网元上报终端的第一能力标识信息时,但是如果通信网元已经获取了第一能力标识信息,向终端获取第一能力标识信息无疑是增加了信令开销。
为了最小化接口(包括NG,UU)接口的终端能力传送开销,是本公开要解决的问题。
首先指出的是,终端的能力可以分为终端无线能力和终端核心网能力两种。对于无线能力,终端可根据网络的请求上报终端的无线能力。对于核心网能力,终端可在注册时上报终端的网络能力。
终端可以支持多个频带(Band)和频率(frequency)。随着载波聚合(Carrier Aggregation,CA)和双连接(Dual Connectivity,DC)等技术的引入,需要排列组合各种可能的频带组合,而且各个终端厂家支持的频带组合可能还各不相同,造成无线能力特别庞大。另外,随着网络的演进,越来越多的特性被引入网络,不同的特性往往需要不同的无线能力和网络能力。对于相关的网络特性,终端需要将是否支持的信息告知网络。
本公开的一些实施例中,终端能力的标识信息(可简称为终端能力标识信息)可以用于识别终端能力。终端能力标识信息与终端能力信息之间存在一一映射的关系,通过终端能力标识信息可以映射出终端能力。终端能力标识信息可以映射出一组终端能力或完整的终端能力。由于终端能力标识信息大小比终端能力小,可以达到节省能力信令优化的效果。
可选的,一个终端可以具有一个或多个终端能力标识信息。
本公开的一些实施例中,终端能力可以包括以下至少一项:终端核心网能力和终端无线能力。终端核心网能力也可以称为终端网络能力、非接入网(Non-access stratum,NAS)能力。
可选的,终端无线能力可以包括以下至少一项:载波聚合CA能力和双连接DC能力。载波聚合CA能力可以是支持载波聚合的频带和/或频带组合。双连接DC能力可以是支持双连接DC能力的频带和/或频带的组合
可选的,终端核心网能力可以包括以下至少一项:5G会话管理能力、5G移动性管理能力、用户终端网络能力(UE Network capability)和移动台网络能力(MS Network capability)等。
可选的,终端网络核心网能力可以包括以下至少一项:5G网络能力、4G网络能力(如UE Network capability)和3G网络能力(如MS Network capability)等。
本公开的一些实施例中,“能力”与“终端能力”之间可以表示同一意思,可以混用。所述终端能力可以是一组终端能力集(或者称为终端能力集合)。所以,“能力集”、“能力集合”、“能力”、“终端能力集”、“终端能力集”与“终端能力”可以表示同一意思。
本公开的一些实施例中,所述终端能力标识可以理解为当前终端能力标识信息。当前终端能力标识可以理解为至少以下一项:当前终端能力对应的终端能力标识信息、有效的终端能力标识信息、最新的终端能力标识、终端发送给网络的最新的终端能力标识、网络分配的最新的终端能力标识信息。
本公开的一些实施例中,终端能力上下文也可以称为终端能力的描述信息,可以用于描述具体的能力。
本公开的一些实施例中,“能力标识信息”、“终端能力标识信息”与“终端能力的标识信息”之间可以表示同一意思,可以混用。
本公开的一些实施例中,终端能力信令优化可以包括无线能力信令优化和非接入层能力信令优化。可选的,无线能力信令优化也可以称为:optimizations on UE radio capability signaling,简称为RACS。但需指出的是,标准组织可能对其做出其他命名,本公开的一些实施例不受命名的影响。
可选的,获取可以理解为从配置获得、接收、通过请求后接收、通过自学习获取、根据未收到的信息推导获取或者是根据接收的信息处理后获得,具体可根据实际需要确定,本公开的一些实施例对此不作限定。比如当未收到设备发送的某个能力指示信息时可推导出该设备不支持该能力。
可选的,发送可以包含广播,系统消息中广播,或收到请求后返回响应。
本公开的一些实施例中,注册请求可以包括以下之一:附着请求、位置更新请、移动注册请求、初始注册请求。
本公开的一些实施例中,去注册请求可以包括以下之一:去附着请求。
为了减少能力上报带来的开销,为终端设置能够指示终端能力的信息。一种终端能力信令优化的方法是终端仅向网络上报指示终端能力的信息。网络通过指示终端能力的标识信息映射得到终端的能力。

在本公开的一些实施例中,当所述第一指示信息用于指示不具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第二能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;其中,所述第二能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。即第一指示信息只指示不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息,而不指示具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息,接收到第一能力标识信息的其他通信网元,若第一信息中具有第一能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息,则认为第一通信网元不具有或不能够获取该第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,若第一信息中不具有第一能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息,则默认为第一通信网元具有或能够获取该第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,从而进一步减少开销。举例来说,第一能力标识信息中包括第一终端的两个终端能力标识信息(标识1和标识2),其中,第一通信网元中具有或者能够获取标识1映射的终端能力,不具有或者不能够获取标识2映射的终端能力,此时,第一信息中只包括一个第一指示信息,该第一指示信息指示不具有标识2映射的终端能力。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当所述第一指示信息用于指示具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第三能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应,所述第三能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中具有映射的终端能力 的终端能力标识信息。即第一指示信息只指示具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息,而不指示不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识,接收到第一能力标识信息的其他通信网元,若第一信息中具有第一能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息,则认为第一通信网元具有或能够获取该第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,若第一信息中不具有第一能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息,则默认为第一通信网元不具有或不能够获取该第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,从而进一步减少开销。举例来说,第一能力标识信息中包括第一终端的两个终端能力标识信息(标识1和标识2),其中,第一通信网元中具有或者能够获取标识1映射的终端能力,不具有或者不能够获取标识2映射的终端能力,此时,第一信息中只包括一个第一指示信息,该第一指示信息指示具有标识1映射的终端能力。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当所述第一指示信息用于指示具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,且第三能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所有的所述第三能力标识信息对应一个所述第一指示信息;所述第三能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。举例来说,第一能力标识信息中包括第一终端的三个终端能力标识信息(标识1、标识2和标识3),其中,第一通信网元中具有或者能够获取标识1和标识3映射的终端能力,不具有或者不能够获取标识2映射的终端能力,此时,第一信息中只包括一个第一指示信息,用于指示具有标识1和标识3映射的终端能力,从而进一步减少开销。具体的,第一信息的信息结构体中,可以是,第一指示信息后列出一个终端能力标识信息列表,该终端能力标识信息列表中的所有终端能力标识信息均为具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。而,不在列表中的终端能力标识信息则被默认为是不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当所述第一指示信息用于指示不具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,且第二能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所有的所述第二能力标识信息对应一个所述第一指示信息;其中,所述第二能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。举例来说,第一能力标识信息中包括 第一终端的四个终端能力标识信息(标识1、标识2、标识3和标识4),其中,第一通信网元中具有或者能够获取标识1和标识3映射的终端能力,不具有或者不能够获取标识2和标识4映射的终端能力,此时,第一信息中只包括一个第一指示信息,用于指示具有标识2和标识4映射的终端能力,从而进一步减少开销。具体的,第一信息的信息结构体中,可以是,第一指示信息后列出一个终端能力标识信息列表,该终端能力标识信息列表中的所有终端能力标识信息均为不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。而,不在列表中的终端能力标识信息则被默认为是具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。
本公开的一些实施例中,在发送第一信息之前,所述第一通信网元还可以执行以下至少一项:
01)接收所述第一终端上报的或者其他通信网元发送所述第一能力标识信息;
02)根据所述第一能力标识信息是否具有和/或是否能够获取映射的终端能力,确定所述第一指示信息和/或第二指示信息;
03)根据所述第一终端的终端能力,为所述第一终端的终端能力分配所述第一能力标识信息;
04)根据第一终端的终端能力,建立所述第一能力标识信息与终端能力的映射关系;
05)根据所述第一终端的终端能力,以及,终端能力与能力标识的映射关系,确定所述第一终端的第一能力标识信息。
在一些实施例中,根据所述第一能力标识信息是否具有和/或是否能够获取映射的终端能力,确定所述第一指示信息和/或第二指示信息可以包括至少以下之一:
当具有或能够获取第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第一指示信息指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力和/或第二指示信息指示具有第一终端的终端能力;
当不具有但能够获取第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第一指示信息指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力和/或第二指示信息指示 具有第一终端的终端能力;

通过本公开的一些实施例,第一通信网元发送与终端能力相关的第一信息,使得接收到第一信息的通信网元能够根据第一信息,选择是从第一通信网元还是从终端获取终端能力,避免向第一通信网元获取终端能力的失败尝试导致的信令开销或避免总是从终端获取终端能力,减少空口终端能力获取频度,从而减少终端能力传送的信令开销。

本公开的一些实施例中,所述向第二终端获取第三能力标识信息映射的终端能力之后还可以包括:将所述第三能力标识信息映射的终端能力同步给所述第一通信网元。

本公开的一些实施例的第一场景
请参考图3,图3为本公开的一些实施例的第一场景的通信方法的流程示意图,该通信方法应用于具有第一终端、RAN网元(如NG RAN网元)和CN网元(如AMF)的通信系统。其中,RAN网元能够实现上述实施例中的第二通信网元实现的至少部分功能,CN网元能够实现上述实施例中的第一通信网元实现的至少部分功能。以下以NG RAN网元作为RAN网元的示例,AMF作为CN网元的示例进行描述所述通信方法包括:

通过本公开的一些实施例,第三通信设备发送指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息的第三指示信息,使得接收到第三指示信息的通信网元能够根据第三指示信息,选择是否从第三通信设备获取终端能力标识信息,避免向第三通信设备获取终端能力标识信息的失败尝试导致的信令开销或避免总是从第三通信设备获取终端能力标识信息,减少终端能力标识信息传送的信令开销。
请参考图17,图17为本公开另一实施例的第四通信网元的结构示意图,该第四通信网元170包括:处理器171和存储器172。在本公开的一些实施例中,第三通信设备170还包括:存储在存储器172上并可在处理器171上运行的计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器171执行时实现如下步骤:
获取第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息;其中,所述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息;

Claims (28)

  1. 一种终端能力的指示方法,应用于第一通信网元,包括:
    向第二通信网元发送第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:第一能力标识信息、第一指示信息和第二指示信息;
    其中,所述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息;
    所述第一指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第二指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于指示具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于不具有所述第一终端的终端能力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端能力的指示方法,其中,当所述第一指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,所述第一能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示不具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第二能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第三能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示不具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,且第二能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所有的所述第二能力标识信息对应一个所述第一指示信息;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,且第三能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所有的所述第三能力标识信息对应一个所述第一指示信息;
    其中,所述第二能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息,所述第三能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的终端能力的指示方法,其中,所述向第二通信网元发送第一信息之前,还执行以下至少一项:
    接收所述第一终端上报的或者其他通信网元发送所述第一能力标识信息;
    根据是否具有或是否能够获取第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,确定所述第一指示信息和/或第二指示信息;
    根据所述第一终端的终端能力,为所述第一终端的终端能力分配所述第一能力标识信息;
    根据第一终端的终端能力,建立所述第一能力标识信息与终端能力的映射关系;
    根据所述第一终端的终端能力,以及,终端能力与终端能力标识信息的映射关系,确定所述第一终端的第一能力标识信息。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的终端能力的指示方法,其中,
    所述第一通信网元为核心网CN网元,所述第二通信网元为无线接入网RAN网元;或者
    所述第一通信网元为具有所述第一终端的终端能力的第一RAN网元,所述第二通信网元为获取所述第一终端的终端能力的第二RAN网元;或者
    所述第一通信网元为具有所述第一终端的终端能力的第一CN网元,所述第二通信网元为获取所述第一终端的终端能力的第二CN网元。
  5. 一种终端能力的获取方法,应用于第二通信网元,包括:
    从第一通信网元获取第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:第一能力标识信息、第一指示信息和第二指示信息;
    其中,所述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息;所述第一指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第二指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于指示具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于不具有所述第一终端的终端能力;
    根据所述第一信息,获取所述第一终端的终端能力。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的终端能力的获取方法,其中,
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,所述第一能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示不具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第二能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力时,第三能力标识信息与所述第一指示信息一一对应;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示不具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,且第二能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所有的所述第二能力标识信息对应一个所述第一指示信息;和/或
    当所述第一指示信息用于指示具有第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力,且第三能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所有的所述第三能力标识信息对应一个所述第一指示信息;
    其中,所述第二能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息,所述第三能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的终端能力的获取方法,其中,所述根据所述第一信息,获取所述第一终端的终端能力包括:
    当满足第一条件时,向所述第一通信网元获取所述第一终端的终端能力或向所述第一通信网元获取所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第一条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第二通信网元不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第二通信网元不具有所述第一终端的终端能力;
    所述第一信息包括所述第一指示信息且所述第一指示信息指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第一信息包括所述第二指示信息且所述第二指示信息指示具有第一终端的终端能力。
  8. 如权利要求5或6所述的终端能力的获取方法,其中,所述根据所述第一信息,获取所述第一终端的终端能力包括:
    当满足第二条件时,向第二终端获取所述第一终端的终端能力或向第二终端获取所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;所述第二终端是所述第一终端或除所述第一终端之外的其他终端;
    所述第二条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第二通信网元不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第二通信网元不具有所述第一终端的终端能力;
    所述第一信息包括所述第一指示信息且所述第一指示信息指示不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第一信息不包括所述第一指示信息;
    所述第一信息包括所述第二指示信息且所述第二指示信息指示不具有第一终端的终端能力;
    所述第一信息不包括所述第二指示信息。
  9. 如权利要求5或6所述的终端能力的获取方法,其中,所述根据所述第一信息,获取所述第一终端的终端能力包括:
    当满足第三条件时,向所述第一通信网元获取第三能力标识信息映射的终端能力;当所述第一能力标识信息中包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所述第三能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息;
    所述第三条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第二通信网元不具有所述第三能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第一信息包括所述第一指示信息且所述第一指示信息指示具有所述第三能力标识信息映射的终端能力;所述第一信息不包括所述第三能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息且第三能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息不存在时默认指示所述第三能力标识信息具有映射的终端能力。
  10. 如权利要求5或6所述的终端能力的获取方法,其中,所述根据所述第一信息,获取所述第一终端的终端能力包括:
    当满足第四条件时,向第二终端获取第二能力标识信息映射的终端能力;所述第二终端是所述第一终端或除所述第一终端之外的其他终端;当所述第一能力标识信息包括所述第一终端的至少两个终端能力标识信息时,所述第 二能力标识信息为所述第一能力标识信息中不具有映射的终端能力的终端能力标识信息;
    所述第四条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第二通信网元不具有所述第二能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第一信息包括所述第一指示信息且所述第一指示信息指示不具有所述第二能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第一信息不包括所述第二能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息且第二能力标识信息对应的第一指示信息不存在时默认指示所述第二能力标识信息不具有映射的终端能力。
  11. 如权利要求5或6所述的终端能力的获取方法,其中,
    所述第一通信网元为CN网元,所述第二通信网元为RAN网元;或者
    所述第一通信网元为具有所述第一终端的终端能力的第一RAN网元,所述第二通信网元为获取所述第一终端的终端能力的第二RAN网元;或者
    所述第一通信网元为具有所述第一终端的终端能力的第一CN网元,所述第二通信网元为获取所述第一终端的终端能力的第二CN网元。
  12. 一种第一通信网元,包括:
    发送模块,用于向第二通信网元发送第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:第一能力标识信息、第一指示信息和第二指示信息;
    其中,所述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息;
    所述第一指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;
    所述第二指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于指示具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于不具有所述第一终端的终端能力。
  13. 一种第二通信网元,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于从第一通信网元获取第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:第一能力标识信息、第一指示信息和第二指示信息;其中,所 述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息;所述第一指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;或者,第一指示信息用于指示不具有所述第一能力标识信息映射的终端能力;所述第二指示信息用于指示是否具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于指示具有所述第一终端的终端能力;或者,所述第二指示信息用于不具有所述第一终端的终端能力;
    第二获取模块,用于根据所述第一信息,获取所述第一终端的终端能力。
  14. 一种第一通信网元,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的终端能力的指示方法的步骤。
  15. 一种第二通信网元,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求5至11中任一项所述的终端能力的获取方法的步骤。
  16. 一种终端能力标识的指示方法,应用于第三通信设备,包括:
    发送第三指示信息;所述第三指示信息用于指示是否具有第一能力标识信息;
    其中,所述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的终端能力标识的指示方法,其中,
    向第四通信网元发送所述第三指示信息。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的终端能力标识的指示方法,其中,
    所述第三通信设备包括以下至少一项:终端,核心网网元、无线接入网网元。
  19. 一种终端能力标识的获取方法,应用于第四通信网元,包括:
    获取第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示是否具有第一能力标识信息;其中,所述第一能力标识信息为第一终端的终端能力标识信息;
    根据所述第三指示信息,确定是否获取所述第一能力标识信息或确定是否为所述第一终端分配终端能力标识信息。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的终端能力标识的获取方法,其中,所述获取第 三指示信息包括:
    从第三通信设备获取所述第三指示信息。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的终端能力标识的获取方法,其中,所述根据所述第三指示信息,确定是否获取所述第一能力标识信息包括:
    满足第一获取能力标识条件时,向所述第三通信设备获取所述第一能力标识信息;
    所述第一获取能力标识条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第四通信网元不具有所述第一能力标识信息;
    第三指示信息指示具有所述第一能力标识信息。
  22. 如权利要求19所述的终端能力标识的获取方法,其中,根据所述第三指示信息,确定是否为第一终端分配终端能力标识信息:
    当满足第一分配终端能力标识信息条件时,向为第一终端分配终端能力标识信息;
    所述第一分配终端能力标识信息条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第四通信网元不具有所述第一能力标识信息;
    第三指示信息指示不具有所述第一能力标识信息。
  23. 如权利要求19所述的终端能力标识的获取方法,其中,
    所述第四通信网元包括以下至少一项:核心网网元、无线接入网网元。
  24. 一种第三通信设备,包括:
    发送模块,用于发送第三指示信息;所述第三指示信息用于指示是否具有第一能力标识信息;
