本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,还包括搅拌轴,所述清水箱的顶端连通设置有加水管,所述清洗箱的顶端连通设置有加药管,所述清洗箱的内底壁上设置有第二安装槽,并在第二安装槽内固定安装有第二滚珠轴承,清洗箱的顶端设置有安装通孔,所述安装通孔位于第二安装槽的正上方,并在安装通孔内固定安装有第三滚珠轴承,所述搅拌轴的底端自清洗箱的顶端穿过第三滚珠轴承伸入至清洗箱内并插入至第二滚珠轴承内部,并在搅拌轴上设置有搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶位于清洗箱内。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,还包括PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器安装于箱体的右端,并且往复电机与PLC控制器电连接。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,所述门板设置有两组,所述取放口的内顶壁上设置有两组上滑槽,取放口的内底壁上设置有两组下滑槽,所述两组门板的顶端分别滑动设置于两组上滑槽内,两组门板的底端分别滑动设置于两组下滑槽内,并且两组门板的整体大小稍大于取放口的大小。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,所述两组门板上均设置有观察孔,并在两组观察孔内均安装有透明挡板。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为:通过将实验仪器口朝下插入柔性橡胶板的固定通孔,并使实验仪器的底部开口端与支撑滤网的顶端接触,调节三通控制阀,使冲洗泵的输入端与清洗管连通,冲洗泵将清洗液通过冲洗软管冲入冲洗管内并自多组喷头竖直向上喷出,通过往复电机带动丝杠正反向交替转动,使安装板在工作腔内在左右方向上往复移动,从而对多组实验仪器的内部进行清洗,然后调节三通控制阀,将冲洗泵的输入端与清洗管连通,冲洗泵将清水经冲洗软管冲入冲洗管内并自多组喷头竖直向上喷出,配合安装板的左右移动,对多组实验仪器的内部残留的清洗液进行冲洗,通过将实验仪器固定与相匹配的固定通孔内,不会对那些易碎的玻璃仪器造成损坏,提高实用性;全程无需人工亲自用双手进行清洗,避免对操作人员的双手造成伤害,提高使用可靠性;通过鼓风机将气体鼓入加热腔内,通过加热棒为加热腔内的气体进行加热,加热后的气体在气压的作用下通过烘干风管进入吹风管内并自多组风口吹出,配合安装板的左右移动,对冲洗后的实验仪器进行烘干处理,可以对清洗过后的实验仪器进行烘干,避免实验仪器上产生水渍,保证实验仪器后续使用效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,包括箱体1、冲洗泵2、清水箱3、清洗箱4、往复电机5、安装板6、两组限位杆7、丝杠8和三通控制阀9,箱体1的内部设置有工作腔,并在工作腔内横向安装有矩形框10和支撑滤网11,矩形框10位于支撑滤网11的上方,并在矩形框10的内部设置有柔性橡胶板12,柔性橡胶板12上设置有多组固定通孔13,工作腔的左侧壁上设置有第一安装槽,并在第一安装槽内固定安装有第一滚珠轴承14,往复电机5安装于箱体1的右端,安装板6的中部设置有左右贯通的螺纹孔,丝杠8的左端自安装板6的右端螺装穿过螺纹孔至安装板6的左侧并插入至第一滚珠轴承14内部,丝杠8的右端自工作腔内穿过箱体1的右侧壁并与往复电机5的左侧输出端传动连接,安装板6的前半区域和后半区域均设置有左右贯通的限位孔,两组限位杆7的左端均与工作腔的左侧壁连接,两组限位杆7的右端自安装板6的左端分别穿过两组限位孔至安装板6的右侧壁并均与工作腔的右侧壁连接,安装板6的顶端左侧设置有前后方向的冲洗管15,并在冲洗管15的顶端连通设置有多组喷头16,清水箱3和清洗箱4均位于箱体1的下方,并在清水箱3和清洗箱4的内部分别装有清水和清洗液,清水箱3和清洗箱4的顶端分别连通设置有清水管17和清洗管18,清水管17和清洗管18的顶端分别与三通控制阀9的两个输入端连通,三通控制阀9的输出端与冲洗泵2的输入端连通,冲洗泵2的输出端设置有冲洗软管19,冲洗软管19的输出端与冲洗管15连通,箱体1的前端设置有取放口,并在取放口处设置有门板20;还包括加热箱21、鼓风机22和烘干风管23,加热箱21安装于箱体1的顶端,并在加热箱21的内部设置有加热腔,加热腔内安装有加热棒24,鼓风机22安装于加热箱21的左端,鼓风机22的右侧输出端自加热箱21的左端伸入至加热腔内,安装板6的顶端设置有吹风管25,并在吹风管25的顶端连通设置有风口26,烘干风管23的一端自加热箱21的右端伸入至加热腔内,烘干风管23的另一端伸入至工作腔内并与吹风管25连通;所述箱体(1)的顶端还设置有紫外灭菌消毒灯;通过将实验仪器口朝下插入柔性橡胶板的固定通孔,并使实验仪器的底部开口端与支撑滤网的顶端接触,调节三通控制阀,使冲洗泵的输入端与清洗管连通,冲洗泵将清洗液通过冲洗软管冲入冲洗管内并自多组喷头竖直向上喷出,通过往复电机带动丝杠正反向交替转动,使安装板在工作腔内在左右方向上往复移动,从而对多组实验仪器的内部进行清洗,然后调节三通控制阀,将冲洗泵的输入端与清洗管连通,冲洗泵将清水经冲洗软管冲入冲洗管内并自多组喷头竖直向上喷出,配合安装板的左右移动,对多组实验仪器的内部残留的清洗液进行冲洗,通过将实验仪器固定与相匹配的固定通孔内,不会对那些易碎的玻璃仪器造成损坏,提高实用性;全程无需人工亲自用双手进行清洗,避免对操作人员的双手造成伤害,提高使用可靠性;通过鼓风机将气体鼓入加热腔内,通过加热棒为加热腔内的气体进行加热,加热后的气体在气压的作用下通过烘干风管进入吹风管内并自多组风口吹出,配合安装板的左右移动,对冲洗后的实验仪器进行烘干处理,可以对清洗过后的实验仪器进行烘干,避免实验仪器上产生水渍,保证实验仪器后续使用效果,所述箱体(1)的顶端设置的紫外灭菌消毒灯,可以发出紫外线,设置多个,实现无死角辐射至被清洗的实验仪器,对仪器进行灭菌消毒。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,还包括伸缩气缸27和压板28,伸缩气缸27安装于箱体1的顶端,并在伸缩气缸27的底部输出端设置有伸缩杆29,伸缩杆29的底端自箱体1的顶端伸入至工作腔内并与压板28的顶端连接,压板28的底端设置有海绵层30;通过伸缩气缸驱动伸缩杆向下移动,伸缩杆带动压板以及海绵层向下移动直至海绵层的底端与多组实验仪器的顶端接触,提高对实验仪器的固定效果,避免实验仪器在水流冲击的作用下发生晃动。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,多组固定通孔13的直径与不同型号实验仪器的直径相匹配;可以对不同型号的实验仪器进行固定,提高实用性。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,取放口的底端低于安装板6的高度,箱体1的底端连通设置有排污管31,并在排污管31上设置有排污阀;污水沉积在工作腔内,通过打开排污阀可以将工作腔内的污水自排污管排出,可以将排污管的输出端与下水道或者专门的污水处理设备连通。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,还包括搅拌轴32,清水箱3的顶端连通设置有加水管33,清洗箱4的顶端连通设置有加药管34,清洗箱4的内底壁上设置有第二安装槽,并在第二安装槽内固定安装有第二滚珠轴承35,清洗箱4的顶端设置有安装通孔,安装通孔位于第二安装槽的正上方,并在安装通孔内固定安装有第三滚珠轴承36,搅拌轴32的底端自清洗箱4的顶端穿过第三滚珠轴承36伸入至清洗箱4内并插入至第二滚珠轴承35内部,并在搅拌轴32上设置有搅拌叶37,搅拌叶37位于清洗箱4内;通过加水管可以往清水箱的内部添加清水,通过加药管往清洗箱内添加清水和清洗液,然后通过转动搅拌轴带动搅拌叶转动,将工作腔内的清洗液混合均匀。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,还包括PLC控制器38,PLC控制器38安装于箱体1的右端,并且往复电机5与PLC控制器38电连接;通过PLC控制器设置好往复电机的往复行程,然后通过PLC控制器控制往复电机的往复转动,提高实用性。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,门板20设置有两组,取放口的内顶壁上设置有两组上滑槽39,取放口的内底壁上设置有两组下滑槽,两组门板20的顶端分别滑动设置于两组上滑槽39内,两组门板20的底端分别滑动设置于两组下滑槽内,并且两组门板20的整体大小稍大于取放口的大小;通过上滑槽和下滑槽方便对门板进行推拉,方便对门板进行开启和关闭,提高使用可靠性。
本实用新型的一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,两组门板20上均设置有观察孔,并在两组观察孔内均安装有透明挡板40;通过观察孔方便对工作腔内的情况进行观察,提高实用性。

- 一种化学实验仪器清洗装置,其特征在于,包括箱体(1)、冲洗泵(2)、清水箱(3)、清洗箱(4)、往复电机(5)、安装板(6)、两组限位杆(7)、丝杠(8)和三通控制阀(9),所述箱体(1)的内部设置有工作腔,并在工作腔内横向安装有矩形框(10)和支撑滤网(11),所述矩形框(10)位于支撑滤网(11)的上方,并在矩形框(10)的内部设置有柔性橡胶板(12),所述柔性橡胶板(12)上设置有多组固定通孔(13),所述工作腔的左侧壁上设置有第一安装槽,并在第一安装槽内固定安装有第一滚珠轴承(14),往复电机(5)安装于箱体(1)的右端,所述安装板(6)的中部设置有左右贯通的螺纹孔,所述丝杠(8)的左端自安装板(6)的右端螺装穿过螺纹孔至安装板(6)的左侧并插入至第一滚珠轴承(14)内部,丝杠(8)的右端自工作腔内穿过箱体(1)的右侧壁并与往复电机(5)的左侧输出端传动连接,所述安装板(6)的前半区域和后半区域均设置有左右贯通的限位孔,所述两组限位杆(7)的左端均与工作腔的左侧壁连接,两组限位杆(7)的右端自安装板(6)的左端分别穿过两组限位孔至安装板(6)的右侧壁并均与工作腔的右侧壁连接,安装板(6)的顶端左侧设置有前后方向的冲洗管(15),并在冲洗管(15)的顶端连通设置有多组喷头(16),所述清水箱(3)和清洗箱(4)均位于箱体(1)的下方,并在清水箱(3)和清洗箱(4)的内部分别装有清水和清洗液,清水箱(3)和清洗箱(4)的顶端分别连通设置有清水管(17)和清洗管(18),所述清水管(17)和清洗管(18)的顶端分别与三通控制阀(9)的两个输入端连通,所述三通控制阀(9)的输出端与冲洗泵(2)的输入端连通,所述冲洗泵(2)的输出端设置有冲洗软管(19),所述冲洗软管(19)的输出端与冲洗管(15)连通,箱体(1)的前端设置有取放口,并在取放口处设置有门板(20);还包括加热箱(21)、鼓风机(22)和烘干风管(23),所述加热箱(21)安装于箱体(1)的顶端,并在加热箱(21)的内部设置有加热腔,所述加热腔内安装有加热棒(24),所述鼓风机(22)安装于加热箱(21)的左端,鼓风机(22)的右侧输出端自加热箱(21)的左端伸入至加热腔内,所述安装板(6)的顶端设置有吹风管(25),并在吹风管(25)的顶端连通设置有风口(26),所述烘干风管(23)的一端自加热箱(21)的右端伸入至加热腔内,烘干风管(23)的另一端伸入至工作腔内并与吹风管(25)连通,所述箱体(1)的顶端还设置有紫外灭菌消毒灯,还包括伸缩气缸(27)和压板(28),所述伸缩气缸(27)安装于箱体的顶端,并在伸缩气缸的底部输出端设置有伸缩杆(29),所述伸缩杆的底端自箱体的顶端伸入至工作腔内并与压板(28)的顶端连接,所述压板(28)的底端设置有海绵层(30)。
