Abstract

The present application describes a support for fastening a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder (8) to the side of a carburetor in an injection-moulding system. The support comprises a movable base (1) that operates on the basis of a lever system (2), actuating the movement of the valve needle. The advantages associated with this approach are a reduction in the thickness of the plate for securing the mould to the injection-moulding machine, in comparison with the conventional system in which the cylinder (8) is mounted on the carburetor. Furthermore, this configuration makes it possible to optimise the overall size of the machine, dispensing with the normal refrigeration circuits used to cool the cylinder.

Num modo particular de realização, o suporte lateral desenvolvido é compreendido por uma base sólida (1) . Uma alavanca (2) é instalada no interior da base sólida (1), ao longo do seu eixo longitudinal, possuindo um movimento rotacional em torno de uma cavilha (3) . A alavanca (2) compreende uma rolete (7) em cada uma das suas extremidades, dotada de movimento rotacional. A conexão entre a alavanca (2) e o rolete (7) é feita através de uma cavilha. A base sólida (1) compreende dois canais verticais de deslizamento, dispostos nas duas extremidades, ao longo do seu eixo transversal. Em ambos os canais verticais de deslizamento são inseridos blocos de deslizamento, conectados um a cada extremidade do conjunto alavanca (2) - rolete (7) . O bloco de deslizamento (5) de contacto ao cilindro (8) compreende um encaixe de ligação ao cilindro (8) . Num modo particular de realização, os canais verticais de deslizamento compreendem barras de deslize com lubrificação sólida. The cylinder contact sliding block (5) comprises a cylinder connecting socket (8). In a particular embodiment, the vertical sliding channels comprise solid lubricated sliding bars. The present description is, of course, by no means restricted to the embodiments set forth herein and a person of ordinary skill in the art may foresee many possibilities for modification thereof without departing from the general idea as defined in the claims. The preferred embodiments described above are obviously combinable with each other. The following claims further define preferred embodiments.
