Claims (21)
- 一种烹饪器具,包括座体(200)和盖体(100),所述盖体(100)可开合地枢转安装于所述座体(200)上,其中,所述烹饪器具还包括:枢转弹簧(1),设置在所述座体(200)与盖体(100)之间的枢转连接部;和吸合组件,包括第一吸合件和第二吸合件,所述第一吸合件和所述第二吸合件中的一者设置在所述座体(200),另一者设置在所述盖体(100),所述第一吸合件与所述第二吸合件相吸以将所述盖体(100)锁合于所述座体(200)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,在所述盖体(100)的合盖状态下,相对于所述盖体(100)与所述座体(200)之间的枢转铰接点,所述枢转弹簧(1)的复位扭矩M2小于所述第一吸合件与所述第二吸合件的吸合扭矩M3与所述盖体(100)的重心扭矩M1之和。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其中,M3-(M2-M1)>1Nm,M3-(M2-M1)<15Nm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述吸合组件为设置在相对于所述枢转连接部的远端的磁吸锁合组件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述磁吸锁合组件包括作为所述第一吸合件的磁体(3)以及作为所述第二吸合件的铁芯棒(4)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述烹饪器具还包括带有拨杆开关的拨杆机构,在触发所述拨杆开关时,所述拨杆机构将所述铁芯棒(4)从所述靠近位置朝向所述远离位置拨动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述铁芯棒(4)为能够在所述盖体(100)的合盖状态下在相对于所述磁体(3)的靠近位置与远离位置之间移动的伸缩活动杆;其中,在所述靠近位置,相对于所述盖体(100)与所述座体(200)之间的枢转 铰接点,所述磁体(3)与铁芯棒(4)之间的磁吸合力的吸合扭矩M3与所述盖体(100)的重心扭矩M1之和大于所述枢转弹簧(1)的复位扭矩M2以锁合所述盖体(100);在所述远离位置,所述磁体(3)与铁芯棒(4)之间的磁吸合力的吸合扭矩M3与所述盖体(100)的重心扭矩M1之和小于所述枢转弹簧(1)的复位扭矩M2以打开所述盖体(100)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述烹饪器具包括带有电磁铁的电磁铁回路,所述电磁铁包括所述铁芯棒(4)和缠绕于所述铁芯棒(4)的导电绕组。
- 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述电磁铁回路中设有用于控制所述电磁铁带电的电路通断开关(5)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其中,在所述电路通断开关(5)的导通状态下,所述铁芯棒(4)从所述靠近位置朝向所述远离位置移动以进一步插入所述电磁铁的导电绕组内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述铁芯棒(4)的相对于磁体(3)的靠近端形成为大头端(41)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述电磁铁回路包括用于切换流经所述电磁铁的电流流向的电流换向开关,所述电流换向开关能够使得所述电磁铁产生相对于所述磁体(3)的排斥磁力以打开所述盖体(100),或切换产生相对于所述磁体(3)的磁吸合力以使所述盖体(100)自锁。
- 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,在所述盖体(100)的合盖状态以及所述电磁铁的导电状态下,相对于所述枢转铰接点,所述磁体(3)与所述电磁铁之间的排斥磁力的磁斥扭矩M4与所述枢转弹簧(1)的复位扭矩M2之和大于所述盖体(100)的重心扭矩M1,且M4+M2-M1>1Nm。
- 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述电磁铁为交流电磁铁。
- 根据权利要求8~14中任意一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述电磁铁回路设有带滑动开关的滑动变阻器(8),通过拨动所述滑动开关以改变所述电磁铁与所述磁体(3)的磁吸合力,使得能够锁合或打开所述盖体(100)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述磁体(3)为电磁铁。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述磁吸锁合组件包括第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件,所述烹饪器具还包括隔磁组件,所述隔磁组件包括隔磁材质的隔磁片(6)和带有复位弹簧的隔磁按钮(7),所述隔磁按钮(7)能够在被按压状态下驱动所述隔磁片(6)伸入所述第一磁吸件与第二磁吸件之间以抑制磁吸并打开所述盖体(100)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述隔磁片(6)形成为一端开口的框体结构,在所述隔磁按钮(7)的按钮按压状态下,所述第一磁吸件或第二磁吸件被框限于所述框体结构内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述隔磁组件设置于所述座体(200)中,所述隔磁片(6)为铝合金片材、不锈钢片材或铜片材。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲。
- 根据权利要求20所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述盖体(100)为矩形轮廓,所述矩形轮廓包括依次连接的第一矩形边、第二矩形边、第三矩形边和第四矩形边,所述盖体(100)与所述座体(200)之间的枢转铰接点形成在所述第一矩形边的中点位置,所述吸合组件设置在所述第三矩形边的中点位置和/或所述吸合组件设置在所述第二矩形边和所述第四矩形边的对称位置。
