相比现有技术,实施本发明实施例的数字电视设备电源管理方法,能够实时监控数字电视设备指定区域是否有用户,在没有用户的时控制数字电视设备进行待机或者关机操作,在有用户时通过对用户眨眼行为的捕捉,判断用户是睡眠还是清醒状态,并能够提示用户通过眨眼来放松休息眼睛,既能有效对数字电视设备电源进线很好的管理,又能保障用户的健康。
为解决数字电视设备在用户没有使用的情况下继续长时间工作的问题,本发明还提供一种数字电视设备电源管理系统,具体的图2给出了一个实施例中该系统的结构图,包括:
区域扫描单元100,控制数字电视实时扫描指定区域内是否有用户。
用户如果在使用数字电视设备,则用户需要在距离数字电视设备一定的区域内。该系统区域扫描单元100首先选定一个指定区域作为数字电视设备的监控区域。在指定区域内,区域扫描单元100控制数字电视设备实时扫描以确定是否有用户,根据是否有用户来对数字电视设备的电源采取不同的管理策略。
进一步的,区域扫描单元100扫描指定区域内是否有用户采用人像识别技术或者红外识别技术。
扫描处理单元200,若设定时间内指定区域内一直没有用户,则控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
如果指定区域内一直没有用户且超过设定时间,则表明用户长时间在指定区域外,很大可能用户已经外出或者休息,此时数字电视设备不需要继续长时间工作,扫描处理单元200则控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态,以使得数字电视设备停止工作,从而减少损耗。
为了数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态时,用户能够知道,以便用户能够根据需求对数字电视设备进行管理(例如用户需要对当前节目进行录制,则需要待机保留录制功能,不能直接关机),扫描处理单元200在控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态时,向绑定的用户移动设备发送通知提醒用户,在等待设定时长后如果没有收到由移动设备发送的指令,则数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
眼部影像捕捉单元300,若指定区域内有用户则控制数字电视设备捕捉用户的眼部影像。
在扫描指定区域确定有用户后,对于位于指定区域内的用户根据用户的眼部状态可以判定用户是否在使用观看数字电视设备,故眼部影像捕捉单元300控制数字电视设备捕捉用户的眼部影像。眼部影像捕捉单元300捕捉用户的眼部影像可采用人脸识别技术和虹膜识别技术。
眨眼分析单元400,对用户的眼部影像进行分析,判断在设定时间内用户是否有眨眼行为,若没有眨眼行为则提示用户进行眨眼,如果在提示之后规定时间内用户没有进行眨眼,则控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
对于实时捕捉到的用户眼部影像眨眼分析单元400判断在设定时间内用户是否有眨眼行为,如果用户有眨眼行为则说明用户没有进入睡眠状态,属于清醒状态,故眨眼分析单元400通过用户对用户眨眼行为的捕捉能够有效判断用户当前的状态。同时,如果用户长时间睁眼但没有眨眼用户仍然属于清醒状态,但是长时间的睁眼观看电视节目容易造成眼睛疲劳对用户眼睛和视力不利,该系统综合考虑,眨眼分析单元400在用户没有眨眼行为时提示用户进行眨眼,既能够反馈用户自身的状态又能够放松和休息眼睛,进一步保护用户的健康。
如果用户在观看数字电视设备中途睡着,用户很可能处于一种不能很好休息的位置,例如沙发或者椅子等等,时间太久对用户的休息不利,尤其夜晚,故眨眼分析单元400在控制数字电视设备进入待机状态后启动一个定时器,在定时器到达时进行闹铃提醒唤醒用户,以使得用户可以离开数字电视设备区域,进行更好的休息。
为使得用户再次使用数字电视设备时能够了解上一次的使用情况,该眨眼分析单元400在控制数字电视设备进入待机状态时记录当前的时间,并对当前数字电视设备的使用情况生成日志,用户下次使用时可以通过查看日志来了解上一次的使用情况。
相比现有技术,实施本发明实施例的数字电视设备电源管理系统,能够实时监控数字电视设备指定区域是否有用户,在没有用户的时控制数字电视设备进行待机或者关机操作,在有用户时通过对用户眨眼行为的捕捉,判断用户是睡眠还是清醒状态,并能够提示用户通过眨眼来放松休息眼睛,既能有效对数字电视设备电源进线很好的管理,又能保障用户的健康。
本发明数字电视设备电源管理方法及系统,能够实时监控数字电视设备指定区域是否有用户,在没有用户的时控制数字电视设备进行待机或者关机操作,在有用户时通过对用户眨眼行为的捕捉,判断用户是睡眠还是清醒状态,并能够提示用户通过眨眼来放松休息眼睛,既能有效对数字电视设备电源进线很好的管理,又能保障用户的健康。

Claims (10)
- 一种数字电视设备电源管理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S10:控制数字电视实时扫描指定区域内是否有用户;S20:若设定时间内所述指定区域内一直没有用户,则控制所述数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态;S30:若指定区域内有用户则控制所述数字电视设备捕捉用户的眼部影像;S40:对用户的眼部影像进行分析,判断在设定时间内用户是否有眨眼行为,若没有眨眼行为则提示用户进行眨眼,如果在提示之后规定时间内用户没有进行眨眼,则控制所述数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数字电视设备电源管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S20还包括:在控制所述数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态时,向绑定的用户的移动设备发送通知提醒用户,在等待设定时长后如果没有收到由所述移动设备发送的指令,则所述数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数字电视设备电源管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S40还包括:在控制所述数字电视设备进入待机状态后启动一个定时器,在定时器到达时进行闹铃提醒唤醒用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数字电视设备电源管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S40还包括:在控制所述数字电视设备进入待机状态时记录当前的时间,并对当前所述数字电视设备的使用情况生成日志。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数字电视设备电源管理方法,其特征在于,扫描所述指定区域内是否有用户采用人像识别技术或者红外识别技术;捕捉用户的眼部影像可采用人脸识别技术和虹膜识别技术。
- 一种数字电视设备电源管理系统,其特征在于,包括:区域扫描单元,控制数字电视实时扫描指定区域内是否有用户;扫描处理单元,若设定时间内指定区域内一直没有用户,则控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态;眼部影像捕捉单元,若指定区域内有用户则控制数字电视设备捕捉用户的眼部影像;眨眼分析单元,对用户的眼部影像进行分析,判断在设定时间内用户是否有眨眼行为,若没有眨眼行为则提示用户进行眨眼,如果在提示之后规定时间内用户没有进行眨眼,则控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
- 根据权利要求6所述的数字电视设备电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述扫描处理单元在控制数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态时,向绑定的用户移动设备发送通知提醒用户,在等待设定时长后如果没有收到由移动设备发送的指令,则数字电视设备进入待机或关机状态。
- 根据权利要求6所述的数字电视设备电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述眨眼分析单元在控制数字电视设备进入待机状态后启动一个定时器,在定时器到达时进行闹铃提醒唤醒用户。
- 根据权利要求6所述的数字电视设备电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述眨眼分析单元在控制数字电视设备进入待机状态时记录当前的时间,并对当前数字电视设备的使用情况生成日志。
- 根据权利要求6所述的数字电视设备电源管理系统,其特征在于,所述区域扫描单元扫描指定区域内是否有用户采用人像识别技术或者红外识别技术;所述眼部影像捕捉单元捕捉用户的眼部影像可采用人脸识别技术和虹膜识别技术。
