作为本发明的另一种优选实施方式,在所述上机织造步骤中,当槽针1运动到针前极限位置时,如图4所示,所述第一成圈梳栉A和第三成圈梳栉C进行针前横移,第二衬纬梳栉B通过传动机构驱动作向上运动,不进行针前横移;槽针1继续进行成圈运动,当运动到槽 针1与针芯2开始闭合位置时,如图5所示,所述第一成圈梳栉A、第三成圈梳栉C和第四衬纬梳栉D进行针背横移,所述第二衬纬梳栉B在进行针背横移的同时通过所述传动机构驱动作向下运动。在所有梳栉针背横移过程中,第二衬纬梳栉B上的纱线均不会刮蹭到其他梳栉,且其纱线又可以摆到第一成圈梳栉A之后,更好地保证其纱线能被第一成圈梳栉A上的纱线捆绑住,并且使各梳栉的针背横移和整个编织过程更加可靠。
在本发明中,如图4、5所示,所述传动机构优选包括摆臂4和梳栉轴5,所述第二衬纬梳栉B固定安装在所述摆臂4的下端,所述摆臂4的上端固定安装在所述梳栉轴5上,所述梳栉轴5通过轴承转动地安装在拉舍尔经编机的机架上,所述梳栉轴5可由电机或其它成圈机件驱动摆动,通过驱动梳栉轴5作摆动运动,从而带动第二衬纬梳栉B作上下运动。
在本发明中,所述传动机构也可采用其它结构,例如采用第一摆动连杆6、第二摆动连杆7、摆动连杆转轴8、梳栉摆臂9和梳栉轴5;第二衬纬梳栉B固定安装在第一摆动连杆6的下端,第二摆动连杆7一端通过轴承与摆动连杆转轴8相连,另一端通过轴承与第一摆动连杆6杆身相连,第一摆动连杆6上端通过轴承与梳栉摆臂9一端相连,梳栉摆臂9另一端固定在梳栉轴5上,梳栉轴5通过轴承转动地安装在拉舍尔经编机的机架上,通过驱动梳栉轴5作摆动运动,从而带动第二衬纬梳栉B作上下运动,如图6所示。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,如图1至图5所示,所述第一 成圈梳栉A为至少一把集聚的花梳栉a,所述第二衬纬梳栉B为至少一把集聚的花梳栉a,所述第三成圈梳栉C为一把地梳栉b或者是二把地梳栉b或者是一把分离式贾卡梳栉或者由一把集聚的花梳栉a与一把地梳栉b组成。所述第四衬纬梳栉D由至少一把集聚的花梳栉a、一把分离式贾卡梳栉e与氨纶梳栉d组成。本发明在第四衬纬梳栉D中使用一把分离式贾卡梳栉e,通过贾卡针移位控制,产生侧向偏移,形成偏移的变化组织,从而形成更加通透的花型。
在本发明中,如图1至图5所示,所述第一成圈梳栉A优选为二把集聚的花梳栉a,所述第二衬纬梳栉B优选为二把集聚的花梳栉a,所述第三成圈梳栉C优选由一把集聚的花梳栉a与一把地梳栉b组成,所述第四衬纬梳栉D优选由四把集聚的花梳栉a、一把分离式贾卡梳栉e与氨纶梳栉d组成。
经过试用,采用本发明的方法后,可在任何机号的拉舍尔经编机上一次性编织出绳绣面料,并且编织出的绳绣面料花型更丰富,立体感更强,更好地满足了花型多样化的发展需求。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述绳绣面料在拉舍尔经编机上进行编织,所述拉舍尔经编机包括成圈装置和梳栉装置,所述成圈装置包括槽针(1)、针芯(2)和沉降片(3)成圈机件,所述梳栉装置包括若干把梳栉,其步骤为:
    (1)梳栉配置:在所述拉舍尔经编机的梳栉装置中,从机前往机后方向依次配置有第一成圈梳栉(A)、第二衬纬梳栉(B)和第三成圈梳栉(C);
    (2)上机织造:所述第三成圈梳栉(C)用于编织底网;所述第二衬纬梳栉(B)作针背横移,整个编织过程中第二衬纬梳栉(B)中的纱线均不进入槽针(1),不参与垫纱运动,用于在所述第三成圈梳栉(C)编织的底网表面上形成立体花型层;所述第一成圈梳栉(A)既作针背垫纱又作针前垫纱形成的成圈组织将所述立体花型层捆绑在所述底网表面上,从而一次性编织形成绳绣面料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述梳栉配置中,在所述第三成圈梳栉(C)的后方还配置有第四衬纬梳栉(D),所述第四衬纬梳栉(D)作针背垫纱,用于在所述第三成圈梳栉(C)编织的底网背面上形成阴影花纹层,所述第三成圈梳栉(C)既作针背垫纱又作针前垫纱形成的底网成圈组织将所述阴影花纹层捆绑在所述底网背面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:在所述上机织造步骤中,当槽针(1)运动到针前极限位置时,所述第一 成圈梳栉(A)和第三成圈梳栉(C)进行针前横移,第二衬纬梳栉(B)保持原有位置,不进行针前横移;槽针(1)继续进行成圈运动,当运动到槽针(1)与针芯(2)开始闭合位置时,所述第一成圈梳栉(A)、第二衬纬梳栉(B)、第三成圈梳栉(C)和第四衬纬梳栉(D)进行针背横移。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:在所述上机织造步骤中,当槽针(1)运动到针前极限位置时,所述第一成圈梳栉(A)和第三成圈梳栉(C)进行针前横移,第二衬纬梳栉(B)通过传动机构驱动作向上运动,不进行针前横移;槽针(1)继续进行成圈运动,当运动到槽针(1)与针芯(2)开始闭合位置时,所述第一成圈梳栉(A)、第三成圈梳栉(C)和第四衬纬梳栉(D)进行针背横移,所述第二衬纬梳栉(B)在进行针背横移的同时通过所述传动机构驱动作向下运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括摆臂(4)和梳栉轴(5),所述第二衬纬梳栉(B)固定安装在所述摆臂(4)的下端,所述摆臂(4)的上端固定安装在所述梳栉轴(5)上,所述梳栉轴(5)转动地安装在拉舍尔经编机的机架上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述第一成圈梳栉(A)为至少一把集聚的花梳栉,所述第二衬纬梳栉(B)为至少一把集聚的花梳栉,所述第三成圈梳栉(C)为一把地梳栉或者是二把地梳栉或者是一把分离式贾卡梳栉或者由一把集聚的花梳 栉与一把地梳栉组成。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述第四衬纬梳栉(D)由至少一把集聚的花梳栉、一把分离式贾卡梳栉与氨纶梳栉组成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述第一成圈梳栉(A)为二把集聚的花梳栉,所述第二衬纬梳栉(B)为二把集聚的花梳栉。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的绳绣面料的编织方法,其特征在于:所述第四衬纬梳栉(D)由四把集聚的花梳栉、一把分离式贾卡梳栉与氨纶梳栉组成。
