而随着互联网的普及,即时通信(IM:Instant Message)业务也得到了飞速的发展。即时通信业务是指能够即时发送和接收互联网消息等的业务。即时通信业务的提供商是独立于移动网络运营商的,即时通信消息的发送也只能够在即时通信业务的用户之间发送。优点是消息长度不限,信息承载量较多;而缺点是需要双方均接入互联网,并且必须都打开即时通信客户端,如果一方不在线则消息不能及时让对方所知。
随着移动互联网的发展,短信和即时通信的载体都到了手机上面,也就是说用户既会用手机进行短信的交互,也会通过即时通信客户端进行即时通信的交互。但是用户需要通过两个客户端进行操作,既不方便用户的使用,也会在用户可以通过即时通信进行交流时通过短信进行了交流,提高了用户的交流成本。

如果所述消息接收方是时通信不在线,则选择短信方式。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,在根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接 收方是否即时通信在线前,所述方法还可以包括:
判断所述终端是否设置成优先发送即时通信消息;
如果所述终端设置成优先发送即时通信消息,才根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;
如果所述终端没有设置成优先发送即时通信消息,选择短信方式。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,在选择短信方式前,所述方法还可以包括:
判断所述终端是否设置成允许发送短信;
如果所述终端设置成允许发送短信,才选择短信方式;
如果所述终端没有设置成允许发送短信,选择即时通信方式。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线:
向即时通信服务器发送查询消息,所述查询消息包括所述消息接收方信息;
接收所述即时通信服务器发送的响应消息,所述响应消息包括所述消息接收方即时通信在线或即时通信不在线的信息。
图2描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的消息发送方法的流程,如图2所示,该实施例包括:
201、获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息。
消息内容可以由用户通过智能终端的物理键盘输入,或者通过触摸屏上的虚拟键盘输入。
消息接收方信息可以是接收方的手机号码,该手机号码也在即时通信系统中有注册。或者也可以是接收方的其他标识,只要这个标识既在移动通信网络中注册,也在即时通信系统中注册即可。
202、判断所述终端是否设置成优先发送即时通信消息;如果是,进入步骤203;如果否,进入步骤207。
可以在终端的设置菜单中,预置有是否优先发送即时通信消息的开关,用户可以根据自己的需要选择是否打开这个开关。
例如,用户不在乎交流成本,或者希望消息内容都能够很及时的传送至消 息接收方,则可以考虑关闭这个开关;如果用户关闭了这个开关,终端就可以知道用户希望首要通过短信方式来发送消息内容。
反之,用户比较在乎交流成本,则可以考虑打开这个开关;如果用户打开了这个开关,终端就可以知道用户希望首要通过即时通信方式来发送消息内容。
203、向即时通信服务器发送查询消息;所述查询消息包括所述消息接收方信息。
该查询消息用于查询消息接收方当前是否即时通信系统在线;由于用户在登录了即时通信系统时,需要与即时通信服务器发送消息,从而及时通信服务器可以记录每个用户的在线状态。
204、接收所述即时通信服务器发送的响应消息。
即时通信服务器在接收到查询消息后,可以根据查询消息所包括的消息接收方信息查询消息接收方的在线状态;如果消息接收方在线,则在响应消息中携带消息接收方在线的信息,反之,如果消息接收方不在线,则在响应消息中携带消息接收方不在线的信息。
在一些实施例中,可以在响应消息中设置有在线状态标识位,该标识位可以占用一个比特,例如在该比特位取值为1时表示消息接收方在线,反之在该比特位取值为0时表示消息接收方不在线。当然,也可以在该比特位取值为0时表示消息接收方在线,反之在该比特位取值为1时表示消息接收方不在线。具体取0还是取1表示消息接收方在线可以预先约定,本发明实施例不做限定。
205、根据所述响应消息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;如果是,进入步骤206;如果否,进入步骤207。
终端具体可以根据响应消息中的在线状态标识位的取值确定消息接收方是否在线,例如在该标识位占用一个比特时,如果该比特位取值为1则判断消息接收方当前即时通信在线;反之,如果该比特为取值为0则判断消息接收方当前即时通信不在线。
206、选择即时通信发送方式;进入步骤209。
207、判断所述终端是否设置成允许发送短信;如果是,进入步骤208;如果否,进入步骤206。
可以在终端的设置菜单中,预置有是否优先允许发送短信的开关,用户可以根据自己的需要选择是否打开这个开关。
例如,用户非常在乎交流成本,任何情况下都不允许发送短信,则用户可以考虑打开这个开关;如果用户打开了这个开关,终端就可以知道用户不希望通过短信方式来发送消息内容。
208、选择短信方式。
209、按照所述选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容。
其中,在选择的消息发送方式为即时通信方式时,将所述消息内容按照即时通信系统要求的格式进行封装,然后将封装后的即时通信消息发送至即时通信消息服务器,由即时通信消息服务器转发给消息接收方。
在一些即时通信系统中,消息发送方是可以直接与消息发送方进行交流的,则此时可以将所述消息内容按照即时通信系统要求的格式进行封装后,直接发送至消息接收方,而不需要通过即时通信消息服务器的转发,能够提高消息的发送速度。
在选择的消息发送方式为短信方式时,将所述消息内容按照短信协议的要求进行封装,然后将封装后的短信发送至移动网络服务商的短信中心,由短信中心将短信转发给消息接收方。
可见,本实施例中终端可以获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息,然后根据所述消息接收方信息选择短信方式或即时通信方式,再按照所述选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容,从而可以自动地选择消息发送方式,在能够通过即时通信消息时就通过即时通信发送方式,提高消息交流的信息承载量同时降低用户的交流成本。同时也可以在终端中预设一些设置,让用户可以根据自己的承受能力,喜好等等设置一些消息发送方式的选择条件,从而使得选择的消息发送方式符合用户的要求,提高用户的使用体验。
图3描述了本发明一个实施例提供的终端的结构,如图3所示,该终端包括:
获取单元301,用于获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息;
消息内容可以由用户通过智能终端的物理键盘输入,或者通过触摸屏上的 虚拟键盘输入。因此,获取单元301可以是智能终端的物理键盘,或者触摸屏等等。
消息接收方信息可以是接收方的手机号码,该手机号码也在即时通信系统中有注册。或者也可以是接收方的其他标识,只要这个标识既在移动通信网络中注册,也在即时通信系统中注册即可。
选择单元302,用于根据所述获取单元302获取的消息接收方信息选择消息发送方式,所述消息发送方式包括短信方式或即时通信方式;
具体地,终端可以根据消息接收方信息确定消息接收方当前在即时通信系统中的状态,即消息接收方当前是否在即时通信系统中上线了;如果消息接收方当前在即时通信系统中上线,则表示消息接收方可以即时接收到即时通信消息,因此可以选择即时通信方式;反之,如果消息接收方没有在即时通信系统中上线,则表示消息接收方不能即时接收到即时通信消息,因此可以选择短信方式。
发送单元303,用于按照所述选择单元302选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容。
其中,在选择的消息发送方式为即时通信方式时,将所述消息内容按照即时通信系统要求的格式进行封装,然后将封装后的即时通信消息发送至即时通信消息服务器,由即时通信消息服务器转发给消息接收方。
在一些即时通信系统中,消息发送方是可以直接与消息发送方进行交流的,则此时可以将所述消息内容按照即时通信系统要求的格式进行封装后,直接发送至消息接收方,而不需要通过即时通信消息服务器的转发,能够提高消息的发送速度。
在选择的消息发送方式为短信方式时,将所述消息内容按照短信协议的要求进行封装,然后将封装后的短信发送至移动网络服务商的短信中心,由短信中心将短信转发给消息接收方。
可见,本实施例中终端可以获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息,然后根据所述消息接收方信息选择短信方式或即时通信方式,再按照所述选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容,从而可以自动地选择消 息发送方式,在能够通过即时通信消息时就通过即时通信发送方式,提高消息交流的信息承载量同时降低用户的交流成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述的选择单元302可以具体用于:
根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;
如果所述消息接收方是时通信在线,则选择即时通信方式;
如果所述消息接收方是时通信不在线,则选择短信方式。
如图3所示,在本发明的一些实施方式中,终端还可以包括判断单元304(如图3中虚线所示),用于判断所述终端是否设置成优先发送即时通信消息;
所述选择单元302,用于在所述判断单元304判断所述终端设置成优先发送即时通信消息时,才根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;在所述判断单元304判断所述终端没有设置成优先发送即时通信消息时,选择短信方式。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,判断单元304,可以用于判断所述终端是否设置成允许发送短信;
所述选择单元303,用于在所述判断单元304判断所述终端设置成允许发送短信时,才选择短信方式;在所述终端没有设置成允许发送短信时,选择即时通信方式。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述选择单元302在根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线时可以具体用于:
向即时通信服务器发送查询消息,所述查询消息包括所述消息接收方信息;
接收所述即时通信服务器发送的响应消息,所述响应消息包括所述消息接收方即时通信在线或即时通信不在线的信息。
可见,本实施例中终端可以获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息,然后根据所述消息接收方信息选择短信方式或即时通信方式,再按照所述选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容,从而可以自动地选择消息发送方式,在能够通过即时通信消息时就通过即时通信发送方式,提高消息交流的信息承载量同时降低用户的交流成本。同时也可以在终端中预设一些设置,让用户可以根据自己的承受能力,喜好等等设置一些消息发送方式的选择 条件,从而使得选择的消息发送方式符合用户的要求,提高用户的使用体验。
上述装置和系统内的各模块之间的信息交互、执行过程等内容,由于与本发明方法实施例基于同一构思,具体内容可参见本发明方法实施例中的叙述,此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,上述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,上述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(ROM:Read-Only Memory)或随机存储记忆体(RAM:Random Access Memory)等。
本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种消息发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息;
    根据所述消息接收方信息选择消息发送方式,所述消息发送方式包括短信方式或即时通信方式;
    按照所述选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述消息接收方信息选择消息发送方式包括:
    根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;
    如果所述消息接收方是时通信在线,则选择即时通信方式;
    如果所述消息接收方是时通信不在线,则选择短信方式。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述终端是否设置成优先发送即时通信消息;
    如果所述终端设置成优先发送即时通信消息,才根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;
    如果所述终端没有设置成优先发送即时通信消息,选择短信方式。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,选择短信方式前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述终端是否设置成允许发送短信;
    如果所述终端设置成允许发送短信,才选择短信方式;
    如果所述终端没有设置成允许发送短信,选择即时通信方式。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线:
    向即时通信服务器发送查询消息,所述查询消息包括所述消息接收方信息;
    接收所述即时通信服务器发送的响应消息,所述响应消息包括所述消息接收方即时通信在线或即时通信不在线的信息。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取用户输入的消息内容以及消息接收方信息;
    选择单元,用于根据所述获取单元获取的消息接收方信息选择消息发送方式,所述消息发送方式包括短信方式或即时通信方式;
    发送单元,用于按照所述选择单元选择的消息发送方式向所述消息接收方发送所述消息内容。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述选择单元具体用于:
    根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;
    如果所述消息接收方是时通信在线,则选择即时通信方式;
    如果所述消息接收方是时通信不在线,则选择短信方式。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述终端是否设置成优先发送即时通信消息;
    所述选择单元,用于在所述判断单元判断所述终端设置成优先发送即时通信消息时,才根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线;在所述判断单元判断所述终端没有设置成优先发送即时通信消息时,选择短信方式。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述终端是否设置成允许发送短信;
    所述选择单元,用于在所述判断单元判断所述终端设置成允许发送短信时,才选择短信方式;在所述终端没有设置成允许发送短信时,选择即时通信方式。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一所述的终端,其特征在于,所述选择单元在根据所述消息接收方信息判断所述消息接收方是否即时通信在线时具体用于:
    向即时通信服务器发送查询消息,所述查询消息包括所述消息接收方信息;
    接收所述即时通信服务器发送的响应消息,所述响应消息包括所述消息接收方即时通信在线或即时通信不在线的信息。
