[0033] 进一步地, 在上述基本完成清洗工作的基础上, 提供清洗组件上下运动的装置 , 电容器裸品清洗装置还包括驱动轴 14, 驱动轴 14下端连接伸缩气缸或者其他 控制其升降的动力源, 驱动轴 14上端连接清洗盒 11, 驱动轴 14通过伸缩气缸带 动清洗盒 11、 清洗盒内的两个被动轮清洗杯 8、 主动轮 7及清洗旋转轴 3上下运动 。 驱动轴 14驱动清洗盒 11及其内部组件一起上下运动, 如图 4所示, 使得裸品工 位旋转圆盘上相邻工位的裸品同时进行操作, 进行水洗后的裸品随裸品工位旋 转圆盘旋转至下一工位进行喷气清楚水珠, 从而减少裸品的周转。

[权利要求 1] 一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 包括清洗旋转轴、 主动轮、 被动轮清洗杯、 清洗盒和喷水管, 所述清洗旋转轴顶端与主动轮连接 并带动主动轮旋转, 所述主动轮连接所述被动轮清洗杯并带动所述被 动轮清洗杯旋转, 所述喷水管伸入所述被动轮清洗杯中, 所述被动轮 清洗杯的杯壁上设置毛刷, 所述被动轮清洗杯置于清洗盒中。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 还包 括驱动轴, 所述驱动轴下端连接伸缩气缸, 所述驱动轴上端连接清洗 盒, 所述驱动轴通过伸缩气缸带动清洗盒、 清洗盒内的被动轮清洗杯 、 主动轮及清洗旋转轴上下运动。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述 清洗旋转轴通过连接件与马达连接。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述 连接件包括限位销、 主体和设置在主体侧壁上的滑槽, 所述限位销插 入所述滑槽内且限位销的端头伸出滑槽的槽口之外, 所述限位销与清 洗旋转轴的下端连接, 清洗旋转轴的下端插入主体内部, 清洗旋转轴 随限位销在主体内部上下滑动并随主体一起旋转。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述 喷水管连接供水盒, 所述被动轮清洗杯底部连通集水盒。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述 供水盒与集水盒通过过滤循环装置连接。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述 清洗盒的外壁上部设置用于支撑管体的管体支架, 所述管体支架上设 有上端开口的置管槽, 所述置管槽内放置管体。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电容器裸品清洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述 被动轮清洗杯包括转轮和杯体, 所述转轮为空心轮体, 所述转轮的外 圆周面上设置连接圆皮带的嵌入槽, 所述转轮的下端与所述杯体的上 端口对接。
