- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보험금 청구 상담 처리부는,상기 보험금 청구 상담 신청 내용과 무관하거나 부적절한 답변이 신고되면 해당 답변을 삭제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보험 가입 상담 처리부는,상기 보험 가입 상담 신청 내용의 접수완료 및 해당 보험 가입 상담 신청 내용에 대한 한 명 이상의 설계사의 답변을 수신하였음을 알리는 답변 완료를 해당 고객 단말기에게로 보내되, 상기 답변 완료를 알리는 경우 한 명 이상의 설계사의 답변을 포함하는 답변 목록을 함께 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 장치.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 답변 목록은,최신 답변이 상단에 배치되되, 답변일순으로 1차 정렬되고, 이름순으로 2차 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보험 가입 상담 처리부는,답변이 채택될 때마다 해당 답변의 채택답변수를 +1 씩 증가시키고, 해당 답변이 채택되었음을 알리는 표식을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보험 가입 상담 처리부는,상기 보험 가입 상담 신청 내용과 무관하거나 부적절한 답변이 신고되면 해당 답변을 삭제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,고객 단말기로부터의 해당 고객의 간단 정보와 보험 관련 문의 내용을 모든 설계사 단말기에게로 보내고, 상기 보험 관련 문의 내용에 대한 하나 이상의 설계사 단말기로부터의 답변을 해당 고객 단말기에게로 전송하고, 상기 고객이 채택한 답변의 설계사를 해당 고객의 담당 설계사로 지정하는 보험 관련 문의 처리부;를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 장치.
- 보험 정보 처리 장치에서 수행되는 보험 정보 처리 방법으로서,고객 단말기로부터 보험 진단 신청 내용과 보험금 청구 신청 내용 및 보험 가입 상담 신청 내용 중에서 하나 이상을 해당 고객의 간단 정보와 함께 수신하여 다수의 설계사 단말기에게로 보내는 단계;상기 신청 내용에 대한 하나 이상의 설계사 단말기로부터의 답변 내용을 해당 고객 단말기에게로 전송하는 단계; 및상기 고객이 채택한 답변의 설계사를 해당 고객의 담당 설계사로 지정하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 방법.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 간단 정보는 해당 고객의 나이 및 성별인 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 방법.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 신청 내용 중에서 하나 이상을 해당 고객의 간단 정보와 함께 수신하여 모든 설계사 단말기에게로 보내는 단계는,고객 단말기로부터의 해당 고객의 간단 정보와 보험 관련 문의 내용을 모든 설계사 단말기에게로 보내는 단계;를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보험 정보 처리 방법.
- 청구항 16 내지 청구항 18 중 어느 한 청구항에 기재된 보험 정보 처리 방법을 구현하기 위한 프로그램이 저장된 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체.
