Description
本发明涉及一种空气净化单元,属于空气净化设备领域。
现在市面上出售的空气净化器通常只用于实现室内空气的净化,即针对室内已有的空气进行处理净化,室内空气通过空气净化器不断进行循环,如果室内空气质量已经不好了,如CO或者CO2浓度较高等情况,即便通过空气净化器也不会产生很好的效果;而且传统空气净化器通常都是放置在室内使用,因此会占用室内空间,而且很容易被孩子触碰,存在很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种应用时嵌于外墙墙体中、不占用室内空间且能够根据室内外空气状况改变空气循环模式、有效提高室内空气质量的空气净化单元。
本发明所述的空气净化单元,包括主体外壳,其一端安装有防雨罩,另一端安装有通气用室内装饰板;主体外壳内的下部空间中设有下纵向隔板,上部空间中设有上纵向隔板,下纵向隔板位于上纵向隔板的外侧,上纵向隔板底端与下纵向隔板顶端均安装在一横板上,且通过横板、下纵向隔板将下部空间分隔出一排气腔;上纵向隔板的外侧依次安装外循环风机、外循环过滤装置,内侧依次安装内循环风机、内循环过滤装置,内、外循环风机的排风口朝下,对应两排风口在横板上设置两通风口。
本发明所述的空气净化单元在应用时需要嵌入外墙墙体中(也可以在建筑建造时,就在外墙墙体上预留出空气净化单元安装通孔,后期将空气净化单元直接装在外墙墙体上的空气净化单元安装通孔中即可),安装空气净化单元时,使防雨罩的一端位于外墙墙体外侧、通气用室内装饰板位于外墙墙体内侧。本发明在实际使用时能够根据室内外空气状况改变空气循环模式,具体过程如下:
当室内空气状况比室外空气好时,开启内循环风机,启动室内循环,室内空气依靠内循环风机吸入空气净化单元中,并经内循环过滤装置的过滤净化后进入排气腔中,并从通气用室内装饰板返回到室内;
当室内空气状况比室外空气差时,或者室内长时间未通风导致CO2浓度较高时,开启外循环风机,启动室外循环,室外空气依靠外循环风机吸入空气净化单元中,并经外循环过滤装置的过滤净化后进入排气腔中,并从通气用室内装饰板进入室内;
当室内外空气状况差不多的情况下,同时开启内循环风机和外循环风机,启动室内外双循环。
由上述可知,通过本发明能够实现室内循环、室外循环、室内外双循环3种功能,从而根据实际情况选择合适的空气循环模式,使室内空气得到有效净化,达到提高室内空气质量的效果。在实际应用过程中,还可以在房间的四周多个安置,确保房间内空气质量均匀。
除此之外,本发明在应用时嵌入外墙墙体中,可以与墙面搭配成一整体,不会占用房间任何空间,同时,因空气净化单元置于外墙墙体中,因此孩子触碰不到空气净化单元的任何部件,从而消除了安全隐患,确保了孩子的安全。
优选的,本发明主体外壳内的上部空间中设置横向隔板,通过横向隔板将主体外壳内的上部空间分隔开,位于上方的腔中设置换气风扇,上纵向隔板的上端与横向隔板的下板面固定连接,通过换气风扇可以快速把室内的污染空气排出,以达到快速净化的目的。
优选的,所述的外循环过滤装置采用外循环筛网,对待进入室内的室外空气进行过滤净化。进一步优选的,在外循环筛网和外循环风机之间设置除臭模块、除PM2.5模块,以将室外空气中的异味气体、有害气体以及颗粒物进行过滤,得到干净的新风空气。同理,内循环过滤装置优选内循环筛网,还可以在内循环筛网和内循环风机之间设置除臭模块、除PM2.5模块。
进一步优选的,所述的除臭模块采用蜂窝状活性炭材料,能够有效去除甲醛、甲苯、苯、二氧化硫、硫化氢等多种有害气体。
优选的,所述主体外壳的内壁上设有走线槽,内循环风机、外循环风机以及换气风扇的电线经走线槽从主体外壳中引出。
优选的,所述的防雨罩采用百叶窗式结构。
优选的,所述的通气用室内装饰板上设有若干孔径为1mm~10mm的通气孔,既能够使干净的新风空气进入室内,又能够起到过滤的作用,防止室内空气中的大颗粒物等杂质进入空气净化单元中。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
本空气净化单元在应用时需要嵌入外墙墙体中,在实际应用过程中能够根据室内外空气状况选择合适的空气循环模式,使室内空气得到有效净化,达到提高室内空气质量的效果;本空气净化单元不会占用房间任何空间,同时,还能够有效防止孩子与其接触,从而消除了安全隐患,确保了孩子的安全。

如图1、2所示,本发明所述的空气净化单元包括主体外壳5,主体外壳5的一端安装有防雨罩2,另一端安装有通气用室内装饰板1;主体外壳5内的下部空间中设有下纵向隔板11,上部空间中设有上纵向隔板14,下纵向隔板11位于上纵向隔板14的外侧,上纵向隔板14底端与下纵向隔板11顶端均安装在一横板8上,且通过横板8、下纵向隔板11将下部空间分隔出一排气腔10;上纵向隔板14的外侧依次安装外循环风机13、外循环过滤装置,内侧依次安装内循环风机7、内循环过滤装置,内循环风机7和外循环风机13的排风口均朝下,对应两排风口在横板8上设置两通风口9。本实施例中:在主体外壳5内的上部空间中设置横向隔板4,通过横向隔板4将主体外壳5内的上部空间分隔开,位于上方的腔中设置换气风扇3,上纵向隔板14的上端与横向隔板4的下板面固定连接;防雨罩2采用百叶窗式结构;通气用室内装饰板1上设有若干孔径为4mm的通气孔;外循环过滤装置采用外循环筛网12,在外循环筛网12和外循环风机13之间设置除臭模块、除PM2.5模块;内循环过滤装置采用内循环筛网6,在内循环筛网6和内循环风机7之间设置除臭模块、除PM2.5模块;除臭模块采用蜂窝状活性炭材料;在主体外壳5的内壁上设有走线槽,内循环风机7、外循环风机13以及换气风扇3的电线经走线槽从主体外壳5中引出。
在实际应用时,上述空气净化单元需要嵌入外墙墙体15中(也可以在建造外墙墙体15时,就在外墙墙体15上预留出空气净化单元安装通孔16,后期将空气净化单元17直接装在外墙墙体15上的空气净化单元安装通孔16中,如图3所示),安装空气净化单元17时,使防雨罩2的一端位于外墙墙体15外侧、通气用室内装饰板1位于外墙墙体15内侧。本发明在实际使用时能够根据室内外空气状况改变空气循环模式,具体过程如下:
当室内空气状况比室外空气好时,开启内循环风机7,启动室内循环,室内空气依靠内循环风机7吸入空气净化单元中,并经内循环过滤装置的过滤净化后进入排气腔10中,并从通气用室内装饰板1返回到室内,该过程中的空气流向如图4所示;
当室内空气状况比室外空气差时,或者室内长时间未通风导致CO2浓度较高时,开启外循环风机13,启动室外循环,室外空气依靠外循环风机13吸入空气净化单元中,并经外循环过滤装置的过滤净化后进入排气腔10中,并从通气用室内装饰板1进入室内,该过程中的空气流向如图5所示;
当室内外空气状况差不多的情况下,同时开启内循环风机7和外循环风机13,启动室内外双循环,该过程中的空气流向如图6所示。
由上述可知,通过本发明能够实现室内循环、室外循环、室内外双循环3种功能,从而根据实际情况选择合适的空气循环模式,使室内空气得到有效净化,达到提高室内空气质量的效果。在实际应用过程中,还可以在房间的四周多个安置,确保房间内空气质量均匀。
除此之外,本发明在应用时嵌入外墙墙体15中,可以与墙面搭配成一整体,不会占用房间任何空间,同时,因空气净化单元置于外墙墙体15中,因此孩子触碰不到空气净化单元的任何部件,从而消除了安全隐患,确保了孩子的安全。

- 一种空气净化单元,其特征在于:包括主体外壳(5),其一端安装有防雨罩(2),另一端安装有通气用室内装饰板(1);主体外壳(5)内的下部空间中设有下纵向隔板(11),上部空间中设有上纵向隔板(14),下纵向隔板(11)位于上纵向隔板(14)的外侧,上纵向隔板(14)底端与下纵向隔板(11)顶端均安装在一横板(8)上,且通过横板(8)、下纵向隔板(11)将下部空间分隔出一排气腔(10);上纵向隔板(14)的外侧依次安装外循环风机(13)、外循环过滤装置,内侧依次安装内循环风机(7)、内循环过滤装置,内、外循环风机的排风口朝下,对应两排风口在横板(8)上设置两通风口(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于:所述的上部空间中设置横向隔板(4),通过横向隔板(4)将主体外壳(5)内的上部空间分隔开,位于上方的腔中设置换气风扇(3),上纵向隔板(14)的上端与横向隔板(4)的下板面固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于:所述的外循环过滤装置采用外循环筛网(12)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于:在外循环筛网(12)和外循环风机(13)之间设置除臭模块、除PM2.5模块。
