进一步地,凸台上成型有至少一个安装部,驱动盒上具有与至少一个安装部一一对应配合的至少一个配合安装部,安装部与配合安装部卡合或螺纹配合。
进一步地,安装部与配合安装部卡合时,安装部为卡孔,配合安装部为与卡孔卡合的卡扣,或者,安装部为卡扣,配合安装部为与卡扣卡合的卡孔。
进一步地,安装部为卡孔时,卡孔的个数为两个,两个卡孔沿底壳的宽度方向间隔布置,两个卡孔成型在凸台的上部并与位于驱动盒的底部的卡扣配合。

本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:驱动盒具有避让在拆卸移动出风电机的路径上的避让结构,在维修检测出风电机时,首先将侧板拆卸下来,再把电器盒拆卸下来,此时露出出风电机,然后拆卸出风电机,驱动盒具有避让结构不与出风电机发生任何的干涉,方便了出风电机的拆卸,有利于出风电机的维修检测,减轻了维修人员的工作量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
模块化空调的设计是目前空调行业发展的一个热门趋势,模块化空调器的设计要求是能够方便空调器的生产装配及售后维修检测。
在模块化空调器中,基于模块化空调器易拆卸易清洗方面和拆卸工作过程中电器安全方面的考虑,本发明设计一种驱动盒的装配方式,具体地,如图1所示,本实施例的空调器包括底壳10和驱动盒40,底壳10具有向安装空调器的叶轮一侧凸出的凸台11,驱动盒40安装在凸台11上
应用本实施例的空调器,驱动盒40安装在不拆卸件底壳10的凸台11上,对空调器整机进行清洗拆卸时,无需拆卸驱动盒,可大大减轻拆卸工作量,同时也提高了操作人员在整机拆卸过程中的安全性。
在本实施例中,驱动盒40的个数为两个,凸台11的个数也为两个,两个凸台11分别成型在底壳10的沿其长度方向的两端上,每个凸台11上设有一个驱动盒40。由于驱动盒要驱动出风口处的导风板,凸台11增加了高度,可以方便安装驱动盒。每个凸台11具有三个安装部,每个驱动盒40上具有三个配合安装部,安装部与配合安装部卡合或螺纹配合。具体地,两个安装部与驱动盒40上的两个配合安装部卡合,另一个安装部与驱动盒40上的另一个配合安装部螺纹配合。通过卡合和螺纹配合相结合的方式将驱动盒固定在凸台上,固定更牢固可靠,安装简便。当然,驱动盒也可以仅通螺纹或卡合的连接方式固定在凸台上,并且,安装部的个数也不限于此,需要根据具体情况进行选择。
在本实施例中,如图2至图5所示,三个安装部分别为2个卡孔111和1个螺纹孔112,三个配合安装部分别为2个卡扣41和1个螺钉孔42,卡孔111与卡扣41卡合,螺纹孔112与螺钉孔42螺纹配合。卡孔和卡扣形成卡扣结构,结构简单,操作简便省力。优选地,两个卡孔111沿底壳10的宽度方向间隔布置,两个卡孔111成型在凸台11的上部并与驱动盒40 的底部配合。这样便于加工制造,降低加工难度。当然,也可以将卡扣设置在凸台上和卡孔设置在驱动盒上及在凸台上设置与螺钉孔配合的螺钉柱。
在本实施例中,两个卡孔111分别成型在凸台11的顶面和侧面上并适于与驱动盒40安装状态时的底壁和侧壁上的向外伸出的凸柱形成的卡扣41配合。凸柱便于加工,加工简便,降低成本。优选地,一个卡孔111成型在凸台11的内侧面上并适于与驱动盒40安装状态时的后侧壁上的卡扣41配合。其中,驱动盒的运动件的伸出端所在的一侧为前,驱动盒的远离运动件伸出端的另一侧为后,驱动盒的朝向底壳的壁为底壁。当然,两个卡孔也仅成型在凸台的顶面或侧面上,这时两个凸柱仅成型在驱动盒安装状态时的底壁或侧壁上。
在本实施例中,驱动盒40的一侧壁上具有向外伸出的安装耳,螺钉孔42成型在安装耳上。安装耳的设置可以简化驱动盒的结构,也便于安装螺钉。具体地,安装在底壳10的左端的驱动盒为左驱动盒,安装在底壳10的右端的驱动盒为右驱动盒,左驱动盒安装状态时的左侧壁上具有向外伸出的左安装耳43,右驱动盒安装状态时的右侧壁上具有向外伸出的右安装耳45。
在本实施例中,左侧的凸台11上设有限位结构,左安装耳43上设有与限位结构配合的受限结构。限位结构与受限结构配合起到限位的作用,可以防止驱动盒发生移动。当然,受限结构的设置位置并不限于此,也可以设置在驱动盒的其他位置。在图中未示出的实施例中,也可以在右侧的凸台上也设置限位结构,这时右驱动盒上设有与限位结构配合的受限结构。
如图2和图4所示,优选地,限位结构为限位柱113,受限结构为与螺钉孔42间隔设置且与限位柱113配合的受限孔44,受限孔44和螺钉孔42沿驱动盒的长度方向布置。限位柱和受限孔的结构简单,便于加工。当然,限位结构也可以为限位孔,这时受限结构为受限柱。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,左侧的凸台11的靠近空调器的蒸发器的一侧具有避让蒸发器的避让位114,右侧的凸台11上具有用于安装空调器的出风电机的安装位115。这时,左侧的凸台11上的两个卡孔分别位于避让位114的相对的两侧,右侧的凸台11上的两个卡孔分别位于安装位115的相对的两侧。
下面结合图2和图4来说明底壳与左驱动盒的装配结构,底壳的左端上设有凸台11,在凸台11上设有螺纹孔112、限位柱113和两个卡孔111,在相应的左侧的驱动盒上设有螺钉孔42、受限孔44和两个卡扣41,凸台11上的两个卡孔111分别与左侧的驱动盒上的两个卡扣41配合,凸台11上的限位柱113与左侧的驱动盒上的受限孔44配合,凸台11上的螺纹孔与左侧的驱动盒上的螺钉孔通过螺钉配合,通过以上配合结构可实现左驱动盒安装在底壳的左端上。
下面结合图3、图5、图10、图11及图14来说明底壳与右驱动盒的装配结构,在底壳右端上设有凸台11,凸台11上设有螺纹孔112和两个卡孔111,在相应的右驱动盒上设有螺钉孔42和两个卡扣41,一个卡扣41与螺钉孔42相邻设置。凸台11上的两个卡孔111与右侧的驱动盒上的两个卡扣41配合;凸台11上的螺纹孔112与右侧的驱动盒上的螺钉孔42通过螺钉配合,通过以上配合结构可实现右驱动盒安装在底壳的右端上。
通过以上的驱动盒与底壳的安装配合结构,可实现驱动盒安装固定在底壳上,当整机需要清洗拆卸时,驱动盒可保留在不拆卸件底壳上,无需拆卸带电部件驱动盒,可大大减轻拆卸工作量,对整机清洗拆卸提供了方便。同时因驱动盒为带电部件,通过此结构设计无需拆卸驱动盒,可提高操作人员在拆卸过程中的安全性。
为了便于驱动盒的拆卸及维修检测,本发明设计了一种驱动盒简易维修方式,具体地,如图6至图9所示,本实施例的空调器还包括面板体20,面板体20设置在底壳10上并与底壳10一同构成具有内腔的外壳;驱动盒40设置在内腔中;驱动盒40可拆卸地安装在底壳10上,面板体20上设有避让拆卸驱动盒40在其间移动的让位结构。
应用本实施例的空调器,面板体20上设有避让拆卸驱动盒40在其间移动的让位结构,在维修检测驱动盒40时,先将侧板50拆卸下来,再把电器盒60拆卸下来,此时驱动盒40便可暴露在外,从面板体20的让位结构处方便将驱动盒40拆卸下来,极大方便了整机的驱动盒售后维修检测,而无需拆卸面板体,减轻了售后检测维修的工作量。
在本实施例中,让位结构成型在面板体20的靠近驱动盒40的端部。这样方便从空调器的正面将驱动盒拆卸下来,然后进行维修检测,大大方便了驱动盒的拆卸及维修检测。优选地,让位结构为让位缺口。让位缺口的结构简单,便于加工。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,空调器还包括侧板50,侧板50可拆卸地设置在底壳10的一端且位于驱动盒40的外侧,侧板50具有平行于面板体20并朝向面板体20延伸的副板,副板延伸到遮盖驱动盒40的位置。副板 的延伸前端与面板体20的侧边配合。
下面对驱动盒进行检测维修的操作过程进行说明,通过对面板体的结构进行优化,在面板体上留出了方便驱动盒从正面拆卸下来的让位缺口,在对驱动盒进行检测维修时,先将侧板拆卸下来,再把电器盒拆卸下来,此时驱动盒便可完全暴露在外(如图6所示),然后将驱动盒拆卸下来进行维修检测。上述结构对驱动盒检修时不需要拆卸面板体,只需拆卸侧板和电器盒,极大方便了驱动盒的拆卸,极大方便了整机的驱动盒的售后维修检测,对整机驱动盒的检测维修提供了极大的便利性。
基于模块化空调器易拆卸易维修方面的考虑,本发明设计一种出风电机与电器盒的布局形式,具体地,如图12至图14所示,本实施例的空调器还包括出风电机30,出风电机30可拆卸地安装在底壳10上;驱动盒40安装在底壳10上,驱动盒40在底壳10上的安装留有在拆卸移动出风电机30的路径上的避让结构46。
应用本实施例的空调器,驱动盒40具有避让在拆卸移动出风电机30的路径上的避让结构46,在维修检测出风电机30时,首先将侧板拆卸下来,再把电器盒60拆卸下来,此时露出出风电机30,然后拆卸出风电机,驱动盒具有避让结构不与出风电机发生任何的干涉,方便了出风电机的拆卸,有利于出风电机的维修检测,减轻了维修人员的工作量。
在本实施例中,避让结构46从出风电机30的安装位置延伸到空调器的侧面。上述结构留出了方便电机从空调器的侧面拆卸的通道,便于从空调器的侧面抽出出风电机,在拆卸过程中出风电机与驱动盒不发生任何干涉,方便电机的拆卸维修检测。
在本实施例中,驱动盒40设置在出风电机30的远离底壳10且与底壳10相对的一侧;驱动盒40的靠近出风电机30的底部具有向内凹陷的避让凹槽,避让凹槽形成避让结构46。也就是说,空调器安装在墙面上时,驱动盒40位于出风电机30的正前方。避让凹槽的结构简单,便于加工。优选地,避让凹槽的槽壁呈拱形结构。拱形结构便于加工,降低制造成本。当然,避让凹槽的槽壁的形状也并不限于此。
在本实施例中,如图14所示,出风电机30和驱动盒40均安装在凸台11上。凸台11增加了高度,可以方便安装驱动盒和出风电机。
在本实施例中,驱动盒40的位于避让凹槽的两侧安装在凸台11上。这样可以便于将驱动盒安装在凸台上,固定更牢固稳定。
在本实施例中,两个凸台11中的一个凸台11上安装出风电机30,凸台11的靠近驱动盒40的一侧具有用于安装出风电机30的安装位115。安装位115便于安装出风电机,简化驱动盒的结构。优选地,安装位115为安装凹槽。安装凹槽与出风电机的形状适配。
下面对电机进行检测维修的操作过程进行说明,驱动盒安装在出风电机的靠近空调器前面的一侧,驱动盒的靠近出风电机的底部具有拱形的避让凹槽,避让凹槽形成从空调器的侧面拆卸出风电机的拆卸通道,在对出风电机进行检测维修时,首先把侧板拆卸下来,再把电器盒拆卸下来,此时露出电机端盖,拆卸固定电机端盖的螺钉,把电机端盖取下即可拆卸出风电机。上述结构从空调器的侧边抽出电机的过程中,驱动盒不与电机发生任何的干涉,极大方便了电机的拆卸维修检测,并且,维修检测电机时不需要拆卸外观零部件,很方便拆卸电机,减轻了维修人员的工作量。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种空调器,包括:
    底壳(10);
    出风电机(30),可拆卸地安装在所述底壳(10)上;
    其特征在于,
    驱动盒(40),安装在所述底壳(10)上,所述驱动盒(40)在所述底壳(10)上的安装留有在拆卸移动所述出风电机(30)的路径上的避让结构(46)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述避让结构(46)从所述出风电机(30)的安装位置延伸到所述空调器的侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述驱动盒(40)设置在所述出风电机(30)的远离所述底壳(10)且与所述底壳(10)相对的一侧;所述驱动盒(40)的靠近所述出风电机(30)的底部具有向内凹陷的避让凹槽,所述避让凹槽形成所述避让结构(46)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述避让凹槽的槽壁呈拱形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述底壳(10)具有向安装所述驱动盒(40)一侧凸出的凸台(11),所述出风电机(30)和所述驱动盒(40)安装在所述凸台(11)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述驱动盒(40)的位于所述避让凹槽的两侧安装在所述凸台(11)上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述凸台(11)的靠近所述驱动盒(40)的一侧具有用于安装所述出风电机(30)的安装位(115)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述安装位(115)为安装凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述凸台(11)上成型有至少一个安装部,所述驱动盒(40)上具有与至少一个所述安装部一一对应配合的至少一个配合安装部,所述安装部与所述配合安装部卡合或螺纹配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述安装部与所述配合安装部卡合时,所述安装部为卡孔(111),所述配合安装部为与所述卡孔(111)卡合的卡扣(41),或者,所述安装部为卡扣,所述配合安装部为与所述卡扣卡合的卡孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述安装部为所述卡孔(111)时,所述卡孔(111)的个数为两个,两个所述卡孔(111)沿所述底壳(10)的宽度方向间隔布置,两个所述卡孔(111)成型在所述凸台(11)的上部并与位于所述驱动盒(40)的底部的卡扣(41)配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,两个所述卡孔(111)成型在所述凸台(11)的顶面和/或侧面上并适于与所述驱动盒(40)安装状态时的底壁和/或侧壁上的向外伸出的凸柱形成的所述卡扣(41)对应配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,一个所述卡孔(111)成型在所述凸台(11)的内侧面上并适于与所述驱动盒(40)安装状态时的后侧壁上的所述卡扣(41)配合。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述安装部与所述配 合安装部螺纹配合时,所述安装部为螺纹孔(112)或螺钉柱,所述配合安装部为与所述螺纹孔(112)或所述螺钉柱螺纹配合的螺钉孔(42)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述驱动盒(40)的一侧壁上具有向外伸出的安装耳,所述螺钉孔(42)成型在所述安装耳上。
  16. 根据权利要求5至15中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述凸台(11)为两个,两个所述凸台(11)分别成型在所述底壳(10)的沿其长度方向的两端上,每个所述凸台(11)上设有一个所述驱动盒(40),两个所述凸台(11)中的一个所述凸台(11)上安装所述出风电机(30)。
  17. 一种空调器,包括:
    底壳(10);
    出风电机(30),可拆卸地安装在所述底壳(10)上;
    其特征在于,
    驱动盒(40),安装在所述底壳(10)上,当所述驱动盒(40)安装在所述底壳(10)时,在拆卸移动所述出风电机(30)的路径上设有避让结构(46)。
