目前,在大多数试报价过程中,业务员需要在系统中录入大量的客户信息,然后将这些客户信息提交至系统后台的工作人员进行险种的筛选和人工核算初步保费,之后才能给出初步的险种方案以及报价结果。可见,现有的试报价过程处理效率低下,容易对业务员的出单转化率和客户体验造成不良影响。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种保单的试报价方法、装置、终端设备及介质,以解决现有技术中出单转化率较为低下的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例的第一方面提供了一种保单的试报价方法,包括:
通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;
根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;
以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。
本申请实施例的第二方面提供了一种保单的试报价装置,包括:
身份标志获取模块,用于通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
客户信息获取模块,用于根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
险种匹配模块,用于将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
总保费计算模块,用于根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
保费分期确定模块,用于根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;

本申请实施例的第三方面提供了一种终端设备,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如第一方面所述的保单的试报价方法的步骤。
本申请实施例的第四方面提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的保单的试报价方法的步骤。
有益效果
本申请实施例中,通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;然后,根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;接着,将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;再之,根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;最后,以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。这样,当业务员需要为某个目标客户试报价时,系统可以快速完成客户信息的录入和得到试报价的险种方案和报价方案,并展示给目标客户,大大提高了试报价的处理效率,有利于提高业务员的出单转化率和提升客户体验。

本发明的实施方式
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例中一种保单的试报价方法一个实施例包括:
101、通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
在业务员为某个目标客户进行试报价之前,业务员需要录入该目标客户的客户信息。本实施例中,业务员可以采用扫描设备(如扫描枪、相机)扫描目标客户的有效证件,从而获取该目标客户的身份标志。
具体地,针对不同的目标客户,一般来说扫描的有效证件也不相同。若所述目标客户为个人客户,则可以通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的身份证,从而可以获取所述目标客户的身份证号码作为所述身份标志;若所述目标客户为企业客户,则可以通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的营业执照,获取所述目标客户的组织机构代码作为所述身份标志。
可以理解的是,以扫描营业执照为例,在扫描枪扫描纸质的营业执照之后,可以根据图形边距从图形库中自动进行匹配,从而识别出该纸质的营业执照上的组织机构代码。
102、根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息;
本实施例中,联网数据库中预先存储有大量的客户信息。该联网数据库可以包括保险公司的后台数据库以及与保险公司系统对接的其它数据库(如:工商管理数据库),保险公司的后台系统可以通过AMESB接口技术与这些其它数据库进行数据的直连和对接。因此,在确定出目标客户的身份标志之后,可以根据目标客户的身份标志快速获取到该目标客户的相关客户信息。
例如,若目标客户是个人,即合法公民,则可以根据其身份证号码从对接的公安局数据库中提取到这个目标客户的个人信息,包括籍贯、年龄、现居住地、犯罪记录、职业、婚姻记录,等等。若目标客户是企业客户,则可以根据该目标客户的组织机构代码从对接的工商管理数据库中提取到该目标客户的企业法人信息,包括企业名称、企业登记信息、企业人数、企业性质、行业类别、企业总人数、企业登记地址、单位性质,等等。
具体地,当需要获取企业客户的客户信息时,可以采用客户端通过AJAX(Asynchronous Javascript And XML)技术异步与后台数据库创建交互网络连接,然后客户端得到后台数据库的响应,并可以把数据解析到浏览器展现出来显示到屏幕上。这个过程具体可以包括以下步骤:a、客户端创建与后台数据库的服务器握手的请求网络连接。b、服务器通过检索后台数据库以及祖代中心服务器(专门管理企业公共信息的服务器)获取客户信息。c、服务器创建响应并返回该客户信息给客户端。d、客户端解析响应,并将该客户信息以具体的文字以及动态展示效果展示在屏幕上。
可以理解的是,优选地,在获取目标客户的客户信息时,优先根据该身份标识通过保险公司的后台数据库查询和提取该目标客户的客户信息,当保险公司的后台数据库无法提取到这些客户信息或者提取到的客户信息不完整时,再通过与保险公司的系统对接的其它系统或者联网数据库进行客户信息的获取。并且,每次从其它系统或者联网数据库中提取到的客户信息均可以记录在保险公司的后台数据库中,以便于下次提取客户信息时可以直接从保险公司的后台数据库中提取得到,提高客户信息的获取效率。
103、将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
可以理解的是,客户信息是表征目标客户具体情况的数据和信息,将客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,可以从各个在售险种中选取最合适目标客户的在售险种,从而得到本次试报价适用的险种方案。
具体地,所述客户信息可以包括所述目标客户的基本信息和历史投保意向,而所述历史投保意向为表征所述目标客户对所述各个在售险种的购买倾向的历史信息。如图2所示,上述步骤103可以包括:
201、根据所述基本信息和所述各个在售险种的险种条款对所述各个在售险种进行筛选,得到可投保的在售险种;
202、根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
203、从各个所述可投保的在售险种中选取匹配度较高的预设数量个在售险种作为所述匹配成功的险种方案。
对于上述步骤201,可以理解的是,并非所有的在售险种均为目标客户的可投保险种。现有的保险险种种类繁多,不同的险种往往针对不同的客户群体,且或多或少地设置有投保条件。比如团体险只允许企业或者单位进行投保,不允许个人客户进行投保。因此,根据目标客户的基本信息和各个在售险种的险种条款,可以从各个在售险种中筛选出哪些在售险种对于该目标客户来说是可投保的险种。其中,上述的基本信息可以包括该目标客户的投保人数、职业、所在区域、单位性质,等等。
对于步骤202,所述历史投保意向具体可以包括所述目标客户预留的购买意向信息以及所述目标客户对各个在售险种的咨询频次信息。该预留的购买意向信息是指,在目标客户向业务员咨询相关保险业务时,目标客户可以在填写或录入自身的信息时留下其当时的购买意向,例如倾向于购买团体险A,则这个当时预留的购买意向即为所述购买意向信息。可知,目标客户预留的购买意向信息是目标客户主观意志的主动表达,虽然其是目标客户以前某个时间表达的意愿,但仍具有较大的参考价值。另外,该咨询频次信息是指,目标客户接触保险的过程,可以通过多种渠道对保险的相关信息,尤其是可投保险种的相关信息进行咨询,例如目标客户可以电话咨询某个险种B的具体信息,或者目标客户可以直接与业务员面谈,了解险种C的具体信息。在这个过程中,目标客户对各个险种的咨询次数和频率即为这些险种的咨询频次。可以理解的是,若某个险种的咨询次数越多,咨询频率越高,则表明该目标客户对这个险种的兴趣越大,也即倾向性越强。可见,在为目标客户选取合适的险种方案时,险种的咨询频次信息也具有一定的参考价值。
如上所述,进一步地,如图3所示,上述步骤202可以包括:
301、若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述购买意向信息指定的险种,则根据所述购买意向信息确定所述指定的险种的第一加分值;
302、若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述咨询频次信息在咨询时针对的险种,则根据所述咨询频次信息确定所述针对的险种的第二加分值,所述针对的险种对应的咨询频次越高,则所述针对的险种对应的所述第二加分值越大;
303、获取各个所述可投保的在售险种的默认分值和加分值,所述加分值包括第一加分值和/或第二加分值;
304、根据所述默认分值和加分值分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值;
305、根据各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值分别确定各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度。
对于步骤301,可以理解的是,若目标客户的购买意向信息中指定了一个或多个险种,而且上述的可投保的在售险种中正好存在这些指定的险种,则可以认为这些可投保的在售险种中的指定险种为目标客户比较倾向购买的险种,可以对这些指定的险种设置第一加分值。
对于步骤302,与步骤301同理,如果目标客户的咨询频次信息针对的险种也正好在这些可投保的在售险种中,则可以认为这些可投保的在售险种中的咨询针对的险种为目标客户比较倾向购买的险种,并且,咨询的频次越高,则可以认为对应的险种越受到目标客户的欢迎,因此该针对的险种的第二加分值也越大。
对于步骤303,本实施例中,对于每个可投保的在售险种均设置有默认的分值,对于不同种类的在售险种来说,可以设置不相同的默认分值,也可以设置相同的默认分值。另外,在默认分值的基础上,为了后续步骤计算这些可投保的在售险种的总分值,还需要获取这些在售险种的加分值。由上述内容可知,加分值是指第一加分值和/或第二加分值。举例说明,若在售险种A均不符合步骤301和302的条件,则可以认为在售险种A的第一加分值和第二加分值均为0,因此在售险种A的加分值等于0;若在售险种B符合步骤301的条件,不符合步骤302的条件,则可以获得在售险种B的第一加分值为K1,其第二加分值等于0,则得到在售险种B的加分值等于K1+0=K1;若在售险种C既符合步骤301的条件,也符合步骤302的条件,则可以获得在售险种C的第一加分值为M1,第二加分值为M2,则得到在售险种C的加分值等于M1+M2。
对于步骤304,具体地,对于一个在售险种来说,其总分值=默认分值+加分值。可知,在默认分值不变的前提下,加分值越大,则总分值越大;反之,加分值越小,则总分值越小。
对于步骤305,可以理解的是,总分值的大小直接反应了该可投保的在售险种的匹配度的高低。总分值越大,则匹配度越高;反之,总分值越小,则匹配度越低。具体地,可以直接将一个在售险种的总分值作为其匹配度的值,也可以通过预设的计算规则根据总分值计算得到其匹配度。
通过上述步骤301~305,可以分别计算出各个可投保的在售险种的匹配度。
对于步骤203,在进行试报价时,业务员向目标客户推荐的险种方案中可以只包括最优的一个在售险种,也可以包括两个以上的较优的在售险种。在得到各个可投保的在售险种的匹配度之后,可以从中选取出匹配度较高的在售险种来得到本次试报价的险种方案。例如,某个险种方案包括在售险种1、在售险种2和在售险种3,并且在该险种方案中分别介绍了在售险种1、在售险种2和在售险种3的具体信息以及各自的优缺点,可以方便目标客户通过这个险种方案了解这三个在售险种,并从中选出最合适客户自己的险种进行购买和投保。
104、根据所述客户信息和所述匹配成功的险种方案计算所述险种方案对应的报价方案;
本实施例中,在得到险种方案之后,还需要计算给险种方案对应的报价方案。报价方案是指针对该险种方案中的各个险种的客户购买方案。例如,对于险种方案中的某个险种A,客户具体可以购买该险种A多久的保险期限,总保费多少,是否分期缴纳保费,共分多少期,每期需缴纳多少保费,等等。在试报价过程中,报价方案是必须的,也是非常重要的。目标客户可以对某个险种方案的对应多个报价方案进行选择,选取最合适自身的一个报价方案进行险种方案的购买。
进一步地,所述客户信息可以包括所述目标客户的投保人数。如图4所以,上述步骤104可以包括:
401、根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
402、根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;
403、根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案。
对于步骤401,一个险种方案中可以包括一个或多个匹配成功的在售险种。因此,若险种方案中只包括一个在售险种,则步骤401计算的总保费即是这个险种的总保费,该总保费=投保人数*险种的保费。其中,险种的保费由该险种的保额来决定。若险种方案中包括两个以上的在售险种,则步骤401所说的计算总保费是指分别计算各个在售险种各自的总保费。对于一个在售险种来说,其总保费=投保人数*险种的保费。
对于步骤402,在计算出险种方案的总保费之后,可以根据预设的分期缴费规则确定这个总保费的分期期数和对应每期的保费。可以理解的是,在保险行业,由于保费数额往往较为庞大,因此保费的缴纳大多以分期缴纳的形式进行。因此,在试报价过程中,为目标客户提供针对某个险种方案总保费的具体分期方案是必要的,也可以有利于目标客户对报价方案的了解和选择。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中,针对不同的险种方案,也即针对险种方案中不同的在售险种,可以预先设定与在售险种或险种方案对应的分期缴费规则,在执行步骤402时,根据匹配成功的险种方案先获取对应的分期缴费规则,然后根据获取到的分期缴费规则确定出该险种方案的总保费的分期期数和对应每期保费。
对于步骤403,若险种方案中包括两个以上的在售险种,则生成得到的报价方案中至少包括所述两个以上的在售险种对应的购买方案。在必要时是,也可以针对一个在售险种提供多种购买方案,并将这些购买方案均录入至所述报价方案中。
105、以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。
在得到匹配成功的险种方案和该报价方案之后,则可以以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。本实施例中,上述的“预设方式”可以为将险种方案和报价方案打印成纸质的计划书,由业务员将计划书提供给目标客户查阅;或者,可以将险种方案和报价方案以电子文档的形式发送给目标客户,目标客户通过终端打开该险种方案和报价方案进行查阅,等等。
本实施例大大提高了试报价的处理效率,有利于提高业务员的出单转化率和提升客户体验。
对应于上文实施例所述的保单的试报价方法,图5示出了本申请实施例提供的保单的试报价装置的结构框图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分。
如图5所示,本实施例中,一种保单的试报价装置包括:
身份标志获取模块501,用于通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
客户信息获取模块502,用于根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
险种匹配模块503,用于将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
总保费计算模块504,用于根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
保费分期确定模块505,用于根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;
报价方案生成模块506,用于根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;

进一步地,所述客户信息可以包括所述目标客户的基本信息和历史投保意向,所述历史投保意向为表征所述目标客户对所述各个在售险种的购买倾向的历史信息。所述险种匹配模块503可以包括:
可投保险种筛选单元,用于根据所述基本信息和所述各个在售险种的险种条款对所述各个在售险种进行筛选,得到可投保的在售险种;
险种匹配度计算单元,用于根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
险种方案选取单元,用于从各个所述可投保的在售险种中选取匹配度较高的预设数量个在售险种作为所述匹配成功的险种方案。
进一步地,所述历史投保意向可以包括所述目标客户预留的购买意向信息以及所述目标客户对各个在售险种的咨询频次信息;
所述险种匹配度计算单元可以包括:
第一加分值子单元,用于若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述购买意向信息指定的险种,则根据所述购买意向信息确定所述指定的险种的第一加分值;
第二加分值子单元,用于若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述咨询频次信息在咨询时针对的险种,则根据所述咨询频次信息确定所述针对的险种的第二加分值,所述针对的险种对应的咨询频次越高,则所述针对的险种对应的所述第二加分值越大;
分值获取子单元,用于获取各个所述可投保的在售险种的默认分值和加分值,所述加分值包括第一加分值和/或第二加分值;
总分值计算子单元,用于根据所述默认分值和加分值分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值;
匹配度确定子单元,用于根据各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值分别确定各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
其中,总分值越大,则匹配度越高;总分值越小,则匹配度越低。
进一步地,所述客户信息获取模块502可以包括:
后台查询提取单元,用于根据所述身份标识从保险公司的后台数据库查询和提取所述目标客户的客户信息;
信息完整性判断单元,用于判断从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息是否完整;
第一触发单元,用于若所述信息完整性判断单元的判断结果为是,则触发所述险种匹配模块;
第二触发单元,用于若所述信息完整性判断单元的判断结果为否,则根据所述身份标识通过与所述保险公司的系统对接的联网数据库中获取所述客户信息的缺失部分,然后触发所述险种匹配模块。
进一步地,所述身份标志获取模块501可以包括:
第一扫描获取单元,用于若所述目标客户为个人客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的身份证,获取所述目标客户的身份证号码作为所述身份标志;
第二扫描获取单元,用于若所述目标客户为企业客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的营业执照,获取所述目标客户的组织机构代码作为所述身份标志。
图6是本申请一实施例提供的终端设备的示意图。如图6所示,该实施例的终端设备6包括:处理器60以及存储器61,所述存储器61中存储有可在所述处理器60上运行的计算机可读指令62,例如保单的试报价程序。所述处理器60执行所述计算机可读指令62时实现上述各个保单的试报价方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至105。或者,所述处理器60执行所述计算机可读指令62时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图5所示模块501至507的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机可读指令62可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器61中,并由所述处理器60执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令62在所述终端设备6中的执行过程。
所述终端设备6可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。所述终端设备可包括,但不仅限于处理器60和存储器61。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6仅仅是终端设备6的示例,并不构成对终端设备6的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述终端设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器60可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器61可以是所述终端设备6的内部存储单元,例如终端设备6的硬盘或内存。所述存储器61也可以是所述终端设备6的外部存储设备,例如所述终端设备6上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器61还可以既包括所述终端设备6的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器61用于存储所述计算机可读指令以及所述终端设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器61还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

  1. 一种保单的试报价方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
    根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
    将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
    根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;

    根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;
    以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的保单的试报价方法,其特征在于,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的基本信息和历史投保意向,所述历史投保意向为表征所述目标客户对所述各个在售险种的购买倾向的历史信息;
    所述将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案包括:
    根据所述基本信息和所述各个在售险种的险种条款对所述各个在售险种进行筛选,得到可投保的在售险种;
    根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    从各个所述可投保的在售险种中选取匹配度较高的预设数量个在售险种作为所述匹配成功的险种方案。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的保单的试报价方法,其特征在于,所述历史投保意向包括所述目标客户预留的购买意向信息以及所述目标客户对各个在售险种的咨询频次信息;
    所述根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度包括:
    若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述购买意向信息指定的险种,则根据所述购买意向信息确定所述指定的险种的第一加分值;
    若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述咨询频次信息在咨询时针对的险种,则根据所述咨询频次信息确定所述针对的险种的第二加分值,所述针对的险种对应的咨询频次越高,则所述针对的险种对应的所述第二加分值越大;
    获取各个所述可投保的在售险种的默认分值和加分值,所述加分值包括第一加分值和/或第二加分值;
    根据所述默认分值和加分值分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值;
    根据各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值分别确定各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    其中,总分值越大,则匹配度越高;总分值越小,则匹配度越低。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的保单的试报价方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息包括:
    根据所述身份标识从保险公司的后台数据库查询和提取所述目标客户的客户信息;
    判断从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息是否完整;
    若从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息已完整,则执行将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案的步骤;
    若从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息不完整,则根据所述身份标识通过与所述保险公司的系统对接的联网数据库中获取所述客户信息的缺失部分,然后执行将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案的步骤。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的保单的试报价方法,其特征在于,所述通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志包括:
    若所述目标客户为个人客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的身份证,获取所述目标客户的身份证号码作为所述身份标志;
    若所述目标客户为企业客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的营业执照,获取所述目标客户的组织机构代码作为所述身份标志。
  6. 一种保单的试报价装置,其特征在于,包括:
    身份标志获取模块,用于通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
    客户信息获取模块,用于根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
    险种匹配模块,用于将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
    总保费计算模块,用于根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
    保费分期确定模块,用于根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;
    报价方案生成模块,用于根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;
    方案展示模块,用于以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的保单的试报价装置,其特征在于,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的基本信息和历史投保意向,所述历史投保意向为表征所述目标客户对所述各个在售险种的购买倾向的历史信息;
    所述险种匹配模块包括:
    可投保险种筛选单元,用于根据所述基本信息和所述各个在售险种的险种条款对所述各个在售险种进行筛选,得到可投保的在售险种;
    险种匹配度计算单元,用于根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    险种方案选取单元,用于从各个所述可投保的在售险种中选取匹配度较高的预设数量个在售险种作为所述匹配成功的险种方案。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保单的试报价装置,其特征在于,所述历史投保意向包括所述目标客户预留的购买意向信息以及所述目标客户对各个在售险种的咨询频次信息;
    所述险种匹配度计算单元包括:
    第一加分值子单元,用于若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述购买意向信息指定的险种,则根据所述购买意向信息确定所述指定的险种的第一加分值;
    第二加分值子单元,用于若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述咨询频次信息在咨询时针对的险种,则根据所述咨询频次信息确定所述针对的险种的第二加分值,所述针对的险种对应的咨询频次越高,则所述针对的险种对应的所述第二加分值越大;
    分值获取子单元,用于获取各个所述可投保的在售险种的默认分值和加分值,所述加分值包括第一加分值和/或第二加分值;
    总分值计算子单元,用于根据所述默认分值和加分值分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值;
    匹配度确定子单元,用于根据各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值分别确定各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    其中,总分值越大,则匹配度越高;总分值越小,则匹配度越低。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的保单的试报价装置,其特征在于,所述客户信息获取模块包括:
    后台查询提取单元,用于根据所述身份标识从保险公司的后台数据库查询和提取所述目标客户的客户信息;
    信息完整性判断单元,用于判断从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息是否完整;
    第一触发单元,用于若所述信息完整性判断单元的判断结果为是,则触发所述险种匹配模块;
    第二触发单元,用于若所述信息完整性判断单元的判断结果为否,则根据所述身份标识通过与所述保险公司的系统对接的联网数据库中获取所述客户信息的缺失部分,然后触发所述险种匹配模块。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的保单的试报价装置,其特征在于,所述身份标志获取模块包括:
    第一扫描获取单元,用于若所述目标客户为个人客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的身份证,获取所述目标客户的身份证号码作为所述身份标志;
    第二扫描获取单元,用于若所述目标客户为企业客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的营业执照,获取所述目标客户的组织机构代码作为所述身份标志。
  11. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
    根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
    将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
    根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
    根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;
    根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;
    以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的基本信息和历史投保意向,所述历史投保意向为表征所述目标客户对所述各个在售险种的购买倾向的历史信息;
    所述将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案包括:
    根据所述基本信息和所述各个在售险种的险种条款对所述各个在售险种进行筛选,得到可投保的在售险种;
    根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    从各个所述可投保的在售险种中选取匹配度较高的预设数量个在售险种作为所述匹配成功的险种方案。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述历史投保意向包括所述目标客户预留的购买意向信息以及所述目标客户对各个在售险种的咨询频次信息;
    所述根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度包括:
    若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述购买意向信息指定的险种,则根据所述购买意向信息确定所述指定的险种的第一加分值;
    若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述咨询频次信息在咨询时针对的险种,则根据所述咨询频次信息确定所述针对的险种的第二加分值,所述针对的险种对应的咨询频次越高,则所述针对的险种对应的所述第二加分值越大;
    获取各个所述可投保的在售险种的默认分值和加分值,所述加分值包括第一加分值和/或第二加分值;
    根据所述默认分值和加分值分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值;
    根据各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值分别确定各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    其中,总分值越大,则匹配度越高;总分值越小,则匹配度越低。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息包括:
    根据所述身份标识从保险公司的后台数据库查询和提取所述目标客户的客户信息;
    判断从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息是否完整;
    若从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息已完整,则执行将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案的步骤;
    若从保险公司的后台数据库提取得到的所述客户信息不完整,则根据所述身份标识通过与所述保险公司的系统对接的联网数据库中获取所述客户信息的缺失部分,然后执行将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案的步骤。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志包括:
    若所述目标客户为个人客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的身份证,获取所述目标客户的身份证号码作为所述身份标志;
    若所述目标客户为企业客户,则通过扫描设备扫描所述目标客户的营业执照,获取所述目标客户的组织机构代码作为所述身份标志。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    通过扫描设备扫描目标客户的有效证件,获取所述目标客户的身份标志;
    根据所述身份标志从联网数据库中获取所述目标客户的客户信息,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的投保人数;
    将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案;
    根据所述目标客户的投保人数和所述匹配成功的险种方案的保额计算所述匹配成功的险种方案对所述目标客户的总保费;
    根据所述匹配成功的险种方案对应的预设分期缴费规则确定所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费;
    根据确定的所述总保费的分期期数以及对应的每期保费生成所述险种方案对应的报价方案;
    以预设方式向所述目标客户展示所述匹配成功的险种方案和所述报价方案。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述客户信息包括所述目标客户的基本信息和历史投保意向,所述历史投保意向为表征所述目标客户对所述各个在售险种的购买倾向的历史信息;
    所述将所述客户信息与各个在售险种进行匹配,得到匹配成功的险种方案包括:
    根据所述基本信息和所述各个在售险种的险种条款对所述各个在售险种进行筛选,得到可投保的在售险种;
    根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度;
    从各个所述可投保的在售险种中选取匹配度较高的预设数量个在售险种作为所述匹配成功的险种方案。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述历史投保意向包括所述目标客户预留的购买意向信息以及所述目标客户对各个在售险种的咨询频次信息;
    所述根据所述历史投保意向分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的匹配度包括:
    若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述购买意向信息指定的险种,则根据所述购买意向信息确定所述指定的险种的第一加分值;
    若所述可投保的在售险种中存在所述咨询频次信息在咨询时针对的险种,则根据所述咨询频次信息确定所述针对的险种的第二加分值,所述针对的险种对应的咨询频次越高,则所述针对的险种对应的所述第二加分值越大;
    获取各个所述可投保的在售险种的默认分值和加分值,所述加分值包括第一加分值和/或第二加分值;
    根据所述默认分值和加分值分别计算各个所述可投保的在售险种的总分值;
