Description
また、従来のコイルでは、1層目の導体と2層目の導体が交互に並列配置されている。そのため、1層目と2層目の導体間距離は全て同じであり、コイルに電流が流れた際の寄生容量による影響が、コイルの中心部と外周部とで異なるという課題がある。よって、上記のコイルをMHz帯の動作周波数で動作する共振型電力伝送システムに用いた場合、導体間の寄生容量のずれがコイルのインピーダンス特性に影響し、電力伝送効率が低下するという課題がある。
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る共振型電力伝送システムの構成例を示す図である。
共振型電力伝送システムは、図1に示すように、共振型送信電源装置2、送電コイル3、受電コイル4、受信回路5及び負荷6を備えている。図1では、共振型送信電源装置2の前段に一次電源1が接続されている。一次電源1は、直流電力又は交流電力を出力する。また、共振型送信電源装置2及び送電コイル3は送電側機器を構成し、受電コイル4、受信回路5及び負荷6は受電側機器を構成する。
また、送電コイル3及び受電コイル4の構成例については後述する。
図2に示す送電コイルは、導体31がヘリカル状に2層巻回されることで構成されている。すなわち、図2に示すように、導体31は、巻始め点から同一の巻回方向で巻き進められて1層目L1を構成し、更に折返されて、1層目L1の外周を1層目L1と同一の巻回方向で巻終わり点まで巻き戻されることで2層目L2を構成している。
なお、入力電圧V1が小さい場合又は送電コイル3の巻き数が少ない場合等には、絶縁部32の厚みを一様としても、導体31の層間での寄生容量を均一化できる。
また、図5に示す構成では、導体31の層間での寄生容量を小さくし且つ寄生容量を均一化できるため、送電コイル3を、MHz帯の動作周波数で動作する共振型電力伝送システムに用いても、導体31の層間での寄生容量が送電コイル3のインピーダンス特性に影響することを低減でき、電力伝送効率の低下を抑制できる。
またこの場合、図10Bに示すように、最外層と当該最外層に隣接する層との間の電位差は一様になるため、絶縁部32の厚みは一様としてもよい。なお、内層の層間における絶縁部32の厚みは、当該絶縁部32が無い状態で導体31に電流が流れた際に、層間で生じる電圧に比例したものを用いることが望ましい。

- ヘリカル状に多層に巻回された導体と、
前記導体の層間に設けられた絶縁部と
を備えた共振型電力伝送用コイル。 - 前記絶縁部の厚みは、当該絶縁部が無い状態で前記導体に電流が流れた際に前記層間で生じる電圧に、比例する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の共振型電力伝送用コイル。 - 前記導体は、円柱形、角柱形又は円錐形のヘリカル状に巻回された
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の共振型電力伝送用コイル。 - 前記導体は、前記層間で互い違いに配置された
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の共振型電力伝送用コイル。 - 前記導体は、最外層での巻回方向が他の層での巻回方向と逆方向である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の共振型電力伝送用コイル。 - 前記絶縁部の厚みは、前記最外層と当該最外層に隣接する層との間では一様であり、他の層間では、当該絶縁部が無い状態で前記導体に電流が流れた際に当該層間で生じる電圧に、比例する
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の共振型電力伝送用コイル。
