Description
本发明涉及雾霾净化技术领域,尤其是涉及一种车载式雾霾消除装置。
霾主要是由二氧化硫、氮氧化合物和可吸入颗粒这三项组成,在湿度较大的天气,与空气中得水蒸气结合,使天空变得灰蒙蒙的,称为雾霾天气,雾霾含油多种有害物质,又是污染物的载体,对人体的呼吸系统、心脑血管系统、神经系统、生殖系统以及皮肤等造成危害,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。如何对室外开放环境中的已被污染的大气进行低成本的有效净化,创造一个安全绿色的空气环境是亟待解决的问题。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的车载式雾霾消除装置。
为达到本发明之目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种车载式雾霾消除装置,所述车载式雾霾消除装置包括底板、位于所述底板上方的第一过滤装置、位于所述第一过滤装置上方的气缸装置、位于所述第一过滤装置右侧的水箱装置、位于所述气缸装置右侧的第二过滤装置、位于所述第二过滤装置下方的第三过滤装置、位于所述第三过滤装置下方的第四过滤装置、位于所述第四过滤装置左侧的第五过滤装置及位于所述第五过滤装置下方的排出装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明车载式雾霾消除装置结构简单,使用方便,能够对雾霾进行快速有效的净化,清除掉其中的杂质,防止雾霾对人体的伤害。并且可以对过滤网及海绵块进行清洗,防止大量的杂质集中在过滤网上进而堵塞过滤网,使得净化过程可以顺利的进行。并且可以对雾霾进行多重过滤,使得净化效果更好。同时可以将其设置在机动车上,随着机动车的移动而移动,从而可以将其移动到合适的位置进行净化,雾霾净化效果显著。

如图1所示,所述本发明车载式雾霾消除装置使用时,首先将其安装在机动车上,并且将底板1与机动车固定在一起。然后将机动车移动到需要净化雾霾的地方,然后启动第一风机23,使得外界的空气经过进气管22进入到所述第一框体21内,然后首先经过第一过滤网25的过滤,当空气中的杂质较多时,可以提前打开第三阀门48,使得水箱41内的水经过第三管道47进入到所述第一框体21内,然后经过第五过滤网40的过滤,将其中的杂质过滤掉,防止其中的杂质随着空气向上运动,进而使得水与第一过滤网25接触,使得水滴在第一过滤网25上形成水膜,进而可以使得第一过滤网25的过滤效果更好,能够显著的将空气中的杂质过滤掉,同时可以启动第一气缸31,使得第一推动杆311向下推动第二过滤网32,进而使得第一海绵块33向下移动,直至第一海绵块33与水接触,然后
使得第一气缸31带动第一推动杆311向上移动,使得第二过滤网32及第一海绵块33向上移动,使得第二过滤网32及第一海绵块33的过滤效果更好,显著清除掉空气中颗粒物质。然后气体经过第一海绵块33、第二过滤网32的过滤后进入到第二管道36内,打开第二阀门37,使得第二管道36内的空气进入到第二框体51内。同时可以使得第一气缸31带动所述第二过滤网32及第一海绵块33不断的上下移动,并且当第一海绵块33移动到下方时,由于第一过滤网25及第五过滤网40呈弯曲状,使得第一海绵块33不断的发生变形,从而可以对第一画面块33进行清洗,待清洗完毕后,打开第一阀门27,使得第一框体21内的水经过第一管道26进入到第一收集箱28内,方便对废水进行回收。进入到所述第二框体51内的空气,首先使得第一滚轮52旋转,使得第一滚轮52上的胶层可以对空气中的杂质粘附掉,并且第一滚轮52旋转的过程中,所述刷毛53可以将其上的粘附的杂质刷洗掉,进而保证胶层的粘附效果。然后第二框体51内的空气进入到第四管道56内,打开第四阀门57,使得第四管道56内的空气进入到第三框体61内,然后经过分流块63的分流后分成左右两股气流,右侧的经过第十通孔621进入到下方,左侧的则直接进入到下方经过第六过滤网64的过滤,右侧的气体中的杂质会部分的沉积在第五支架62上,起到了部分净化的效果,并且右侧气流的位移较长,流动时间长于左侧气流的移动时间,进而使得两股气流分开来,环节第六过滤网64的过滤压力,起到了较好的过滤效果,然后进入到第五管道65内,打开第五阀门66,使得第五管道65内的空气进入到第四框体71内,其首先经过第二海绵块75的过滤,当第五管道65内气体的压力较大时,会使得第二海绵块75向左侧移动,使得第五管道65内的空气快速进入
到第四框体71内,然后经过第七过滤网732、第八过滤网735及第九过滤网736的过滤后进入到第七管道88内,由于第七过滤网732及第八过滤网735呈弯曲状,并且第九过滤网736呈凹字形,使得空气与第七过滤网732、第八过滤网735及第九过滤网736的接触面积增大,进而使得净化效果更好。然后打开第七阀门,使得第七管道88内的空气进入到第五框体81内,然后经过第一过滤板84的过滤后向上运动,然后启动水泵86,将外界的水吸入到第六管道85内,然后洒在斜板82上,然后向下流动,进而可以对进入到第五框体81内的空气进行过滤,过滤效果显著,然后水流入到第七管道88内,当第七管道88内沉积的水较多时,打开第六阀门883,使得第七管道88内的水经过出水管881进入到第二收集箱90内,同时第七管道88内的水还可以对进入到其中的空气进行净化。然后第五框体81内的空气进入到第八管道92内,然后进入到箱91内,所述箱体91内可以放置水或者净化液,从所述第八管道92喷出的气体与水或者净化液直接接触,进而可以起到净化的效果,然后空气进入到出气管94内,然后经过出气管951排出,从而使得排出的气体环保无污染,并且可以启动第二风机93,使得对空气的净化效果更高,同时对空气进行多重过滤,过滤效果显著,使得排出的空气更加适合人类呼吸,有利于人们的身心健康,减少雾霾对人们身心的伤害。至此,本发明车载式雾霾消除装置使用过程描述完毕。

- 一种车载式雾霾消除装置,其特征在于:所述车载式雾霾消除装置包括底板、位于所述底板上方的第一过滤装置、位于所述第一过滤装置上方的气缸装置、位于所述第一过滤装置右侧的水箱装置、位于所述气缸装置右侧的第二过滤装置、位于所述第二过滤装置下方的第三过滤装置、位于所述第三过滤装置下方的第四过滤装置、位于所述第四过滤装置左侧的第五过滤装置及位于所述第五过滤装置下方的排出装置,所述第一过滤装置包括第一框体、位于所述第一框体左侧的进气管、设置于所述进气管上的第一风机、位于所述进气管上方的第一弯曲杆、位于所述第一框体内的第一过滤网、位于所述第一框体下方的第一管道、设置于所述第一管道上的第一阀门、位于所述第一管道下方的第一收集箱及位于所述第一框体上方的第一斜杆,所述气缸装置包括第一气缸、位于所述第一气缸下方的第一推动杆、位于所述第一推动杆下方的第二过滤网、位于所述第二过滤网下方的第一海绵块、位于所述第一气缸左侧的第一支架、位于所述第一气缸右侧的第二支架、位于所述第二支架下方的第二管道、设置于所述第二管道上的第二阀门,所述水箱装置包括水箱、位于所述水箱内的第三过滤网、位于所述第三过滤网上方的第四过滤网、位于所述第四过滤网上方的第一支撑杆、位于所述第一支撑杆上方的第一盖板、位于所述第一盖板上方的第一握持杆、位于所述水箱下方的第三管道、设置于所述第三管道上的第三阀门、位于所述第三管道上方的第三支架及第五 过滤网,所述第二过滤装置包括第二框体、位于所述第二框体内的第一滚轮、位于所述第一滚轮右侧的刷毛、位于所述刷毛下方的第一集料块、位于所述第二框体右侧的第四支架、位于所述第二框体下方的第四管道、设置于所述第四管道上的第四阀门、位于所述第四管道左侧的第二斜杆,所述第三过滤装置包括第三框体、位于所述第三框体内的第五支架、位于所述第五支架上方的分流块、位于所述第五支架下方的第六过滤网、位于所述第三框体下方的第五管道、设置于所述第五管道上的第五阀门、位于所述第三框体左侧的第一连接杆、位于所述第五管道下方的第二支撑杆及位于所述第一连接杆左侧的第六支架,所述第四过滤装置包括第四框体、位于所述第四框体上方的第二连接杆、位于所述第四框体内部的第一支撑块、位于所述第一支撑块右侧的第一弹簧、位于所述第一弹簧右侧的第二海绵块、位于所述第四框体右侧的第七支架、位于所述第七支架右侧的第三斜杆、位于所述第七支架左侧的第一横杆、位于所述第一横杆左侧的第三支撑杆及位于所述第四框体左侧的第八支架,所述第五过滤装置包括第五框体、位于所述第五框体内的斜板、位于所述斜板上方的第五连接杆、位于所述第五框体内的第一过滤板、位于所述第五框上方的第六管道、设置于所述第六管道上的水泵、设置于所述水泵上的第一固定架、位于所述第五框体下方的第七管道及位于所述第五框体上方的第四斜杆,所述排出装置包括箱体、位于所述箱体上方的第八管道、设置于所述第八管道上的第二风机、位于所述箱体右侧的出气管、设置于所述出气管上的第八阀门、位于所述出气管下方的出气斗、位于所 述出气管右侧的第二固定架、位于所述第二固定架下方的第四支撑杆、位于所述第四支撑杆右侧的第五支撑杆、位于所述第五支撑杆右侧的第六支撑杆及位于所述第六支撑杆右侧的第二收集箱。
- 如权利要求1所述的车载式雾霾消除装置,其特征在于:所述第一框体上设有位于左表面的第一通孔、位于下表面的第二通孔、位于右表面的第三通孔及位于所述第三通孔上方的第四通孔,所述进气管的右端对准所述第一通孔且与所述第一框体的左表面固定连接,所述第一弯曲杆呈弯曲状,所述第一弯曲杆的一端与所述第一框体的左表面固定连接,所述第一弯曲杆的下端与所述进气管固定连接,所述第一过滤网呈空心的半球状,所述第一过滤网收容于所述第一框体内,所述第一过滤网的左表面与所述第一框体的内表面固定连接,所述第一管道的上端对准所述第二通孔且与所述第一框体的下表面固定连接,所述第一收集箱位于所述第一管道的正下方,所述第一斜杆的下端与所述第一框体的上表面固定连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的车载式雾霾消除装置,其特征在于:所述第一推动杆呈长方体,所述第一推动杆的上端与所述第一气缸连接,所述第一推动杆的下端贯穿所述第一框体的上表面延伸至所述第一框体的内部,所述第一推动杆与所述第一框体滑动连接,所述第一斜杆的上端与所述第一推动杆的侧面滑动连接,所述第二过滤网的侧面与所述第一框体的内表面滑动连接,所述第一海绵块的上表面与所述第二过滤网的下表面固定连接,所述第一海绵块的侧面与所述第一框体的内表面滑动连接,所述第一支架的一端与所述第一框体的左表面固定 连接,所述第一支架的另一端与所述第一气缸的左表面固定连接,所述第二支架呈L型,所述第二支架的一端与所述第一气缸的右表面固定连接,所述第二支架的另一端与所述第二管道固定连接,所述第二管道呈Z字形,所述第二管道的一端对准所述第四通孔且与所述第一框体的右表面固定连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的车载式雾霾消除装置,其特征在于:所述水箱的左表面与所述第一框体的右表面固定连接,所述水箱上设有位于下表面的第五通孔,所述第三过滤网呈竖直状,所述第三过滤网的下端与所述水箱的内表面固定连接,所述第三过滤网的上端与所述第四过滤网的下表面固定连接,所述第四过滤网呈弯曲状,所述第四过滤网的侧面与所述水箱的内表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆的下端与所述第四过滤网的上表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆的上表面呈水平状,所述第一支撑杆的上端与所述第一盖板的下表面接触,所述第一盖板的侧面与所述水箱的内表面滑动连接,所述第一握持杆呈圆柱体,所述第一握持杆竖直放置,所述第一握持杆的下端与所述第一盖板的上表面固定连接,所述第三管道呈L型,所述第三管道的一端对准所述第五通孔且与所述水箱的下表面固定连接,所述第三管道的另一端对准所述第三通孔且与所述第一框体的右表面固定连接,所述第三支架呈L型,所述第三支架的一端与所述水箱的下表面固定连接,所述第三支架的另一端与所述第一框体的右表面固定连接,所述第五过滤网呈空心的半球状,所述第五过滤网收容于所述第一框体内,所述第五过滤网的右表面与所述第一框体的内表面固定连接,所述第五过滤网 位于所述第三通孔的左侧。
- 如权利要求4所述的车载式雾霾消除装置,其特征在于:所述第二框体的左表面呈弯曲状,所述第二框体上设有位于左表面的第六通孔及位于下表面的第七通孔,所述第二管道的右端对准所述第六通孔且与所述第二框体的左表面固定连接,所述第一滚轮的表面上设有一层胶层,所述第一滚轮位于所述第六通孔的右侧,所述刷毛的右端与所述第二框体的内表面固定连接,所述刷毛的左端与所述第一滚轮接触,所述第一集料块的横截面呈三角形,所述第一集料块的下表面及右表面与所述第二框体的内表面固定连接,所述第一集料块的上表面呈倾斜状,所述第四支架的一端与所述第二框体的右表面固定连接,所述第四支架的另一端呈水平状,所述第四管道的上端对准所述第七通孔且与所述第二框体的下表面固定连接,所述第二斜杆的上端与所述第二框体固定连接,所述第二斜杆的下端与所述水箱的右表面固定连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的车载式雾霾消除装置,其特征在于:所述第三框体上设有位于上表面的第八通孔及位于下表面的第九通孔,所述第四管道的下端对准所述第八通孔且与所述第三框体的上表面固定连接,所述第四支架的下端与所述第三框体的右表面固定连接,所述第五支架收容于所述第三框体内,所述第五支架的一端与所述第三框体的内表面固定连接,所述第五支架的另一端呈竖直状且与所述分流块的下表面固定连接,所述第五支架上设有贯穿其左右表面的第十通孔,所述分流块的横截面呈三角形,所述分流块位于所述第八通孔的 正下方,所述第六过滤网呈弯曲状,所述第六过滤网收容于所述第三框体内,所述第六过滤网的侧面与所述第三框体的内表面固定连接,所述第五管道的上端对准所述第九通孔且与所述第三框体的下表面固定连接,所述第一连接杆的一端与所述第三框体的左表面固定连接,所述第一连接杆的另一端与所述第六支架的右表面固定连接,所述第二支撑杆呈竖直状,所述第二支撑杆的上端与所述第五管道固定连接,所述第六支架的一端与所述第一框体的右表面固定连接,所述第六支架的另一端与所述水箱的右表面固定连接。
