本发明涉及一种用于容器的一种分配器,并且特别地涉及一种包括该分配器的容器。所述容器特别地用于容纳化妆品液体。
目前存在多种用于容纳和保存化妆品液体的容器。
最基础的一种类型的容器不具有分配器,液体被容纳在其中。在需要取用液体时,需要将容器上下翻转从而从开口倾倒出液体。对于用户来说,这种容器的使用并不方便;每次使用时也无法控制液体的量;并且容器的开口因为常常被触碰从而不够卫生。
另一种现有的容器包括最为传统的滴管,该滴管固定在瓶盖中并且在顶端具有橡胶球头。在其中一种类型的容器中,橡胶球头延伸穿过瓶盖并且暴露在外。在这种情况下,暴露在外的橡胶球头可能被无意地挤压,另一方面,橡胶球头暴露在外也使橡胶容易快速老化。此外,这种容器不够美观。而对于化妆品来说,在面临消费者的选择时,美观会是被考虑的一个重要因素。还存在另一种类型的容器,其中橡胶球头设置在按钮下方并且可以通过按压按钮被压缩。使用以上两种类型的容器,还是无法确保每次使用时可以取用精确量的化妆品液体,因为用户每次施加的按压力可能

另外,已经开发出一种滴管类型的分配器,其中瓶盖的壳体能够被旋转来吸取液体,并且瓶盖上的按钮能够被按压来挤出液体以供使用。然而,这种现有的分配器具有非常复杂的结构,其包括至少10个零部件,因此容器的成本被大大增加。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种分配器和一种容器,从而至少解决了以上所提及的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提出了一种分配器,其包括:
可旋转的壳体,所述可旋转的壳体在其内壁表面上设有斜坡;
活塞,所述活塞布置在所述壳体中并且在所述活塞的外周表面上设有突起,所述突起从下面抵靠所述斜坡;
固定件,所述固定件布置在所述活塞中并且在所述固定件的外周表面上设有纵向导轨,所述活塞沿着所述纵向导轨移动;
按钮,所述按钮延伸穿过所述活塞,其中,所述按钮和所述活塞被配置为:所述按钮随着所述活塞向下移动,并且所述活塞随着所述按钮向上移动;
弹性构件,所述弹性构件具有腔室并且被布置在所述按钮下,以使得所述按钮在向下移动时压缩所述弹性构件以在所述腔室中建立正压力,并且所述弹性构件在回复时向上推动所述按钮以在所述腔室中建立负压力;以及
滴管,所述滴管与所述腔室流体联通。
优选地,当所述壳体沿一个方向旋转时,所述活塞可以由于所述突起
被所述斜坡推动而向下移动;然后,当所述壳体沿相反的方向旋转时,所述弹性构件可以回复并且向上推动所述按钮。
优选地,所述壳体的斜坡可以设有上端部和下端部,所述壳体旋转直到所述斜坡的上端部或下端部被所述突起阻挡为止。
优选地,所述活塞可以与所述按钮一体成型。
优选地,所述弹性构件可以是橡胶球头和/或波纹管。
优选地,所述壳体的斜坡可以在上端部和下端部附近分别设有凸出部,以使得所述活塞的突起能够稳定地停留在所述上端部或所述下端部处。
优选地,所述可旋转的壳体可以设有两个或更多个所述斜坡,并且所述斜坡可以以轴对称的方式布置。

根据本发明实施例,利用具有简单结构的分配器,实现了容器中内容物的方便的取用和精确的分配,以及容器的吸引人的外观。

如图1和图2所示,容器1000包括用于容纳液体的分配器1100和容器本体1200。如图3所示,所述分配器1100包括大致同轴安装的按钮1110、壳体1120、活塞1130、弹性构件1140、固定件1150和滴管1160。
如图5和6所示,固定件1150呈大致圆筒状,并且设有内螺纹。容器本体1200呈大致圆筒状,并且设有相应的外螺纹。由此固定件1150借助于内螺纹可以与容器本体1200螺纹连接。
固定件1150安装在壳体1120内,并且壳体1120可以相对于固定件1150旋转。固定件1150具有四个纵向导轨1151。活塞1130的内壁上设有与所述纵向导轨配合的四个相应的纵向凹部。活塞1130套接在固定件1150上。由于凹部与纵向导轨的配合,因此活塞1130相对于固定件1150不可旋转,但是可沿纵向导轨1151竖直地滑动。可以理解的是,纵向导轨以及相应凹部的数量也可以为四个以外的其它数量。
壳体1120在其内壁上设有引导部,所述引导部可以呈倾斜滑道、即斜坡的形式。优选地,所述引导部包括多个轴对称布置的斜坡。在根据本发明的第一实施方式中,壳体1120包括两个斜坡1121。在图4的壳体横截面视图中仅示出了其中一个斜坡1121。每一个斜坡都具有上端部1121a和下端部1121b。
活塞1130具有一对圆滑的突起1131,上端部1121a和下端部1121b对
突起1131的止挡限定壳体1120与活塞1130之间的相对旋转的极限位置。另外,在所述上端部1121a和所述下端部1121b附近处的斜坡上,还可分别设有相应的凸出部(仅有上端部1121a侧的凸出部1121c在图4中示出),由此,在释放状态下,所述突起1131相对稳定地停留在相应的上端部1121a处(如图5所示),在按压状态下,所述突起1131相对稳定地停留在相应的下端部1121b处(如图6所示)。这样,当突起1131处于上端部1121a或下端部1121b处时,无意的触碰无法使得突起1131轻易离开上端部1121a或下端部1121b。换句话说,壳体1120不会被无意地旋转。
弹性构件1140包括弹性材料或者由弹性材料制成,其具有可压缩的腔室并且被固定在固定件1150上。弹性构件1140的底部抵靠容器本体1200密封。滴管1160与弹性构件1140密封连接,并且滴管1160的内腔与弹性构件1140的内腔流体连通。
下面描述分配器1100的工作过程。
首先借助于固定件1150的螺纹,分配器1100被固定在容器本体1200上。通常情况下,分配器1100例如通过沿顺时针方向的旋拧螺纹连接到容器本体1200上。此时分配器1100处于图5所示的释放状态。
当继续沿顺时针方向旋转分配器1100时,壳体1120内壁上的斜坡1121向活塞1130的圆滑突起1131施加包含圆周方向分量以及竖直向下方向分量的力。由于固定件1150相对于容器本体1200固定,并且活塞1130不能相对于固定件1150旋转,因此在壳体1120旋转时,仅该竖直向下的分力将活塞1130向下推动。由此活塞1130沿着固定件1150上的纵向导轨向下竖直运动。在此过程中,活塞1130的圆滑突起1131离开斜坡1121的上端部1121a,并且始终抵靠在其上方旋转滑过的斜坡1121。简而言之,当壳体1120顺时针旋转时,旋转的斜坡1121推动活塞1130向下运动。与此同时,由于活塞1130上部开口的直径小于按钮1110的下部的直径,因此向下运动
的活塞1130带动按钮1110向下运动,由此按钮1110向下挤压弹性构件1140。
在以上过程中,由于弹性构件1140被挤压,其内腔中形成正压力,该正压力由此将该内腔中以及与弹性构件1140相连接的滴管1160中存在的空气或液体推出。最后,在壳体1120的斜坡1121的下端部1121b接触到活塞1130的圆滑突起1131时,壳体1120不能进一步旋转并且该旋转停止。此时,分配器1100处于如图6所示的按压状态。
然后,当壳体1120从图6中示出的按压状态开始沿逆时针方向旋转时,圆滑的突起1131离开斜坡1121的下端部1121b。在壳体1120逆时针旋转的过程中,斜坡1121的较低区域逐渐旋转远离活塞1130的圆滑突起1131;被压缩的弹性构件1140逐渐膨胀回复并且向上推动按钮1110。此时,按钮1110带动活塞1130向上运动。在此过程中,由于弹性构件1140逐渐膨胀回复,因此其内腔逐渐扩大并且在其中以及在与弹性构件1140相连接的滴管1160中建立负压力。该负压力使得容器内的内容物从滴管1160底端的入口被吸入滴管1160中。最后,在壳体1120的斜坡1121的上端部1121a接触到活塞1130的圆滑突起1131时,分配器1100达到如图5所示的释放状态。此时,滴管1160中吸入了内容物、例如化妆品液体。
在以上所述过程中,分配器1100借助于固定件1150的螺纹始终被固定在容器本体1200上。
在达到如图5所示的释放状态之后,分配器1100上的壳体1120仍然可以相对于容器本体1200进一步继续逆时针旋转。此时进一步旋转的壳体1120通过其上端部1121a推动圆滑突起1131来使活塞1130旋转,而活塞1130又通过其凹部与固定件1150的纵向导轨1151的配合来推动固定件1150逆时针旋转。因此,该进一步旋转将逐渐解除固定件1150与容器本体1200之间的螺纹连,也就是逐渐解除分配器1100与容器本体1200之间的
螺纹连接。最终分配器1100从容器本体1200上拆卸下来。当分配器1100从容器本体1200上被完全移除时,用户可以按压按钮1110以将内容物从滴管1160中挤出以供使用。
在以上所述过程中,用户例如可以通过一只手握住容器本体,另一只手旋转分配器的壳体来完成操作。当然用户仅使用拇指和食指来握捏和旋转分配器而使用其他手指将容器本体握捏在掌心位置也同样可以完成操作。
在以上所述的实施方式中,活塞1130和按钮1110被配置为:活塞1130上部开口的直径小于按钮1110的下部的直径,由此按钮1110可随着活塞1130向下移动,并且活塞1130可随着按钮1110向上移动。然而可以理解的是,活塞1130和按钮1110可以以任何其他方式设置,只要活塞的向下移动可带动按钮向下移动,并且按钮的向上移动可带动活塞向上移动即可。例如,活塞和按钮可以刚性连接。替代地,参见图7和图8,活塞2130和按钮2110一体成型为一体件。在这种情况下,根据本发明实施例的分配器的零件数量得以进一步减少,结构得以进一步简化。
在以上实施方式中,弹性构件1140在图中被示出为具有波纹的橡胶球头。然而可以理解的是,弹性构件可以呈其它形式,只要在被压缩时其内部腔室中建立正压力,而在回复时可向上推动按钮并且在腔室中建立负压力即可。例如,替代地,弹性构件也可以仅仅为橡胶球头或仅仅为波纹管。
以上已经参考实施方式对本发明进行了描述,但需要指出的是,以上所述的实施方式均是示例性的,而不是限制性的。在以上所述的实施方式中描述的各个技术特征在不互相抵触的情况下可以任意地在不同的实施方式中结合和使用。并且本领域技术人员可以认识到,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以作出多种变化,这些变化都应被涵盖在本发明的范围之内。
根据本发明实施例,利用具有简单结构的分配器,实现了容器中内容物的方便的取用和精确的分配,以及容器的吸引人的外观。

- 一种分配器,其包括:可旋转的壳体,所述可旋转的壳体在其内壁表面上设有斜坡;活塞,所述活塞布置在所述壳体中并且在所述活塞的外周表面上设有突起,所述突起从下面抵靠所述斜坡;固定件,所述固定件布置在所述活塞中并且在所述固定件的外周表面上设有纵向导轨,所述活塞沿着所述纵向导轨移动;按钮,所述按钮延伸穿过所述活塞,其中,所述按钮和所述活塞被配置为:所述按钮随着所述活塞向下移动,并且所述活塞随着所述按钮向上移动;弹性构件,所述弹性构件具有腔室并且被布置在所述按钮下,以使得所述按钮在向下移动时压缩所述弹性构件以在所述腔室中建立正压力,并且所述弹性构件在回复时向上推动所述按钮以在所述腔室中建立负压力;以及滴管,所述滴管与所述腔室流体联通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其中,当所述壳体沿一个方向旋转时,所述活塞由于所述突起被所述斜坡推动而向下移动;然后,当所述壳体沿相反的方向旋转时,所述弹性构件回复并且向上推动所述按钮。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其中,所述壳体的斜坡设有上端部和下端部,所述壳体旋转直到所述斜坡的上端部或下端部被所述突起阻挡为止。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的分配器,其中,所述活塞与所述按钮一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的分配器,其中,所述弹性构件是橡胶球头和/或波纹管。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的分配器,其中,所述壳体的斜坡在上端部和下端部附近分别设有凸出部,以使得所述活塞的突起能够稳定地停留在所述上端部或所述下端部处。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的分配器,其中,所述可旋转的壳体设有两个或更多个所述斜坡,并且所述两个或更多个斜坡以轴对称的方式布置。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的分配器,其中,所述固定件用于通过螺纹连接固定在容器上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其中,所述容器用于容纳化妆品液体。
- 一种用于容纳液体的容器,其中,所述容器包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的分配器。
