Abstract

The parents of baby twins find it difficult to move around quickly and easily with their babies. Such babies often have low weights, necessitating increased skin-to-skin contact to improve their health and development. Mothers of twin babies have to nurse more frequently than other mothers, and their stomachs require additional support. The present invention enables a carrier-parent, when standing and moving about, to easily, comfortably and safely support and hold newborn twins simultaneously, if necessary skin to skin, because the heads of said babies are supported in a hands-free manner. Said invention enables mothers of twins to nurse more easily at any time and a stomach-support strap enhances the comfort of said mothers. There is no need to undress to enable skin-to-skin contact or to nurse, as the baby carrier may be worn like an undergarment or a garment or may be incorporated into a garment.
