本文涉及但不限于网络运维技术领域,尤其涉及一种网络运维系统的运行方法及网络运维系统。
目前的网络运维系统包含了很多方面,包括了网络资源管理、告警管理、性能数据管理和接入管理等多个方面。为网络管理者提供了多种功能,但也为运维系统的现场实施提出了更高的业务要求。
相关网络运维系统的现场实施流程基本如下:首先选择需要的网络运维系统产品;然后到实施现场进行安装;之后进行一系列的初始化操作,录入系统基础数据,接入下级网络运维系统;还需要进行系统试运行,系统调试,修改出现的问题;最后才能交付给用户。不同产品的初始化方法通常是不同的,相同产品不同项目的初始化方法也会有所不同。为了使现场系统的安装和交付顺利进行,企业通常会派技术专员到现场进行一系列工作。这样的现场实施方式有如下问题:
首先,成本问题,派技术人员到现场的成本很高,增加企业负担,对技术人员的培训也会消耗企业资源;其次,安装和构建过于复杂,运维系统可能包含多个方面的配置,有些配置互相关联,复杂性高,容易出错,接入下级网络管理单元时,需要多次重启系统,浪费时间;另外,还存在可靠性问题,现场实施成功与否和现场人员的技术水平和操作有关,不恰当的操作和疏忽可能会为现场实施留下安全隐患。

本发明实施例针对相关网络运维系统现场实施成本高、实施复杂、可靠性不足的缺点,提出了一种基于场景包的网络运维系统。
场景包是包含运维产品初始化信息的一种压缩包。场景包可以将现场实施进行的初始化操作抽象到一个包中。场景包是一种概念,任何运维产品的模块只要有需要,都可以选择为场景包实现接口,以读取所需的系统初始化信息。一个典型的场景包如图2所示:场景包解压之后为数个文件夹,每个文件夹中包含对应系统的初始化数据。图2中包含了系统1和系统2,其中系统1文件夹下包含了用户数据、部门数据;而系统2文件夹下包含了用户数据、部门数据和接入包(所述接入包为运维系统和其他系统进行数据交互的可执行包)的数据。
用户在安装网络运维系统产品后,使用对应的场景包来对网络运维系统进行相关的初始化、建立必要的模型、接入特定的下级网络管理单元等等工作。场景包支持一键安装,所有场景包中包含的初始化信息均在安装过程中被加载到网络运维系统。
场景包支持热部署,接入下级网络管理单元的代码被热部署到系统,无需重启即可完成接入。
对于网络运维系统产品的具体项目,场景包由项目定制人员根据项目需
求进行制作。在项目实施阶段,场景包可以由用户自行安装,而不需特定技术人员进行现场操作。最终实现了对系统的快速初始化,并提高了可靠性,节省了人力成本。
首先介绍传统的网络运维系统的实施流程,其包括以下步骤:
步骤101、运维系统产品的安装。
根据运维项目的目标系统,安装对应的运维产品到目标服务器。
步骤102、运维系统基础数据的配置。
基础数据包括了一个运维系统运行时最基本的数据,即和具体业务关联不大的数据。项目实施人员需要向运维系统中配置人员、地域、部门、权限等基础信息。一般通过界面进行单个配置,或者通过导入规定格式的文件进行批量配置。配置过程中,需要考虑人员、地域和部门等等的归属关系。例如,特定人员归属于特定地域和特定部门。
步骤103、运维系统高级数据的配置。

本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述方法。

其中,场景包是独立于运维产品的一个压缩包。场景包中包含了特定项目的具体数据。场景包中采用文件夹来区分不同类型的数据,网络运维系统中的每个功能模块读取特定文件夹加载属于自己数据。功能模块自行决定数据文件格式,功能模块负责自己文件夹下数据的解析。功能模块之间互相不关心,功能模块数据之间的依赖由场景包制作人负责。

在一可选实施例中,所述网络运维系统还可以包括:场景包检测模块,设置为指示所述每个功能模块按文件夹名读取所述场景包中对应的配置数据进行合法性检测,并试加载。显示模块,设置为在所述检测模块检测完后显示检测结果。
另外,场景包安装之前需要进行合法性检测,包括文件名合法性、文件格式合法性和数据试加载。每个功能模块在场景包中按文件夹名读取对应数据,进行合法性检测并试加载。检测完成后返回检测结果,检测结果以行分割,一个功能模块一行检测结果信息,信息通过UI显示给用户。如图4所示。
场景包检测通过后,可以进行安装。场景包安装同场景包检测一样,每个模块按文件夹名读取对应数据,加载到系统。实现场景包安装的模块需保
证,将对应数据或逻辑代码包加入到系统后,不需要重启即可立即生效。
例如,告警管理系统安装时,用户模块可以到场景包user文件夹下去读取数据文件;接入模块可以去probe文件夹去读取接入包,采用java特有的热加载技术加载接入包;Topo模块可以到文件夹topo文件夹读取拓扑信息。因为有些数据存在依赖关系,例如,用户模块可能要依赖于分组模块和部门模块,因此模块之间有加载顺序的要求,场景包实现框架需要支持场景包模块运行顺序的配置。安装完成后,结果同样以行分割,显示到UI,如图5所示。
运维产品其他功能和普通运维系统基本相同,在此不做详述。
本发明实施例为系统实现提供了一种网络运维系统的运行方法及网络运维系统,可以减少项目实施复杂度、提高可靠性和节约成本。不同的网络运维系统可以实现不同的场景包策略,同一个网络运维系统也可以实现不用的场景包策略。只要满足场景包开发的规范,即,一个模块负责场景包中一个特定的文件夹,功能模块可以选择实现或者不实现场景包功能,场景包功能的实现方式也由功能模块自行负责。这样对于不同的网络运维系统提供了比较自由的实现方式。相关网络运维系统产品可以扩展场景包功能,为了尽量简便现场人员的配置工作,可以为尽可能多的模块实现场景包功能。只要实现了符合场景包思想的网络运维系统,都能为用户提供快捷、可靠、低成本的现场实施功能。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
上述技术方案可以提高网络运维系统现场实施的效率、节省企业成本以及避免可能的风险。
Claims (12)
- 一种网络运维系统的运行方法,包括:网络运维系统安装后,获取对应的场景包进行安装,所述场景包包括所述网络运维系统的初始化数据、业务配置数据和下级网络管理单元的接入配置数据;所述网络运维系统中的每个功能模块按照指定次序,从所述场景包中读取对应的配置数据并加载;所述网络运维系统与关联系统进行连接调度运行。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:所述场景包中包括多个文件夹,每个文件夹分别包括与所述网络运维系统中每个功能模块对应的配置数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:所述场景包中包括多个文件夹,每个文件夹分别对应不同的网络运维系统;每个文件夹下包括多个子文件夹,每个子文件夹分别包括与对应的网络运维系统中的每个功能模块对应的配置数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:所述从所述场景包中读取对应的配置数据并加载,包括:将接入下级网络管理单元的代码热部署到所述网络运维系统。
- 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,还包括:所述获取对应的场景包进行安装之前,所述网络运维系统中的每个功能模块按文件夹名读取所述场景包中对应的配置数据进行合法性检测,并试加载。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,还包括:检测完后显示检测结果。
- 一种网络运维系统,所述系统包括:安装模块,设置为网络运维系统安装后获取对应的场景包进行安装,所述场景包包括所述网络运维系统的初始化数据、业务配置数据和下级网络管 理单元的接入配置数据;配置模块,设置为指示所述每个功能模块按照指定次序,从所述场景包中读取对应的配置数据并加载;运行模块,设置为与关联系统进行连接调度运行。
- 如权利要求7所述的网络运维系统,其中:所述场景包中包括多个文件夹,每个文件夹分别包括与所述网络运维系统中每个功能模块对应的配置数据。
- 如权利要求7所述的网络运维系统,其中:所述场景包中包括多个文件夹,每个文件夹分别对应不同的网络运维系统;每个文件夹下包括多个子文件夹,每个子文件夹分别包括与对应的网络运维系统中的每个功能模块对应的配置数据。
- 如权利要求7所述的网络运维系统,其中:所述配置模块,是设置为通过如下方式实现从所述场景包中读取对应的配置数据并加载:将接入下级网络管理单元的代码热部署到所述网络运维系统。
- 如权利要求7-10任一项所述的网络运维系统,还包括:检测模块,设置为指示所述每个功能模块按文件夹名读取所述场景包中对应的配置数据进行合法性检测,并试加载。
- 如权利要求11所述的网络运维系统,还包括:显示模块,设置为在所述检测模块检测完后显示检测结果。
