Abstract

一种钉头组件以及腔镜外科手术缝切装置,钉头组件包括设有钉仓(3)的钉仓架(1)、钉砧(2)、移动设置于钉仓(3)内的击发块、连接于钉仓架(1)的连接管(5)、移动设置于连接管(5)内的推刀杆(6)以及保险机构。推刀杆(6)近端设有第一卡挚部(63),远端设有切刀(7),能够推动击发块移动。保险机构包括:设有第二卡挚部(811)的压块(81)和推块(82),压块(81)可相对连接管(5)于第一位置与第二位置之间转动,使推刀杆(6)处于锁定状态和解锁状态,推块(82)可相对连接管(5)沿其纵向于第三位置与第四位置之间移动,当推块(82)由第三位置移动至第四位置时,推动压块(81)由第一位置转动至第二位置。腔镜外科手术缝切装置包括该钉头组件和本体。该钉头组件以及腔镜外科手术缝切装置可以防止钉仓组件安装前推刀杆(6)发生蹿动,防止误击发,且可确保推刀杆(6)被正确安装。

Description

一种钉头组件以及腔镜外科手术缝切装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体地,涉及一种具有防误击发的保险机构的钉头组件以及具有该钉头组件的腔镜外科手术缝切装置。
背景技术
缝切装置被广泛用于外科手术中的伤口缝合、内部组织缝合与切割。外科手术发展至今,已经越来越倾向于微创手术。广义来讲,能够减少创伤的手术都称为微创手术;狭义来讲,微创手术是指在内窥镜下进行的手术。内窥镜下的手术一般只需要在病人的身体上开几个小孔,将切除、缝合组织及辅助的器械从小孔中深入病人体内进行手术。微创手术给病人带来的创伤小,病人可以在很短的时间内恢复,因此微创手术越来越受到人们的青睐。
现有技术中用于微创手术的腔镜外科手术用直线缝切装置,包括一器械本体,所述器械本体包括壳体及一枢轴设于壳体上的击发把手,该壳体内设有一个可相对移动的击发杆,所述击发杆能推动位于壳体前端的钉头组件进行缝合和切除。具体的,所述钉头组件包括一钉仓架,及一与钉仓架枢轴连接的钉砧。所述钉仓架上可拆卸地设有钉仓。所述钉头组件还包括一个可移动地设置在钉头组件的接管内的、与击发杆配接的推刀杆,所述推刀杆的远端固定一切刀,该切刀在前进的过程中将钉仓和钉砧闭合,将位于钉仓和钉砧间的组织切断,并驱动击发块将推钉片依次推出于钉仓外,进而推钉片将吻合钉推出于钉仓外并订合在组织上。
现有技术中,钉仓组件需要安装至腔镜外科手术用缝切装置的器械平台即本体后才能进行手术。但是由于钉仓组件安装至腔镜吻合器的器械平台之前,在组装、包装和运输等环节中推刀杆可能会发生蹿动,从而推刀杆推动切刀移动,导致器械的误击发,而且推刀杆发生移位,也会导致器械平台不能与推刀杆正确安装,致使器械无法正常使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种钉头组件以及腔镜外科手术缝切装置,可以有效防止推刀杆在组装、包装和运输等环节中出现蹿动,并防止器械的误击发。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种钉头组件,所述钉头组件包括:钉仓架,可拆卸地设有钉仓;钉砧,可相对于钉仓枢转闭合;击发块,可移动地设置于所述钉仓内;连接管,其远端连接所述钉仓架的近端;推刀杆,可移动地设置于所述连接管内,所述推刀杆的远端设有切刀,所述切刀在所述推刀杆的推动下推动所述击发块移动;以及保险机构,连接 所述连接管,所述保险机构包括:压块,用于锁定所述推刀杆的近端,防止所述推刀杆在所述钉头组件使用前移动,所述压块可以相对所述连接管于第一位置与第二位置之间转动;和推块,用于推动所述压块由所述第一位置向所述第二位置转动,所述推块位于所述压块的一侧,且可相对所述连接管沿其纵向于第三位置与第四位置之间移动。
本发明实施例中,所述推刀杆的近端设有第一卡挚部,所述压块上设有第二卡挚部,当所述压块位于所述第一位置时,所述第二卡挚部与所述第一卡挚部卡接,所述推刀杆处于锁定状态无法移动;当所述压块转动至所述第二位置时,所述第二卡挚部与所述第一卡挚部脱离,所述推刀杆处于解锁状态,可纵向移动。
本发明实施例中,所述推块设置于所述连接管的外周上,当所述推块由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置时,推动所述压块由所述第一位置转动至所述第二位置。
本发明实施例中,所述连接管的侧壁上设有沿其纵向延伸的第一限位槽,所述压块通过销轴连接于所述第一限位槽内,所述压块可绕所述销轴相对所述连接管转动。
本发明实施例中,所述压块的近端通过所述销轴与所述连接管连接,所述第二卡挚部设置于所述压块的远端。
本发明实施例中,所述连接管还设有沿其纵向延伸的第二限位槽,所述第二限位槽位于所述第一限位槽的一侧,且与所述第一限位槽相连通,所述推块设置于所述第二限位槽内,且可沿所述第二限位槽于所述第三位置与第四位置之间移动。
本发明实施例中,所述保险机构还包括:扭簧,连接所述压块和所述连接管,驱动所述压块由所述第二位置向所述第一位置转动;以及弹簧,连接所述推块和所述连接管,驱动所述推块由所述第四位置向所述第三位置方向移动。
本发明实施例中,所述弹簧的近端连接于所述推块的远端,所述弹簧的远端连接所述连接管。
本发明实施例中,所述扭簧的一端连接所述压块,另一端连接所述连接管的内壁。
本发明实施例中,所述推块上的外表面设有第一引导部,所述压块的远端靠近所述推块一侧的侧壁上设有第二引导部,所述第二引导部置于所述推块的外表面上,当所述推块由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置时,所述第一引导部推动第二引导部,使所述压块由所述第一位置旋转至所述第二位置。
本发明实施例中,所述第一引导部为一第一斜面,所述第一斜面朝向所述推块的远端且自远端朝向近端上升式倾斜。
本发明实施例中,所述第二引导部为一凸设于所述压块的远端的侧壁上的凸块。
本发明实施例中,所述推刀杆的近端还设有第三引导部,当所述推刀杆向所述连接管的近端移动时,所述第三引导部引导所述压块由所述第一位置旋转至第二位置。
本发明实施例中,所述第三引导部为一第二斜面,所述第二斜面朝向所述推刀杆近端,且自远端朝向近端下降式倾斜。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还包括一种腔镜外科手术缝切装置,其包括:本体,其特 征在于,还包括上述钉头组件,所述钉头组件的连接管以及推刀杆与所述本体相连接。
本发明通过提供一种钉头组件以及腔镜外科手术缝切装置,可以有效地防止钉仓组件安装至腔镜吻合器的器械平台之前,在组装、包装和运输等环节中推刀杆发生蹿动,能有效防止器械的误击发,而且可以确保手术前器械平台能够与推刀杆正确安装。

具体实施方式
本发明内所描述的近端和远端,均是以器械操作者作为参照,靠近操作者的一端为近端,远离操作者的一端为远端。本发明中的纵向是指部件长度方向,大致从远端到近端的方向。本发明中的上方/上、下方/下、竖直、水平等对方向或位置的描述是以附图为例进行的说明,但根据需要也可以做出改变,所做改变均包含在本发明保护范围内。此外,术语第一、第二、第三、第四等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。
依据本发明主旨构思,钉头组件包括钉仓架、钉砧、钉仓、击发块、连接管、推刀杆、切刀以及保险机构。钉仓架可拆卸地设有钉仓;钉砧可相对于钉仓枢转闭合;击发块可移动地设置于所述钉仓内;连接管的远端连接所述钉仓架的近端;推刀杆可移动地设置于所述连接管内,所述推刀杆的近端设有第一卡挚部,所述推刀杆的远端设有切刀,所述切刀在所述推刀杆的推动下推动所述击发块移动;以及保险机构,连接所述连接管,所述保险机构包括:压块,所述压块上设有第二卡挚部,且所述压块可以相对所述连接管于第一位置与第二位置之间转动,当所述压块位于所述第一位置时,所述第二卡挚部与所述第一卡挚部卡接,所述推刀杆处于锁定状态无法移动,当所述压块转动至所述第二位置时,所述第二卡挚部与所述第一卡挚部脱离,所述推刀杆处于解锁状态,可纵向移动;和推块,设置于所述连接管近端的外周上,位于所述压块的一侧,且可相对所述连接管沿其纵向于第三位置与第四位置之间移动,当所述推块由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置时,推动所 述压块由所述第一位置转动至第二位置。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术内容进行进一步地说明:
请一并参见图1至图4,其分别示出了本发明的钉头组件的立体图、分解图、锁定状态下的立体图以及锁定状态下的压块与推刀杆的连接关系示意图。其中,由于钉头组件的钉仓架、钉砧、钉仓和击发块不是本发明的创新部分,因此,为了更清楚地显示钉头组件的结构,除图1外,其余附图中均省略了钉头组件的钉仓架、钉砧、钉仓以及击发块。在本发明的优选实施例中,钉头组件包括:钉仓架1、钉砧2、钉仓3、击发块(未示出)、连接管5、推刀杆6、切刀7以及保险机构。
如图1所示,钉砧2连接于钉仓架1的上方,优选地,钉砧2的近端与钉仓架1的近端枢轴连接。钉仓3设置于钉仓架1与钉砧2之间,且可拆卸地连接钉仓架1。钉仓2内设容纳有推钉片和吻合钉的置钉孔,一般为4排或6排置钉孔。
连接管5的远端与钉仓架1的近端相连接。如图2所示,连接管5包括相互拼接的上支撑件51、下支撑件52以及套设于上支撑件51、下支撑件52外部的套管53。
连接管5的近端设有一第一限位槽54以及第二限位槽55。在图3a所示的优选实施中,第一限位槽54设置于上支撑件51近端的侧壁上。第二限位槽55设置于上支撑件51和下支撑件52拼接处的近端,第二限位槽55沿连接管5的纵向设置,第二限位槽55位于第一限位槽54的一侧,且与第一限位槽54相连通。
推刀杆6可移动地设置于连接管5内。具体地,推刀杆6设置于上连接件51与下连接件52之间。推刀杆6的近端61顶部凸设有一第一卡挚部63,推刀杆6的远端62连接切刀7的近端71。切刀7远端72还设有刀刃73。在所述推刀杆6推动切刀7往远端移动的过程中,刀刃73可以切断位于钉砧2和钉仓3之间的组织,与此同时,切刀7可以推动击发块移动,从而将推钉片依次推出钉仓3,进而将吻合钉推出钉仓3并订合于组织上。在本实施例中,切刀7的纵截面呈工字形,在所述推刀杆6推动切刀7往远端移动的过程中,工字形的切刀7可使钉砧2朝向钉仓3闭合。
保险机构连接于连接管5的近端,保险机构包括压块81、推块82、扭簧83以及弹簧84。
压块81上设有第二卡挚部811,且压块81可以相对连接管5于第一位置与第二位置之间转动,当压块81位于第一位置时(图4中的压块81所在位置即为第一位置),压块81上的第二卡挚部811与推刀杆6上的第一卡挚部63卡接,使推刀杆6无法移动,处于锁定状态,当压块81转动至第二位置时(图6中的压块81所在位置即为第二位置),第二卡挚部811与第一卡挚部63脱离,推刀杆6可移动,处于解锁状态。本实施例中,压块81由第一位置向第二位置的转动相当于压块81由图4所示位置进行逆时针的转动。如图3a和图3b所示,压块81通过销轴9连接于第一限位槽54内,压块81的近端可绕销轴9相对连接管5转动。第二卡挚部811设置于压块81的远端。
推块82设置于连接管5的外周上,位于压块81的一侧,且可相对连接管5沿其纵向于第三位置与第四位置之间移动,当推块82由第三位置移动至第四位置时,推动压块由第一位置转动至第二位置。如图3a和图3b所示,推块82设置于第二限位槽55内,且可沿第二限位槽55于第三位置与第四位置之间移动,图3b中的推块82所在位置即为第三位置,此时,压块81与推块82的远端相配合,且压块81上的第二卡挚部811与推刀杆6上的第一卡挚部63卡接;图5b中的推块82所在位置即为第四位置,此时,压块81与推块82的近端相配合,且压块81上的第二卡挚部811与推刀杆6上的第一卡挚部63脱离;第三位置位于第四位置的近端。
扭簧83通过销轴9连接压块81和连接管5,驱动压块81由第二位置向第一位置转动。在本实施例中,扭簧83的一端连接压块81,另一端连接上支撑件51的内壁。
弹簧84连接推块82和连接管5,驱动推块82由第四位置向第三位置方向移动。如图3b所示,弹簧84的近端连接于推块82的远端,弹簧84的远端连接上支撑件51的侧壁。本领域技术人员理解,在一些实施例中,弹性部件是可以进行变化的,例如,弹性部件可以是一设置于推块82与上支撑件51侧壁之间的弹块。在此不予赘述。
进一步地,请参见图3b,当本发明的钉头组件解锁前,压块81位于第一位置,推块82位于第三位置。压块81的远端靠近推块82一侧的侧壁上设有第二引导部812,第二引导部812贴于推块82的外表面上,第二引导部812优选地为一凸设于压块81的远端的侧壁上的凸块。所述凸块由压块81的侧面延伸而出,穿过第一限位槽54和第二限位槽55的连通处,贴于推块82的外表面上。推块82上的外表面设有第一引导部821,当推块82由第三位置移动至第四位置时,第一引导部821用于推动第二引导部812,使压块81由第一位置旋转至第二位置,第一引导部821为一第一斜面,第一斜面自推块82的远端朝向近端上升式倾斜,如图3b所示,第一斜面位于凸块的近端侧。
更进一步地,请一并参见图5a、图5b和图6,其分别示出了钉头组件解锁状态下的立体图以及压块与推刀杆的连接关系示意图。图5a、图5b为了更清楚地显示保险机构的结构,省略了连接管5。如图3b所示,当将钉头组件安装至缝切装置的平台上的过程中,推块82受力向其远端推动,压块81的第二引导部812(凸块)沿推块82的第一引导部821(第一斜面)移动,由于第一斜面自远端朝向近端上升式倾斜,因此,凸块在推块82从第三位置移动至第四位置的过程中被抬起,相应地,位于压块81远端的第二卡挚部811也被抬起,压块81绕销轴9从第一位置旋转至第二位置(即从图4所示位置旋转至图6所示位置)。如图6所示,此时,压块81的第二卡挚部811与推刀杆6的第一卡挚部63脱离,推刀杆6处于解锁状态,其可在击发组件的作用下向远端移动。当缝切装置击发完毕,将钉头组件自缝切装置的平台上拆下时,推块82失去外力作用,则推块82在弹簧84的作用下移回第三位置,与此同时,压块81自推块82的近端移动至其远端,且压块81在扭簧83的作用下,旋转回第一位置。
在本发明的优选实施例中,推刀杆6的近端61还可以设有第三引导部64,当推刀杆 6向近端移动时,第三引导部64可以引导压块81由第一位置旋转至第二位置。优选地,第三引导部64为一第二斜面(如图4或图6所示)。所述第二斜面朝向推刀杆6近端61,且自远端朝向近端下降式倾斜。当推刀杆6复位返回近端过程中,压块81的第二卡挚部811可以沿第二斜面移动,使压块由第一位置旋转至第二位置,当推刀杆6复位后,压块81在扭簧83的作用下再次旋转至第一位置,第二卡挚部811重新与推刀杆6的第一卡挚部63卡接,使推刀杆6重新恢复至锁定状态。第二斜面可以使推刀杆6的复位更方便。本领域技术人员理解,第三引导部64并不是必需的,推刀杆6的复位过程中,同样可以使用推动推块82的方式使压块81旋转至第四位置后,拉动推刀杆6复位。在此不予赘述。
本实施例的防窜动和防误击发结构只有通过向推块8施加外力驱动推块8纵向移动,使压块81旋转抬起,才能释放推刀杆6使其处于解锁状态;而在无外力施加给推块8的情况下,压块81远端的第二卡挚部与推刀杆6的第一卡挚部保持卡接,使推刀杆6处于锁定状态,从而阻止推刀杆6蹿动和误击发。
本发明还提供一种腔镜外科手术缝切装置。该缝切装置包括本体以及钉头组件。其中,钉头组件为图1至图6中所示的钉头组件。钉头组件的连接管5以及推刀杆6与本体相连接。该本体可以推动推刀杆6,使切刀7向钉仓架1的远端方向移动。
综合上述图1至图6所示的实施例,本领域技术人员理解,本发明所提供的钉头组件以及腔镜外科手术缝切装置,可以有效地防止钉仓组件安装至腔镜吻合器的器械平台之前的组装、包装和运输等环节中推刀杆蹿动,确保手术前器械平台能够与推刀杆正确安装,并能防误击发。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种钉头组件,所述钉头组件包括:
    钉仓架,可拆卸地设有钉仓;
    钉砧,可相对于钉仓枢转闭合;
    击发块,可移动地设置于所述钉仓内;
    连接管,其远端连接所述钉仓架的近端;
    推刀杆,可移动地设置于所述连接管内,所述推刀杆的远端设有切刀,所述切刀在所述推刀杆的推动下推动所述击发块移动;以及
    保险机构,连接所述连接管,所述保险机构包括:
    压块,用于锁定所述推刀杆的近端,防止所述推刀杆在所述钉头组件使用前移动,所述压块可以相对所述连接管于第一位置与第二位置之间转动;和
    推块,用于推动所述压块由所述第一位置向所述第二位置转动,所述推块位于所述压块的一侧,且可相对所述连接管沿其纵向于第三位置与第四位置之间移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述推刀杆的近端设有第一卡挚部,所述压块上设有第二卡挚部,当所述压块位于所述第一位置时,所述第二卡挚部与所述第一卡挚部卡接,所述推刀杆处于锁定状态无法移动;当所述压块转动至所述第二位置时,所述第二卡挚部与所述第一卡挚部脱离,所述推刀杆处于解锁状态,可纵向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述推块设置于所述连接管的外周上,当所述推块由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置时,推动所述压块由所述第一位置转动至所述第二位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述连接管的侧壁上设有沿其纵向延伸的第一限位槽,所述压块通过销轴连接于所述第一限位槽内,所述压块可绕所述销轴相对所述连接管转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述压块的近端通过所述销轴与所述连接管连接,所述第二卡挚部设置于所述压块的远端。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述连接管还设有沿其纵向延伸的第二限位槽,所述第二限位槽位于所述第一限位槽的一侧,且与所述第一限位槽相连通,所述推块设置于所述第二限位槽内,且可沿所述第二限位槽于所述第三位置与第四位置之间移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述保险机构还包括:
    扭簧,连接所述压块和所述连接管,驱动所述压块由所述第二位置向所述第一位置转动;以及
    弹簧,连接所述推块和所述连接管,驱动所述推块由所述第四位置向所述第三位置方 向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述弹簧的近端连接于所述推块的远端,所述弹簧的远端连接所述连接管。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述扭簧的一端连接所述压块,另一端连接所述连接管的内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述推块上的外表面设有第一引导部,所述压块的远端靠近所述推块一侧的侧壁上设有第二引导部,所述第二引导部置于所述推块的外表面上,当所述推块由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置时,所述第一引导部推动第二引导部,使所述压块由所述第一位置旋转至所述第二位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述第一引导部为第一斜面,所述第一斜面朝向所述推块的远端且自远端朝向近端上升式倾斜。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述第二引导部为一凸设于所述压块的远端的侧壁上的凸块。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述推刀杆的近端还设有第三引导部,当所述推刀杆向所述连接管的近端移动时,所述第三引导部引导所述压块由所述第一位置旋转至第二位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的钉头组件,其特征在于,所述第三引导部为一第二斜面,所述第二斜面朝向所述推刀杆近端,且自远端朝向近端下降式倾斜。
  15. 一种腔镜外科手术缝切装置,包括:本体,其特征在于,还包括上述权利要求1至14中任一项所述的钉头组件,所述钉头组件的连接管以及推刀杆与所述本体相连接。
