・線材のボビンへの進入位置またはボビンを、ボビンの回転軸に平行に移動させるトラバーサ
・線材の巻取り半径を測定する距離センサ
・距離センサにより測定された巻取り半径の値を記憶する記憶装置
・記憶装置に記憶された巻取り半径の値に基づいて、線材の進入位置またはボビンのトラバーサの反転位置を計算する制御手段
距離センサは、線材のボビンへの進入位置とフランジとの間の位置にある。
「線材のボビンへの進入位置」とは、線材がボビンに巻き取られる際に、線材がボビンあるいは既にボビンに巻かれている線材と接する位置である。

Claims (6)
- 両端にフランジを有する円筒形のボビンに線材を巻き取る線材巻き取り装置であって、
前記ボビンを回転させる回転手段と、
前記線材の前記ボビンへの進入位置または前記ボビンを、前記ボビンの回転軸に平行に移動させるトラバーサと、
前記線材の巻き取り半径を測定する距離センサと、
前記距離センサにより測定された前記巻き取り半径の値を記憶する記憶装置と、
前記記憶装置に記憶された前記巻き取り半径の値に基づいて、前記ボビンのトラバーサの反転位置を計算する制御手段を備え、
前記距離センサは、前記線材の前記ボビンへの進入位置と、前記フランジとの間の位置にある線材巻き取り装置。 - 前記フランジが前記線材の進入位置に近付くとき、前記フランジが前記線材の進入位置に到達するより前に、前記距離センサにより前記フランジが検知される請求項1に記載の線材巻き取り装置。
- 前記距離センサが前記フランジを検知した時点の前記巻き取り半径の値に基づいて、前記トラバーサの反転位置が設定される請求項1または2に記載の線材巻き取り装置。
- 前記線材の巻き取り順に前記記憶装置に記憶された3箇所以上の前記巻き取り半径の値に基づいて、前記トラバーサの反転位置が設定される請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の線材巻き取り装置。
- 前記トラバーサの反転毎に、前記トラバーサの反転位置が修正される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の線材巻き取り装置。
- 前記線材は砥粒が表面に固着された線材である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の線材巻き取り装置。
