Description

一种外框和显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体地,涉及一种外框和显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展和社会的进步,液晶显示装置已经越来越广泛地被人们所应用,在工业生产、人民生活中起着至关重要的作用。
液晶模组是液晶显示装置中的主要部件,液晶模组在制备完成后通常会在其四周边缘设置边框,边框能够对液晶模组的四周边缘进行封装,以使液晶模组的封装更加牢固,同时也使显示装置更加美观。
目前,用于封装液晶模组边缘的边框通常为一体式结构,即一体式边框包围整个液晶模组的四周边缘。显示装置的背面(即液晶模组的不用于显示的后面)设置有后盖板,后盖板与背板之间通过螺丝连接固定。显示装置在液晶模组的显示面(即液晶模组的用于显示的正面)上还需要设置前框,前框设置在液晶模组的显示面的四周边缘。在一体式边框安装好之后,将前框与一体式边框扣合在一起。前框能起到固定显示装置中的液晶屏的作用。
现有的采用一体式边框的显示装置整体厚度较大。另外,后盖板与前框的连接缝隙裸露在外,影响显示装置的外观。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种外框和显示装置。该外框不仅能够实现对液晶模组边缘和显示装置的后盖板边缘的良好封装,而且能使封装后的显示装置边缘侧视无封装缝隙,从而使经该外框封装的显示装置的外观更加美观,同 时还能使经该外框封装后的显示装置更薄。
本发明提供一种外框,用于对液晶模组的边缘进行封装,包括至少一条子边框,所述子边框包括侧面板、第一封装板、第二封装板和支撑板,所述侧面板与所述第一封装板、所述第二封装板和所述支撑板形成为一体,所述侧面板、所述第一封装板和所述支撑板围成用于容置所述液晶模组边缘的第一容置槽,所述侧面板、所述支撑板和所述第二封装板围成用于容置后盖板边缘的第二容置槽,所述后盖板用于盖合在所述液晶模组的背面。
优选地,所述第一封装板、所述第二封装板和所述支撑板平行,所述支撑板位于所述第一封装板和所述第二封装板之间,所述侧面板垂直于所述第一封装板、所述第二封装板和所述支撑板,所述第一容置槽和所述第二容置槽的开口方向相同。
优选地,所述液晶模组包括背光模组和液晶屏;所述背光模组包括背板、依次设置在所述背板的底板上方的反射片、导光板和光学膜片、设置在所述背板边缘的胶框,以及设置在所述背板上的光源;所述液晶屏设置在所述光学膜片的远离所述背板的底板的一侧;

本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的外框,通过设置第一容置槽和第二容置槽,不仅能够实现对液晶模组边缘的良好封装,而且使盖合液晶模组背面的后盖板的边缘能更好地被封装固定。由于液晶模组的边缘容置于第一容置槽内,后盖板的边缘容置于第二容置槽内,所以使显示装置的边缘在外框封装之后不会看到封装缝隙,从而使通过该外框封装的显示装置的外观更加美观。同时,与现有技术中的外框相比,本发明中的外框使液晶模组边缘的封装无须再设置前框,从而使封装后的显示装置的整体厚度 大大减小。另外,液晶模组的边缘和显示装置的后盖板的边缘能够通过在外框的第一容置槽和第二容置槽中滑动从而最终实现外框对其边缘的封装,滑动安装大大降低了外框的安装难度,使外框安装起来更加方便快捷。
本发明所提供的显示装置,通过采用上述外框,使该显示装置的边框侧视无缝隙,从而使该显示装置更加美观大方;同时,由于该显示装置无需再设置前框,所以大大降低了其厚度。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明所提供的一种外框和显示装置作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
本实施例提供一种外框,如图1和图2所示,用于对液晶模组2的边缘进行封装,包括子边框1,子边框1包括侧面板11、 第一封装板12、第二封装板13和支撑板14,侧面板11与第一封装板12、第二封装板13和支撑板14形成为一体,侧面板11、第一封装板12和支撑板14围成用于容置液晶模组2边缘的第一容置槽15,侧面板11、支撑板14和第二封装板13围成用于容置后盖板3边缘的第二容置槽16,后盖板3用于盖合在液晶模组2的背面。
需要说明的是,液晶模组2的背面指与液晶模组2的显示面相背对的一面。
该外框通过设置第一容置槽15和第二容置槽16,不仅能够实现对液晶模组2边缘的良好封装,而且使盖合液晶模组2背面的后盖板3的边缘能更好地被封装固定。由于液晶模组2的边缘容置于第一容置槽15内,后盖板3的边缘容置于第二容置槽16内,所以使显示装置的边缘在外框封装之后不会看到封装缝隙,从而使通过该外框封装的显示装置的外观更加美观。同时,与现有技术中的外框相比,本实施例中的外框使液晶模组2边缘的封装无须再设置前框,从而使封装后的显示装置的整体厚度大大减小。另外,液晶模组2的边缘和后盖板3的边缘能够通过在外框的第一容置槽15和第二容置槽16中滑动从而最终实现外框对其边缘的封装,滑动安装大大降低了外框的安装难度,使外框安装起来更加方便快捷。
本实施例中,第一封装板12、第二封装板13和支撑板14平行,支撑板14位于第一封装板12和第二封装板13之间,侧面板11垂直于第一封装板12、第二封装板13和支撑板14,第一容置槽15和第二容置槽16的开口方向相同。如此设置,便于对液晶模组2的边缘和后盖板3的边缘同时进行封装,同时还使显示装置的边缘在外框封装之后侧视不会看到封装缝隙,从而使通过该外框封装的显示装置的外观更加美观。
本实施例中,液晶模组2包括背光模组21和液晶屏22;背光模组21包括背板211、依次设置在背板211的底板2111上方的反射片212、导光板213和光学膜片214、设置在背板211边 缘的胶框210,以及设置在背板211上的光源215;液晶屏22设置在光学膜片214的远离背板211的底板2111的一侧。
第一封装板12用于与液晶屏22的远离背光模组21的上表面的边缘相对并相接触,即第一封装板12用于封装并固定液晶屏22的边缘,第一封装板12的设置,使该外框无须再另外设置用于对液晶屏22的边缘进行封装固定的前框,有利于减小封装后的整个显示装置的厚度。支撑板14用于与底板2111的远离液晶屏22的下表面的边缘相对并相接触,即支撑板14用于封装并固定背板211的底板2111的边缘。侧面板11用于与胶框210的远离背光模组21和液晶屏22的边缘端面的外表面相对并相接触,即侧面板11用于封装背光模组21和液晶屏22的边缘端面。如此设置,实现了第一容置槽15对液晶模组2边缘的包裹封装,同时还能使封装后的显示装置边缘侧视无缝隙。
第二封装板13用于与后盖板3的远离液晶模组2的下表面的边缘相对并相接触,即第二封装板13用于封装并固定后盖板3的边缘。侧面板11还用于与后盖板3的边缘端面相对。如此设置,实现了第二容置槽16对后盖板3边缘的包裹封装,同时还能使封装后的显示装置边缘侧视无缝隙。
本实施例中,如图3所示,第一封装板12的与液晶屏22相接触的面上设置有第一凸起部121,第一凸起部121与液晶屏22相接触。第一凸起部121的设置能使第一封装板12与液晶屏22的配合更加紧密,从而使第一封装板12对液晶屏22的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,支撑板14的与底板2111相接触的面上设置有第二凸起部141,底板2111的与支撑板14相接触的面上设置有第二凹陷部,第二凸起部141和第二凹陷部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配。第二凸起部141的设置能使支撑板14与底板2111的配合更加紧密,从而使支撑板14对底板2111的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,第二封装板13的与后盖板3相接触的面上设 置有第三凹陷部131,后盖板3的与第二封装板13相接触的面上设置有第三凸起部,第三凹陷部131和第三凸起部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配。第三凹陷部131的设置能使第二封装板13与后盖板3的配合更加紧密,从而使第二封装板13对后盖板3的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,第一凸起部121的纵切面形状为矩形。需要说明的是,第一凸起部121的纵切面形状也可以为三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形等形状,只要能使第一凸起部121对液晶屏22进行很好的固定即可。
第二凸起部141和第二凹陷部的纵切面形状为三角形。需要说明的是,第二凸起部141和第二凹陷部的纵切面形状也可以为矩形、半圆形或等腰梯形等形状,只要能使第二凸起部141和第二凹陷部紧密配合即可。
第三凹陷部131和第三凸起部的纵切面形状为三角形。需要说明的是,第三凹陷部131和第三凸起部的纵切面形状也可以为矩形、半圆形或等腰梯形等形状,只要能使第三凹陷部131和第三凸起部紧密配合即可。
本实施例中,侧面板11的背对胶框210的一面设置为弧面111,如图3所示,弧面111向远离液晶模组2边缘端面的方向凸起。如此设置,能使经外框封装后的显示装置边缘的侧视效果更加美观,同时还能使经外框封装后的显示装置视觉效果更薄。
本实施例中,如图2所示,支撑板14上开设有至少一个第一连接孔142,底板2111在对应第一连接孔142的位置处开设有第二连接孔。外框还包括第一连接件,第一连接件能穿过第一连接孔142和第二连接孔将支撑板14与底板2111连接固定。如此设置,能使支撑板14对底板2111的封装和固定更加牢固。
其中,第一连接孔142和第二连接孔均设置为螺孔,第一连接件采用螺钉,螺钉与螺孔之间能够紧密配合实现支撑板14与底板2111的牢固连接。
根据本发明的实施例,如图4所示,外框可以包括多条子边 框1,用以分别对液晶模组2的不同边缘进行封装,相邻的子边框1的端部相对接。
本实施例中,外框还可以包括第二连接件4,第二连接件4连接相邻两条子边框1的相对接的端部,第二连接件4设置在支撑板14的面对第二封装板13的一侧。
其中,第二连接件4包括连接为一体的第一连接部41和第二连接部42,第一连接部41与相邻两条子边框1的相对接的端部相重叠,第二连接部42位于第一连接部41的靠近底板2111所在区域的内侧,第二连接部42与底板2111相对并相接触。第一连接部41与相邻两条子边框1的支撑板14连接,第二连接部42与底板2111连接。第二连接件4的设置能使相邻的子边框1的对接更加牢固,还能使子边框1对背板211的封装和固定更加牢固。
本实施例中,第二连接件4采用角铁和固定螺丝。角铁通过固定螺丝将相邻两条子边框1相对接的端部连接在一起,角铁通过固定螺丝将子边框1与背板211连接在一起。
实施例2:
本实施例提供一种外框,与实施例1不同的是,第一封装板的与液晶屏相接触的面上未设置第一凸起部。支撑板的与底板相接触的面上未设置第二凸起部,底板的与支撑板相接触的面上也未设置第二凹陷部。第二封装板的与后盖板相接触的面上未设置第三凹陷部,后盖板的与第二封装板相接触的面上也未设置第三凸起部。
本实施例中外框的其他结构与实施例1中相同,此处不再赘述。本实施例中的外框上虽然未设置上述凸起部和凹陷部,但同样能够实现对液晶模组边缘的良好封装。
实施例3:
本实施例提供一种外框,与实施例1-2不同的是,支撑板的 与底板相接触的面上设置有第二凹陷部,底板的与支撑板相接触的面上设置有第二凸起部,第二凸起部和第二凹陷部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配。第二凹陷部的设置能使支撑板与底板的配合更加紧密,从而使支撑板对底板的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,第二封装板的与后盖板相接触的面上设置有第三凸起部,后盖板的与第二封装板相接触的面上设置有第三凹陷部,第三凹陷部和第三凸起部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配。第三凸起部的设置能使第二封装板与后盖板的配合更加紧密,从而使第二封装板对后盖板的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,第二凸起部和第二凹陷部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形。第三凹陷部和第三凸起部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形。
本实施例中外框的其他结构与实施例1-2任意一个中相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例4:
本实施例提供一种外框,与实施例1-3不同的是,支撑板的与底板相接触的面上设置有第二凸起部,底板的与支撑板相接触的面上设置有第三凸起部,第二凸起部和第三凸起部的位置相错开,且第二凸起部和第三凸起部并排相接触。如此设置,第二凸起部和第三凸起部相互紧扣,从而能使支撑板与底板的配合更加紧密,进而使支撑板对底板的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,第二封装板的与后盖板相接触的面上设置有第四凸起部,后盖板的与第二封装板相接触的面上设置有第五凸起部,第四凸起部和第五凸起部的位置相错开,且第四凸起部和第五凸起部并排相接触。如此设置,第四凸起部和第五凸起部相互紧扣,从而能使第二封装板与后盖板的配合更加紧密,进而使第二封装板对后盖板的固定和封装更加牢固。
本实施例中,第二凸起部和第三凸起部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形;第四凸起部和第五凸起部的纵 切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形。
本实施例中外框的其他结构与实施例1-3任意一个中相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例1-4的有益效果:实施例1-4中所提供的外框,通过设置第一容置槽和第二容置槽,不仅能够实现对液晶模组边缘的良好封装,而且使盖合液晶模组背面的后盖板的边缘能更好地被封装固定。由于液晶模组的边缘容置于第一容置槽内,后盖板的边缘容置于第二容置槽内,所以使显示装置的边缘在外框封装之后不会看到封装缝隙,从而使通过该外框封装的显示装置的外观更加美观。同时,与现有技术中的外框相比,实施例1-4中的外框使液晶模组边缘的封装无须再设置前框,从而使封装后的显示装置的整体厚度大大减小。另外,液晶模组的边缘和后盖板的边缘能够通过在外框的第一容置槽和第二容置槽中滑动从而最终实现外框对其边缘的封装,滑动安装大大降低了外框的安装难度,使外框安装起来更加方便快捷。
实施例5:
本实施例提供一种显示装置,包括实施例1-4任意一个中的外框。
通过采用实施例1-4任意一个中的外框,使该显示装置的边框侧视无缝隙,从而使该显示装置更加美观大方;同时,由于该显示装置无需再设置前框,所以大大降低了其厚度。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种外框,用于对液晶模组的边缘进行封装,包括至少一条子边框,其中,所述子边框包括侧面板、第一封装板、第二封装板和支撑板,所述侧面板与所述第一封装板、所述第二封装板和所述支撑板形成为一体,所述侧面板、所述第一封装板和所述支撑板围成用于容置所述液晶模组边缘的第一容置槽,所述侧面板、所述支撑板和所述第二封装板围成用于容置后盖板边缘的第二容置槽,所述后盖板用于盖合在所述液晶模组的背面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外框,其中,所述第一封装板、所述第二封装板和所述支撑板平行,所述支撑板位于所述第一封装板和所述第二封装板之间,所述侧面板垂直于所述第一封装板、所述第二封装板和所述支撑板,所述第一容置槽和所述第二容置槽的开口方向相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的外框,其中,所述液晶模组包括背光模组和液晶屏;所述背光模组包括背板、依次设置在所述背板的底板上方的反射片、导光板和光学膜片、设置在所述背板边缘的胶框,以及设置在所述背板上的光源;所述液晶屏设置在所述光学膜片的远离所述背板的底板的一侧;
    所述第一封装板用于与所述液晶屏的远离所述背光模组的上表面的边缘相对并相接触,所述支撑板用于与所述底板的远离所述液晶屏的下表面的边缘相对并相接触,所述侧面板用于与所述胶框的远离所述液晶屏的边缘端面的外表面相对并相接触;
    所述第二封装板用于与所述后盖板的远离所述液晶模组的下表面的边缘相对并相接触,所述侧面板还用于与所述后盖板的边缘端面相对。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的外框,其中,所述第一封装板的与所述液晶屏相接触的面上设置有第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部 与所述液晶屏相接触;和\或
    所述支撑板的与所述底板相接触的面上设置有第二凸起部,所述底板的与所述支撑板相接触的面上设置有第二凹陷部,所述第二凸起部和所述第二凹陷部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配;和\或
    所述第二封装板的与所述后盖板相接触的面上设置有第三凹陷部,所述后盖板的与所述第二封装板相接触的面上设置有第三凸起部,所述第三凹陷部和所述第三凸起部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的外框,其中,所述支撑板的与所述底板相接触的面上设置有第二凹陷部,所述底板的与所述支撑板相接触的面上设置有第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部和所述第二凹陷部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配;和\或
    所述第二封装板的与所述后盖板相接触的面上设置有第三凸起部,所述后盖板的与所述第二封装板相接触的面上设置有第三凹陷部,所述第三凹陷部和所述第三凸起部的位置相对应且大小和形状相适配。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的外框,其中,所述支撑板的与所述底板相接触的面上设置有第二凸起部,所述底板的与所述支撑板相接触的面上设置有第三凸起部,所述第二凸起部和所述第三凸起部的位置相错开,且所述第二凸起部和所述第三凸起部并排相接触;和\或
    所述第二封装板的与所述后盖板相接触的面上设置有第四凸起部,所述后盖板的与所述第二封装板相接触的面上设置有第五凸起部,所述第四凸起部和所述第五凸起部的位置相错开,且所述第四凸起部和所述第五凸起部并排相接触。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的外框,其中,所述第一凸起部的 纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形;
    所述第二凸起部和所述第二凹陷部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形;
    所述第三凹陷部和所述第三凸起部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的外框,其中,所述第二凸起部和所述第二凹陷部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形;
    所述第三凹陷部和所述第三凸起部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的外框,其中,所述第二凸起部和所述第三凸起部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形;
    所述第四凸起部和所述第五凸起部的纵切面形状为矩形、三角形、半圆形或等腰梯形。
  10. 根据权利要求3至9中的任意一项所述的外框,其中,所述侧面板的背对所述胶框的一面设置为弧面,所述弧面向远离所述液晶模组边缘端面的方向凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求3至9中的任意一项所述的外框,其中,所述支撑板上开设有至少一个第一连接孔,所述底板在对应所述第一连接孔的位置处开设有第二连接孔;
    所述外框还包括第一连接件,所述第一连接件能穿过所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔将所述支撑板与所述底板连接固定。
  12. 根据权利要求3至9中的任意一项所述的外框,包括多条所述子边框,分别用于对所述液晶模组的不同边缘进行封 装,相邻的所述子边框的端部相对接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的外框,还包括第二连接件,所述第二连接件连接相邻两条所述子边框的相对接的端部,所述第二连接件设置在所述支撑板的面对所述第二封装板的一侧。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的外框,其中,所述第二连接件包括连接为一体的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与相邻两条所述子边框的相对接的端部相重叠,所述第二连接部位于所述第一连接部的靠近所述底板所在区域的内侧,所述第二连接部与所述底板相对并相接触;
    所述第一连接部与相邻两条所述子边框的所述支撑板连接,所述第二连接部与所述底板连接。
  15. 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1-14任意一项所述的外框。
