Definitions
- the present invention relates to a combustor used for a gas turbine and a gas turbine provided with the combustor.
- the combustor of the gas turbine Since the combustor of the gas turbine is exposed to a high temperature during the operation of the gas turbine, it is cooled using a gas such as air or steam as a cooling medium.
- a gas turbine combustor that cools a combustion cylinder of a combustor using a cooling medium is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
- a combustor includes a tail tube for guiding combustion gas to a turbine. Since the transition piece is also exposed to a high temperature, it is cooled by the cooling medium during operation of the gas turbine.
- the tail tube is cooled by using a gas such as air or steam as a cooling medium, a portion where the cooling medium is introduced into the cooling part of the tail tube may be limited depending on the relationship with other parts. In such a case, the cooling capacity of the transition piece by the cooling medium may be reduced.
- An object of the present invention is to suppress a decrease in cooling capacity in the case where a tail cylinder included in a combustor of a gas turbine is cooled with a cooling medium.
- the present invention is a cylindrical member having a combustion gas inlet at one end and an outlet for the combustion gas at the other end, and the combustion gas flowing in from the inlet is discharged from the outlet.
- a transition piece that flows out and leads to the turbine, a cooling medium introduction section that is provided at least in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral portion on the outlet side of the transition piece, and into which the cooling medium is introduced.
- a cooling medium inlet that is provided and introduces the cooling medium into the cooling medium introduction part, and is provided in a range from the outlet of the tail tube toward the inlet to a predetermined position, and is connected to the cooling medium introduction part.
- a part of the cooling medium in the cooling medium introduction part includes a branch part that flows into the cooling part on the inlet side of a connection part where the cooling part is connected to the cooling medium introduction part.
- the branch part is provided at least on the rotation center axis side of the turbine of the transition piece.
- the cooling medium inlet is often provided on the outer side in the radial direction of the transition piece, that is, at a portion away from the rotation center axis of the turbine. For this reason, the distance from the cooling medium inlet increases on the rotation center axis side of the transition piece, and there is a possibility that the cooling capacity is likely to be lowered.
- the cooling unit separates and passes the cooling medium from the connection unit and the cooling medium from the branch unit. By doing in this way, it becomes easy to control the flow rate of the cooling medium flowing through the cooling part through the branch part and the flow rate of the cooling medium flowing through the cooling part through the connection part.
- the cooling unit allows the cooling medium from the connection unit and the cooling medium from the branching unit to be mixed and passed by the branching unit. By doing in this way, since it becomes easy to make uniform the temperature of the cooling medium which flows downstream from the branch part of a cooling part, cooling efficiency improves.
- the cooling medium introduction section includes a first cooling medium introduction section that flows the cooling medium from the connection section to the cooling section, and a second cooling medium introduction section that flows the cooling medium from the branch section to the cooling section. It is preferable to include. By doing in this way, the freedom degree of installation of a cooling medium introduction part improves.
- the second cooling medium introduction part and the first cooling medium introduction part are stacked in this order toward the radially outer side of the transition piece.
- the cooling medium introduction part preferably has a heat shielding layer on the outer surface.
- the heat shield layer reduces the amount of heat transferred from the air filled in the passenger compartment housing to the cooling medium in the cooling medium introduction section, so that the temperature of the cooling medium in the cooling medium introduction section is reduced. The rise can be suppressed.
- the cooling medium introduction section has an inner wall that surrounds a portion where the cooling medium is introduced, and an outer wall that is provided outside the inner wall at a predetermined interval.
- the air layer between the inner wall and the outer wall reduces the amount of heat that is transferred from the air filled in the interior of the passenger compartment housing to the cooling medium in the cooling medium introducing portion, so that the cooling medium introduction The temperature rise of the cooling medium in the unit can be suppressed.
- the cooling medium introduction part has a plurality of cooling medium inlets. In this way, the distance to the position where the temperature is the farthest from each cooling medium introduction portion and the temperature becomes highest can be shortened, so that the amount of heat received while the cooling medium flows to the position where the temperature becomes the highest can be reduced. As a result, the temperature rise at the position where the temperature is highest is more effectively suppressed.

- the cooling medium a that has passed through the second passage 55B and the third passage 55C enters the interior 34 of the compartment housing 27 shown in FIG. 2 from the cooling medium outlet 54 provided on the outer wall 33WE of the closed portion 33C of the tail tube 33. leak.
- the cooling medium outlet 54 is provided on the downstream side in the flow direction of the cooling medium a flowing in the second passage 55B and the third passage 55C, that is, on the inlet 33I side of the tail cylinder 33 shown in FIG.
- the branching portion 53 causes a part of the cooling medium a in the jacket 50 to flow into the second passage 55B of the cooling portion CLP on the inlet 33I side of the transition piece 33 from the connecting portion 52. For this reason, the temperature of the branch portion 53 is increased from the second passage 55B to a portion of the transition piece 33 where the temperature is highest (the portion HE shown in FIG. 3 and the portion HT shown in FIG. 4, hereinafter referred to as a maximum temperature portion as appropriate).
- a cooling medium a having a low cooling capacity and a high cooling capacity can be passed. As a result, the branch part 53 can suppress a decrease in the cooling capacity in the maximum temperature part.
- the branching part 53 reduces the flow rate of the cooling medium a on the outlet 33E side of the transition piece 33, which has a relatively large temperature in the transition piece 33, and reduces the temperature of the entire transition piece 33 (specifically, the closed part 33C). It can be made uniform. For this reason, since the excessive temperature rise of the cooling medium a is suppressed, the flow volume of the cooling medium a can be reduced and the performance of the gas turbine 1 can be improved. If the flow rate of the cooling medium a is made equal to that in the case where the branch portion 53 is not provided, the temperature rise of the entire tail cylinder 33 is suppressed, so that the life of the tail cylinder 33 can be increased.
- the transition piece 33 only allows the cooling medium a in the jacket 50 to flow from the branch portion 53 to the second passage 55B, and the shapes of the first passage 55A, the second passage 55B, and the third passage 55C of the cooling portion CLP are changed. do not do. For this reason, since the pressure loss in the cooling unit CLP does not increase, the performance degradation of the gas turbine 1 including the cooling unit CLP can be suppressed.
- the branching portion 53 is preferably provided at least in a predetermined region in the circumferential direction of the transition piece 33 including a portion farthest from the cooling medium inlet 51 of the jacket 50, that is, the highest temperature portion.
- the highest temperature portion of the closed portion 33C of the transition piece 33 exists in the side portion 33SI on the rotation center axis L side shown in FIG.
- the branch part 53 is provided at least in the cooling part CLP provided in the side part 33SI. In this way, since the branching portion 53 can be minimized, a reduction in the flow rate of the cooling medium a on the outlet 33E side of the tail tube 33, which has a relatively large temperature in the tail tube 33, is suppressed. can do.
- the branch portion 53 may be provided in the entire circumferential direction of the closed portion 33C, that is, all of the side portions 33SI, 33SI, 33SS, and 33SS. If the branch part 53 is provided in any one of these, the side part 33SI including the highest temperature part is preferable.
- the closing member 57 provided in the second passage 55B shown in FIG. 6 is not provided.
- the first passage 55 ⁇ / b> A, the second passage 55 ⁇ / b> B, and the third passage 55 ⁇ / b> C may be integrated as a continuous passage without further providing the gap 56.
- the branching portion area the area through which the cooling medium a passes through the branching portions 53 (hereinafter, appropriately referred to as a branching portion area) is changed.
- the branch area By changing the branch area, the flow rate of the cooling medium a passing through the branch portion 53 is changed, so that the reduction amount of the cooling medium a on the outlet 33E side of the tail tube 33 is also changed.
- the ratio between the flow rate of the cooling medium a flowing through the second passage 55B and the flow rate of the cooling medium a flowing through the first passage 55A is changed by changing at least one of the number and size of the branch portions 53. Is done.
- the flow rate of the cooling medium a flowing through the second passage 55B and the flow rate of the cooling medium a flowing through the first passage 55A are appropriately set.
- the entire tail cylinder 33 can be appropriately cooled.
- the branching portion 53 may be provided in a concentrated manner in a portion where the tail tube 33 is desired to be cooled in the circumferential direction of the tail tube 33, that is, the portion HT shown in FIG. Moreover, the branch part 53 provided in the part which wants to cool the tail cylinder 33 in the circumferential direction of the tail cylinder 33 may be made larger than other parts, or the number of the branch parts 53 per unit area may be increased. By doing so, the cooling medium a having a high cooling capacity and a low temperature can be reliably and sufficiently supplied to the maximum temperature portion, so that the maximum temperature portion can be reliably and effectively cooled.
- the branch portions 53 may be provided at a plurality of locations in the central axis Z direction of the transition piece 33.

Abstract
