Description

背光模组以及液晶显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是一种背光模组以及包含该背光模组的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器(LCD)具有机身薄、功耗低、无辐射等优点,得到了广泛的应用,例如移动电话、数字相机、计算机、电视机屏幕等等。现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,包括液晶面板及背光模组,液晶面板与背光模组相对设置,背光模组提供显示光源给液晶面板,以使液晶面板显示影像。在竞争日益激烈的显示器市场,差异化设计成为各厂家提升自身产品卖点的重要研究方向之一,在现有的产品中,常见的有薄型化或窄边框设计,该设计可获得较为美观的外形,以吸引消费者的关注。
如图1所示的一种现有技术中的背光模组,包括背板1以及依次设置在背板1上的反光板2、导光板3以及光学膜片组4,还包括与背板1相互固定配合的中框5。中框5的纵向支撑结构包括内壁6和外壁7,内壁6与外壁7之间形成一凹槽,并且外壁7上设置有卡槽8。背板1的侧壁上设置有卡勾9,通过将背板1的侧壁插入到前述的凹槽中,使卡勾9与卡槽8相互卡合,实现背板1与中框5相互固定。在这种结构的背光模组中,由于中框5的纵向支撑结构包括内壁6和外壁7,内壁6和外壁7包覆背板1的侧壁,外壁7的存在增加了液晶显示模组的边框宽度,不利于窄边框结构的设计。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种背光模组,通过对背板与中框相互固定配合结构的改进,有效地减小了液晶显示模组的边框宽度,有利于窄边框结构液晶显示装置的设计。
为了达到上述的发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括背板以及中框,其中,所述背板包括底面以及侧壁,所述侧壁上设置有多个卡槽结构,所述卡槽结构包括卡扣部;所述中框包括横向支撑部,所述横向支撑部的第一端连接有多个卡勾结构,每一卡勾结构对应于一卡槽结构,所述卡勾结构包括两个连接臂,所述连接臂的一端连接于所述横向支撑部的第一端,另一端设置有卡合部,所述两个连接臂之间通过一弹性件连接;所述卡勾结构穿设于所述卡槽结构中,所述卡合部与所述卡扣部相互卡合,以使所述中框固定装配于所述背板中。
其中,所述卡槽结构还包括容置槽和导向槽,所述导向槽位于所述侧壁的上部,所述容置槽位于所述侧壁的底部,所述卡扣部位于所述容置槽与导向槽之间;所述容置槽与所述导向槽相互连通。
其中,所述导向槽为倒梯形结构,所述导向槽与容置槽连通处的宽度小于所述导向槽上部的宽度,也小于所述容置槽的宽度。

本发明实施例提供的背光模组中,通过在背板侧壁上设置卡槽结构,在中 框的纵向支撑部连接出与卡槽结构相互配合的卡勾结构,由卡勾结构穿设于卡槽结构中相互卡合,实现背板与中框固定配合。在该结构中,中框的纵向支撑部分仅需要一个支撑壁,不需要从外侧包覆背板侧壁,能够有效地减小了液晶显示模组的边框宽度,有利于窄边框结构液晶显示装置的设计。

    所述卡勾结构穿设于所述卡槽结构中,所述卡合部与所述卡扣部相互卡合,以使所述中框固定装配于所述背板中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述卡槽结构还包括容置槽和导向槽,所述导向槽位于所述侧壁的上部,所述容置槽位于所述侧壁的底部,所述卡扣部位于所述容置槽与导向槽之间;所述容置槽与所述导向槽相互连通。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,在所述背板的底面,对应于每一容置槽的位置分别设置有一缺口,所述缺口与所述容置槽连通。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述导向槽为倒梯形结构,所述导向槽与容置槽连通处的宽度小于所述导向槽上部的宽度,也小于所述容置槽的宽度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,在所述背板的底面,对应于每一容置槽的位置分别设置有一缺口,所述缺口与所述容置槽连通。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述中框还包括纵向支撑部,所述纵向支撑部的一端与所述横向支撑部连接,另一端抵持所述背板的 底面。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述横向支撑部的第一端延伸至与所述侧壁的外侧面平齐,所述卡勾结构连接于所述横向支撑部的第一端的底部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述卡勾结构的外侧面与所述侧壁的外侧面平齐或者是内收于所述侧壁的外侧面。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,该背光模组还包括依次设置在所述底面上的反光板、导光板以及光学膜片组,所述横向支撑部的第二端紧压于所述光学膜片组。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述中框由塑胶材料一体成型。
