Description
DESCRIPTION
DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM HAVING PRESSURE REDUCING MEMBER
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention is related to pressure irrigation systems (drip and sprinkler irrigation), which have main distribution pipe balancing the pressure and flow rate in supplying liquid in the fields such as agricultural landscape, mining and construction.
STATE OF ART
Supplying the water that is required by the plants, but cannot be provided by means of natural raining is called irrigation and the most common method used is pressure irrigation (sprinkler and drip irrigation).
The main principle in the pressure irrigation systems is to give small amount of irrigation water to the area where only plant roots are grown, by means of pressure pipe and drippers at frequent intervals every time without causing any stress arising from lack of moisture in the plant.
In the present systems, when the pressure arises, side (lateral) pipes may burst or unbalanced water or liquid distribution may be experienced. The product loss or product fluctuation, namely, product wastage may increase due to the burst in side (lateral) pipes or unbalanced water or liquid distribution. Moreover, energy costs increase and frequent breakdowns are experienced and thus, the parts are deformed and labor increases.
Sometimes, in order to reduce the pressure, switch from a main pipe with a large diameter to a main pipe with a smaller diameter is performed by reducing the pressure and from here, water or liquid flow is supplied to side (lateral) pipes and thus, investment costs increase.
In the utility model search relating to the prior art, an application numbered TR 2009/01367 and titled "Pressure reducer and balancer for pressure and drip irrigation systems" has been found. The abstract of the application is as follows; "In order to be used in pressure reducers and balancers that are used in pressure irrigation systems and has an outer body having water inlet, water outlet, iniet-outlet connection member and protective cover, the present invention comprises at least one balancer body that remains within said protective cover,
consists of inlet pipe having inlet pipe groove thereon and outlet pipe having outlet pipe groove thereon, comprises a pushing member housing provided between said grooves, and is positioned at said inlet-outlet connection member, and flexible inlet and outlet pipes positioned within said pipes, and at ieast one pushing member that is pushed by said flexible outlet pipe by means of outlet pipe groove and applies pressure on the flexible inlet pipe by means of inlet pipe groove when it is pushed."
Based on the state of art, the need for disclosing a heating and cooling machine for solving the abovementioned problems is clear. The present invention has been disclosed for solving the abovementioned problems.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
In order to solve the abovementioned problems in the most general sense, the requirement for a novelty is clear in the pipes having pressure reducing member in the drip irrigation systems comprising main distribution pipe balancing the pressure in supplying the iiquid in the fields such as agricultural landscape, mining and construction, and especially comprising pressure balancing member including lateral pipe Iiquid passage channel transferring the iiquid received from the main distribution pipe, gasket on the main distribution pipe and other systems thereon, lateral pipe connection member, from which liquid with balanced pressure is received, and lateral pipe outlet.
In the pressure irrigation systems according to the invention, thanks to the novelty in the pipes having pressure reducing member, side (lateral) pipes do not burst when the pressure arises as in the current systems, or unbalanced water or Iiquid distribution is not experienced. As the side (lateral) pipes do not burst and unbalanced water or liquid distribution is prevented, the problems such as product loss or product fluctuation, namely product wastage are eliminated. Moreover, energy costs decrease and frequent breakdowns are not experienced and thus, additional labor need does not occur.
The switch from a main pipe with a large diameter to a main pipe with a smaller diameter in order to reduce the pressure and adjust the flow rate by reducing the pressure as in the current systems is eliminated thanks to the novelty in the pipes having pressure reducing member in the pressure irrigation systems according to the present invention, and investment costs are minimized.
in order to achieve the abovementioned objects, the present invention is related to drip ir igation systems comprising main distribution pipe balancing the pressure in supplying the liquid in the fields such as agricultural landscape, mining and construction, characterized in comprising a main passage body having liquid passage channel provided on said main distribution pipe, gasket that covers the liquid inlet in accordance with the pressure of liquid, and determines how much liquid will be returned and how much liquid will be transferred to lateral pipes, and a pressure balancing member including liquid channels having a liquid channel inlet hole, liquid channel outlet hole, and gasket hole.
