前記フィルター容器は、細胞懸濁液が、流入口から流入しフィルターを通過して排出口から排出されるまで外部と接触しないような形状であり、かつ、
前記フィルター容器の素材は、フィルターに捕捉された固形分が目視で確認できるような透明又は半透明の素材であって、
前記フィルター容器は、フィルターに補足された固形物を容易に取り出せる構造であることを特徴とするろ過器具。 - 前記フィルター容器が、鋏で容易に切断可能な素材で構成されていることにより、フィルターに補足された固形物を容易に取り出せる構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のろ過器具。
- 前記フィルター容器のフィルター前室部の内径が、流入口及び排出口の内径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のろ過器具。
- 前記フィルター容器は、フィルターを切断又は損傷することなしに、フィルター前室部を鋏で切断することが可能な形状であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3に記載のろ過器具。
- 培養細胞を含む細胞懸濁液を、遠心分離により細胞を含むペレットと上清に分離し、上清を除去し、ペレットに生理食塩水を加えて再懸濁して細胞懸濁液を調製した後、
前記の再懸濁した細胞懸濁液を注射筒に吸引し、前記注射筒に請求項1ないし4に記載のろ過器具の流入口を接続し、当該ろ過器具の排出口に注射針を接続し、
生理食塩水を容れた点滴用容器に前記注射針を刺して、前記細胞懸濁液を注射筒から前記ろ過器具を通して点滴用容器に注入することを特徴とする細胞懸濁液を含む点滴用溶液の調製方法。 - 体外で培養された細胞と人体に投与可能な液体によって構成された細胞懸濁液を内包する容器に、請求項1ないし4に記載のろ過器具の流入口を接続し、当該ろ過器具の排出口に細胞懸濁液排出口を接続し、
人体に投与可能な液体を容れた投与用容器に前記細胞懸濁液排出口を接続して、前記細胞懸濁液を、細胞懸濁液を内包する容器から前記ろ過器具を通して投与用容器に注入することを特徴とする細胞懸濁液を含む投与用溶液の調製方法。
