由于双面胶的粘附性较强, 且双面胶是固体胶的一种, 在使用时不会像液体 胶可能会溢出, 将电热片 4用双面胶固定在导热片 9上。 面壳 2的外边面设置 有一对应导热片 9大小设置的且对导热片 9起限位作用的第一放置台 27, 在第 一放置台 27上又设置有用于放置电热片 4的第二放置台 201 ,第一放置台 27到 面壳 2外表面的距离与导热片 9的厚度相同, 第二放置台 201到第一放置台 27 的高度与导热片 9的厚度相同, 可以使得电热片 4放置在第二放置台 201 内, 而且在电热片 4、导热片 9和面壳 2三者组合后, 可以保证面壳 2外表面的平整 度。 电热片 4与电路板 7之间通过两根导线连接 , 连接电路板 7与电热片 4的 导线焊接在电热片 4的一端的端部, 在第二放置台 201的对应位置处设置有下 凹的用于避让焊点的第三放置台 29,在第三放置台 29的一侧设置有导线避让孔 (图中未示出)。
导热片 9用螺丝固定在面壳 2上, 在导热片 9的一端的中间位置处设置有第 一螺丝孔 91 ,在面壳 2的对应位置处设置有与第一螺丝孔 91配合使用的第二螺 丝孔 28, 导热片另一端的两侧各设置有插骨 92, 对应的面壳上设置有与插骨 92 配合使用的插槽 20。 导热片与电热片的组合示意图, 如图 7所示。
面壳 2与后壳 3通过螺丝固定, 采用螺丝固定面壳 2与后壳 3 , 方便在电暖 宝 1 出现问题时, 将电暖宝 1拆开, 检查壳体内部的零部件。 面壳设置有螺丝 孔, 后壳 3 内表面的对应位置处设置有与所述螺丝孔配合使用的第一螺丝孔柱 31。 螺丝孔对应的面壳 2内部设置有凸出的第二螺丝孔柱 21 , 第二螺丝孔柱 21 的高度与第一螺丝孔柱 31的高度之和与面壳 2与后壳 3内部之间的距离相同。 在第二螺丝孔柱 21和第一螺丝孔柱的内部均设置有与螺丝相配合的螺纹, 这样 更方便用螺丝固定面壳 2与后壳 3。在螺丝孔对应的面壳 2的外边面设置有下凹 的螺丝放置平台, 这样螺丝不会凸出在面壳 2的外部, 从而保证了面壳 2的平 整度。
后壳 3上设置有定位柱 32, 对应的, 面壳 2上设置有与定位柱配合使用的定 位柱插孔 22, 定位柱 32插入到定位柱插孔 22内, 可以对面壳与后壳进行限位, 这样在用螺丝固定壳体时, 壳体不会错位; 定位柱插孔 22位于设置在面壳 2边 侧的第二螺丝孔柱 21的相对侧,定位柱 32位于设置第一螺丝孔柱 31的相对侧。 定位柱 32为两个, 定位柱 32的高度高于后壳 3的高度且定位柱插孔 22的高度 与面壳 2的高度齐平, 这样定位柱 32才能够插入到面壳 2上的定位柱插孔 22 内。
面壳 2与后壳 3采用 3个螺丝固定, 对应的, 在面壳 2的两端及一侧各设置 有一个螺丝孔, 那么第一螺丝孔柱 31也位于后壳 3的两端及一侧; 使定位柱 32 发挥到最大的作用,将定位柱 32设置在后壳 3的未设置有第二螺丝孔柱的一侧。
如图 5和 6所示,面壳 2与后壳 3的四周是全包围的,四周被侧壁团团围住。 后壳 3内壁上设置有凸出的环第一限位部 34, 面壳 2侧壁的端部设有与第一限 位部 34配合的第一限位槽 24,第一限位槽 24的高度等于所述第一限位部 34的 高度, 且所述第一限位槽 24的宽度等于所述第一限位部 34的厚度。 设置第一 限位部 34及与第一限位部 34配合的第一限位槽 24, 这样后壳 3上的第一限位 部 34就可以插入固定在面壳 2的第一限位槽 24内, 从而面壳 2与后壳 3之间 在用螺丝固定时不会错开, 而且还可以使得面壳 2与后壳 3 固定后两者之间不 存在缝隙。
电暖宝 1还包括一 usb数据线, usb数据线一端的接口与充电接口 6的形状 相适应, 壳体上设置有与充电接口 6 的相适应的第一避让孔。 这样就可以采用 usb数据线对其充电, 在工作时, 电暖宝的电量用完, 利用办公室内的电脑就可 以对其充电了。 电路板 7上设置有控制开关 71和两个指示灯, 控制开关 71为 推拨式开关, 控制开关 71存在两种状态, 且套接一推拨开关 8, 壳体的对应位 置处设置有与推拨开关 8相对应的第二避让孔;指示灯 72包括一红灯和一绿灯, 红灯表示电暖宝的工作状态, 当电暖宝工作时, 红灯亮; 绿灯表示电暖宝的充 电状态, 绿灯亮表示在充电, 绿灯灭时, 表示充电完毕或者没有充电, 指示灯 72与控制开关 71位于电路板 7的同一面上。 推拨开关 8包括一橢圓状的面板 81和设置在面板 81—面的中间位置处的向外凸出的条状拨手 82, 及设置在面 板 81的条状拨手 82的相对面的中间位置处的围骨 83 , 控制开关 7套接在围骨 83内; 围骨 83的长度等于控制开关 7到壳体外侧的最短距离, 这样在组装后, 推拨开关 8的面板会紧贴着壳体的外侧。 第一避让孔对应为设置在面壳 2上的 第三避让半孔 25和设置在后壳 3上的第四避让半孔 35;第二避让孔对应为设置 在面壳 2上的第一避让半孔 26和设置在后壳 3上的上的第二避让半空 36。
电热片 4与电路板 7之间通过两根导线连接, 电池 5与电路板 7之间也是通 过两根导线连接; 连接电池 5与电路板 7的导线的一端是焊接在电路板上的, 另一端设置在电路 7上; 在电热片 4的一端设置有两个凸出的焊接点, 连接电 热片 4与电路板 7的导线一端焊接在电热片 4上的焊接点上, 另一端焊接在电 路板 7上。 充电接口 6与电路板 7之间采用分体式设计, 换句话就是, 充电接 口 6没有设置在电路板上 7, 充电接口 6与电路板 7也是通过两根导线连接, 充 电连 6 的尾部设置有两个向外凸出的且平行的导线连接部, 导线的一端焊接在 所述导线连接部上, 导线的另一端焊接在所述的电路板 7上。

权利要求
1、 一种电暖宝, 其特征在于, 包括壳体和电热片; 所述的壳体包括面壳与 后壳; 所述的电暖宝还包括一固定在所述面壳上的导热片, 所述的电热片固定 在所述导热片上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的电暖宝还包括设置在 所述面壳与后壳内部的电路板, 所述的电热片与电路板之间通过导线连通, 所 述的面壳上设置有导线避让孔。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的电热片用双面胶固定 在所述导热片上。
4、 权利要求 3所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的导热片用螺丝固定在所 述面壳上, 所述的导热片上设置有第一螺丝孔, 所述的面壳上的对应位置处设 置有第二螺丝孔。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述面壳的外表面设置一下 凹的第一放置台, 所述的第一放置台对应导热片的大小设置。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述第一放置台上设置有下 凹的第二放置台, 所述的第一放置台的高度等于所述导热片的厚度, 所述第二 放置台到所述所述第一放置台的高度等于所述电热片的厚度。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的导热片上还设置有凸 出的插骨, 所述面壳上设置有与所述插骨配合使用的插槽。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的插骨为两个, 设置在 所述导热片一端部的两侧, 所述的第一螺丝孔位于所述导热片的另一端的中间 位置处。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 连接所述电路板与电热片的 导线焊接在所述电热片的一端的端部, 在所述第二放置台的对应位置处设置有 下凹的用于避让焊点的第三放置台; 所述的导线避让孔位于所述第三放置台的 一侧。
10、如权利要求 1-9任一所述的电暖宝,其特征在于,所述的导热片为铝片
