实现回铃播放的方法、 装置和回铃业务系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种实现回铃播放的 方法、 装置和回铃业务系统。 背景技术
回铃业务是指由被叫方设定好特定的音频文件, 当主叫方呼叫该 被叫方时, 在该被叫方接通前的呼叫等待期间, 电信运营商网络中的 回铃业务平台向主叫方播放该被叫方所设定的音频文件作为呼叫等待 音的一种业务。 在中国的电信运营商中, 中国移动的回铃业务的名称 是彩铃, 中国联通的回铃业务的名称是炫铃, 中国电信的回铃业务的 名称是七彩铃音。
在目前的电信运营商业务系统中, 现有的实现回铃业务的方式是, 在主叫方呼叫等待的过程中, 运营系统向回铃业务平台发送对应被叫 方号码的回铃音查询指令并在成功查询到该被叫方已设定好的回铃音 文件之后, 由回铃业务平台播放该回铃音文件, 然后通过话音通道向 主叫方播放。 从而, 现有各家电信运营商的回铃业务是利用语音通道 播放单一的音频形式内容。
通过以上分析可以看出, 在现有电信运营商的回铃业务系统中, 当数量巨大的多个主叫方同时发起呼叫的时候, 回铃业务平台需要同 时集中播放多个回铃文件, 存在平台实时并发大而响应能力不足的问 题, 另外, 当一个主叫方多次呼叫某一个被叫方的时候, 回铃业务平 台需要每次都将该被叫方设定的回铃内容播放并重复传输给主叫方, 存在浪费网络传输资源的问题, 而且在语音通道质量差的环境下, 也 会影响回铃的播放质量。
针对现有技术中存在的回铃业务平台响应能力不足和网络资源浪 费的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容
鉴于上述问题, 提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至
少部分地解决或者减缓上述问题的实现回铃播放的装置和回铃业务系 统和相应的实现回铃播放的方法。
根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种实现回铃播放的方法, 包括: 在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取被叫终端的号码; 判断号码是否在通 信关系列表中, 并判断主叫终端中是否保存有号码对应的回铃文件; 如果判断结果均为是, 播放号码对应的回铃文件; 监听通信服务器返 回的通信状态信令, 并根据通信状态信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 / 或视频通道的切换。
进一步地, 在获取被叫终端的号码之前还包括: 从回铃业务平台 上下载通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文件, 并保存在主叫终端上。
进一步地, 从回铃业务平台上下载通信关系列表中各号码对应的 回铃文件包括: 查询通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文件在回铃业 务平台上是否存在更新和 /或接收回铃业务平台推送的回铃文件更新消 息; 根据查询结果或回铃文件更新消息下载回铃文件。
进一步地, 以上根据通信状态信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或 视频通道的切换的步骤具体可以包括: 根据通信状态信令判断通信类 型为音频通话或者视频通话; 在通信类型为音频通话的情况下, 控制 显示屏幕持续输出号码对应的回铃文件的视频画面直至通话结束, 并 在通话接通后控制音频通道切换至通话线路; 在通信类型为视频通话 的情况下, 在通话接通后控制音频通道切换至通话线路, 并控制显示 屏幕输出视频通话的视频界面。
以上回铃文件包括以下至少一项: 文字、 图片、 视频、 音频、 动 画、 网页、 脚本、 可执行文件。
根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种实现回铃播放的装置, 包 括: 获取模块, 用于在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取被叫终端的号码; 判断模块, 用于判断号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断主叫终端中 是否保存有号码对应的回铃文件; 播放模块, 用于如果判断结果均为 是, 播放号码对应的回铃文件; 控制模块, 用于监听通信服务器返回 的通信状态信令, 并根据通信状态信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或 视频通道的切换。
进一步地, 该实现回铃播放的装置还包括: 下载存储模块, 用于 从回铃业务平台上下载通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文件, 并保
存在主叫终端上。
进一步地, 控制模块还具体包括: 音频通话控制子模块, 用于在 根据通信状态信令判断出通信类型为音频通话的情况下, 控制显示屏 幕持续输出号码对应的回铃文件的视频画面直至通话结束, 并在通话 接通后控制音频通道切换至通话线路; 视频通话控制子模块, 用于在 根据通信状态信令判断出通信类型为视频通话的情况下, 在通话接通 后控制音频通道切换至通话线路, 并控制显示屏幕输出视频通话的视 频界面。
根据本发明的又一个目的, 还提供了一种回铃业务系统, 包括: 终端设备, 用于在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取被叫终端的号码; 判 断号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断终端设备中是否保存有号码对 应的回铃文件; 如果判断结果均为是, 播放号码对应的回铃文件; 监 听通信服务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根据通信状态信令控制音频通 道和 /或视频通道的切换; 回铃业务平台, 通过通信网络与终端设备连 接, 用于保存注册用户的通信号码以及该通信号码对应的回铃文件, 并向终端设备提供回铃文件的下载服务。
进一步地, 回铃业务平台包括: 通信关系索引模块, 用于建立并 刷新通信关系列表与通信号码的索引; 回铃索引模块, 用于建立并刷 新号码与该号码对应回铃文件存储位置的索引; 消息推送模块, 用于 在检测到通信关系列表中号码对应的回铃文件发生变化时, 向终端设 备发送回铃文件更新消息; 文件传输模块, 用于向终端设备传输回铃 文件, 并接收用户上传的回铃文件和通信关系列表。
根据本发明的又一个方面, 提供了一种计算机程序, 其包括计算 机可读代码, 当所述计算机可读代码在电子设备上运行时, 导致所述 电子设备执行根据权利要求 1-5 中的任一个所述的实现回铃播放的方 法。
根据本发明的再一个方面, 提供了一种计算机可读介质, 其中存 储了如权利要求 11所述的计算机程序。
本发明的有益效果为:
使用手机、 智能电话等通信终端主动拨打电话时, 终端的回铃不 是由电信运营商的回铃业务平台占用语音通道进行播放, 而是通过判 断当前拨打号码是否是用户通信列表中的号码, 并播放本机已经预先
存储的回铃文件, 将现有技术中回铃业务平台集中播放回铃文件并通 过通信网络重复传输的方式改为终端设备各自独立播放回铃文件, 既 解决了回铃业务平台响应能力不足的问题, 也解决了浪费网络传输资 源的问题。
通过对本发明技术方案的优化, 主叫用户采用多种方式灵活地下 载通信列表中号码对应的回铃文件, 被叫用户可以按照自身需要设置 回铃或上传回铃, 在没有增加网络和传输成本的情况下, 满足了用户 的个性化需要。 并且回铃文件不局限于声音的展现, 还可以通过终端 屏幕展示静态或动态画面, 提高了用户体验。

中的特征可以相互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本 发明。
首先介绍本实施例中实现回铃播放的系统构架, 图 1 是根据本发 明实施例的回铃业务系统的架构示意图, 如图所示, 本发明实施例的 回铃业务系统主要包括: 多个终端设备 11, 回铃业务平台 12, 以及通 信网络 13。终端设备 11与回铃业务平台 12之间通过通信网络 13进行 数据交换和信号连接。 以上通信网络 13可以使用各种通信模式, 例如 包括: 通信运营商无线网络、 宽带运营商网络、 虚拟专用网络等。 多 个终端设备 11之间通过通信网络 13进行呼叫和通话。 通信网络 13中 包含有通信服务器 131,该通信服务器 131为网络上通信用户提供通信 服务, 可同时为通信网络 13连接多个终端设备 11提供通信信道。
根据本发明实施例, 终端设备 11作为主叫终端即用户使用终端设 备 11主动拨叫其它终端设备 11 (被叫终端设备) 电话的情况下, 播放 回铃的步骤具体可以为: 在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取被叫终端的 号码; 判断号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断主叫终端 11中是否保 存有号码对应的回铃文件; 如果号码在通信关系列表中而且主叫终端 中保存有号码对应的回铃文件, 播放号码对应的回铃文件; 监听通信 服务器 131 返回的通信状态信令, 并根据通信状态信令控制主叫终端 的音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换。
以上呼叫被叫终端的过程一般指是通过通信服务器 131 发起对被 叫终端的呼叫请求, 以及通信服务器 131 和被叫终端响应以上呼叫请 求的过程; 也包括用户利用即时通信工具通过通信服务器 131 向对方 号码提出对话请求, 以及响应以上对话请求的过程。
以上通信关系列表并不局限于主叫终端自身的通信录, 也可以是 各种通信软件的好友列表或联系列表,如 SKYPE的通信关系列表、 QQ 中的好友列表等。 例如如果判断出被叫号码与 中的好友列表中好 友绑定的电话号码, 则认为号码属于上述通信关系列表, 另外, 以上 发起呼叫请求也可以包括例如 QQ 的视频或音频聊天请求。 以上回铃 文件在聊天请求的等待期间播放。 因此以上通信关系列表不限于任何 互联网或移动互联网通信软件的通信列表, 以及各类通信终端的通讯 录列表。
本发明实施例中的回铃业务平台 12, 用于保存用户 (例如注册用
户) 的通信号码以及该通信号码对应的回铃文件, 并向终端设备 11提 供回铃文件的下载服务。 回铃业务平台 12中的回铃文件为用户在资源 库中的选择或者上传的文件, 文件中包括音视频可播放的内容。 通过 以上实施例的回铃业务系统, 用户根据自身的需要在回铃业务平台 12 上设置回铃文件供其他用户下载使用, 当主叫用户拨打电话, 回铃替 换为已下载的回铃文件, 也就是说本发明实施例中回铃业务平台 12基 于主叫方的通信关系列表, 播放的回铃是被叫方设置的。
当用户使用终端设备 11对播放列表内的号码发起呼叫时, 主叫终 端设备播放已下载保存的被叫方设定的回铃文件以替换传统的回铃, 在拨叫过程中, 主被叫之间的通信网络 13上不需传输回铃文件以及通 信关系列表和相关信息数据。 用户可以选择在非呼叫状态的空闲时间 发起终端设备 11 的下载任务。 例如, 终端设备 11在非呼叫状态时, 与回铃业务平台 12进行连接和传输, 如果终端设备 11正在与回铃业 务平台 12进行传输时, 用户发起呼叫, 则终端设备 11暂停传输过程, 呼叫结束后, 继续传输未完成的内容, 从而在拨叫过程中不占用通信 网络 13的语音通道, 用户可根据网络情况灵活选择下载更新时间以及 灵活选择需要更新的内容。
用户的终端设备 11与回铃业务平台 12之间进行该用户通信关系 列表成员所设定好的回铃文件的发现、 传输和存储方式可以有以下两 种: 一是平台推送方式: 用户的通信关系列表里某成员更新回铃文件 之后, 回铃业务平台 12通过查询该成员分别存在于哪些用户的通信关 系列表中, 然后将该成员的更新消息分别推送给这些用户的终端设备 11, 这些用户的终端设备 11收到推送消息通知后, 从回铃业务平台 12 上进行下载, 如果此前终端设备 11上存在旧的回铃文件, 则进行更新 存储, 如果第一次下载该用户的回铃文件, 则直接存储并与该用户的 号码进行关联。 第二种方式是采用终端轮询方式, 终端设备 11定期或 不定期向回铃业务平台 12查询通信关系列表中成员的回铃文件更新状 态, 如果通过查询结果发现本地回铃文件状态与回铃业务平台 12上的 回铃文件状态不一致时, 则从回铃业务平台 12上下载新的回铃文件。
回铃业务平台 12存储、 维护、 更新用户通信关系列表内容的方式 可以有以下两种: 一是用户主动将存储在终端设备 11上的通信关系列 表上传, 用户每次修改、 新增、 删除通信关系列表的条目后, 均将新
的通信关系列表内容进行上传, 回铃业务平台 12更新该用户的通信关 系列表; 第二种是用户将存储在其他平台或服务器设备上的通信关系 列表内容传输到回铃业务平台 12, 例如 SKYPE的通信关系列表、 QQ 中的通信关系列表等并不局限于电话的通讯录, 之后当用户在其他平 台或服务器设备上的通信关系列表内容被更新后, 用户再将更新后的 通信关系列表内容传输到回铃业务平台 12,回铃业务平台 12模块更新 该用户的通信关系列表原有内容并存储该用户最新传输来的内容。
图 2是根据本发明实施例的回铃业务平台 12的架构示意图, 如图 所示, 该回铃业务平台 12包括: 通信关系索引模块 121、 回铃索引模 块 122、 消息推送模块 123、 文件传输模块 124、 更新检测模块 125、 资源库模块 126、 回铃设置模块 127、 存储模块 128、 计费模块 129、 账户中心模块 1210, 以上各模块的具体作用如下:
通信关系索引模块 121,用于建立并刷新通信关系列表与通信号码 的索引。 通信关系索引模块集合了每个注册用户设定的通信联系人列 表的列表, 包含每个联系人的身份信息和通信号码等内容, 以及包含 分别对应每个联系人的回铃文件信息和索引信息。
回铃索引模块 122,用于建立并刷新号码与该号码对应回铃文件存 储位置的索引; 回铃索引模块 122 可以索引每个注册用户的通信号码 和终端设备 11信息, 以及用于索引每个注册用户设定的回铃文件的存 储位置信息, 还用于索引每个注册用户的通信关系列表内容更新状态 和回铃文件更新状态等。
消息推送模块 123,用于检测到通信关系列表中号码对应的回铃文 件发生变化时, 向终端设备 11发送回铃文件更新消息。
文件传输模块 124, 用于向终端设备 11传输回铃文件, 并接收用 户上传的回铃文件和通信关系列表。 当收到终端设备 11下载请求后, 将请求内容从服务器端传输到终端设备 11上,另外当收到终端设备 11 上传请求后, 接收上传的内容并进行存储。
更新检测模块 125, 用于轮询检查每个注册用户的通信列表成员、 对应于每个成员的号码的回铃文件、 索引信息等是否有更新。
资源库模块 126,用于向用户展示由业务运营方提供的回铃文件信 息, 以供注册用户挑选和购买;
回铃设置模块 127,用于接收注册用户对资源库模块 126的选择操
作, 或者将用户上传的回铃文件与用户信息进行关联, 从而根据将选 择或上传的文件, 设置为属于自己的且供其他人呼叫自己时在其他人 终端设备 11上播放的回铃文件, 并更新索引模块中该注册用户的对应 信息和状态。
存储模块 128, 用于存储以上通信关系索引模块 121、 回铃索引模 块 122、 资源库模块 126、 以及用户设备终端上传的内容。
计费模块 129, 用于用户订购回铃业务的功能、 回铃文件资源和服 务等时, 提供充值、 计费和扣费功能。
账户中心模块 1210, 用于接收用户的注册信息, 也用于记录和存 储注册用户的用户资料、 订购信息、 充值账单、 交易账单、 账户余额 等数据信息。
本发明实施例中回铃业务平台 12的主要工作流程为: 账户中心模 块 1210接收用户的注册信息, 用于通过回铃设置模块 127选择资源库 模块 126 中的回铃文件, 或者上传回铃文件作为被拨叫时对方播放的 内容, 计费模块 129 根据用户的操作的类型进行计费。 另外, 通信关 系索引模块 121 接收并存储对用户终端内的通信关系列表, 回铃文件 对数据进行索引, 方便数据查询和利用。 更新检测模块 125 实时对平 台的数据进行更新检测, 从而进行信息更新和消息下发。 回铃业务平 台 12作为本实施例的回铃业务系统的服务提供端, 实现了从数据提供 到用户服务的功能。
以下对本发明实施例中设备终端侧功能和实现回铃播放方法进行 介绍。 图 3 是根据本发明实施例的该实现回铃播放的装置的示意图, 如图, 该实现回铃播放装置包括: 获取模块 31, 在呼叫被叫终端的过 程中, 用于获取被叫终端的号码; 判断模块 32, 用于判断号码是否在 通信关系列表中, 并判断主叫终端中是否保存有号码对应的回铃文件; 播放模块 33, 用于如果判断结果均为是, 播放号码对应的回铃文件; 控制模块 34, 用于监听通信服务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根据通信 状态信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换。
判断模块 32对获取模块 31得到的号码进行判断, 播放模块 33根 据判断模块 32的判断结果播放本机已经预先存储的回铃文件, 控制模 块 34根据通信状态对播放模块进行相应控制。
以上回铃文件可以从回铃业务平台 12下载得到, 或者从其它装置
上导入, 因此, 该实现回铃播放的装置还可以设置有: 下载存储模块
35, 用于从回铃业务平台上下载通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文 件, 并保存在主叫终端上。
以上装置将现有技术中回铃业务平台集中播放回铃文件并通过通 信网络重复传输的方式改为终端设备各自独立播放回铃文件, 既解决 了回铃业务平台响应能力不足的问题, 也解决了浪费网络传输资源的 问题。 另外回铃文件在本地存储, 可以在任何通道情况下保证文件播 放质量, 避免出现杂音或不清楚的问题。
另外使用本实施例的实现回铃播放的装置, 不仅仅可以实现传统 的回铃音播放, 还可以展示视频图像等回铃信息。 这种情况下, 控制 模块 34还具体包括: 音频通话控制子模块, 用于在根据通信状态信令 判断出通信类型为音频通话的情况下, 控制显示屏幕持续输出号码对 应的回铃文件的视频画面直至通话结束, 并在通话接通后控制音频通 道切换至通话线路; 视频通话控制子模块, 用于在根据通信状态信令 判断出通信类型为视频通话的情况下, 在通话接通后控制音频通道切 换至通话线路, 并控制显示屏幕输出视频通话的视频界面。 以上通信 类型可以通过通信服务器返回的通信状态信令确定。 利用视听综合手 段实现多媒体回铃播放, 提高了用户的体验。
本实施例的实现回铃播放的装置, 还可以实现本地文件的上传功 能, 例如将本地通信关系列表文件、 个性化回铃文件上传至回铃业务 平台 12。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实现回铃播放的方法, 该实现回铃播 放的方法可以通过本发明上述实施例所提供的实现回铃播放的装置来 执行, 并且, 该实现回铃播放的方法可以应用于包括以上装置的终端 设备, 图 4 是根据本发明实施例的实现回铃播放的方法的示意图, 该 实现回铃播放的方法包括:
步骤 S41, 在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取被叫终端的号码; 步骤 S42, 判断号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断主叫终端中是 否保存有号码对应的回铃文件;
步骤 S43, 如果判断结果均为是, 播放号码对应的回铃文件; 步骤 S44, 监听通信服务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根据通信状态 信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换。
其中步骤 S41 中获取号码的步骤可以通过主叫发起呼叫请求的动 作触发, 例如主叫用户拨打电话的同时, 主叫终端执行获取被叫终端 的号码的步骤; 另一种方式是用户在通话界面中输入号码的过程, 主 叫终端开始获取被叫终端的号码。
在步骤 S41 之前还可以包括: 从回铃业务平台上下载通信关系列 表中各号码对应的回铃文件, 并保存在主叫终端上。 其中, 具体的下 载方式可以包括两种方式。 第一种方式: 查询通信关系列表中各号码 对应的回铃文件在回铃业务平台上是否存在更新, 根据查询结果下载 存在更新的回铃文件。 第二种方式: 接收回铃业务平台推送的回铃文 件更新消息, 根据查询结果或回铃文件更新消息下载回铃文件。 在实 际使用中可以向用户提供所有的两种方式, 由用户自行选择。
本实施例中的回铃文件可以为各种多媒体格式, 并不仅局限于音 频文件, 可以包含图像等视频画面。 具体地, 回铃文件包括以下至少 一项: 文字、 图片、 视频、 音频、 动画、 网页、 脚本、 可执行文件。 而且考虑到目前常用的通话方式包括视频通话和普通的语音通话, 其 中, 步骤 S44可以通过通信服务器返回的通信状态信令判断通信类型, 并具体通过以下方式进行通道切换: 判断通信类型为音频通话或者视 频通话; 在通信类型为音频通话的情况下, 控制显示屏幕持续输出号 码对应的回铃文件的视频画面直至通话结束, 并在通话接通后控制音 频通道切换至通话线路; 在通信类型为视频通话的情况下, 在通话接 通后控制音频通道切换至通话线路, 并控制显示屏幕输出视频通话的 视频界面。
图 5 是根据本发明实施例的实现回铃业务的流程示意图, 如图所 示,
当主叫终端设备对被叫方发起呼叫, 在呼叫建立和呼叫等待的过 程中, 开始执行步骤 S501, 主叫终端设备判断号码是否存在于主叫方 的通信关系列表中,
如果号码存在于主叫方的通信关系列表中, 执行步骤 S502, 主叫 终端设备查找是否下载存储过号码对应的回铃文件,
如果主叫终端设备上保存有上述对应于号码的回铃文件, 执行步 骤 S503, 在主叫终端设备上播放该回铃文件, 播放过程包括: 主叫终 端设备的音频通道播放回铃文件中的音频, 主叫终端设备的屏幕上输
出回铃文件中的视频画面;
如果号码不在主叫方的通信关系列表中或者主叫终端设备上不存 在属于号码的回铃文件, 执行步骤 S504, 在主叫终端设备上播放本地 默认的回铃文件或由主叫方设定的本地回铃文件,
主叫终端设备开始播放回铃文件后, 执行步骤 S505, 监听通信服 务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根据通信状态信令判断主叫终端设备与 被叫之间的通话是否成功建立,
如果主被叫之间的通话成功建立, 执行步骤 S506, 判断主被叫之 间的通话类型,
如果主被叫之间为音频通话, 执行步骤 S507, 主叫终端设备的音 频通道切换到音频通话线路, 主叫终端设备的屏幕继续显示呼叫等待 期间播放的回铃文件中的视频画面,
如果主被叫之间为视频通话, 执行步骤 S508, 主叫终端设备的音 频通道切换到音频通话线路, 主叫终端设备的屏幕画面切换到的视频 通话画面,如果主叫终端设备检测到步骤 S509的呼叫失败、被叫繁忙、 被叫终端、 主叫挂断、 无人接听等通话未成功建立的状态时, 或者主 被叫之间的通话正常结束时, 执行步骤 S510, 主叫终端停止回铃文件 的播放, 返回呼叫前的设备状态。
应用本发明的技术方案, 使用手机、 智能电话等通信终端主动拨 打电话时, 终端的回铃不是由电信运营商的回铃业务平台占用语音通 道进行播放, 而是通过判断当前拨打号码是否是用户通信列表中的号 码, 并播放本机已经预先存储的回铃文件, 将现有技术中回铃业务平 台集中播放回铃文件并通过通信网络重复传输的方式改为终端设备各 自独立播放回铃文件, 既解决了回铃业务平台响应能力不足的问题, 也解决了浪费网络传输资源的问题。

Claims
1. 一种实现回铃播放的方法, 该方法包括以下步骤:
在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取所述被叫终端的号码;
判断所述号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断主叫终端中是否保 存有所述号码对应的回铃文件;
如果判断结果均为是, 播放所述号码对应的回铃文件;
监听通信服务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根据所述通信状态信令 控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在获取被叫终端的号码之 前还包括:
从回铃业务平台上下载所述通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文 件, 并保存在所述主叫终端上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 从回铃业务平台上下载所 述通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文件包括:
查询所述通信关系列表中各号码对应的回铃文件在所述回铃业务 平台上是否存在更新和 /或接收所述回铃业务平台推送的回铃文件更新 消息;
根据查询结果或所述回铃文件更新消息下载所述回铃文件。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述通 信状态信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换包括:
根据所述通信状态信令判断通信类型为音频通话或者视频通话; 在所述通信类型为音频通话的情况下, 控制显示屏幕持续输出所 述号码对应的回铃文件的视频画面直至通话结束, 并在通话接通后控 制音频通道切换至通话线路;
在所述通信类型为视频通话的情况下, 在通话接通后控制音频通 道切换至通话线路, 并控制显示屏幕输出所述视频通话的视频界面。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述回铃文
件包括以下至少一项: 文字、 图片、 视频、 音频、 动画、 网页、 脚本 可执行文件。
6. 一种实现回铃播放的装置, 该装置包括:
获取模块, 用于在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取所述被叫终端的 号码;
判断模块, 用于判断所述号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断主 叫终端中是否保存有所述号码对应的回铃文件;
播放模块, 用于如果判断结果均为是, 播放所述号码对应的回铃 文件;
控制模块, 用于监听通信服务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根据所 述通信状态信令控制主叫终端的音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 还包括:
下载存储模块, 用于从回铃业务平台上下载所述通信关系列表中 各号码对应的回铃文件, 并保存在所述主叫终端上。
8. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 所述控制模块还包括: 音频通话控制子模块, 用于在根据所述通信状态信令判断出通信 类型为音频通话的情况下, 控制显示屏幕持续输出所述号码对应的回 铃文件的视频画面直至通话结束, 并在通话接通后控制音频通道切换 至通话线路;
视频通话控制子模块, 用于在根据所述通信状态信令判断出所述 通信类型为视频通话的情况下, 在通话接通后控制音频通道切换至通 话线路, 并控制显示屏幕输出所述视频通话的视频界面。
9. 一种回铃业务系统, 包括:
终端设备, 用于在呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 获取所述被叫终端的 号码; 判断所述号码是否在通信关系列表中, 并判断所述终端设备中 是否保存有所述号码对应的回铃文件; 如果判断结果均为是, 播放所 述号码对应的回铃文件; 监听通信服务器返回的通信状态信令, 并根 据所述通信状态信令控制音频通道和 /或视频通道的切换;
回铃业务平台, 通过通信网络与所述终端设备连接, 用于保存注 册用户的通信号码以及该通信号码对应的回铃文件, 并向所述终端设 备提供所述回铃文件的下载服务。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的回铃业务系统, 其中, 所述回铃业务平 台包括:
通信关系索引模块, 用于建立并刷新所述通信关系列表与通信号 码的索引;
回铃索引模块, 用于建立并刷新号码与该号码对应回铃文件存储 位置的索引;
消息推送模块, 用于在检测到所述通信关系列表中号码对应的回 铃文件发生变化时, 向终端设备发送回铃文件更新消息;
文件传输模块, 用于向所述终端设备传输回铃文件, 并接收用户 上传的回铃文件和所述通信关系列表。
11. 一种计算机程序, 包括计算机可读代码, 当所述计算机可读代 码在电子设备上运行时, 导致所述电子设备执行根据权利要求 1-5 中 的任一个所述的实现回铃播放的方法。
12. 一种计算机可读介质, 其中存储了如权利要求 11所述的计算 机程序。
