本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟盒 。
背景技术
电子烟盒用于存放电子烟,现有的电子烟盒设置有用于容纳电子烟的支架,该支架通常采用塑胶材料制成。若电子烟与支架紧密配合时,由于支架采用塑胶材料制成,其硬度较高,在取放电子烟的过程中可能会刮花电子烟;再者,若电子烟与支架不采用紧密配合的方式,电子烟放置在电子烟盒中容易产生松动,从而可能造成电子烟的损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟盒存放电子烟容易损坏电子烟的缺陷,提供一种在放电子烟时可避免对电子烟造成损伤的电子烟盒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种 电子烟盒 , 包括用于容纳电子烟的支架;所述电子烟盒还包括安装在所述支架上并用于夹持所述电子烟的弹性软块。
在本发明所述的电子烟盒 中, 所述弹性软块中设置有用于夹持所述电子烟的夹持孔。
在本发明所述的电子烟盒 中, 所述夹持孔的内壁至少设置有一个呈凸起状的抵持部;所述抵持部与所述电子烟相互抵持。
在本发明所述的电子烟盒 中, 所述抵持部设置有四个;四个所述抵持部均匀地分布在所述夹持孔的内壁上。
在本发明所述的电子烟盒 中, 所述抵持部由所述夹持孔内壁的一端沿所述夹持孔的轴线延伸至所述夹持孔内壁的另一端。
在本发明所述的 电子烟盒 中, 所述弹性软块由软胶或泡棉制成。
在本发明所述的 电子烟盒 中, 所述支架中设置有容纳所述电子烟的容纳孔。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例 提供一种电子烟盒,其包括支架1,以及弹性软块3。支架1用于容纳电子烟2。附图中示意地表示该支架1可容纳的电子烟2的数量,可以理解的是,支架1可根据需要容纳的电子烟2的数量进行设计。弹性软块3大致为块状结构,其硬度较低且具有良好的弹性。该弹性软块3安装在支架1上,并用于夹持电子烟2。 所述 电子烟盒采用弹性软块3的结构夹持电子烟2,使得电子烟2可稳固地存放在所述电子烟盒中,不容易产生松动;再者,由于弹性软块具有一定的弹性且硬度低,可有效地避免刮花电子烟2。
具体地,请参阅图4、图5所示,弹性软块3中设置有用于夹持电子烟2的夹持孔31,该夹持孔31为通孔结构,其数量根据所述电子烟盒需要容纳的电子烟2的数量进行设计。该实施例中,电子烟2可拆卸成电池杆21与雾化器22的结构,通常设置有一个电池杆21和多个雾化器22,相应地,弹性软块3设置有两个,分别对应夹持电池杆21与雾化器22,即两个弹性软块3的安装位置分别与电池杆21、雾化器22相对应。
为了便于将电子烟2插装在夹持孔31中,并能稳固地将电子烟2夹持在夹持孔31中,本实施例中,请参阅图4、图5所示,夹持孔31的内壁至少设置有一个呈凸起状的抵持部33,电子烟2安装在夹持孔31中时与该抵持部33相互抵持。该抵持部33大致为方形结构,其由夹持孔31内壁的一端沿夹持孔31的轴线延伸至夹持孔31内壁的另一端。该实施例中,抵持部33设置有四个,四个抵持部33均匀地分布在夹持孔31的内壁上。可以理解的是,抵持部33的形状和数量亦有其它的选择,可根据电子烟2的外形尺寸进行设计。
本实施例中,优选地,弹性软块3由软胶或泡棉制作而成。软胶是用塑料通过注塑形成,常温下手感较软,其具有良好的弹性。泡棉具有良好的弹性且硬度较低,具有使用方便、弯曲自如、体积超薄,以及性能可靠等优点。弹性软块3采用软胶或泡棉制成,可更加有效地避免刮花电子烟2。
如图3所示,支架1中设置有容纳电子烟2的容纳孔11,该容纳孔11为通孔结构,其数量同样根据所述电子烟盒需要容纳的电子烟2的数量进行设计。容纳孔11位于支架1的侧边位置处,且与夹持孔31同轴。该容纳孔11的直径大于或等于夹持孔31的直径,便于电子烟2穿过容纳孔11并夹持在夹持孔31中。为了将弹性软块3稳固地安装在支架1上,支架1上设置有与弹性软块3相适配的安装槽12。弹性软块3安装在该安装槽12中,且弹性软块3的一侧与容纳孔11上靠近支架1中间位置处的一侧相互抵持。
为了便于 弹性软块3准确地安装在安装槽12上合适的位置,弹性软块3的一侧设置有呈凸起状的防呆部32,安装槽12的侧壁开设有与防呆部32相适配的防呆槽13。该防呆部32的截面大致为方形结构,相应地,安装槽12的截面也大致为方形结构。可以理解的是,防呆部32以及安装槽12的结构并不局限于上述结构,其亦可采用柱状等结构。
为了使 弹性软块3能够牢固地安装在安装槽12上,本发明的上述实施例中,可采用多种方式将弹性软块3连接在安装槽12上。第一种是采用扣合连接的方式:弹性软块3与安装槽12相邻的一侧设置有卡扣(图未示),安装槽12上设置有与卡扣相互扣合连接的卡槽(图未示)。另一实施例中,弹性软块3与安装槽12相邻的一侧设置有卡槽(图未示),安装槽12上设置有与卡槽相互扣合连接的卡扣(图未示)。所述电子烟盒中,弹性软块3与安装槽12采用扣合的连接方式,具有拆卸简便、连接可靠等优点。第二种是采用粘接的方式:弹性软块3与安装槽12之间设置有粘接层(图未示)。该粘接层用于将弹性软块3粘接在外套管1上,其可以采用胶水、双面胶或树脂胶等。所述电子烟盒中,弹性软块3与安装槽12采用粘接的连接方式,可使得弹性软块3稳固地安装在安装槽12。
本发明的另一实施例中,弹性软块3与支架1采用一体成型。弹性软块3与支架1采用一体成型的结构,其整体结构强度和外观视觉效果较好。
本发明的上述实施例中,电子烟盒还包括第一盒体4,以及与第一盒体4连接的第二盒体5。支架1安装在第一盒体4与第二盒体5形成的空间内。第一盒体4与第二盒体5铰接相连。可以理解的是,第一盒体4与第二盒体5亦可以采用其它形式的连接结构,如采用分离式的扣合连接结构或者合页连接结构等。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

  1. 一种电子烟盒,包括用于容纳电子烟(2)的支架(1);其特征在于:所述电子烟盒还包括安装在所述支架(1)上并用于夹持所述电子烟(2)的弹性软块(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(3)中设置有用于夹持所述电子烟(2)的夹持孔(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述夹持孔(31)的内壁至少设置有一个呈凸起状的抵持部(33);所述抵持部(33)与所述电子烟(2)相互抵持。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述抵持部(33)设置有四个;四个所述抵持部(33)均匀地分布在所述夹持孔(31)的内壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述抵持部(33)由所述夹持孔(31)内壁的一端沿所述夹持孔(31)的轴线延伸至所述夹持孔(31)内壁的另一端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(3)由软胶或泡棉制作而成。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述支架(1)中设置有容纳所述电子烟(2)的容纳孔(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述容纳孔(11)与所述夹持孔(31)同轴设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述支架(1)上设置有与所述弹性软块(3)相适配的安装槽(12);所述弹性软块(3)安装在所述安装槽(12)中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(3)的一侧设置有呈凸起状的防呆部(32);所述安装槽(12)的侧壁开设有与所述防呆部(32)相适配的防呆槽(13)。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(3)与所述安装槽(12)相邻的一侧设置有卡扣;所述安装槽(12)上设置有与所述卡扣相互扣合连接的卡槽。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(3)与所述安装槽(12)相邻的一侧设置有卡槽;所述安装槽(12)上设置有与所述卡槽相互扣合连接的卡扣。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(3)与所述安装槽(12)之间设置有粘接层。
