본 발명에 따른 민감성 치아 코팅용 조성물은 치아에 대한 적합성이 이미 인정되어 널리 사용되고 있는 규산칼슘 시멘트를 주성분으로 하는 MTA 성분을 이용하므로 치아에 안전하고, 흔히 신경치료 중 사용하는 근관 내 상아질의 밀폐에만 사용하는 것이 아니라 깨끗하게 살아있는 치아의 근관내 뿐만 아니라 외부에 상아질이 노출된 경우에 도포하여 상아 세관을 밀폐하는 효과를 나타내므로, 민감성 치아의 시린이 증상을 완화시키는데 효과적이다.The composition for sensitive tooth coatings according to the present invention is safe for teeth by using MTA component mainly composed of calcium silicate cement, which has been widely used and recognized for teeth, and is only used for sealing the dentin in the root canal commonly used during neurotherapy. 실시예 1: 민감성 치아 예방 또는 치료용 코팅 조성물의 제조Example 1 Preparation of Coating Composition for Sensitive Teeth Prevention or Treatment
MTA(Mineral Trioxide Aggregate: 상품명 PRO ROOT MTA, Dentply사)와 증류수를 섞어서 건축용 시멘트를 혼합하듯이 물: MTA= 4:6의 비율로 섞어 코팅용 조성물을 제조하였다.MTA (Mineral Trioxide Aggregate: trade name PRO ROOT MTA, Dentply Co., Ltd.) and distilled water was mixed to mix the building cement, water: MTA = 4: 6 to prepare a coating composition.
시험예 1: 시린이 증상 완화효과 확인Test Example 1: Confirming the Effect of Syringe on Symptom Relief
시린이 증상이 있는 피실험자를 대상으로, 치경부 부위에 시린 증상(지각과민 증상)이 있는 부위를 과산화수소를 적신 코튼으로 닦아서 깨끗이 한 다음, 시린 증상이 있는 부위에 상기 실시예 1의 코팅용 조성물을 코튼으로 묻혀 10 내지 20초 정도 도포하였다. 이를 에어로 건조시키고 다시 도포하는 작업을 2 내지 3회 시행하였다. 도포 전과 후에 시린증상(지각과민 증상)의 정도를 0(무증상) 내지 10(너무 시려서 정상생활 불가)으로 나누어서 확인하였으며, 그 결과를 하기 표 1에 나타내었다.For subjects with a symptom of a symptom, the site of the symptom (hypersensitivity symptom) in the cervical region is cleaned by wiping with a cotton moistened with hydrogen peroxide, and then the coating composition of Example 1 is coated on the symptomatic region Buried in and applied for about 10 to 20 seconds.
