本发明涉及一种可调节流量的水泵。
背景技术 说
现有技术中水族、园林园艺及水产等行业中应用的水泵主要是利 用异步电动机的磁轴(转子)的旋转,带书动其水叶旋转乃至搅动水流, 达到改变其作用的流体的动能和势能的目的。此种异步电动机需要输 入三相交流电, 根据应用的需要, 设置电动机的定子磁极及转子的转 速, 一旦设定完成, 转子转速恒定的情况下, 水泵的出水的流速或扬 程也是恒定的; 另外, 利用异步电动机的水泵, 只能利用电网的交流 电,达到额定的转速后,不可以调整水泵出水口的水流的速度和扬程, 不利于输出的控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用直流电且可调节流速、扬程等参 数的水泵。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的- 所述可调节流量的水泵内置有直流无刷电机,外接有交直流电源 转换器。
进一步地, 所述可调节流量的水泵还设有一电流调节控制器。 本发明的有益效果在于: 第一、将水泵现有的主体异步电动机改 为直流无刷电动机, 使用直流电提供水泵电能。 第二、 利用交直流电 源转换器,将电网中的的交流电转为水泵主体直流无刷电机使用的直 流电供其使用。 第三、 在电源转换器和水泵主体之间, 加上控制器, 通过调节控制器通过的直流电大小,达到调节输入水泵的直流电的电 压或电流强度的目的, 从而调节水泵的转速, 进而可以控制调节水泵 的出水口水流的流速或扬程。

在本实施例中, 通常水泵从进水口 2引入水流后, 即可通过转子 带动水叶旋转, 从而达到为水流提供动力的目的, 使得水流从出水口 3喷出时达到相应的流速。 在运作时, 交流电首先通过交直流电源转 换器转为直流电, 然后通过控制器 4调节大小以控制水泵的功率, 进 而影响流速和扬程等性能参数, 既方便使用, 也便于控制输出。
