一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳(2)、与后壳(2)配合设置的前壳(4)及设于后壳(2)内的液晶显示模组(6),所述液晶显示模组(6)通过魔术贴(602)贴合于后壳(2)内,所述魔术贴(602)包括第一贴合部(604)和第二贴合部(606),所述第一贴合部(604)具有带刺倒钩,所述第二贴合部(606)具有绒线,所述第一贴合部(604)的带刺倒钩缠紧第二贴合部(606)的绒线使第一、第二贴合部互相咬合固定,进而固定液晶显示模组(6)于后壳(2)内。窄边框液晶显示装置通过魔术贴(602)将液晶显示模组(6)贴合固定于后壳(2)内,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且在需要对液晶显示模组(6)进行维修或更换时,方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。
Description
窄边框液晶显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 尤其涉及一种窄边框液晶显示装置。 背景技术
液晶显示装置 (LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分 为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组 (backlight module ) 。 液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液 晶分子, 通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向, 将背光模组的 光线折射出来产生画面。
现有的液晶显示装置一般包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于 后壳内的液晶显示模组。 所述液晶显示模组一般通过螺丝从前往后锁合固 定安装于后壳内, 再将前壳卡合安装于后壳上。 请参阅图 1 , 为现有的液 晶显示模组的装配结构示意图, 其外框 100上设有螺丝安装区 300, 该螺 丝安装区 300上设有螺丝孔 500, 螺丝穿过该螺丝孔 500将液晶显示模组 安装于后壳内, 由于螺丝安装区 300 的设置, 前壳需相应设置较宽的边框 以遮挡螺丝安装区 300 , 因此液晶显示装置的非显示区域相应增加。 同 时, 由于固定方式是螺丝从前往后固定, 相应的增加了液晶显示装置的厚 度。 随着液晶显示装置生产技术不断的发展, 液晶显示装置逐步趋向窄边 框及薄型化发展, 而液晶显示模组固定于后壳的方式很大程度的影响了液 晶显示装置边框宽度及整体的厚度。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 其结构简单, 易组 装, 能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且能有效的控制维修 成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后 壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示 模组通过魔术贴贴合于后壳内, 所述魔术贴包括第一粘合部和第二粘合 部, 所述第一粘合部具有带刺倒钩, 所述第二粘合部具有绒线, 所述第一 粘合部的带刺倒钩缠紧第二粘合部的绒线使第一、 第二粘合部互相咬合固
定, 进而固定液晶显示模组于后壳内。
所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板上的侧板。
所述魔术贴的第一粘合部粘合于背框的底面, 所述第二粘合部对应该 第一粘合部粘合于底板的内表面。
所述魔术贴为两条。
所述魔术贴的第一、 第二粘合部分别粘合于液晶显示模组的背框的侧 边上及后壳的侧板上。
所述魔术贴为四条。
所述液晶显示模组还包括设于背框内的背光模组, 该背光模组为液晶 显示面板提供分布均匀的面光源。
本发明还提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设 置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组通过魔术贴贴 合于后壳内, 所述魔术贴包括第一粘合部和第二粘合部, 所述第一粘合部 具有带刺倒钩, 所述第二粘合部具有绒线, 所述第一粘合部的带刺倒钩缠 紧第二粘合部的绒线使第一、 第二粘合部互相咬合固定, 进而固定液晶显 示模组于后壳内;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板; 其中, 所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板上的侧板;
其中, 所述魔术贴的第一粘合部粘合于背框的底面, 所述第二粘合部 对应该第一粘合部粘合于底板的内表面;
其中, 所述魔术贴为两条;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组还包括设于背框内的背光模组, 该背光模组 为液晶显示面板提供分布均匀的面光源。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置, 通过魔术贴 将液晶显示模组贴合固定于后壳内, 其结构简单, 易组装, 能有效的实现 液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更 换时, 方便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 2及图 3 , 本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后 壳 2、 与后壳 2配合设置的前壳 4及设于后壳 2 内的液晶显示模组 6, 所 述液晶显示模组 6通过魔术贴 602贴合于后壳 2内。
所述魔术贴 602 包括第一粘合部 604和第二粘合部 606, 所述第一粘 合部 604粘合于液晶显示模组 6背面, 所述第二粘合部 606粘合于后壳 2 内, 所述第一粘合部 604具有带刺倒钩, 所述第二粘合部 606具有绒线, 所述第一粘合部 604的带刺倒钩缠紧第二粘合部 606的绒线使第一、 第二 粘合部 604、 606互相咬合固定, 进而固定液晶显示模组 6于后壳 2 内, 只有施加较大的拉力时才能将第一、 第二粘合部 604、 606 分开。 本实施 例中, 采用两条魔术贴 602横向固定液晶显示模组 6于后壳 2内。
所述液晶显示模组 6包括背框 62及容置于背框 62内的液晶显示面板 64, 所述魔术贴 602的第一粘合部 604粘合于背框 62的底面。 所述后壳 2 包括底板 22及形成于底板上的侧板 24, 所述第二粘合部 606对应第一粘 合部 604粘合于底板 22内表面。
所述液晶显示模组 6还包括设于背框 62 内的背光模组(未图示) , 该背光模组为液晶显示面板 64提供分布均匀的面光源, 以保证液晶显示 模组 6正常工作。
请参阅图 4, 所述魔术贴 602, 的第一、 第二粘合部 604, 、 606' 还 可以分别粘合于液晶显示模组 6 的背框 62 的侧边上和后壳 2 的侧板 24 上, 该方式同样可以将液晶显示模组 6有效的固定于后壳 2 内, 该实施方 式中, 可采用四条魔术贴 602, 分别固定液晶显示模组 6的四条侧边。
综上所述, 本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置, 通过魔术贴将液晶显
示模组贴合固定于后壳内, 其结构简单, 易组装, 能有效的实现液晶显示 装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时, 方 便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。

Claims
1、 一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳 及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组通过魔术贴贴合于后壳 内, 所述魔术贴包括第一粘合部和第二粘合部, 所述第一粘合部具有带刺 倒钩, 所述第二粘合部具有绒线, 所述第一粘合部的带刺倒钩缠紧第二粘 合部的绒线使第一、 第二粘合部互相咬合固定, 进而固定液晶显示模组于 后壳内。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示 模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后壳包括 底板及连接于底板上的侧板。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述魔术贴的 第一粘合部粘合于背框的底面, 所述第二粘合部对应该第一粘合部粘合于 底板的内表面。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述魔术贴为 两条。
6、 如权利要求 3 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述魔术贴的 第一、 第二粘合部分别粘合于液晶显示模组的背框的侧边上及后壳的侧板 上。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述魔术贴为 四条。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示 模组还包括设于背框内的背光模组, 该背光模组为液晶显示面板提供分布 均匀的面光源。
9、 一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳 及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组通过魔术贴贴合于后壳 内, 所述魔术贴包括第一粘合部和第二粘合部, 所述第一粘合部具有带刺 倒钩, 所述第二粘合部具有绒线, 所述第一粘合部的带刺倒钩缠紧第二粘 合部的绒线使第一、 第二粘合部互相咬合固定, 进而固定液晶显示模组于 后壳内;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板; 其中, 所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板上的侧板;
其中, 所述魔术贴的第一粘合部粘合于背框的底面, 所述第二粘合部 对应该第一粘合部粘合于底板的内表面;
