The effect of the cold and hot compress therapy currently used for the treatment of muscle disease has been recognized for a long time, but there is no product in the form of automated medical specialty medical devices, use ice, poultice pack, poultice.
Existing imported products are cold-only products using ice, which is inconvenient to carry and can be used only when ice is always available. As such, due to the repeated work of freezing, containing and changing the ice, the use in the hospital is very inconvenient. In addition, in the air compression treatment, it is difficult to supply oxygen smoothly to the affected part by continuously applying pressure to the affected part during driving.
On the other hand, with respect to the technology for cold and hot pack, a number of applications and publications other than Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2008-0080703 (hereinafter referred to as "prior literature") is disclosed.
In the meantime, when it is determined that the detailed description of the known functions and configurations related to the present invention may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the present invention, it should be noted that the detailed description is omitted.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the present invention.
The cold and hot water treatment apparatus using the pneumatic pressure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 11.
1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a cold and hot water treatment device (A) using the pneumatic pressure generated in accordance with the present invention, as shown is made of a water treatment device 100 and a pressure zone 200.
The water treatment apparatus 100 generates oxygen in accordance with user input control information, controls the temperature of cold / hot water for cold / cold steaming, induces vacuum of the main body and the water tank using an air ball pump, and applies pressure on the limbs. The function of controlling the pressure of the air for the bar, as shown in Figure 1, the main body 110, the water tank 120, the water circulation pump 130, water valve 140, radiator and cooling fan 150, an air ball pump 160, an air valve 170, an oxygen generator 230, an oxygen generating discharge port 240, a temperature controller 180, and a controller 190.
The main body 110 has a space of a predetermined size where each component can be positioned and maintains a vacuum state.
The water tank part 120 is comprised from the cold water tank 121 and the hot water tank 122, and accommodates cold water and hot water, respectively. Each of these tanks has a dual structure as shown in FIG. 2 and maintains a vacuum state.
That is, the water tank unit 120 has an advantage of separating the cold water tank 121 and the hot water tank 122 separately, reducing heat loss, and shortening the temperature control time during cold / hot switching.
In addition, when driving the device through such a vacuum state, it is possible to reduce the noise of the main body 110, to prevent condensation, and to easily store the temperature of the cold and hot water accommodated in the water tank 120.
At this time, the method for maintaining the vacuum state is as follows.
When the air ball 160 is operated, the air is discharged from the cold water tank 121 and the hot water tank 122, and the air can be discharged to the outside through the exhaust of the air valve 170, and the cold water tank 121 and the hot water tank By measuring the pressure of the air through the pressure sensor 123 connected from the 122, when the desired vacuum state is reached, by blocking the air discharge through the air valve 170, the main body 110, the cold water tank 121 And a vacuum is induced in the hot water tank 122.
In addition, it is also possible to simply induce a vacuum of the case provided in the air ball pump 160 for noise prevention, as shown in Figure 3, 3way solenoid valve can be applied to the air ball pump 160 as an air valve .
At this time, when power is supplied to the eruption ball pump 160, the conduits of ⓐ and ⓑ are opened, and ⓒ is closed. When the air ball pump 160 operates in this state, the air in the case of the air ball pump 160 is exhausted in the order of ① ⇒ ② ⇒ ⓐ ⇒ ⓑ ⇒ ④, and the case of the air ball pump 160 is vacuumed. State can be maintained.
In addition, when the check valve is applied to the air ball pump 160 as shown in Figure 4, the air in the case of the air ball pump 160 using a manual suction tool or a pump from the air hose (①) of the check valve Evacuate. That is, since air does not flow to the opposite side due to the characteristics of a check valve, the casing of the air ball pump 160 may maintain a vacuum continuously.
On the other hand, each tank of the water tank unit 120 is connected to the air pipe 10 for the air discharge and the circulation pipe 20 for circulating cold and hot water, respectively, is connected to the air pipe (10) connected from each of the water tank Pressure sensors 123 for calculating the volume of cold and hot water are respectively configured to determine the presence and absence of cold and hot water.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, one pressure sensor 123 may be connected to the air line 10 of the cold water tank 121, and the air line connected to the hot water tank 122 and the main body 110. One pressure sensor 123 may be connected to 10.
On the other hand, a brief description of how to measure the volume is as follows.
According to Boyle's law, pressure and volume are inversely proportional, so the pressure can be kept constant and the volume can be expressed in time using a metering pump.
When the eruption ball pump 160 is operated, air is released from the main body 110, the cold water tank 121, and the hot water tank 122, which is measured by the pressure sensor 123. When the pressure is constant, the air is shut off through the air valve 170. At this time, if the used air pump 160 is used as a metering pump, the amount of air (m 3) is discharged per unit time (sec), and the volume of the main body unit 110, the cold water tank 121, and the hot water tank 122 is measured. By subtracting the discharge air (㎥ / sec) into the volume of the refrigerant in the cold and hot water tank can be calculated.
In addition, since the temperature of the cold and hot water tank changes, the law of the volume Charles Boyle law of the volume change according to the temperature is also applicable.
Boyle Charles' Law]
PV = nRTPV = nRT
(P=압력, V=부피, n=몰수(기체의 몰수), R=기체상수, T=절대온도(-273℃))(P = pressure, V = volume, n = number of moles (moles of gas), R = gas constant, T = absolute temperature (-273 ° C))
Water circulation pump 130 is composed of a cold water water circulation pump 131 and hot water water circulation pump 132, pressurized the cold and hot water drained through the circulation pipe 20 from each water tank through the water valve 140 Supply to the stand (200).
At this time, the water valve 140 may be composed of a cold water water valve 141 and a hot water water valve 142, a plurality of for discharging part of the heat between the hot water water circulation pump 132 and the hot water water valve 142. Radiators and cooling fans 150 may be connected.
In addition, a plurality of such water valves 140 may be provided as necessary, and a three-port solenoid valve or a two-port solenoid valve may be used.
The coined ball pump 160 supplies air introduced from the outside through the air valve 170 or air generated through the oxygen generator 230 to the pressure zone 200 or the oxygen generating outlet 240.
Such, limb compression using the pressurizing table 200 is possible through the hollow ball pump 160. In this case, the air valve 170 may be configured as an inlet through which air is introduced, an outlet through which the inflowed air exits to the presser 200, and an outlet for exhausting air from the presser 200 to the outside. A plurality may be provided, and a 3way solenoid valve may be used.
Oxygen generator 230 is a device for making oxygen by receiving air from the outside is composed of a portion for transporting oxygen to the outside and the air valve 170. At this time, the oxygen can be discharged to the oxygen generation discharge port 240 and the pressure zone 200 to the outside through the elongated air pump 160.
In this case, the air valve 170 may be configured as an inlet through which air is introduced from the oxygen generator 230, and an outlet through which the introduced air exits the pressurizing table 200 and the oxygen generating outlet 240. If necessary, a plurality may be provided, and a 3way solenoid valve may be used. Multiple pumps may also be used.
The oxygen generation outlet 240 receives oxygen generated from the oxygen generator 230 through the air valve 170 and the air ball pump 160 to discharge the oxygen.
The temperature controller 180 is a module in which a Peltier element and a heat exchanger are integrated, and includes a cooling unit 181 and a heating unit 182.
At this time, the temperature controller 180 controls the temperature of the cold and hot water by cooling and heating the hot and cold water supplied through the circulation conduit 20.
Here, the Peltier element is a structure in which one side is cooled and the other side is heated when electricity is applied, and the temperature of the cold and hot water can be optimized by contacting the aluminum heat exchanger having high conductivity on both sides of the Peltier element.

In addition, the power module 194 is composed of a rechargeable battery that can receive commercial power through the adapter.
The control module 195 controls the user input module 191, the display module 192, the external interface module 193, and the power module 194, based on the user's input control information. Pressure sensor 123 of 120, water circulation pump 130, water valve 140, radiator and cooling fan 150, air ball pump 160, air valve 170, temperature control unit 180, Control the operation of the pressure sensor 213, the oxygen generator 230, the oxygen generation outlet 240 of the pressure zone 200.
At this time, the control information input by one-click through the user input module 191, as shown in Figure 6, start and stop, time, timer, pressure interval (massage), air pressure, cold and hot water temperature, cold and hot water recovery , Manual and automatic settings, current status display, battery level display, oxygen generation, screen configuration, and the like.
On the other hand, the control module 195 can be controlled to use only the air pressure and the continuous water circulation function to reduce the power consumption when driving the rechargeable battery of the power module 194, the user can easily check the temperature of the cold and hot water The color of the RGB indicator of the display module 192 may be changed according to the temperature of the cold and hot water.
In addition, the control module 195 is a water tank unit through the control of the air ball pump 160 and the water valve 140 to maintain the cleanliness of the pressure zone 200 after using the apparatus, the water tank unit To 110.
7 is an exemplary view showing a hydrotherapy device 100 according to the present invention, Figure 8 (a) is an exemplary view showing a pressing table 200 according to the present invention, Figure 8 (b) is One example of the user showing the appearance of wearing the presser 200.
Pressing table 200 is wound around a part of the body to perform cold and hot steaming and limb compression according to the cold and hot water temperature and air pressure controlled from the water treatment apparatus 100.
Specifically, it has a form surrounding the limbs, such as arms and legs that are part of the body, consisting of a cold pressing table 210 and a hot pressing table 220, each having a function of generating a cold and hot dual structure and oxygen (Cuff) ) Is connected to the water treatment apparatus 100 through the circulation conduit 20 and the air conduit 10. In this case, the circulation conduit 20 and the air conduit 10 may be embedded in the tube (30).
This, the presser 200 is formed in a structure that can be supplied and discharged oxygen, hot and cold water and air, and functions as a pad for cold and hot (massage) the wrapped body parts.
Meanwhile, the presser 200 may be detachably mounted to the air line 10 by the connector 210 as shown in FIG. 9.
Such a connector 210 is a coupler 212 provided at the end of the nipple 211 provided at the end of the air line 10 connected to the presser 200 and the air line 10 at the side of the air ball 160. ).
At this time, the coupler 212 is normally closed, but when the nipple 211 is fitted, the passage is made of a structure that is open.
A pressure sensor 213 is mounted on each coupler 212 side to detect whether the passage of the coupler 212 is open or closed. That is, since the passage of the coupler 212 in which the nipple 211 is inserted is open, there is no sudden pressure change when the air of the air ball pump 160 passes, but the coupler 212 in which the nipple 211 is not inserted is present. The passage is blocked, the air of the ball pump 160 is not passed, a sudden pressure change occurs.
That is, the pressure sensor 213 detects the difference in pressure and automatically recognizes whether the presser 200 is connected.
On the other hand, when explaining the advantages of the function of each characteristic of the cold and hot water treatment device (A) using the pneumatic pressure generated according to the present invention.
1) The temperature controller 180 is a module in which a Peltier element and a heat exchanger are integrated, and when one is applied with electricity, one surface is cooled and the other surface is heated, and an aluminum heat exchanger is applied. Simultaneous use of Heat Exchanger reduces the desired temperature arrival time and maximizes temperature control.
In addition, in the past, when there is a sudden change in temperature, there is a case of product generation, but the device according to the present invention is not unreasonable to the product by a separate aluminum heat exchanger, cold and hot, and separate the cold and hot to separate the cold and hot By applying different temperatures to the pressure zone, it was possible to produce cold and hot packs at the same time.
In addition, temperature control is implemented in the optimum design of the aluminum heat exchanger and in the matching part of the small radiator, which ensures the safety of the product and improves the size problem of the existing product.
2) Induces a vacuum in the main body 110 having a space in which various components are provided, and the water tank is also designed in a dual structure to induce a vacuum.
This reduces the noise caused by the operation of the product when the product is running, and the water tank unit is configured to conserve temperature by suppressing heat loss as much as possible. In addition, it reduces noise and is suitable for applying parts with good efficiency, and can improve noise problems, heat loss, temperature preservation, and dew condensation in all existing products.
3) In the present invention, separate the cold and hot water tank unit to reduce the heat loss, shorten the temperature control time when switching between cold and cold, and Peltier device failure prevention effect due to a sudden temperature change. In addition, by using the pressure sensor 123 to calculate the volume of the cold and hot water in the standardized water tank to determine the presence and amount of cold and hot water in the water tank.
This is to ensure the stability of the product by not operating in the absence of cold and hot water when driving the device. And by using air volume calculation instead of expensive flow sensor, it is possible to reduce the cost of products because it applies lower cost components than the existing one.
4) In the present invention, in order to maximize the efficacy of cold treatment and heat treatment, using the air vacuum pump (Air Vacuum Pump) (160), using the oxygen supply and limb compression function simultaneously in one system.
5) Based on existing technology (Model: EZ-Rap Revolution), it is designed with a functional design in the form of a body-tight presser 200, and the pressurizer 200 is triple-treated to supply oxygen, cold, and limbs. The function of compression was implemented at the same time.
Further, in order to increase the stability and therapeutic effect of the patient of the product, the were designed in a different design from the air layer and the water circulating bed and the structure of the oxygen generating discharge port layer of cuff 200, as shown in Figure 10, its high frequency welding Designed with the structure that improves the productivity of the product by incorporating the technical force (pressure rod).
6) Since it is a portable product, a built-in battery is installed to operate when there is no separate power supply. When driven by a battery, only the air compression and continuous water circulation functions can be used to reduce power consumption.
In addition, as shown in Figure 11, to develop a separate dedicated refrigerant to be able to use the product efficiency and semi-permanent, and the limitation and portability of the place in the use of ice as a refrigerant, a disadvantage of existing commercial products There is no point in improving the product quality and performance by developing a dedicated refrigerant.
7) In order to recover the water accumulated in the pressurizer 200 after use, the controller 190 controls the pressurizer 200 through the control of the high pressure air vacuum pump 160 and the solenoid water valve 140. By recovering the water of the) to the water tank unit 120 can be maintained in the clean state in the pressure zone (200).
8) During extremity pressing, when the power of the device is turned off and the operation is stopped, it is possible to automatically exhaust the air remaining in the pressure zone 200 to ensure the safety of the patient. That is, the solenoid air valve 170 is applied in the Normal Open type to exhaust all when the power is off so that there is no burden on the patient during the treatment.
