优选地, 所述用户终端对接收的所述商品信息进行处理包括以下至少之一: 对接 收到的所述商品信息进行显示; 依据预设条件对接收到的所述商品信息进行查找; 将 接收到的所述商品信息进行分享; 将接收到的所述商品信息删除。 优选地, 所述用户终端将接收到的所述商品信息进行分享包括: 建立所述发送方 用户终端与接收方用户终端之间的近场通信 FC, 其中, 所述发送方用户终端为提供 所述商品信息分享的用户终端, 所述接收方用户终端为接受所述商品信息分享的用户 终端; 根据建立的所述 NFC, 所述发送方用户终端向所述接收方用户终端发送分享的 所述商品信息。 优选地,在所述用户终端通过近场通信 FC接收来自所述商户终端的商品信息之 后,所述用户终端在预定的时间内通过所述 FC接收到来自所述商户终端更新后的商 品信息。 根据本发明实施例的又一方面,提供了一种商品信息处理装置,位于商户终端中, 包括: 第一接收模块, 设置为接收来自远端服务器的商品信息; 第一发送模块, 设置 为将接收到的所述商品信息通过近场通信 FC发送给用户终端。 优选地, 还包括: 存储模块, 设置为对接收到的所述商品信息进行存储; 第二接 收模块, 设置为在预定的时间内接收来自所述远端服务器中更新后的商品信息; 更新 模块, 设置为依据来自所述远端服务器中更新后的商品信息对存储的所述商品信息进 行更新。 根据本发明实施例的再一方面,提供了一种商品信息处理装置,位于用户终端中, 包括: 第三接收模块, 设置为通过近场通信 FC接收来自商户终端的商品信息; 处理 模块, 设置为对接收的所述商品信息进行处理。 优选地, 所述处理模块包括: 建立模块, 设置为建立发送方用户终端与接收方用 户终端之间的近场通信 FC, 其中, 所述发送方用户终端为提供所述商品信息分享的 用户终端,所述接收方用户终端为接受所述商品信息分享的用户终端; 第二发送模块, 设置为根据建立的所述 FC, 所述发送方用户终端向所述接收方用户终端发送分享的 所述商品信息。 通过本发明实施例, 采用商户终端接收来自远端服务器的商品信息; 所述商户终 端将接收到的所述商品信息通过近场通信 FC发送给用户终端,解决了现有技术存在 商品信息查询不方便, 以及宣传商品信息耗费大的问题, 进而达到了既使用户能够随 时随地查询商品信息, 又方便商家及时更新宣传的商品信息, 节约宣传成本的效果。

NFC (Near Field Communication, 简称为近场通讯)是一种短距离无线通讯技术, 具有快速, 安全, 简单的特点。 FC具有 3种工作模式, 包括 FC卡模拟模式、 读 / 写模式和 Peer-to-Peer通讯模式。 在 FC卡模拟模式下, 近场通讯设备可以模拟成一 张底层兼容 IS014443 A或 IS014443 B标准的非接触式 IC卡,与外部阅读器进行数据
交互。在读 /写模式下,近场通信设备可以模拟成一个底层兼容 IS014443 A或 IS015693 标准的非接触式 IC 卡阅读器, 可以读取支持这些标准的非接触式 IC 卡。 而在 Peer-to-Peer通讯模式下, 近场通信设备可以和同样具有近场通信能力的设备建立近距 离通信链路, 进行信息交换和数据交换等。 因此, 基于 FC的技术特点, 在本发明实施例中提供了一种既方便消费者获取商 品信息, 实现随时随地查询, 又方便商家更新宣传商品信息, 节约宣传成本的方法, 下面对该实施例进行说明。 在本实施例中提供了一种商品信息处理方法, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的商品信 息处理方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S102, 商户终端接收来自远端服务器的商品信息; 步骤 S104, 该商户终端将接收到的上述商品信息通过近场通信 FC发送给用户 终端。 通过上述步骤,通过近场通信的方法实现了用户终端与商户终端商品信息的互通, 商户可以依据该商户终端向用户宣传整个服务器中所存储的商品信息, 相对于现有技 术中只能通过海报公布该商品信息, 并且在对海报上的商品信息需要重新对海报进行 创办, 有效地避免了通过海报对商品信息进行公开所耗费的较大成本, 不仅提高了商 品信息的宣传效率, 还大大节约了宣传成本。 为了使用户获取的商品信息尽量新, 因此, 在商户终端接收来自远端服务器的商 品信息之后, 可以在预定的时间内对接收到的该商品信息进行更新, 例如, 商户终端 对接收到的商品信息进行存储; 商户终端在预定的时间内接收到来自远端服务器中更 新后的商品信息; 其中, 需要说明的是, 该预定的时间可以依据不同的更新触发条件 来设置, 例如, 在远端服务器一有更新的商品信息时就向该商户终端进行发送, 另外, 商户终端也可以设置为在预定的时间段内对存储于本地的商品信息向远端服务器发送 更新请求, 而后接收根据该更新请求上述远端服务器向商户终端发送的回复信息, 该 回复信息中携带有更新后的商品信息。 商户终端依据来自远端服务器中更新后的商品 信息对存储的商品信息进行更新。 在本实施例中还提供了一种商品信息处理方法, 图 2是根据本发明实施例的商品 信息处理方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S202, 用户终端通过近场通信 NFC接收来自商户终端的商品信息;
步骤 S204, 上述用户终端对接收的商品信息进行处理。 通过上述步骤,通过近场通信的方法实现了用户终端与商户终端商品信息的互通, 用户可以根据用户终端获取的商品信息获知整个远端服务器中所存储的商品信息, 相 对于现有技术中只能通过海报所公布的方式获知商品信息, 并且海报上的商品信息进 行更新时并不能及时地获取需要的商品信息, 通过用户终端与商户终端的交互, 大大 地提高了用户及时获取商品信息的效率, 提高了用户体验。 在用户终端对接收的商品信息进行处理可以包括以下至少之一: 对接收到的商品 信息进行显示, 此时用户可以根据显示的商品信息进行快速浏览; 依据预设条件对接 收到的商品信息进行查找, 例如, 可以依据用户需求可以设置预定的查寻条件, 比如, 设置关键字, 方便用户可以更快地查找到需要的商品信息; 将接收到的商品信息进行 分享, 即用户终端将从商户终端获取的该商品信息分享给其他的用户终端, 使得其他 的用户终端也可以更快地获取到需要的商品信息; 将接收到的商品信息删除, 即根据 自身需求对商品信息进行分类以及删除, 对接收到的商品信息实现有效地管理。 需要指出的是,用户终端将接收到的商品信息进行分享时, 也可以采用多种方式, 例如, 可以将获取的商品信息通过一定的方式发送给需要的用户终端, 在此提供了一 种较优的实施方式, 例如, 建立发送方用户终端与接收方用户终端之间的近场通信 FC, 其中, 发送方用户终端为提供商品信息分享的用户终端, 接收方用户终端为接 受商品信息分享的用户终端; 根据建立的 NFC, 发送方用户终端向接收方用户终端发 送分享的商品信息。 通过上述近场通信的方式实现对商品信息的分享, 有效地实现了 用户终端间商品信息的快速分享。 优选地, 在用户终端通过近场通信 FC接收来自商户终端的商品信息之后, 用户 终端在预定的时间内通过 FC接收到来自商户终端更新后的商品信息,根据更新之后 的商品信息, 使用户终端获取的商品信息更新, 以满足用户的及时需求。 在本实施例中还提供了一种商品信息处理装置, 该装置用于实现上述实施例及优 选实施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用的, 术语"模块"可以实现预 定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的商品信息处理装置一的结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装 置位于商户终端中, 包括第一接收模块 32和第一发送模块 34。 下面对该装置进行说 明。
第一接收模块 32, 设置为接收来自远端服务器的商品信息; 第一发送模块 34, 连 接至上述第一接收模块 32, 设置为将接收到的商品信息通过近场通信 FC发送给用 户终端。 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的商品信息处理装置一的结构框图, 如图 4所示, 该装置除包括图 3所示的所有模块外, 还包括存储模块 42、 第二接收模块 44和更新 模块 46, 下面对该优选装置进行说明。 存储模块 42,连接至上述第一接收模块 32,设置为对接收到的商品信息进行存储; 第二接收模块 44,连接至上述存储模块 42, 设置为在预定的时间内接收来自远端服务 器中更新后的商品信息; 更新模块 46, 连接至上述第二接收模块 44, 设置为依据来自 远端服务器中更新后的商品信息对存储的商品信息进行更新。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的商品信息处理装置二的结构框图, 如图 5所示, 该装 置位于用户终端中, 包括第三接收模块 52和处理模块 54。 下面对该装置进行说明。 第三接收模块 52, 设置为通过近场通信 FC接收来自商户终端的商品信息; 处 理模块 54, 连接至上述第三接收模块 52, 设置为对接收的商品信息进行处理。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的商品信息处理装置二的结构框图, 如图 6所示, 该装置中的处理模块 54包括建立模块 62和第二发送模块 64, 下面对该处理模块进行 说明。 建立模块 62, 设置为建立发送方用户终端与接收方用户终端之间的近场通信 FC, 其中, 上述发送方用户终端为提供商品信息分享的用户终端, 上述接收方用户 终端为接受商品信息分享的用户终端; 第二发送模块 64, 连接至上述建立模块 62, 设 置为根据建立的 FC, 发送方用户终端向接收方用户终端发送分享的商品信息。 上述实施例及优选实施方式针对商品折扣信息在内的商品信息现有宣传方法存在 商家更新制作成本浪费, 消费者获取使用不便等问题, 分别提供了基于 FC的商品信 息导航方法、装置及系统, 通过上述实施例, 既可获取商品的各类信息又可实现浏览、 查询、 分享等功能的信息, δΡ, 不仅方便消费者获取商品信息, 实现随时随地查询, 快速定位商品摆放位置、 商品价格以及折扣信息等, 又方便商家及时快速更新宣传商 品信息, 在提高了获取商品信息的效率的基础上, 大大降低了对商品的宣传成本。 在本实施例中提供了一种基于 FC的商品信息导航方法, 该方法包括:
51 , 商户终端与远端服务器相连, 该远端服务器中包括商品信息数据库, 商品信 息数据库中存储有商品的各类信息, 该商户终端从该远端服务器中获取商品的各类信 息, 例如, 价格、 折扣额度、 商品摆放位置等。 而商户终端的安放位置, 商家可根据 需求灵活设置。 当商家更新商品信息时, 商户终端伴随商品信息数据库更新而自动完 成相应更新。
52, 用户将用户终端靠近商户终端, 用户终端与该商户终端建立 FC P2P连接。 随即, 利用已建立的 NFC P2P连接, 用户终端从商户终端中获取存储于商户终端中的 所有商品信息。
53 , 用户可在用户终端侧随时随地发起商品信息业务操作, 例如, 浏览、 查询、 分享、 删除等。 其中, 用户分享的流程包括:
( 1 ) 发送方用户首先发起商品信息业务操作, 并选择分享功能;
(2)应用程序提示发送方用户将用户终端靠近接收方用户终端。 随即, 双方用户 终端相互触碰, 建立 FC P2P连接;
(3 ) 利用已建立的 FC P2P连接, 发送方用户终端将商品信息发送给接收方用 户终端。 至此, 分享结束。 下面结合附图对本发明实施例的基于 FC的商品信息导航方法进行说明。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的基于 FC 的商品信息导航方法的用户终端的结构框 图, 如图 7所示, 该用户终端包括商品信息存储模块 72、 商品信息管理模块 74 (上述 两模块功能与上述处理模块 54的功能相当) 和近场通讯模块 76 (与上述的第三接收 模块 52功能相当)。 下面对用户终端中的各模块功能进行说明。 商品信息存储模块 72, 设置为存储从商户终端处获取到的商品各类信息。 商品信息管理模块 74, 设置为为用户提供关于商品信息的各类业务操作, 并负责 与商品信息存储模块 72和近场通讯模块 76进行信息交互, 完成浏览、 查询、 分享、 删除等业务操作。 近场通讯模块 76, 一方面设置为接收商品信息管理模块 74发来的发送通知命令, 随即从商品信息存储模块中获取商品信息, 并将其发送给通信对端设备; 另一方面设 置为接收商户终端发来的商品信息, 并自动将其导入商品信息存储模块 72。
图 8是根据本发明实施例的基于 FC的商品信息导航方法的优选用户终端的结构 框图, 如图 8所示, 该用户终端包括商品信息存储模块 72、 商品信息管理模块 74和 近场通信模块 76, 其中, 商品信息管理模块 74包括业务模式选择子模块 742和通信 交互管理子模块 744, 近场通信模块 76包括第一发送子模块 762 (与上述第二发送模 块功能相当)和第一接收子模块 764 (与上述第三接收模块功能相当), 下面对上述图 7中所没有叙述的模块进行说明。 业务模式选择子模块 742, 设置为为用户提供各类业务操作, 例如, 浏览、 查询、 分享、 删除等。 通信交互管理子模块 744, 设置为与商品信息存储模块 72和近场通讯模块 76通 信。根据业务模式选择子模块的模式选择结果, 一方面向商品信息存储模块 72发出商 品信息获取请求, 待商品信息存储模块响应后, 从该模块中取得商品信息, 供业务模 式选择子模块使用; 另一方面向近场通讯模块发出商品信息发送通知命令。 第一发送子模块 762, 设置为发送商品信息给对端通信设备。 第一接收子模块 764, 设置为从商户终端中接收商品信息。 图 9是根据本发明实施例的基于 FC 的商品信息导航方法的商户终端的结构框 图, 如图 3所示。 该商户终端包括通信管理模块 92 (与上述第一接收模块功能相当) 和近场通讯模块 94 (与上述第一发送模块功能相当)。 下面对该用户终端中的各个模 块进行说明。 通信管理模块 92, 一方面设置为与远端服务器通信, 获取存储于商品信息数据库 内的商品信息, 并随着商品信息数据库更新而更新获取的内容; 另一方面设置为与近 场通讯模块通信, 及时通知该模块商品信息是否有更新, 并为其提供数据源信息一商 品信息。 近场通讯模块 94,设置为封装商品信息数据,并负责发送封装后的商品信息数据。 图 10是根据本发明实施例的商品信息导航系统的示意图, 如图 10所示。 该系统 包括用户终端 102 (与上述商品信息处理装置二的功能相当)、 商户终端 104 (与上述 商品信息处理装置一的功能相当)、 远端管理服务器 106和商品信息数据库 108。 首先是商品信息数据准备。商户终端 104通过通信管理模块 1042与远端管理服务 器 106通信, 从商品信息数据库 108中获取商品信息, 并通知近场通讯模块 1044商品 信息已更新。 随即, 近场通讯模块从通讯管理模块 1042中取得商品信息数据, 并进行
封装, 产生近场通讯传输可识别的数据格式。 至此, 商户终端 104完成了数据准备工 作。 然后是商品信息数据传输。 商品用户将用户终端 102触碰商户终端 104, 建立二 者之间的 FC P2P连接。 利用已建立的 NFC P2P连接, 近场通讯模块 1046接收近场 通讯模块 1044发来的商品信息, 并将其自动导入商品信息存储模块 1022。 至此, 商 品信息数据传输完毕。 最后是商品信息数据使用。 用户通过商品信息管理模块 1024进行业务模式选择。 该模块根据用户选择结果, 可能与商品信息存储模块 1022和近场通讯模块进行交互。 一方面从商品信息存储模块 1022中取得商品信息数据, 供用户浏览、查询等; 另一方 面通知近场通讯模块进行商品信息数据传输, 实现用户分享等业务。 至此, 商品信息 数据使用完成。 图 11是根据本发明实施例的商品信息导航方法的流程图, 如图 11所示, 该包括 如下步骤: 步骤 S1102, 将具有 FC功能的用户终端触碰同样具有 FC功能的商户终端, 建立二者之间的 FC P2P连接; 步骤 S1104, 通过已建立的 NFC P2P连接, 商户终端将商品信息数据发送给用户 终端; 步骤 S1106, 用户终端通过已建立的 NFC P2P连接, 接收商户终端发来的商品信 息数据。 步骤 S1108, 用户发起商品信息业务操作, 选择业务模式; 步骤 S1110, 待用户选定业务操作后, 用户终端负责执行相应的业务功能。 例如, 浏览、 查询、 分享、 删除等。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种商品信息处理方法, 包括:
商户终端接收来自远端服务器的商品信息;
所述商户终端将接收到的所述商品信息通过近场通信 FC 发送给用户终
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述商户终端接收来自所述远端服务器 的商品信息之后, 包括:
所述商户终端对接收到的所述商品信息进行存储;
所述商户终端在预定的时间内接收来自所述远端服务器中更新后的商品信 息;
所述商户终端依据来自所述远端服务器中更新后的商品信息对存储的所述 商品信息进行更新。
3. 一种商品信息处理方法, 包括:
用户终端通过近场通信 FC接收来自商户终端的商品信息; 所述用户终端对接收的所述商品信息进行处理。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户终端对接收的所述商品信息进行 处理包括以下至少之一:
对接收到的所述商品信息进行显示;
依据预设条件对接收到的所述商品信息进行查找;
将接收到的所述商品信息进行分享;
将接收到的所述商品信息删除。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户终端将接收到的所述商品信息进 行分享包括:
建立所述发送方用户终端与接收方用户终端之间的近场通信 FC, 其中, 所述发送方用户终端为提供所述商品信息分享的用户终端, 所述接收方用户终 端为接受所述商品信息分享的用户终端;
根据建立的所述 FC, 所述发送方用户终端向所述接收方用户终端发送分 享的所述商品信息。 根据权利要求 3-5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在所述用户终端通过近场通信 FC接收来自所述商户终端的商品信息之后, 所述用户终端在预定的时间内通 过所述 FC接收到来自所述商户终端更新后的商品信息。 一种商品信息处理装置, 位于商户终端中, 包括:
第一接收模块, 设置为接收来自远端服务器的商品信息;
第一发送模块,设置为将接收到的所述商品信息通过近场通信 FC发送给 用户终端。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 存储模块, 设置为对接收到的所述商品信息进行存储;
第二接收模块, 设置为在预定的时间内接收来自所述远端服务器中更新后 的商品信息;
更新模块, 设置为依据来自所述远端服务器中更新后的商品信息对存储的 所述商品信息进行更新。 一种商品信息处理装置, 位于用户终端中, 包括:
第三接收模块, 设置为通过近场通信 FC接收来自商户终端的商品信息; 处理模块, 设置为对接收的所述商品信息进行处理。 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理模块包括: 建立模块, 设置为建立发送方用户终端与接收方用户终端之间的近场通信 FC, 其中, 所述发送方用户终端为提供所述商品信息分享的用户终端, 所述 接收方用户终端为接受所述商品信息分享的用户终端;
第二发送模块, 设置为根据建立的所述 FC, 所述发送方用户终端向所述 接收方用户终端发送分享的所述商品信息。
