Description
平板电脑支架 技术领域
本发明涉及电脑辅助用品领域, 尤其涉及一种平板电脑支架。
背景技术
随着电脑技术的突飞猛进, 具有携带方便的便携式电脑受到人们的青睐。 平板电 脑作用一种小型的便携式个人电脑, 其外观新颖大方、 重量轻、 占用空间小、 个性化 程度高, 应用人群越来越广泛。
平板电脑在使用过程中, 一般是将平板电脑直接放在桌面上, 或者放在操作者的 手上。 但是, 随着其应用人群的倍增, 现有技术的使用方式比较单一, 不能满足其实 际应用过程中的多样化需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷, 本发明的目的在于提出了一种平板电脑支架, 方便 了平板电脑的使用, 满足了实际应用过程中的多样化需求。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种平板电脑支架, 包括放置板 1, 在放置板 1的背面固定有第一转轴 3 , 所述支 架还包括旋转座 2, 所述旋转座 2通过第一转轴 3与所述放置板 1活动连接, 在所述 第一转轴 3上套设有用于控制所述旋转座 2相对于所述放置板 1转动的第一限位装置 4。
优选的, 所述第一限位装置 4包括内转盘 41和定位环 42, 所述内转盘 41固定套 装在第一转轴 3上, 在所述内转盘 41的外圆周均 设置有多个同向布置的弹片 41 1 , 所述定位环 42固定在所述旋转座 2上并在其内圆周设置与所述弹片 41 1相配合的定位 凹部 421。
优选的, 所述弹片 41 1和与其配合的所述定位凹部 421的数量至少为两个。
优选的, 所迷弹片 41 1和与其配合的所述定位 EJ部 421的数量为四个。
优选的, 所述支架还包括撑臂 5 , 所述撑臂 5通过第二转轴 6与所述旋转座 2活 动连接。
优选的, 所述支架还包括连接在旋转座 2上的底座, 在所述底座与所述旋转座 2 的连接处设置有用于放置第二转轴 6的放置槽。
优选的, 所述撑臂 5成 U形, 其两端连接在所述第二转轴 6的两端部。
优选的, 所述第一转轴 3设置在所述放置板 1的中部。
优选的, 所述放置板 1成平板型, 其周边设置用于固定平板电脑的限位边 8。 优选的, 在所述限位边 8上设置有让位缺和 /或让位孔。
本发明提出的一种平板电脑支架具有以下有益效果:
在本发明中, 将平板电脑置于放置板中, 旋转座可以相对于放置板旋转, 撑臂可 以相对于旋转座旋转, 进而调整放置板的角度及位置, 方便了平板电脑的使用。

下面将结合本发明中的附图, 对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整的描述, 显 然, 所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明的 实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施 例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 1至图 5所示, 本发明提出了一种平板电脑支架, 包括放置板 1、 旋转座 2 和撑臂 5, 放置板 1成平板型, 平板电脑固定在放置板 1中, 在放置板 1的背面固定 有第一转轴 3, 旋转座 2通过第一转轴 3与放置板 1活动连接, 在第一转轴 3上套设 有用于控制旋转座 2相对于放置板 1转动的第一限位装置 4, 通过撑臂 5可实现支架 的放置。
其中, 第一限位装置 4包括内转盘 41和定位环 42 , 内转盘 41 固定套装在第一转 轴 3上, 定位环 42固定在旋转座 2上, 在内转盘 41的外圆周均勾设置有多个同向顺 时针或逆时针布置的弹片 41 1 , 在定位环 42的内圆周设置与弹片 41 1相配合的定位 KJ 部 421, 通过弹片 41 1与固定 E3部的配合可实现旋转座 2与放置板 1的定位, 避免旋 转座 2及放置板 1之间随意转动, 且旋转座 2及放置板 1之间的定位位置与相配合的 弹片 41 1与固定凹部的数量相对应。
优选的, 相互配合的弹片 41 1和定位凹部 421的数量至少为两个, 以实现两个位 置的相互转换。 在实际应用过程中, 一般选择相互配合的弹片 41 1和定位凹部 421的 数量为四个, 四个弹片 41 1在内转盘 41的外圆周上成 90° 布置, 相应的定位 W部 421 在定位环 42的内圓周上成 90° 布置, 旋转座 2及放置板 1之间的定位位置为 4个, 可以实现平板电脑在 4个位置的相互转换与定位, 通过合理设置相互配合的弹片 41 1 和定位凹部 421的位置, 实现在平板电脑上、 下、 左、 右四个位置的转换, 以满足平 板电脑在应用过程中的多样化需求。
优选的, 可将第一转轴 3设置在放置板 1的中部。
撑臂 5通过第二转轴 6与旋转座 2活动连接, 在旋转座 2上连接有底座, 具体的, 可通过卡接方式将底座固定在旋转座 2上。 在底座与旋转座 2的连接处设置有用于放 置第二转轴 6的放置槽, 第二转轴 6设置在放置槽中。 撑臂 5成 U形结构, 将撑臂 5 的两端连接在第二转轴 6的两端部, 通过在撑臂 5上施加作用力实现撑臂 5相对于旋 转座 2的转动。 优选的, 在旋转座 2的周边设置有便于人手把持的凹部。
撑臂 5可采用两个相对设置的对扣件对扣而成, 以便于撑臂 5的安装和拆卸。 撑 臂 5的 U形结构, 可方便操作者将手穿过撑臂 5以抓取旋转座 2, 或者通过撑臂 5将 平板电脑悬挂起来, 以实现多样化的应用需求。 如图 6所示, 为其一种使用状态示意 图。
作为本发明的优选实施例, 为了满足平板电脑的安装需要, 在放置板 1的周边设 置用于固定平板电脑的限位边 8, 在限位边 8上设置有让位缺和 /或让位孔。
在实际操作过程中, 根据第一限位装置 4的不同结构具有不同的操作方式, 具体 为:
当弹片 41 1在内转盘 41的外圃周上顺时针均匀布置时,通过顺时针的转动旋转座 2, 固定在旋转座 2上的定位环 42同向转动, 弹片 41 1从相应的定位凹部 421中滑出,
在定位环 42的内圆周滑动至下一个定位凹部 421中,相互配合的弹片 411和定位凹部 421卡合, 实现了旋转座 2与放置板 1在当前位置的相对固定, 其中, 下一个定位凹 部 421处在当前定位凹部 421的逆时针位置。 需要说明的是, 当弹片 411在内转盘 41 的外圆周上顺时针均匀布置的情况下, 逆时针方向的转动操作由于弹簧和定位凹部 421的配合而锁死, 只能通过顺时针的转动旋转座 2实现位置的转化。
相应的, 当弹片 41 1在内转盘 41的外圆周上逆时针均匀布置时, 通过逆时针的转 动旋转座 2,固定在旋转座 2上的定位环 42同向转动,弹片 411从相应的定位凹部 421 中滑出, 在定位环 42的内圆周滑动至下一个定位凹部 421中, 相互配合的弹片 411 和定位 W部 421卡合, 实现了旋转座 2与放置板 1在当前位置的相对固定, 其中, 下 一个定位凹部 421处在当前定位凹部 421的顺时针位置。 需要说明的是, 当弹片 411 在内转盘 41的外圆周上逆时针均匀布置的情况下,顺时针方向的转动操作由于弹簧和 定位凹部 421的配合而锁死, 只能通过逆时针的转动旋转座 2实现位置的转化。
在本发明中, 将平板电脑置于放置板中, 旋转座可以相对于放置板旋转, 撑臂可 以相对于旋转座旋转, 进而调整放置板的角度及位置, 方便了平板电脑的使用。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性的描述, 显然本发明的实现并不受上述方式 的限制, 只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进, 或未经改进将本 发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的, 均在本发明的保护范围内。

1、 一种平板电脑支架, 包括放置板( 1) , 在放置板( 1)的背面固定有第一转轴 (3), 其特征在于, 所述支架还包括旋转座(2), 所述旋转座(2)通过第一转轴(3) 与所述放置板( 1 )活动连接, 在所述第一转轴( 3 )上套设有用于控制所述旋转座( 2 ) 相对于所述放置板( 1)转动的第一限位装置 (4) 。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的平板电脑支架, 其特征在于, 所述第一限位装置 (4) 包 括内转盘(41)和定位环(42) , 所述内转盘(41) 固定套装在第一转轴(3)上, 在 所述内转盘(41 )的外圆周均匀设置有多个同向布置的弹片 (411 ) , 所述定位环(42) 固定在所述旋转座(2)上并在其内圓周设置与所述弹片(411 )相配合的定位凹部( 421)。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的平板电脑支架, 其特征在于, 所述弹片 (411) 和与其配 合的所述定位凹部 (421) 的数量至少为两个。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的平板电脑支架, 其特征在于, 所述弹片 (411)和与其配 合的所述定位凹部 (421) 的数量为四个。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的平板电脑支架, 其特征在于, 所述支架还包括 撑臂(5) , 所述撑臂(5)通过第二转轴 (6) 与所述旋转座(2) 活动连接。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的平板电脑支架, 其特征在于, 所述支架还包括连接在旋转 座(2) 上的底座 (7) , 在所述底座(7) 与所述旋转座 (2) 的连接处设置有用于放 置第二转轴 (6) 的放置槽。
