Abstract

개시된 본 발명에 의한 화물검색장치는, 적어도 하나 이상의 에너지 크기를 가지는 전자빔을 가속시키는 전자빔 가속유닛, 전자빔 가속유닛으로부터 가속된 전자빔을 엑스레이로 변환시켜 대상체로 안내하는 엑스레이 안내유닛, 전자빔 가속유닛으로부터 가속된 전자빔을 중성자로 변환시켜 대상체로 안내하는 중성자 안내유닛 및, 대상체를 통과한 엑스레이 및 중성자를 검출하는 검출유닛을 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의해, 대상체 내부의 핵물질을 검색할 수 있음과 아울러, 유지/보수 비용이 저렴하여 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
