集团内部真正因工作需要的而发生的呼叫,大部分发生在一个小的群体, 比如一个科室内部或者一个部门内部。 集团可以在不同部门之间设置灵活的 编号规则, 进而做到部门之间短号码互不相同。 比如部门 1短号码编号以 60 开头, 部门 2短号码编号以 85开头, 可以分别在部门 1和部门 2中公布各自 部门的短号码, 部门内部成员联系釆用短号码, 部门之间的成员联系可以釆 用长号码。 因此短号码是可以做到较强私密性。 利用短号码的私密性的特点, 通过对用户的拨号方式的判断, 来进一步对网内呼叫的判断规则和计费规则 进行的限制。 同时, 设置集团支付账户和集团内部用户个人支付账户, 使得 真正因工作需要而发生的费用记录在集团账户, 非因工作呼叫的费用记录在 用户个人账户, 是合理减少集团话费的一个有效方法。
鉴于上述原因, 本发明公布了一种移动虚拟专用网集团智能业务的计费 方法和系统, 将集团内部的成员账户和集团账户分别设置, 将主叫流程和被 叫流程呼叫类型的判断和呼叫所发生费用记录的账户, 与主叫用户的呼叫的 被叫的长短号码类型相关联。 主被叫用户归属同一集团, 在主叫用户呼叫的 时候,根据呼叫的是被叫方的长号码还是短号码来确定主叫用户的呼叫类型。 主叫用户只有拨打被叫用户的短号码时, 才认为是网内呼叫, 发生的呼叫享 受网内呼叫优惠费率, 并且费用记在集团账户上。 同时通过号码显示控制技 术, 将主叫拨打的是被叫用户的长号码还是短号码告知被叫用户。 被叫用户 只有接听主叫用户呼叫被叫短号码而发生的呼叫时, 才认为是网内呼叫, 发 生的呼叫享受网内呼叫优惠费率, 并且费用记在集团账户上。 主被叫用户虽 然属于同一个集团, 但是呼叫的时候釆用的是呼叫被叫长号码, 则主叫被叫 均可享受网内呼叫的优惠费率, 但是不能享受集团账户支付呼叫费用, 呼叫 费用分别记录在主被叫用户账户上面。 这样通过主被叫用户网内呼叫范围判 定标准进一步缩小和账户合理划分, 即合理的支持了集团内部真正工作需要 而发生的网内呼叫, 也规避了非因公而发生的呼叫占用了集团的大量话费资 源, 从而来规避集团话费居高不下的问题。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明。 图 1为本发明实施例的实现移动虚拟专用网集团智能业务计费的系统的 示意图, 如图 1所示, 本实施例的系统可以包括: 用户信息存储模块、 计费 方案确定模块、 呼叫接续模块、 计费模块和计费配置模块。 其中,
用户信息存储模块: 存储集团成员用户信息, 包括成员用户所归属的集 团信息, 成员用户的长号码和短号码, 成员用户的呼叫权限等信息。
计费方案确定模块: 用于才艮据被叫号码类型或主叫号码类型、 主叫用户 和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应的预设的 计费方案, 将所述呼叫类型和所述计费方案发送给计费模块;
具体地, 计费方案确定模块根据主被叫用户的归属集团信息和主叫用户 呼叫的被叫用户的长短号码信息或者接续到被叫用户的主叫号码的长短号码 信息来确定呼叫类型, 进而确定呼叫适用的计费方案。
计费模块: 用于根据所述计费方案进行计费控制; 用于在呼叫结束后根 据所述呼叫类型和所述计费方案将此次呼叫费用记录在相应的账户上;
具体地, 计费模块根据计费方案确定模块所选出的计费方案, 对呼叫进 行计费控制, 呼叫计费, 出具呼叫话单, 并根据呼叫类型在相应的账户上面 扣除相应的呼叫费用。
具体地, 在主叫流程中, 所述计费方案确定模块用于若判断被叫号码是 短号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类 型为第一呼叫类型, 然后根据所述第一呼叫类型选择第一计费方案; 否则确 定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型,根据所述第二呼叫类型选择第二计费方案, 然后将所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案或者将所述第二呼叫类型和所 述第二计费方案发送给所述计费模块; 所述计费模块用于根据所述第一计费方案或所述第二计费方案进行计费 控制; 用于在呼叫结束后根据所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案将主叫 流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户上, 或者根据所述第二呼叫类型和所述第二 计费方案将主叫流程的呼叫费用记录在主叫用户的个人账户上。
具体地, 在被叫流程中, 所述计费方案确定模块用于若判断主叫号码是 短号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类 型为第一呼叫类型, 然后根据所述第一呼叫类型选择第一计费方案; 否则确 定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型,根据所述第二呼叫类型选择第二计费方案, 然后将所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案或者将所述第二呼叫类型和所 述第二计费方案发送给所述计费模块; 所述计费模块用于根据所述第一计费方案或所述第二计费方案进行计费 控制; 用于在呼叫结束后根据所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案将被叫 流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户上, 或者根据所述第二呼叫类型和所述第二 计费方案将被叫流程的呼叫费用记录在被叫用户的个人账户上。
其中, 所述计费方案确定模块确定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型可以包 括以下几种:
若判断被叫号码或主叫号码是长号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归 属于同一集团, 则确定所述第二呼叫类型为网内呼叫类型二, 然后才艮据所述 网内呼叫类型二选择第一费率的计费方案进行计费控制; 或者
若判断被叫用户归属于所述主叫用户归属的集团的网外号码组, 则确定 所述第二呼叫类型为网外号码组呼叫, 然后根据所述网外号码组呼叫选择第 二费率的计费方案进行计费控制; 或者
若判断被叫用户与主叫用户不归属于同一集团、 并且被叫用户不归属于 主叫用户归属的集团的网外号码组, 则确定所述第二呼叫类型为普通网外呼 叫, 然后根据所述普通网外呼叫选择第三费率的计费方案进行计费控制。
本实施例的系统还可以包括: 计费方案配置模块, 用于根据不同的呼叫 类型配置不同的计费方案, 并为计费方案配置具体的计费金额 (比如计费方 案 1 , 长途 1分钟 2毛, 漫游 1分钟 3毛; 计费方案 2, 长途 1分钟 5毛, 漫 游 1分钟 8毛) , 配置呼叫计费的位置信息 (计费系统根据主被叫的位置信 息来确定呼叫是否漫游, 是否长途, 来计不同的费用)等。 例如, 可以配置第一呼叫类型 (也称网内呼叫类型一)对应第一计费方 案, 第二呼叫类型对应第二计费方案, 具体地, 配置网内呼叫类型二对应第 一费率的计费方案、 网外号码组呼叫对应第二费率的计费方案、 普通网外呼 叫对应第三费率的计费方案。
可以将网内呼叫费率进行进一步细分, 例如分为: 网内主叫一级优惠费 率、 网内主叫二级优惠费率、 网内被叫一级优惠费率、 网内被叫二级优惠费 率。 网内主叫一级优惠费率适用于集团内部主叫用户拨打被叫短号码时, 主 叫用户的呼叫费率; 网内主叫二级优惠费率适用于集团内部主叫用户拨打被 叫长号码时, 主叫用户的呼叫费率; 网内被叫一级优惠费率适用于集团内部 主叫用户拨打被叫短号码时, 被叫用户的呼叫费率; 网内被叫二级优惠费率 适用于集团内部主叫用户拨打被叫长号码时, 被叫用户的呼叫费率。
进一步地, 本实施例的系统还可以包括: 呼叫接续模块, 用于在主叫流 程接续到被叫流程时, 向移动交换中心 ( Mobile Switching Center, MSC ) 下 发接续到被叫用户的接续呼叫请求, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号 码。
例如, 如果主叫用户拨打的是被叫用户的长号码, 则在接续呼叫到被叫 流程的时候,需要将主叫用户的长号码作为 GN ( GENERIC NUMBER )号码, 放在呼叫接续 (connect ) 中, 接续到被叫流程; 如果主叫用户拨打的是被叫 用户的短号码, 则在接续呼叫到被叫流程的时候, 需要将主叫用户的短号码 作为 GN号码, 放在 connect中, 接续到被叫流程。
例如, 如果主叫用户拨打的是被叫用户的长号码, 则在接续呼叫到被叫 用户的时候, 需要将主叫用户的长号码作为 GN号码, 放在 connect中, 接续 到被叫用户, 被叫用户侧即显示主叫用户的长号码; 如果主叫用户拨打的是 被叫用户的短号码, 则在接续呼叫到被叫用户的时候, 需要将主叫用户的短 号码作为 GN号码, 放在 connect中, 接续到被叫用户, 被叫用户侧即显示主 叫用户的短号码。
此外, 本实施例的系统还可以包括: 账户建立模块, 用于为每个虚拟集 团建立集团账户, 用于记录集团内部主叫用户拨打被叫短号码时, 所发生的 主叫流程的主叫费用和被叫流程的被叫费用; 为虚拟集团的每个用户建立成 员个人账户, 用来记录集团内部主叫用户拨打被叫长号码时主被叫所发生的 费用, 主叫用户拨打集团网外号码组、 普通网外用户所发生的主叫费用; 被 叫用户接听集团网外号码组、 普通网外用户所发生的被叫费用。
图 2为本发明实施例的实现移动虚拟专用网集团智能业务计费的方法的 流程图, 如图 2所示, 包括下面步骤:
S10、 计费控制步骤, 业务控制点 (Service Control Point, SCP )接收到 呼叫后, 根据被叫号码类型或主叫号码类型、 主叫用户和被叫用户的归属信 息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应的预设的计费方案, 进行计费 控制;
S20、记录呼叫费用步骤, SCP在呼叫结束后根据所述呼叫类型和所述计 费方案将此次呼叫费用记录在相应的账户上。
其中, 步骤 S10可以包括:
所述主叫用户归属的 SCP接收到呼叫后, 根据被叫号码类型、 主叫用户 和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应的预设的 计费方案, 进行计费控制;
然后所述主叫用户归属的 SCP向 MSC下发接续到被叫用户的接续呼叫 请求, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码;
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP接收到 MSC的呼叫后, 根据主叫号码类型、 主叫用户和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应 的预设的计费方案, 进行计费控制。
进一步地, 所述被叫用户归属的 SCP进行计费控制之后, 将呼叫接续到 所述被叫用户, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码, 这样所述被叫用 户上显示与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码。
具体地, 在主叫流程中:
所述主叫用户归属的 SCP接收到呼叫后, 若判断被叫号码是短号码、 并 且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类型为网内呼 叫类型一, 然后根据所述网内呼叫类型一选择网内主叫一级优惠费率的计费 方案进行计费控制; 否则确定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型, 根据所述第二 呼叫类型选择第二计费方案进行计费控制;
所述主叫用户归属的 SCP在呼叫结束后才艮据所述网内呼叫类型一和所述 网内主叫一级优惠费率的计费方案将主叫流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户 上, 或者根据所述第二呼叫类型和所述第二计费方案将主叫流程的呼叫费用 分别记录在主叫用户的个人账户上。
具体地, 在被叫流程中:
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP接收到呼叫后, 若判断主叫号码是短号码、 并 且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类型为网内呼 叫类型一, 然后根据所述网内呼叫类型一选择网内被叫一级优惠费率的计费 方案进行计费控制; 否则确定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型, 根据所述第二 呼叫类型选择第二计费方案进行计费控制;
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP在呼叫结束后根据所述网内呼叫类型一和所述 网内被叫一级优惠费率的计费方案将被叫流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户 上, 或者根据所述第二呼叫类型和所述第二计费方案将被叫流程的呼叫费用 记录在被叫用户的个人账户上。
进一步地, 可以根据呼叫类型对计费方案中的费率进一步地细分, 例如, 对于确定第二呼叫类型和第二计费方案可以进一步细分为:
若判断被叫号码或主叫号码是长号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归 属于同一集团, 则确定所述第二呼叫类型为网内呼叫类型二, 然后才艮据所述 网内呼叫类型二选择网内主叫二级优惠费率或网内被叫二级优惠费率的计费 方案; 或者
若判断被叫用户归属于所述主叫用户归属的集团的网外号码组, 则确定 所述第二呼叫类型为网外号码组呼叫, 然后根据所述网外号码组呼叫选择第 二费率的计费方案; 或者

下面以具体实施例对本发明的方法进行详细的说明。 殳设集团 1111111111分配的短号码长度为 4位, 以 6开头, 集团短号码 编号从 6000 6999,每个 SCP上该集团内用户不会超过 99个, 则可以选择短 号码的前 2位为短号码段, 为 SCP1分配短号码段为 61,为 SCP 2分配的短号 码段为 62。 SCP1 上用户短号码从 6100-6199 , SCP2 上用户短号码从 6200-6299, 这样既可以满足集团容量的限制, 又可以用短号码段区分 SCP1 和 SCP2。 为 SCP1分配移动台综合业务数字网 (The Mobile Station ISDN, MSISDN )号码段为 1390519, 为 SCP2分配短号码段为 1590513。 这样根据 MSISDN号码段也可以对用户归属的 SCP进行区分。
图 3为本发明实施例的主叫流程的信令流程图, 如图 3所示, 包括下面 步骤:
S2-01 : 主叫用户在 MSC下发起呼叫, MSC收到呼叫, 从主叫归属归 属位置寄存器(Home Location Register, HLR )获取主叫的签约信息 O— CSI。
S2-02:主叫当前地的 MSC根据签约信息 0— CSI,向主叫用户的归属 SCP 发送启动检出点 ( Initial detection point, IDP ) 消息, 并将主叫用户当前所在 的位置信息放在 IDP消息中的 Locationnumber参数中。
S2-03: 主叫用户的归属 SCP根据 IDP消息中携带的呼叫信息选择计费 方案, 进行计费控制。
S2-04:主叫用户的归属 SCP向 MSC下发请求 BCSM事件报告 ( Request Report BCSM Event, RRBE ) , 请求移动交换中心 ( Mobile Switching Center, MSC )监视呼叫事件。
S2-05: 主叫用户的归属 SCP向 MSC下发申请计费 (Apply Charging,
AC ) , 申请计费。
S2-06: 主叫用户的归属 SCP向 MSC下发 Connect, 要求继续呼叫。
S2-07: 主叫用户当前所在地 MSC把呼叫接续到被叫用户所在 SCP。 S2-08: 呼叫接通后, 主叫用户的归属 SCP收到 MSC上报的 BCSM事件 报告 ( Event Report BCSM, ERB ) , 即主叫应答事件(O-answer ) 。
S2-09: 呼叫结束时, 主叫用户的归属 SCP收到 MSC上报的 ERB, 即主 叫拆线事件 ( O-disconnect ) 。 S2-10: 呼叫结束时, 主叫用户的归属 SCP收到 MSC上报的申请计费报 告( Apply Charge Report, ACR )事件, 上报主叫用户呼叫时长。
52- 11 :主叫用户的归属 SCP按照步骤 S03里面选定的计费方案,收取主 叫通话费用, 并根据主叫的呼叫类型, 将费用记在相应的账户。

S3-13: 虚拟集团业务确定呼叫类型为普通网外呼叫, 使用网外主叫计费 方案。
S3-14: 虚拟集团业务确定呼叫类型为网内呼叫类型二, 使用网内主叫费 率二计费方案。

图 5为本发明实施例的主叫流程中进行计费的流程图, 如图 5所示, 包 括下面步骤:
S3-16: 虚拟集团业务将选定的计费方案和主叫用户的位置信息、 主叫长 号码和被叫长号码, 送给计费系统, 进行计费控制。
S3-17: 虚拟集团业务根据 S3-16的计费控制结果, 判断是否允许呼叫, 允许呼叫则转 S3-18, 否则释放呼叫。
例如, 将用户当前的余额转换成可用呼叫时长, 判断可用呼叫时长是否 大于最小可呼叫时长, 若是, 则允许呼叫。
S3-18: SCP向 MSC下发 RRBE要求监视呼叫, SCP向 MSC下发 AC, AC信令携带主叫用户可用呼叫时长。
S3-19: 虚拟集团业务判断被叫号码是长号码还是短号码, 长号码则转 S3-20, 短号码则转 S3-21。
S3-20: 虚拟集团业务将主叫用户的长号码作为 GN 号码, 执行步骤 S3-22。

S3-22: SCP业务向 MSC下发 connect, 携带主叫用户的 GN号码, 要求 MSC接续被叫用户。

S3-26: 虚拟集团业务将主叫用户的本次呼叫费用计入集团支付账户。 S3-27: 虚拟集团业务将主叫用户的本次呼叫费用计入主叫用户的个人支 付账户。

更进一步的, 上述 S3-20, S3-21 , S3-22步骤中, connect中的 GN号码, 经过 MSC接续后, 被叫流程的主叫号码, 便是此 GN号码。 因此在被叫流程 中, 通过判断主叫号码的长度, 便可以知道主叫流程中, 主叫用户拨打的是 被叫的长号码还是短号码。
图 6为本发明实施例的被叫流程中选择计费方案的流程图,如图 4所示, 包括下面步骤:

S4-06, S4-07, S4-08: 被叫归属 SCP向主叫呼叫接入 MSC发送 RRBE、 AC和 Connect。 S4-09, S4-10, S4-11 , S4-12: 主叫呼叫接入 MSC收到 Connect消息后, 向被叫归属 HLR再次发送 SRI消息, 此次 SRI消息抑制 T CSI, 得到被叫的 移动台漫游号 (Mobile Station Roaming Number, MSRN ) 。
S4-13 , S4-14, S4-15: 主叫接入 MSC根据被叫的 MSRN进行接续。 S4-16, S4-17: 通话停止, 主叫接入 MSC上报计费报告, 被叫归属 SCP 根据 S4-05选择的计费方案, 收取被叫的通话费用。
54- 18, S4-19: 主叫接入 MSC上报挂机事件, SCP向主叫接入 MSC下 发释放呼叫信令。
图 7为本发明实施例的被叫流程中选择计费方案的流程图,如图 7所示, 包括下面步骤:

S5-12: 虚拟集团业务确定呼叫类型为网外号码组呼叫, 使用网外号码组 被叫计费方案。

S5-14: 虚拟集团业务确定呼叫类型为网内呼叫类型二, 使用网内被叫费 率二计费方案。
S5-15: 虚拟集团业务确定呼叫类型为网内呼叫类型一, 使用网内被叫费 率一计费方案。
图 8为本发明实施例的主叫流程中进行计费的流程图, 如图 8所示, 包 括下面步骤:
S5-16: 虚拟集团业务将选定的计费方案和被叫用户的位置信息、 主叫长 号码和被叫长号码, 送给计费系统, 进行计费控制。
S5-17: 虚拟集团业务根据 S5-16的计费控制结果, 判断是否允许被叫呼 叫, 允许呼叫则转 S5-18, 否则释放呼叫。
S5-18: SCP向 MSC下发 RRBE要求监视呼叫, SCP向 MSC下发 AC,
AC信令携带被叫用户可用呼叫时长。
S5-19: 虚拟集团业务判断主叫号码是长号码还是短号码, 长号码则转 S5-20, 短号码则转 S5-21。
S5-20: 虚拟集团业务将主叫用户的长号码作为 GN 号码, 执行步骤 S5-22。
S5-21 : 虚拟集团业务将主叫用户的短号码作为 GN 号码, 执行步骤 S5-22。 S5-22: SCP业务向 MSC下发 connect, 携带主叫用户的 GN号码, 要求
MSC接续被叫用户。
S5-23: 呼叫结束, MSC上报被叫拆线事件, 上报 ACR, 其中 ACR携带 了被叫用户的呼叫时长。
S5-24: 虚拟集团业务将选定的计费方案和被叫用户的位置信息、 主叫长 号码和被叫长号码、 呼叫时长, 送给计费系统, 进行计费。
S5-25: 虚拟集团业务判断本次呼叫类型, 如果是普通网外呼叫或者网外 号码组呼叫或者网内类型二呼叫则转 S5-27 , 如果是网内类型一呼叫则转 S5-26。
S5-26: 虚拟集团业务将被叫用户的本次呼叫费用计入集团支付账户, 执 行步骤 S5-28。
S5-27: 虚拟集团业务将被叫用户的本次呼叫费用计入被叫用户的个人支 付账户, 执行步骤 S5-28。
S5-28: 虚拟集团业务释放呼叫。
更进一步的, 主叫流程发 connect中的 GN号码, 经过 MSC接续后, 被 叫流程的主叫号码便是此 GN号码。因此在上述被叫流程 S5-05、 S5-06、 S5-07 步骤中, 通过判断主叫号码的长度, 便可以知道主叫流程中, 主叫用户拨打 的是被叫的长号码还是短号码, 进而决定被叫用户适用的费率。
按照以上方法, 很方便的可以按照主叫号码拨打被叫号码的拨号方式, 来实现对主叫和被叫流程的网内呼叫的进一步细分, 很方便的实现计费账户 的区分, 该业务实现方法充分利用了移动智能网业务快速生成、 方便、 灵活、 经济、 有效的特点, 充分利用现网资源, 不用增加新的网元设备, 在现有的 虚拟专用网集团业务上面做适当改造即可。 本发明的方法既为虚拟专用网集 团用户的员工提供了便利, 又为集团用户降低了话费, 同时为运营商吸引和 留驻了大的集团客户, 很好的实现了运营商的利润。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本 发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明 所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 综上,本发明提供的一种移动虚拟专用网集团智能业务计费方法和系统, 充分利用了移动智能网业务快速生成、 方便、 灵活、 经济、 有效的特点, 充 分利用现网资源, 不用增加新的网元设备, 在现有的移动虚拟专用网集团业 务上面做适当改造即可, 本发明能够合理地区分移动虚拟专用网集团智能业 务内部的账户, 能够为集团用户降低了话费, 同时为运营商吸引和留驻了大 的集团客户, 很好的实现了运营商的利润, 并且能够为虚拟专用网集团用户 的员工提供了便利。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种移动虚拟专用网集团智能业务的计费方法, 包括:
计费控制步骤, 业务控制点 (SCP )接收到呼叫后, 根据被叫号码类型 或主叫号码类型、 主叫用户和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 才艮据所述 呼叫类型选择相应的预设的计费方案, 进行计费控制; 以及
记录呼叫费用步骤, SCP在呼叫结束后根据所述呼叫类型和所述计费方 案将此次呼叫费用记录在相应的账户上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述计费控制步骤包括: 所述主叫用户归属的 SCP接收到呼叫后, 根据被叫号码类型、 主叫用户 和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应的预设的 计费方案, 并进行计费控制; 然后向移动交换中心 (MSC ) 下发接续到被叫 用户的接续呼叫请求, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码;
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP接收到 MSC的呼叫后, 根据主叫号码类型、 主叫用户和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应 的预设的计费方案, 进行计费控制。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括:
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP进行计费控制之后, 将呼叫接续到所述被叫用 户, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述选择预设的计费方案步骤包括:
所述主叫用户归属的 SCP接收到呼叫后, 若判断被叫号码是短号码、 并 且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类型为第一呼 叫类型, 然后根据所述第一呼叫类型选择第一计费方案进行计费控制; 否则 确定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型, 根据所述第二呼叫类型选择第二计费方 案进行计费控制;
所述记录呼叫费用步骤包括:
所述主叫用户归属的 SCP在呼叫结束后根据所述第一呼叫类型和所述第 一计费方案将主叫流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户上, 或者根据所述第二呼 叫类型和所述第二计费方案将主叫流程的呼叫费用记录在主叫用户的个人账 户上。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述选择预设的计费方案步骤包括:
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP接收到呼叫后, 若判断主叫号码是短号码、 并 且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类型为第一呼 叫类型, 然后根据所述第一呼叫类型选择第一计费方案进行计费控制; 否则 确定所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型, 根据所述第二呼叫类型选择第二计费方 案进行计费控制;
所述记录呼叫费用步骤包括:
所述被叫用户归属的 SCP在呼叫结束后根据所述第一呼叫类型和所述第 一计费方案将被叫流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户上, 或者根据所述第二呼 叫类型和所述第二计费方案将被叫流程的呼叫费用记录在被叫用户的个人账 户上。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述确定所述呼叫类型为第二 呼叫类型的步骤包括:
所述 SCP接收到呼叫后, 若判断被叫号码或主叫号码是长号码、 并且被 叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述第二呼叫类型为网内呼 叫类型二, 然后根据所述网内呼叫类型二选择第一费率的计费方案进行计费 控制; 或者
若判断被叫用户归属于所述主叫用户归属的集团的网外号码组, 则确定 所述第二呼叫类型为网外号码组呼叫, 然后根据所述网外号码组呼叫选择第 二费率的计费方案进行计费控制。
7、一种实现移动虚拟专用网集团智能业务计费的系统,设置在集团分布 的业务控制点 (SCP )上, SCP接收到集团用户的呼叫后将触发所述系统, 所述系统包括:
计费方案确定模块, 其设置为: 根据被叫号码类型或主叫号码类型、 主 叫用户和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应的 预设的计费方案, 将所述呼叫类型和所述计费方案发送给计费模块; 以及 所述计费模块, 其设置为: 根据所述计费方案进行计费控制; 在呼叫结 束后根据所述呼叫类型和所述计费方案将此次呼叫费用记录在相应的账户 上。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括,
呼叫接续模块, 设置为: 在主叫流程中, 向移动交换中心 (MSC ) 下发 接续到被叫用户的接续呼叫请求,携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码; 在被叫流程中, 将呼叫接续到被叫用户, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主 叫号码。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述计费方案确定模块是设置为: 在主叫流程中, 若判断被叫号码是短 号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类型 为第一呼叫类型, 然后根据所述第一呼叫类型选择第一计费方案; 否则确定 所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型, 根据所述第二呼叫类型选择第二计费方案, 然后将所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案或者将所述第二呼叫类型和所 述第二计费方案发送给所述计费模块; 所述计费模块是设置为: 根据所述第一计费方案或所述第二计费方案进 行计费控制; 在呼叫结束后根据所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案将主 叫流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户上, 或者根据所述第二呼叫类型和所述第 二计费方案将主叫流程的呼叫费用记录在主叫用户的个人账户上。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述计费方案确定模块是设置为: 在被叫流程中, 若判断主叫号码是短 号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归属于同一集团, 则确定所述呼叫类型 为第一呼叫类型, 然后根据所述第一呼叫类型选择第一计费方案; 否则确定 所述呼叫类型为第二呼叫类型, 根据所述第二呼叫类型选择第二计费方案, 然后将所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案或者将所述第二呼叫类型和所 述第二计费方案发送给所述计费模块; 所述计费模块是设置为: 根据所述第一计费方案或所述第二计费方案进 行计费控制; 在呼叫结束后根据所述第一呼叫类型和所述第一计费方案将被 叫流程的呼叫费用记录在集团账户上, 或者根据所述第二呼叫类型和所述第 二计费方案将被叫流程的呼叫费用记录在被叫用户的个人账户上。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的系统, 其中,
所述计费方案确定模块是设置为: 按如下方式确定所述呼叫类型为第二 呼叫类型:
若判断被叫号码或主叫号码是长号码、 并且被叫用户与所述主叫用户归 属于同一集团, 则确定所述第二呼叫类型为网内呼叫类型二, 然后才艮据所述 网内呼叫类型二选择第一费率的计费方案进行计费控制; 或者
若判断被叫用户归属于所述主叫用户归属的集团的网外号码组, 则确定 所述第二呼叫类型为网外号码组呼叫, 然后根据所述网外号码组呼叫选择第 二费率的计费方案进行计费控制。
12、 一种移动智能网络系统, 包括: 移动交换中心 (MSC )和业务控制 点 ( SCP ) , 所述 SCP包括如权利要求 7-11任一项所述的实现移动虚拟专用 网集团智能业务计费的系统,
所述 MSC设置为:接收到集团用户发起呼叫后, 向主叫用户归属的 SCP 发起呼叫; 在呼叫结束后, 向主叫用户归属的 SCP发送呼叫结束消息;
主叫用户归属的 SCP设置为: 接收到所述呼叫后, 根据被叫号码类型、 主叫用户和被叫用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应 的预设的计费方案进行计费控制; 接收到所述呼叫结束消息后, 根据所述呼 叫类型和所述计费方案将此次主叫流程的呼叫费用记录在相应的账户上。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的移动智能网络系统, 其中,
所述主叫用户归属的 SCP还设置为: 在进行计费控制之后向所述 MSC 下发接续呼叫请求, 携带与所述被叫号码类型相同的主叫号码;
所述 MSC还设置为:接收到所述接续呼叫请求后,将呼叫接续到被叫用 户归属的 SCP; 在呼叫结束后, 向所述被叫用户归属的 SCP发送所述呼叫结 束消息; 所述被叫用户归属的 SCP设置为: 根据主叫号码类型、 主叫用户和被叫 用户的归属信息确定呼叫类型, 根据所述呼叫类型选择相应的预设的计费方 案进行计费控制; 接收到所述呼叫结束消息后, 根据所述呼叫类型和所述计 费方案将此次被叫流程的呼叫费用记录在相应的账户上。
