Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif décoratif/publicitaire oscillant spécialement conçu pour générer un mouvement harmonique avec une consommation réduite. Ce dispositif comprend un support (10) destiné à recevoir les éléments décoratifs ou publicitaires concernés, qui reste suspendu en équilibre sur un axe horizontal (1), sur lequel est disposé au moins un contenant (2), qui adopte une position inclinée et qui s'étend dans un sens supérieur, l'intérieur du contenant recevant un volume de fluide (8) faisant office de contrepoids, qui peut être déplacé par la pression forcée qui exerce un courant d'air à l'intérieur d'une chambre gonflable (9) définie à l'extrémité inférieure dudit contenant (2), avec l'assistance d'une pompe à air (3), et d'une valve spécifique (5) de dégonflage, de sorte qu'une fois atteint l'état de déséquilibre, le globe soit dégonflé, ce qui permet de générer le mouvement pendulaire.
