Abstract

Provided is an automatic CT-protecting control device, which is connected to a measuring instrument and an MOF through a connection terminal unit of the measuring instrument and a connection terminal unit of the MOF, thereby protecting a CT within the MOF. The automatic CT-protecting control device comprises: a current sensing unit that senses a current, which flows in an inner line between the measuring instrument and the MOF; an A/D converter that converts the sensed current to generate current data, which is a digital signal; a control unit that receives said current data from said A/D converter, and generates a short signal or an open signal for shorting or opening said inner line on the basis of the received current data; and a relay output unit that controls a relay on the basis of said short signal or open signal.
