Abstract

The therapeutic vest predominantly treats respiratory tract diseases and makes it easier to cough up viscous mucus by means of targeted application of synchronous, cyclic oscillation by pulse generators (9). The therapeutic vest improves blood circulation and increases the lymph flow by means of integrated magnetic signal coils (10). Additionally integrated heat application allows the oxygen availability to be increased significantly. Pulse sources and transmitting membranes arranged in consideration of anatomical and physiological aspects enable balanced signal dosing and suitability for children. The therapeutic vest is comfortable to wear due to ventilated climatic membranes (8) and easy to clean. A further developed energy supply enables one to spend one's days flexibly and independently at home and enables mobility in professional therapeutic use. Special incorporated enclosures allow the system to be removed quickly in an emergency, while holes and extra padding protect sensitive bone projections and reduce the influence of electronic induction and a tracking module allows the therapeutic vest to be found in an emergency.
