- small objects can be introduced that do not need to be used at the time the counter is used, achieving two advantages over the prior art: i) the appearance of the entire counter is improved and ii) there is a closed space inside the cover to store items safely.
- the lower section 310 includes a lower recess 315 so that the post 400 that is inserted through the upper recess 325 passes through the entire cover 300 and exits through the lower recess 315 in order to be inserted in the left side panel 310 of the base, managing to give greater stability to the entire counter 100 as a whole when it is assembled.
- the counter 100 of Figure 3 there is an identical relationship between the remaining post and the right side panel.
- the lower section 310 includes a recess 312 whose shape follows the path of the upper part of the base, particularly it is observed that the recess comprises two lateral sections 351 where the side panels are received of the base and a front section 352 where the front panels of the base are coupled.

- the connection between the upper section 320 with the lower section 310 is made with a plastic hinge 301.
- the cover 300 additionally comprises securing means in order to secure the lower section 310 with the upper section 320 when the cover is mounted on the upright base or when the cover houses the base; the securing means may be provided in some or both of said lower or upper sections 310 or 320, in the embodiment described the securing means are formed by pins 331 provided in the lower section 310 and which are inserted in the section upper 320, although the means of insurance may be padlocks, bolts, insurance, straps, etc.
- Figure 6 shows that to stiffen the handle 341, it comprises a reinforcement element 342 of tubular shape provided within the upper section 320, this tube can be made of a rigid material such as metal.
