Abstract
The invention relates to a display device of a driver assistance system of a multiple unit train or a locomotive comprising a speed display (2) for displaying an instantaneous speed of the multiple unit train, a speed recommendation display (14) for displaying a target speed of the multiple unit train or locomotive, a brake lever setting recommendation display (4), a traction lever setting recommendation display (3), a railway line information display (5), wherein a speed recommendation display (7) is integrated in the speed display (2). The invention further relates to a method for operating a display device.
