Abstract

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more specifically, to a method and an apparatus for transmitting information about a channel to a base station from a terminal in the wireless communication system that supports carrier aggregation. The method for transmitting channel information comprises the steps of: confirming plural component carriers used in the base station; confirming the first and second component carrier sets from the plural component carriers; communicating with the base station by using the first component carrier set; and transmitting channel information on the second component carrier set to the base station if a predetermined condition is satisfied.
