Abstract

본 발명은 고감도 디지탈방식의 정전용량터치패널장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 고감도 디지탈방식의 정전용량터치패널장치는 기판과, 상기 기판의 중앙부에 형성되어 영상이 표시되는 표시영역과, 상기 표시영역의 외곽에 형성되어 상기 기판의 단부까지 연장되고 복수개의 신호전달용배선전극이 위치하는 비활성영역과, 상기 표시영역에 위치하여 좌표를 표시하기 위해 2차원적으로 배열되는 2쌍의 복수개의 위치감지용메인센서전극과, 상기 2쌍의 복수개의 위치감지용메인센서전극이 각 방향으로 서로 전기적으로 연결되도록 그 사이에 위치하는 복수개의 브릿지전극과, 상기 복수개의 신호전달용배선전극의 일단은 각각 상기 2쌍의 복수개의 위치감지용메인센서전극과 연결되며, 그 타단이 전기적으로 연결된 외부단자부와, 상기 2쌍의 복수개의 위치감지용메인센서전극의 각각에는 전기적으로 연결되되, 상기 복수개의 브릿지전극이 연결된 방향과는 다른 방향으로 형성된 위치감지용서브전극을 포함하는 특징이 있는데, 이에 의할 때, 입출력 신호전달용배선전극의 개수를 증가시키지 아니하고, 대형터치패널장치에 사용될 수 있으며, 동일한 크기의 터치패널장치의 경우에는 정밀한 좌표위치 감지가 가능하고, 따라서 동일한 개수의 위치감지용메인센서전극을 가지는 경우에는 신호전달용배선전극의 개수가 감소하므로 이에 의한 공간을 절약할 수 있어 디지털방식의 정전용량터치패널장치의 경박단소화를 달성할 수 있다.
